Support Team 2011 Update!

We had an awesome 9-day Why Again and 9-day Why Teacher’s Training in 2010, cancelling the rest because of no registration. It appears the economic downturn has created such fear in people and travel is being cut back. The same thing happened for the season of 2011 – we held our 9-day Why and 9-day Teachers’ Training and

moved the 9-day Intuitive Development to September and cancelled the rest due to no registration.

michael and jeanie travelled to St. Louis, MO the last weekend in September 2010 for Christa’s marriage to Aaron Poole (September 25th)… it was beautiful.

Then, michael and jeanie did a series of workshops in Springfield, MO. Mid-October, we scheduled a 9-day Fall Intensive and had an awesome turn-out. The day the Fall intensive ended, michael and jeanie went on the road, driving up to Kansas City to drop the van off for some repairs and then flying out to Washington state. The original plan was to complete the prior commitment there and one in Phoenix, AZ and then return to HeartLand for the winter and to schedule events within a 5 hour radius of the center.

The Creator was in charge of the tour and one event after another came into the plan. Receiving a call from Dr. Andracki who wanted us to come to Las Vegas – he is putting the work into his medical practice and writing scripts to patients to do the work to heal. We spent the month of November there then received a call from CSL in Florida that they had us on the calendar for January 2011 instead of 2012. A flight to Fort Lauderdale, then a couple weeks off for the Christmas holidays and began the year doing workshops in Florida (from the Keys to Ft. Laud). Someone came to Ft. Laud and said you must come to Boca, then to DelRay, then back to Miami and back to Ft. Laud. We ended finished up in Florida on March 25th and headed back to Las Vegas and Pahrump where the work was becoming a major project. We stayed in Vegas until June 9th then headed to Ashland & Medford, Oregon where we did 13 straight days of workshops. Flew to Hallendale Beach (just outside of Miami) for a medical conference June 23 – 27. Flying into Bristol, TN for a family reunion and then to Kansas City to pick up the van and head back to Heartland. We arrived on the 16th and began preparations for the first 17 day Intensive which began July 18th. This was the first year of flying instead of driving to each location, giving an additional challenge of shipping products and keeping the luggage to the bare minimum. Leaving HeartLand in October 2010 packed for a 3 week journey – arriving back in July 2011 after nine months of exciting work.

As a side note: We received word that Kathleen Smalluck, who was on the Support Team in 2006-2007, made her transition from this earth on February 3, 2011. Kathleen attended some of our workshops in Florida and decided to take her process to another level by joining the HeartLand Support Team for a year. (see Support Team 2007 for information on some of the projects she participated in.) We hold her in light and hold her family in the space of love for healing this loss.

While in Florida, we were introduced to Carol Guy who runs Earth Angels Radio (on BlogTalkRadio.com) and she interviewed michael on her show. One thing led to another and we now have a Monday thru Friday MindShifter Radio Show with the Forgiveness Doctor from 2:00 – 3:00 PM EST. for information on how to tune in or call in your questions, via phone or internet chat room, go to MindShifter Radio. Join us! This is a way to offer support to everyone everywhere. As long as michael has a phone (cell or landline) and Jeanie has internet access for operating the switchboard we can do the show wherever we are. Thank you Carol for bringing this to us.

The work was taken to a new level this year. Besides the radio show, michael has quite a bit more written of his new book, the website has expanded, we now have three Facebook sites, the database is current with entries (we still need some updating of old addresses, etc. but that will come) and we have seen the work taken into three different medical facilities. That is wonderful!

The Support Team this year has been over the top once again! David is still holding the fort for us when we are on the road, he has been our Lead Support for 4 years now and doing an awesome job. Moving all the projects forward and ordering any supplies needed, keeping michael up to date on everything is just the beginning. David manages the Building the Braincells Game, teaches, leads the Support Team meetings, processes people and is “there for us” any time with any request. Plus he is involved in the actual projects, getting his hands dirty with everyone else. David has also picked up the task of hosting the radio show when we are without phone service. Thank you David for all you do!

Terry Bowling has been with us over a year and wow, what did we do without him? He is our artist in residence and project coordinator. In May 2011 he moved to Asheville, NC to be with his children, but still plans to live part-time at HeartLand. He headed up the revamping of the Heart Center with the tile, cedar beams, 6 new bathrooms, kitchen expansion, etc. He singlehandedly put a new roof on one of our buildings (Harmony). He continues to create, design, organize and implement the design and construction of the HeartLand Community. See HeartLand Community is our newest project for creating a conscious community and as part of that we have created our new HeartLand Aramaic Mission Vision & Purpose Statement. Would you join with us in holding this vision?

Chuck and Magda have participated on the Support Team for several years and are planning a return soon. They will be attending Laws of Living this summer, 2011.

Julie who has lived at HeartLand for several years now supports us in many ways. She is the author of Healing Children Loving Children (based on michael’s work). She continues to assist in cleaning up the property and preparing the buildings for occupancy as well as special projects when she can. She spends many hours each year with Intensive paticipants in processing outside of class time.

Ken Houdonjorgenson from Utah came to HeartLand earlier this year to help with the Heart Center and other projects. He was a God send for sure. Just one of his gifts to us was a new front porch on Heaven (michael & jeanie’s home) which was desperately needed. He was also great with our bees. Thank you Ken.

As always, thanks to Jack and Ute for their support of HeartLand. They pick up produce orders for us during Intensive time, they offer fresh herbs from their own garden, they gave us starter plants and advice on the gardens and are great friends to all. We do appreciate you!

Paulo Biancard, from England, was with us last year and repaired equipment and helped construct the new HeartCenter bathrooms and was handyman all around. We had hoped he would return this year but maybe next year. Thanks again, Paulo. We had planned for several others to participate in the work program this year but things happen. Ari (our chef from Chicago) had other commitments which kept him from attending this year. We wish him the best in his moving and new relationship and look forward to seeing him next year. So we were very shorthanded to say the least. jeanie took over the kitchen and became an overnight success with “live raw food” and the participants raved at the wonderful dishes presented during the intensives.

There is always a continued list of projects. The greenhouse collapsed under the snow this past winter and so we purchased a new one which needs to be put together for Fall/Winter planting. Several of the buildings still need repairs, including some completion work on the HeartCenter and a new roof on Patience, and we really want to get the pool operational (we’ve said this for several years but it has not made it to the top of priorities as we have not had a “pool person” come onboard yet). We still hold to this happening. And the list goes on … please consider attending Work Month 2012. See Schedule.

And there is still room on the Support Team Super-Intensive for this next year. Any carpenter / builder / handyman or office types ready to take a year off from the world to have the most healing experience of your life?
