🌍🌍🌍 ALCOHOL SHOCKS ALIENS!

How has the normalization of such a shockingly catastrophic assault on humanity become our collective norm?

IMAGINE you arrived December 31, 2025 from the Moon and are exposed for the first time to . . . HUMANS!

Curious, you observe. New Year’s Eve, you see that many have a special cabinet where they store a “celebration” fluid reserved for use on “special” occasions — when their most cherished friends and family visit, and they want everyone to “enjoy” themselves and have “fun” together! You are told it is a social lubricant which produces euphoria and decreases anxiety. “Wow,” you think, “That sounds pretty good!”

As you watch the “good times roll” you observe these friends and family members get drowsy, stumble, sometimes uncontrollably and begin to slur their speech. You are surprised when to see some of these good-time party goers get a little snarly with each other. Or a lot snarly! Confused by the conflict between what you have been told, and what you are observing, you listen to voices which get louder as the “party” goes on. Conflicts, not apparent earlier, arise and escalate to fisticuffs, and police become involved. Hmm, you think, “euphoria and decreased anxiety?” – looks like suffering – anger, rage, abuse, isolation and disappointment to me!

“Partiers,” who gathered for “a good time together,” kind of stumble around, as though in a stupor. Some go into blackouts and end up in a coma, and one teenage “party-goer” dies and you later learn it was of alcohol poisoning.

You find it odd that this species, in order to have “fun” with cherished friends, actually believe, having been skillfully brainwashed by the purveyors profiting from the sale of this literally poisonous, deadly fluid, that offering this “refreshment???” is a fine way to honor friends and family! They actually think it is reasonable to do extreme damage their brains and bodies from this toxin in order to have “fun!”

You have probably figured out that I am not from the moon, but am someone who was brought up with little knowledge of what alcohol is actually doing to the bodies and the minds of its users, to the children, families and cultures of those who use it! I bought the lie — that alcohol was “OK!” From direct observation I learned what a disaster alcohol was to families, marriages and children’s lives.

A Time article from January, 2025 “Why, Exactly, Is Alcohol So Bad for You,” reports the medical assessment… “There is no safe level of drinking. Even moderate consumption—no more than one alcoholic beverage per day for women, and no more than two per day for men—comes with dangers, and the situation snowballs the more a person sips.

“Ethanol breaks down into a byproduct called acetaldehyde, and that’s where the trouble begins, says Dr. Eden Bernstein, University of Colorado School of Medicine. https://time.com/7210400/why-is-alcohol-unhealthy/

Profiteering manufacturers, who had spent decades honing the skill of making it sound like there was a good and constructive use for this substance, had me conned. They have conned the world! The ban on alcohol during the 1930’s Depression did not end, as popularly believed, because the public demanded alcohol, but producers and their greedy publicity agents convinced people, and the government, that liquor production would create jobs and that alcohol taxes might help to reduce income taxes!

Despite the horrific damage done to society as a whole, families and the economy in general and children in particular by the uncontrollable, overwhelming and irresistible desire to consume alcohol and the inevitable effect of overuse — delirium tremens — which effects may include shaking, shivering, irregular heart rate, sweating, hallucinations, very high body temperature, seizures (colloquially known as “rum fits”) which may result in death… the billion-dollar alcohol industry, void of conscience, use their profits to brainwash the gullible! They have bought, with blood, a subtle, unwarranted influence in movies, media, medicine, the military and the minds of millions of people! They skillfully linked the image of a “real man” and a “real woman” woman to alcohol consumption — a tragic lie that is as fake as the self we fantasize we are under the influence! You are never yourSelf when using alcohol. No one has ever has a good time while using alcohol because a mind under the influence is always suffering from a mental illness and the hallucinations of grandeur, or a degraded self-reflect only unconscious dynamics in need of sober reflection and healing!

The skillfully deceptive media have, for decades, created fake, artificially generated — way before AI deceived us with its fakery — “beautiful” people benefiting, having real “fun” and being sophisticated through the use of alcohol! And rather dull without it!

I finally realized how far reaching the money and influence was of this trillion dollar blight on the world, and how it had influenced my attitudes toward alcohol. And, in context of the truth, my attitudes toward the acceptability and the place alcohol held in our society, was insane. Being involved in the healing arts today, it brings embarrassment to mind when I think that, in my early business life, I once held a liquor license and sold that poison to people for profit. I apologize! I was under the influence of a corrupt media and did not know any better.

Working with individuals and families over the last half century, I often get to see the enormous damage done, not by the misuse, but the use of alcohol. Some will try to tell you the damage is only from the abuse of alcohol but that simply is not true. I offer there is no safe level of use for a proven poison that seeps into the bodies, minds, families, and communities where alcohol is present. I dare you to read the rest of this article, look me in the eye, and tell me that alcohol is anything less than a catastrophe!

🌍🌍🌍 ALCOHOL SHOCKS ALIENS! Part 2 —

A Personal Story, used with permission, from a very courageous woman…

“If my experience can help one person… Alcohol almost took me out in 2015. I was desperate for help and did not want to live. I finally went to rehab, the best decision I’ve ever made. I was a shadow of myself and had put my friends and family through hell. My depression and anxiety, without the crutch of alcohol was so severe that I just checked out for a bit. One month later I went to live in a recovery house. I did daily AA.

It was hell, but with support and meetings, I quickly discovered that my problems and addiction are not unique. Everyone was just like me.

I kept pushing and got better every day. Life was brighter and better. It was like I saw the world with new eyes. I continued the AA meetings for about 4 years.

I HAD BEATEN ALCOHOL!

I then started thinking I could drink in moderation. I mean, “normal“ people do it. That went ok for a while but I gradually drank more and more, especially if I felt stressed, anxious, depressed or uncomfortable. It slowly continued until I was drinking daily to escape my thoughts and feelings.

I started to have physical symptoms and my mental health had gotten so bad that I could not work. I isolated myself. What would people think of my failure? The guilt and shame was almost more than I could bear. I had forgotten what rock bottom was. I had forgotten the misery of the cycle. I gained 60 pounds which made me even more depressed. I knew it was time.

I was back where I started. I was slowly killing myself and just watching life float by.

I finally found the strength to pick myself up! I have been sober now for 22 days. It doesn’t sound like much but soon it will be months and years. I feel better every day and have traded my guilt and shame for pride. The pride of knowing that I have taken my life back, AGAIN!

Alcohol is sneaky and controlling. It creeps in before you even know it and is always there waiting for you to come back. It does not discriminate. It does not care about you and it will steal your life, heart, and soul. This is just my story and I KNOW I CANNOT drink.

If your story sounds like mine, KEEP GOING. Reach out! There is help you if you are helping yourself. Pray! Go to a meeting! Make a list of all of the things you have destroyed, the things you have lost to alcohol. Please, PLEASE. It only takes one!

How has the normalization of such a shockingly catastrophic assault on humanity become our collective norm? If you have watched the damage done, as I have, in your life, or those around you, I suggest you take action! Boycott alcohol and the purveyors of this killer. Loud and clear! And let the people your boycott touches, and your friends and acquaintances know what it is you are doing. Having been taught alcohol has some “good” in it, and ignorant of the process, understanding the progression of the did-ease of alcoholism, and its symptoms, can lead to easy abstinence:

Stages of Alcoholism

There are three stages of alcoholism:

There will be differences to signs and symptoms experienced. Below are examples of the common signs and symptoms for each stage.

First Stage: Early Stage

Drinking to cope with uncomfortable emotions and thoughts

Developing a tolerance to alcohol

Still able to function at work

Able to maintain family and social relationships reasonably well

Denial that their drinking behaviors have a negative impact on their life

Second Stage: Middle Stage

Beginning to lose control of drinking behaviors

Beginning to drink earlier and/or for longer periods of time

Drinking is not fun anymore

Having cravings for alcohol

Beginning to have alcohol related health problems

Beginning to struggle at work

Beginning to have conflict with family and social relationships

Third Stage: Final Stage

Have multiple health concerns resulting from drinking

Relationships are significantly damaged, possibly irreconcilable

Drinking becomes a sole focus of life

Beginning to ignore basic needs (Food, shelter and water)

If they continue drinking, it will kill them.

If you have never looked into the facts, stats and actual impact of alcohol, here is a synopsis. The log is nauseatingly long:

Alcohol is a Central Nervous System depressant and the third-leading cause of preventable deaths in the United States. An estimated 237 million men and 46 million women suffer from alcohol-use disorders globally!

The purposely induced epidemic of alcohol use results in police arresting over 1.5 million people in America annually. It is involved in more than 25% of all traffic-related deaths – 30 per day! And millions of injuries per year in the United States alone. Over 10,000 Americans a year are killed by drunk drivers, about 1,000 of them being children! 1,825 college students per year die of alcohol related causes.

In 2010, underage drinking resulted in approximately 189,000 emergency room visits due to injury and drunk driving is the number one cause of death among teenagers with 25% of motorcyclists killed in wrecks had a BAC of 0.08% or more!

Among acquaintances, 744,00 incidents of alcohol-related violence occur annually. Over 118,000 incidents of family violence (excluding spousal) include alcohol annually. Almost 500,000 alcohol-related incidents of violence occur between intimate partners every year.

Rape, murder, assault, and child and spousal abuse are all closely linked to excessive drinking. More than 3 million alcohol-related incidents of criminal violence occur annually in the US. HALF of all murders and assaults involve drinking.

The suicide rate increased 33 percent from 1999 through 2017 and have increased more sharply since 2006.

How much of a factor do you suppose alcohol is in the skyrocketing rates of suicide among the general population and, especially, in military families where it is suspected real suicide rates remain vastly under-reported? Aside from being a long-term factor in suicide, alcohol use often a part of what sets the scene for of the act of ending one’s own life and a part of act itself. Tragedy!

🌍🌍🌍 ALCOHOL SHOCKS ALIENS! Part 3 —

We know that alcohol exacerbates depression, sleeplessness, anxiety, and other symptoms of PTSD which include things like severe bouts of the mental anguish, hopelessness, frightening panic attacks, and paralyzing migraines. Much of the legendary sexual harassment and rape in the military is linked to alcohol.

What is it about military involvement that creates such tragic outcomes? Military suicides are not just a wartime problem. Individuals who served in peacetime between major conflicts made up 21 percent of the national veterans’ population but ONE-THIRD of all deaths by suicide in 2015.

Sadly, fourteen of the twenty vets who die each day aren’t even enrolled at the VA. And the increase in suicide rates for veterans outside the VA healthcare system has grown almost five times faster than those getting care at VA. Much as it is criticized, often for political grandstanding, tell your veteran friends that the VA saves and improves lives! Veterans Crisis Line at 1-800-273-8255 (call NOW and press 1 to talk to someone who cares!)

The CNS is a system of nerves that controls blood flow, feelings, digestion, elimination, speech, heart and liver function, breathing, reproduction, movement, sleep cycles, comprehension, behavior, and intelligence.

As a result of interference in the functioning of the CNS, alcohol assaults and damages every system of the body and the mind. The first signs of that assault are the destruction of the ability to think clearly and speak intelligently. Chronic alcohol exposure causes more direct effects on the brain which results in multiple major life and psycho-social problems. It causes blood cells to coagulate, hence reduces blood flow to the brain so that, under its influence, a person becomes confused and begins to go into a state of progressive degeneration. Why do you suppose casinos serve free alcohol?

Damage increases exponentially with alcohol’s use. “Normal” effects include an increase in injuries, conflict and health; internal problems including liver and heart disease, sleep disorders, depression, stroke, bleeding from the stomach, several types of cancers and an increase in the risk of birth defects. The liver, in an attempt to detoxify alcohol’s poisons, begins a process of necrosis, the death of tissue called cirrhosis.

Externally, due to behavior anomalies induced by alcohol, there is an increased risk of sexually transmitted diseases, there are increasing rates of violence, accidents, vandalism, and unprotected sex.

In the US alcohol is the fourth leading cause of preventable death, with 88,000 people dying each year, 10,000 of them being auto related. Globally three million-three hundred thousand people die of alcohol related causes each year and it is the fifth leading risk factor for premature death and disability among people between the ages of 15 and 49!

Let’s shift perspectives again and, look in on this phenomenon from the perspective of our Alien observer… Shockingly, you find out that alcohol use it is the number one killer in the age group 20–39 years where approximately 25 percent of the total deaths are alcohol attributable and it is linked to 40% of violent crimes!

You are deeply disturbed and wonder, “What is going on with this species?” when you discover that the adults, and political systems of the world, insanely, actively support the brainwashing if its own young into believing that using this substance is normal.

Then you are doubly appalled to find that another substance, with competing brain destroying properties, THC, is being maneuvered into becoming as acceptable as alcohol. All for the desire to avoid dealing with self-generated painful feelings — FEELIN’ NO PAIN?? ?? — and for the love of little green strips of paper called money. Shock turns to revulsion as you look into alcohol’s effects and learn that in 2014 (latest statistics available) the NIH estimated that 16.3 million adults ages 18 and older, and 679,000 adolescents ages 12–17 had an Alcohol Use Disorder and that alcohol contributes to over 200 diseases and injury-related health conditions, most notably alcohol dependence, liver cirrhosis, cancers, and injuries.

The economic cost of alcohol is approximately $249 billion annually. That cost includes 4.6 MILLION emergency room visits per year, and, as a cause of death is 2nd only to those caused by ANOTHER popular deadly substance these humans sell to each other for green strips of paper, tobacco. Popular with succeeding generations because the preceding generation chose to remain ignorant or simply lied to their young!

As an alien observer you are somewhat appalled when you learn that college kids are particularly vulnerable as they mimic their parents, or the culture’s advertised way of having, “fun!” Alcohol, you discover, is involved in 50% of date rapes and an equal number of violent crimes in America. In the US, of an estimated 39,000,000 rapes, alcohol was involved in 25% of them.

These strange earth creatures fight quite violently for the “right” to continue to use this deadly substance if it is taken away.

You look deeper into this strange, self-destructive custom of consuming alcohol. You learn that the brain’s inhibitory function is compromised by this substance leading users into poor decision-making abilities and a myriad of physical diseases such as liver failure, an horrific disease called cancer and a tendency toward violence and destruction of self and others. It seems bizarre to you that those possessed by violence when they use alcohol are especially drawn to take their abhorrent behavior out on those close enough to be called “family!” As you investigate you find that children and “spouses,” the people alcohol users are supposedly closest to, are the usual object of the violence brought out by the use of alcohol. Alcohol induced trauma, you discover, is passed, like a cherished family tradition, from generation to generation.

🌍🌍🌍 ALCOHOL SHOCKS ALIENS! Part 4 —

You find the brain dysfunction produced by alcohol especially interesting. You learn that in this strange human species the inhibitory system of the brain prevents one from acting out stored behaviors repulsive to that individual. You learn that after consumption a few ounces of alcohol the blood flow to the brain of the individual becomes so compromised that the inhibitory function fails and any behavior, no matter how ancient, or suppressed it is, in an hostile instant, takes over. People so influenced replay past decisions and find themselves unable to function or reject behaviors that would be abhorrent to them when sober.

The stupidity of legal alcohol… A perspective… There are no, “fun times” on alcohol only an anesthetic against pain and an intelligence compromise so badly one cannot tell what a good time is!

Alcohol distortions of perception of self and others is a monster problem in lives of people who drink.

Alcohol suppresses activity in the amygdala. The amygdala is the area of the brain responsible for perceiving social cues, such as facial expressions. Also appears to be important in rational decision making including social dis-inhibition, aggression and social withdrawal,” he concluded. https://medicalxpress.com/news/2013-08-alcohol-brain-social-cues.html

Did you know that addiction is classified in the DSM-5? It’s a mental illness that lives in the brain stem: the same brain stem that serves a critical role in regulating certain involuntary actions of the body, including heartbeat and breathing. Addicts feel that they need their drug of choice (DOC) the same way they feel they need to breathe.

Did you know that our society treats addiction as a moral issue and pawns it off on law enforcement to “control”? The average stay in jail being 365 days or less. Where addicts are left to detox alone?

Did you know the detox process can be violent and result in death if not monitored by medical professionals?

Did you know the addict is many times released, and at that time, their serotonin levels are at their lowest, leading to a high crime rate and a higher chance in relapse. Criminal.

Pot is being skillfully positioned to take the place of alcohol for those who are waking up from alcohol.

www.whyagain.org/marijuana

Among men under 55 and women under 65, using marijuana resulted in a 36% higher combined odds for coronary heart disease, heart attack or stroke, regardless of whether they also used tobacco products. THE ODDS WERE HIGHER FOR THOSE WHO HAD NEVER USED TOBACCO!

A research project involving 434,104 U.S. adults from 2016 to 2020, published in the Journal of the American Heart Association, adults who used marijuana daily had 25% higher odds of having a heart attack and 42% higher odds of a stroke. 😭

And the “family values” candidate is one of its biggest promoters…

RIGHT UP THERE WITH ALCOHOL!

ELTON JOHN… “I maintain that it’s addictive. It leads to other drugs,” said Time Magazine’s “Icon of the Year” for 2024. “And when you’re stoned — and I’ve been stoned — you don’t think normally. LEGALIZING MARIJUANA IN AMERICA AND CANADA IS ONE OF THE GREATEST MISTAKES OF ALL TIME!”

John’s epiphany on marijuana represents, shall we say, the “circle of life” of many marijuana legalization proponents. First, they use the drug. Then, they support legalizing the drug. Then, after enough harmful things have occurred as a result of using the drug, they realize marijuana was terrible all along. Then, they acknowledge it should have never been legalized.

But while many marijuana enthusiasts might tell the rock and roll Hall of Famer to “don’t go breaking my heart,” they should heed his advice. Despite its rebranding in pop culture as a kind of benevolent drug, studies have found that the regular use of marijuana has been linked to many harmful health conditions. One of the first was published shortly after Colorado and Washington became the first states to legalize the recreational use of cannabis in 2012.

Consider this study by Northwestern Medicine in 2013, which found a link between regular marijuana use by adolescents and “abnormal changes in their brain structures related to working memory and performed poorly on memory tasks.” Moreover, damage to the brain includes memory-related structures that “appeared to shrink and collapse inward,” with a possible decrease in brain neurons, according to the study. Additionally, these abnormalities became synonymous with “schizophrenia-related brain abnormalities.”

In 2023, Northwestern Medicine released another study about the dangerous effects of marijuana use. This research found that “recent and long-term marijuana use” is linked to “changes in the human epigenome.” Epigenetics analyzes the effects of behavior and the environment on human genes.

“The observed marijuana markers were also associated with cell proliferation, infection, and psychiatric disorders,” said Lifang Hou, MD, PhD, one of the researchers of the study.

It takes an average of 14-16 months of sobriety for an addict’s brain to balance serotonin levels to that of a neuro-typical brain. Did you know that?

Did you know that most insurances will only pay for 30 days of treatment for an addict?

Please get active about that. I’m begging you … DO SOMETHING! Print this and give copies to every purveyor of alcohol who participates in this criminal enterprise!

Did you know that 136 people die every day from opioid overdose, not to mention from alcohol? That’s one person every 10.58 minutes. By the time you’re done reading and processing this post, someone will have died from an opioid overdose.

— Someone’s child.

— Someone’s spouse.

— Someone’s parent.

— Someone’s brother/sister.

— Someone’s friend.

— Someone’s aunt/uncle.

— A Fellow Human Being

Let that sink in.

Did you know that the two biggest factors that “make” an addict are (1) Genetic Predisposition and (2) Childhood trauma. There’s not that “one hit” or that “one decision” that will make an addict. You never really know who is or is not an addict before they ever even pick up. It’s NOT a moral problem. I repeat, addiction is NOT A MORAL PROBLEM. It is a simple reflection of unresolved generational childhood trauma.

Just for a minute let’s take this in a little bit of a different direction. Did you know that the BRCA gene for breast cancer has a 5-10% genetic predisposition rate? People undergo testing and life changing surgeries to avoid it, but addiction’s genetic predisposition rate is over 50%.

O V E R 5 0 %. Let that sink in.

You still think addiction is a moral problem? A parenting problem? Too bad there isn’t a surgery to remove addiction huh?

If there’s one thing an addict would say…. it’s that they’re still in there – the person that you knew and loved is still in there.

They are not their disease. THEY ARE NOT THEIR DISEASE.

Addiction IS a disease. Much like diabetes, it has to be actively managed every day, for the rest of their lives. And it’s HARD. It takes support and unrelenting diligence. It’s like cancer in that it can always recur.

The blaming needs to stop.

We need to do better.

The paradigm needs to change. Insurance benefits needs to change.

Public awareness needs to change.

Please help.

The next time you hear someone say “they have a choice” or you hear others refer to an addict as “a junkie” start by educating them – because that is how this works.

YOU can make a difference. You can change things. It starts with educating yourself and then spreading that knowledge, one person at a time. Please, I beg you, join me in this.

Copied and pasted. Please do the same…

Be a part of the change! ????  #wedorecoverchallenge

🌍🌍🌍 ALCOHOL SHOCKS ALIENS! Part 6 (a story of healing) —

“I got sober in 2006, and Alcoholics Anonymous handed me a list of a few simple things to do. My first thought? Seriously? That’s it? I was expecting some kind of epic, life-changing formula. But no, it was just a handful of basic suggestions. They seemed so simple, they almost felt like a joke. But I was desperate, so I thought, Screw it, let’s see what happens.

And here’s the thing: those suggestions weren’t some magic fix. They didn’t erase my past or undo all the crap I’d put myself and everyone else through. What they did do was strip away all the layers of denial and self-delusion I’d been lugging around for years. They weren’t about fixing me; they were about clearing the way so I could finally see things as they are, not as I wanted them to be.

The hard truth? Getting sober wasn’t even the toughest part. Yeah, quitting drinking sucked—but the real work started after. I had to figure out how to live without constantly numbing myself. And those “simple things”? They were like boot camp for my brain, toughening me up to face life without my usual crutches. They forced me to stop hiding from my feelings and own my choices. In short, they were a masterclass in not being a victim of my own bullshit.

For the longest time, I thought sobriety was about sheer willpower. You know, white-knuckling my way through temptation, proving to myself and everyone else how strong I was. But it turns out that’s not what it’s about at all. Sobriety isn’t about winning; it’s about surrendering. It’s about admitting I don’t have all the answers, and that’s okay. Those simple suggestions helped me get out of my own damn way and let life be what it is, and focus on changing what I have some say about – me.

And everything shifted once I stopped fighting life and just started showing up. Life didn’t magically get easier, but I stopped making it harder than it needed to be.

It’s like scrubbing a filthy window—you suddenly realize the view has been beautiful all along. You just couldn’t see it through all the grime.

Those simple things? They were the foundation. They didn’t solve all my problems, but they gave me the tools to deal with them head-on. Over time, they helped me build a life I never thought possible. A life where I’m cool with who I am, and I don’t need anyone’s approval to feel that way. I know what matters to me, I stick to my values, and I set boundaries that protect them. I try not to be an asshole, but I also don’t let anyone treat me like a doormat.

It wasn’t easy, and it sure as hell wasn’t always fun. But it’s made life a hell of a lot simpler—and a whole lot more meaningful.” (Randy Hyden https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1AtpzXFsWb/)

“WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME…AGAIN?!” 3-hr session with michael ryce, https://youtu.be/h9CFAa9_Dls, explores the profound relationship between human perception, emotion, and recurring patterns of distress. At its core, the workshop asserts that relative to the human body-mind-nervous system there are two types of energy: integrative and disintegrative. Integrative energies result in well-being, while the disintegrative fosters disease, suffering, and emotional turmoil.

Experiences, embedded in the cellular structure create patterned, repeating feelings, perceptions and behaviors when resonated into activity by life experiences. These patterns, inherited through the genes, cause repeated life challenges, which most blame on circumstances rather than looking within and unresolving life issues at the cause level.

All FELT emotions such as hostility, fear, grief, hate and anger, are reflections of stored cellular energies. The pretense they are externally caused is a result of denial and dissociation from the real source of all suffering which is internal. This denial creates an unnatural condition called the unconscious, which makes, until one has the tools to uncover their own unconscious dynamics, resolution is impossible and the repeating experience of generationally patterned pain inevitable.

“Until the unconscious becomes conscious it will direct our lives and we will call it fate!” Carl Jung

Why, you ask? Unconscious energies, by the act of being denied and hidden are strengthened in their activity! Energy, by definition is motion. All motion creates waves of radiating energy and resonance, the energy exchange produced when matching energies meet, explains why unresolved emotional traumas flat out attract similar situations, with similar people, repeatedly!

People repeatedly find themselves in toxic relationships or negative environments, unaware that their own unresolved issues are both drawing in these experiences and inclining them toward behaviors that perpetuate the insanity. Note: each person involved in a conflict is SURE it is the other person’s fault… AGAIN!

An essential component of this work is the recognition that human beings are designed to function as embodiments of Love. To recapture our natural state we each must face, access and remove the INTERNAL cause of our hidden pain. The ultimate goal of this practice is to shift from being controlled by dissociated, unconscious emotional patterns to being governed by the Conscious, Active Presence of Love. To heal the patterned perceptions shaped by hostility and/or fear to those based clarity, serenity, and connection to one’s True Self.

If you cannot extend Love to your worst enemy YOU have given up your Human Life!
