DIRECTIONS TO HEARTLAND
“A Private, Self-Healing Sanctuary In The Ozark Mountains”
From St. Louis: Take I-44 West out of St. Louis to Marshfield. Take Exit 100 and go South on Spur Drive. Make a left on Hwy 35, Jackson Street, then take a right on Hyde Road. Follow to the left on West Maple Street and make a right on South Marshall Street, Hwy “A” South. At the end of Hwy “A” make a left on Hwy 60 East. Follow Hwy 60 for approximately 15 miles and go south on Hwy 5 through the town of Ava.
Travel 12 miles south of Ava and at Wasola, take a right turn on Hwy 95 southwest. In 20 miles, Hwy 95 ends at Hwy 160 where you turn right, then left on Hwy “P”, and follow the directions from “P” and 160 below. CAUTION: Make sure you pull well into the intersection of “P” and 160 BEFORE making the left turn. This assures that you can clearly see the oncoming traffic.
From Memphis: Take Hwy 55 North out of Memphis to US 63 NORTH. Just past Hardy, AR, take 62 west to Mountain Home and go north on Hwy 5 which ends at Hwy 160. Go WEST on Hwy 160 one mile past Theodosia and turn left onto Hwy “P” and follow the directions from “P” and 160 below. CAUTION: Make sure you pull well into the intersection of “P” and 160 BEFORE making the left turn. This assures that you can clearly see the oncoming traffic.
From Springfield: Take Hwy 65 south off of I-44. At US 60 go EAST to Hwy 5 and go south on Hwy 5 through the town of Ava. Travel 12 miles south of Ava and at Wasola, turn right on Hwy 95 southwest. In 20 miles, Hwy 95 ends at Hwy 160 where you turn right, then left on Hwy “P”, and follow the directions from “P” and 160 below. From Branson: Take I-65 NORTH to Hwy 160 and turn RIGHT or EAST on 160 through Forsythe. Be careful to stay on 160 (it makes two 90 degree turns, the first at a Sinclair gas station, the second at the signs to Protem). Stay on 160 through the town of Ocie. You will pass Hwy “OO” and the next right turn is on Hwy “P”. Follow the directions from “P” and 160 below.
To HeartLand From Springfield Airport: Come out of airport, follow signs to Hwy 44 East To Hwy 65 South To Hwy 60 East To Hwy 5 South, turn right At the first Hwy 95 sign, turn right (west) to the end At Hwy 160, turn right Go left at Hwy “P” (approx. 1 mile) Go 3 miles to Hwy “NN”, turn left Go 2 miles and turn left on “NN 638” (the second left past the entrance to Turkey Creek Resort.) To Springfield Airport From HeartLand: Go right out of HeartLand’s driveway and go to Hwy “P” and turn right Go to Hwy 160 and turn right In approx. 1 mile turn left on Hwy 95 Go to Hwy 5, turn left Go through Ava to Hwy 60 West Go to Hwy 65 North Go to Hwy 44 West Go to Hwy 160 South to light and follow the airport signs
From HWY “P” and 160: 1 mile west of Theodosia turn south on Hwy “P” (turn LEFT if coming from the east and RIGHT if coming from the west), and go 3 miles to Hwy “NN”, turn LEFT and go 2 miles to “NN 638”, the second left past the entrance to Turkey Creek Ranch. You are now in our driveway. The HeartCenter is the 6th building on the right, if you drive into the lake, you have gone too far! Have fun!!
CAUTION WHEN DEPARTING: Make sure when you turn right on 160 off of Hwy “P”, toward Theodosia, that you stay on the centerline of Hwy “P” at the intersection so that you can see traffic coming from the west on 160 and turn safely.
