August 27 | Dr Tim gets triggered … see notes for August 28th |
August 28 | Dr Tim said he was triggered in the show yesterday but he had a full day and went to bed without doing a worksheet then had a business meeting this morning. Finally cleared schedule to do a worksheet. Interaction around the less than specific forgiveness processed outlined in the book “The Disappearance of the Universe” by Gary Renard. The book does not mention cancelling the goals. dr ryce had said it would be fun to find one of these people who have been practicing this other technique for years, and thinks it benefits them, to put them in a situation where they get triggered. Then Dr. Tim felt pressure and hard to breathe. The worksheet with dr. ryce as trigger, likes the statement “with blame I hide my power” to create my reality, thought michael wants to challenge others to prove his process is right, felt sick and upset, michael wants to intimidate others and me, and want to avoid it, goal for michael to be more sensitive. First casualty of desire is truth. Cancel the goal and thoughts creating my fear. Got a flash that this is about bullying. An actual event at 14 yrs old physically beaten by a bully. Took 20 minutes to recover his breath, minor concussion. Bullies thinking this is great fun and that was the tie in. To him it would not be fun at all. Still have layers of fear, pain and shame to work through. New goal, to be more accepting of michael and others. Pain in solar plexus went to nothing and upset went from 8 to 1. One of the pieces was he said to himself that he did not know anyone who has done the other works but realized when he said “there is one guy” and he did that to deflect focus from himself and he was siding with the bully. He would not introduce this guy to you because he would be offering him up to a situation he himself would not want. This guy is gentle and soft and reminded him of himself as 14 about to be bullied.
michael offered he is clear that he was about being able to see and compare and to see if they opened to another level for healing. Dr Tim said michael’s energy is much more loving today than what he heard yesterday. Dr Tim needed to breathe. The words “It would be fun” triggered him. The bullies were laughing as they beat him. michael invited him to relisten to the show and see if it was truly energy coming from michael’s words or just from being triggered. michael offered he was excited that lung issues (long term energy locked into tissue) are healing instead of becoming degenerative dis-ease. Confront energy and move it out. Moments of loss of innocence are often the heaviest to move through. Root of the most intense rage is when the original state of being is given up. Deepest sobbing, body shuddering experience. Going back through that moment is intense. Callers from the intensive called in |
