What becomes possible when we heal together as a community?
This online book club is an invitation to explore Healing Generations: One Breath at a Time together, in community, with guidance and support.
Rather than simply reading the book, we will slow down and live the practices — breathing together, exploring the ideas, asking questions, and gently bringing awareness to the patterns that shape our lives and relationships.
Participants will need both Healing Generations: One Breath at a Time and the accompanying workbook. We will meet by Zoom once a week for approximately 1 to 1½ hours for eight weeks, working our way through the material together with time for discussion, questions, personal application, and deeper exploration of the principles and tools.
Introductory tuition: $80 USD for the full eight weeks. Books are purchased separately. Payment may be made by Zelle or Venmo contact me at jeanie@whyagain.org or 423-484-0120.

The day and time for our weekly Zoom gathering will be determined with the participating group once registrations are in.

- creating space for healing across generations
Healing rarely happens in isolation. When we gather with others who are committed to awareness and restoration, the work deepens and the path becomes clearer.
