In this radio show episode, Ryce delves into the concept of personal responsibility in the context of emotional pain and the importance of forgiveness as a means to reclaim one’s peace. He shares how denial, dissociation, and projection—three ways the mind avoids confronting painful truths—often lead people to blame others for their feelings. Ryce emphasizes that this mindset perpetuates a “one-world religion of blame,” where individuals avoid taking responsibility for their emotional states and instead project their discomfort onto others. Hallucinating realities. Blaming another for how I am using my mind. Self-Inflicted Nonsense (SIN) – we do it to our-self. Perception (construct of the mind) then projected outward.

Ryce explains that every painful feeling is an opportunity to turn inward rather than outward. He suggests that by using forgiveness, individuals can address their internal pain without the need to assign blame. This shift in focus allows people to disrupt generational patterns of blame and negativity, fostering a space where they can respond to challenges with love instead of hostility or resentment.

He also explores the science behind how thoughts influence the body, with negative emotions creating harmful neuropeptides that affect cellular health. Bruce Lipton “The Biology of Belief” This insight underscores his message that the mind’s role is to serve as a vessel for love, promoting well-being throughout the body. Ryce encourages listeners to cultivate habits of responsibility and forgiveness, ultimately freeing themselves from inherited patterns of blame and enabling them to embody love in all aspects of life.

The April 4, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio was a heartfelt and reflective session. Jeanie shared personal insights and stories about her father’s recent passing, the preparations for his ceremony, and the emotional weight of losing a parent. She discussed how the experience brought moments of profound spiritual connection, recalling an instance where her father, after months of being unable to sit up, rose in his final moments, radiating energy and peace. The program also touched on the meaningful connections between physical presence, spiritual transition, and love, underscoring how such events can bring clarity and affirmation in life’s transitions.

The show also delved into broader themes of support and boundaries. A listener shared challenges about hosting a homeless individual, navigating the balance between compassion and self-preservation. This sparked a discussion on the nervous system’s responses to stress and trauma, explaining how sympathetic dominance can create paralysis in decision-making and life changes. Michael offered perspectives on setting boundaries with empathy, emphasizing the need for forgiveness and recognizing the limitations individuals face due to past traumas.

Other topics included navigating relationships with loved ones struggling with substance abuse, managing family dynamics, and finding strength in spiritual practices during tough times. The hosts also encouraged listeners to reflect on their judgments and consider forgiveness as a path to deeper understanding and healing. The episode concluded with reflections on life’s challenges as opportunities for growth and transformation, offering space for listeners to process their emotions and seek guidance.

Replay “WhyAgain1hrWorkshop” during 2nd hour (today is the burial of Jeanie’s Dad)

Delves into the transformative process of forgiveness, emphasizing the significance of recognizing energy patterns in the body-mind system. Ryce explains that all matter is essentially energy in form, and our thoughts and emotions are energetic influences that directly shape our physical structure over time. He divides energy into integrative and disintegrative qualities, associating the former with love and the latter with fear, hostility, and blame. Ryce asserts that when we engage in denial and blame, we generate disintegrative energy, distancing ourselves from love and creating disease in our bodies.

Ryce shares that perception is not a passive recording of reality but an active generation of the mind based on energetic resonances and suppressed emotions. He references Aramaic teachings, highlighting that when we deny our internal distress, we unconsciously project our unresolved issues onto others. This projection is often why people repeatedly experience similar conflicts, leading them to ask, “Why is this happening to me again?” Ryce underscores that true forgiveness is not about letting others off the hook but about releasing the disintegrative energies within ourselves. This process involves canceling any goals that fuel hostility, thus allowing suppressed emotions to surface and be processed in the presence of love.

The workshop concludes with Ryce introducing the Aramaic concept of Rukha d’ Koodsha, a feminine elemental force within that facilitates healing by “undoing the effects of our errors.” Through connecting with this inner resource, individuals can achieve deep, generational healing, breaking free from inherited patterns of fear and hostility and fostering an enduring state of peace and love.

The April 6, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio continued its introspective journey into personal and spiritual growth. Michael and Jeanie reflected on the previous day’s events, including a meaningful memorial service for Jeanie’s father. The ceremony incorporated the Aramaic Lord’s Prayer, bringing a deeply meditative and connected atmosphere to the family and attendees. The prayer, spoken in its original language, was presented as both a spiritual practice and a reminder of the importance of silence and inward reflection in connecting with the divine. This poignant moment underscored the themes of love, transition, and the eternal nature of human connection.

Caller Susan, asked about our experience yesterday and then shared her situation with her ‘tenant’ Michael

MindShifter: “It is safe and healing for me to take an unpopular stand, without guilt, and do what I know is right in myself.”

Easter week. ACIM: I have made it perfectly clear that I am like you and you are like me, but our fundamental equality can be demonstrated only through joint decision. ²You are free to perceive yourself as persecuted if you choose. ³When you do choose to react that way, however, you might remember that I was persecuted as the world judges, and did not share this evaluation for myself. ⁴And because I did not share it, I did not strengthen it. ⁵I therefore offered a different interpretation of attack, and one which I want to share with you. ⁶If you will believe it, you will help me teach it. (ACIM, T-6.I.5:1-6)

A significant portion of the discussion addressed themes of accountability, compassion, and boundaries in relationships. Listeners shared stories of dealing with challenging individuals, including homelessness and familial struggles, highlighting the delicate balance between offering support and maintaining one’s own emotional and physical well-being. Michael emphasized the importance of holding others accountable while remaining anchored in love, suggesting that enabling harmful patterns can delay necessary growth and healing. He also encouraged listeners to explore their own feelings of helplessness or guilt that arise in such situations, framing them as opportunities for self-forgiveness and personal evolution.

The show also explored spiritual resilience and the teachings of Yeshua, especially regarding fear and forgiveness. Michael underscored that fear is a significant obstacle to spiritual and emotional freedom, advocating for a return to love as the foundation of human existence. Drawing from the crucifixion as a metaphor, he illustrated how detaching from victimhood and embracing responsibility for one’s internal state can lead to profound transformation. By rejecting fear and persecution as defining forces, individuals can align more closely with their true nature as beings of love and light.

“Good Friday” have an awesome Easter weekend.

In this episode, caller, Susan, who is struggling with family dynamics, specifically with her grandson, Jacob, who demonstrates challenging behavior due to dependency issues and unresolved emotional pain. She does a worksheet on the show. Susan expresses frustration over Jacob’s frequent requests for financial support despite her continued efforts to establish boundaries. Ryce emphasizes that Susan’s desire to help may unintentionally enable Jacob’s dependency and that true support may involve detaching with love, allowing him to face the consequences of his actions independently. This concept aligns with the philosophy in Al-Anon, where detachment is encouraged to protect one’s emotional well-being without abandoning compassion.

Susan wants Jacob (her grandson) to like her. Grief involved. I, Susan, who am Love, am feeling Fear, I don’t know how to reach him, I want to reach Jacob so he has a healthy happy life so I can relax and have peace. But at this point he is not reachable, so you are tormenting yourself over something beyond your control. If I can’t help them or save them then I am a bad person. If I can’t accomplish something then I am _____?

Another worksheet would be Susan, that I can be approved of so I can step out of hyper-vigilance and be safe.  You can’t change his mind and the things he says is really about himself.

Caller Ann, in AlAnon book under detachment – detach – we are told this does not mean detaching our love but realize we are individuals and are not bound for Jacob’s responsibility. Then have freedom and strength. Honesty with self.

Caller Celinda, thinking of broken relationship with her daughter. Need to be safe.

As the conversation progresses, Ryce and other callers explore the role of forgiveness, the importance of not “rescuing” others at one’s expense, and the necessity of processing generational patterns of fear, guilt, and responsibility. Ryce explains how deeply ingrained patterns of hypervigilance, often established in childhood, can resurface in adulthood, leading individuals to take on excessive responsibility for others’ well-being. Through self-reflective exercises, Ryce encourages Susan to address her own fears and to set goals rooted in self-care and emotional resilience. The discussion concludes with support from the community, offering encouragement to step back from enabling behaviors and allow loved ones the space for personal accountability.

In this episode, Ryce and Jeanie discuss the concept of first-century Aramaic forgiveness and its profound effects on perception, healing, and releasing the “false world” constructed by the mind. Ryce explains that forgiveness, as originally understood, involves canceling the goals and judgments we project onto others, which allows the collapse of the painful perceptions we hold. He shares a story about their chiropractor experiencing physical relief through breathwork and alignment with the Aramaic principles of vitality, emphasizing that when breath and life are constricted, it creates tension and pain in the body.

Jeanie announced the translation into French

michael shared working with our chiropractor this morning and getting him to Breathe

Jeanie shared the story of the name of God is more like breathing (haaaaa) so are we alive because we take our first breath or because we first speak God’s name and if we die is it because we take our last breath or stop speaking God’s name?

Ryce draws on *A Course in Miracles* to explain that the mind generates the world we perceive based on past unresolved emotions and thought disorders. This perception is likened to a distorted, nine-bit view of a vast, actual reality that could hold trillions of bits of data. He stresses that true forgiveness means seeing beyond these projections and resolving the inner causes of disturbance rather than blaming external sources. By canceling goals that drive pain-based perceptions, individuals can reach a state of inner peace and “vision,” allowing them to view others and themselves with compassion and love.

“What is the World?” watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFPn8heN21Q

michael shared an article he is writing on “the world”

The episode also addresses the universal experience of love beyond words and how forgiveness offers a path to dissolve internal conflict. Ryce describes this as a way to “remove the world we don’t want” and create space for a peaceful, love-based experience. Listeners are encouraged to recognize that healing and clarity come from within, not from external validations or achievements, and to explore the steps of Aramaic forgiveness as a means to connect with their authentic, loving nature.

Caller Ann with Dr Tim

In this radio show episode, Ryce and Jeanie discuss the importance of personal responsibility in health and healing, especially through self-directed approaches to well-being. Ryce highlights that many health complications arise from treatments that prioritize symptom management over genuine healing. Emphasizing a holistic perspective, he suggests that true wellness involves understanding one’s physiology and becoming one’s primary healthcare provider by recognizing the mind-body connection. This self-awareness allows individuals to differentiate between treatment and healing, with the latter being about restoring harmony rather than merely addressing symptoms.

Newsletter will be coming out soon with an article on being your own primary health care provider

Caller Celinda, it is all about resurrection not crucifixion.

Luke 18:19 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good—except God alone.”
John 14:12 “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.”

He opened the space for us all to step through, not to be on a pedestal. He invited people to do their inner work (not always popular).

Understand the intensity of rage.

Ryce and Jeanie explore the powerful influence of media and cultural conditioning, which often instills fear and hostility. This “brainwashing” limits individuals’ understanding of their true, love-based nature. Ryce explains how this fear-focused conditioning fosters physiological and emotional congestion, requiring a dual approach for healing—addressing both mental and physical aspects. He references tools like forgiveness to release mental and emotional patterns, as well as physical practices, including exercises, hot baths, and the Avacyn device, to alleviate chronic physiological stress.

Throughout the episode, they advocate for a shift from dependence on external sources for health to an internal journey of self-care, empowerment, and forgiveness, breaking away from societal conditioning. By cultivating this holistic approach, individuals can clear both mental and physical blockages, fostering a state of peace and vitality.

2nd hour pre-recorded “Ben Azadi interview with dr. michael ryce and Dr. John Lieurance”

The April 12, 2023, episode of the KetoCam podcast featured a profound discussion on healing, mindset, and spirituality, with Dr. Michael Ryce and Dr. John Lieurance as guests. Dr. Ryce shared insights from his decades of work in naturopathic medicine, blending physics, psychology, and ancient wisdom. His methods focus on breathwork, the power of perspective, and forgiveness as a pathway to self-healing. Dr. Lieurance, a returning guest, complemented the conversation with his experiences integrating functional neurology, nutrition, and advanced detoxification protocols.

Central to the discussion was the concept of how thought patterns and emotional energies influence physical health and well-being. Dr. Ryce explained his pioneering “still point breathing,” a practice that releases suppressed emotions and restores love’s natural flow through the body. He challenged traditional views of forgiveness, redefining it as a self-directed process for resolving internal energies rather than absolving others.

Dr. Ryce also delved into the first-century Aramaic teachings, highlighting misinterpretations of key terms like “sin” and “forgiveness” in modern religious contexts. He connected these concepts to scientific principles, describing how thought and energy manifest physically within the body and emphasizing the importance of conscious creation. The dialogue explored practical approaches to healing, including fasting and the awareness of breath as a bridge to health and love.

The episode served as a deep dive into transformative tools for personal growth, encouraging listeners to build “brain cells” for love and forgiveness, release generational trauma, and embrace their inherent creative power.

Saturday April 15 is StillPoint Breathing

Our next newsletter includes an article on advancing your health – got a new ‘download’ on ‘germs’ and seeing the theory is to keep people in fear – the Creator said repeatedly ‘fear not’ – it keeps you out of full health. Three examples: (1) a new subdivision with 10,000 homes, one house in the middle has a cat, are cats contagious? If that cat has kittens they will not go forth unless neighbors puts food out to feed them. ‘If you feed them they will come.’ If you quit feeding them they will stop coming around.  Germs are reducing organisms, designed to consume the diseased tissue.  The disease is there before the germ multiplies.  Sin (self induced nonsense) – off the mark energy.  Fear, guilt, flame, hostility are sin.  The human form is designed to express Love (replenish the face of the earth). The false image/self has to die for the real self to live.  (2) if you have a 1 acre yard (or garden) and count the bugs, buzzards and creepy crawlers from one corner to the other and they will be similar. However, put a dead rabbit on one corner and it is 98.6 degrees, go back in 5 days and one space will be full of bugs, buzzards and creepy crawlers – it will be where tissue is decaying.  Spray that square foot to get rid of the bugs, buzzards and creepy crawlers and everything will die including the ground and plants – killed the host (the soil will now be dirt). Will have to load with chemicals to get it to come back, they will be weak and frail and little food value. Life comes from Life not death.  (3) rain does not cause flooding. If there is a soil bed, vital and alive, it will store the rain.  If you have dirt, when the rain falls it will wash away the dirt and you have conditions for flooding.  The terrain is what determines if it floods or stores. Same in the body.

Example of Jeanie working for a facility that manufactured antibiotics, to sell the building they had to sell to another antibiotic company or level the building to the ‘grassy knoll’ There is a place for antibiotics but then replace your system with a probiotic.

Caller Susan asks about wearing masks because Covid has run through the church again.  It is reasonable precaution to protect yourself. We have had Covid twice and it was an upgrade but I am not going to find someone with Covid to cough in my face. I know my structure is not perfect nor are my thoughts, I will take precaution.  Then Susan had a tooth removed and because she has a pace-maker, the dentist prescribed an antibiotic followed by probiotic, vitamin C to build the system back up.  michael said sounds like a smart dentist, there is a link between tooth infections and heart disease.  But that is why we need to have knowledge to know what we need and what we don’t. The strength of tissue verses the virility of the bug. Balance of the internal organisms. michael said we do take specific supplements, prophylactic, if my food is not providing what I need. If we eat something less than ‘good’ for us then I bless it and eat it anyway – focused blessing.

A significant portion of the conversation centered around the controversial “germ theory” of disease. Michael challenged conventional medical approaches, proposing that disease stems from internal imbalances rather than external germs. He used metaphors such as “the rain theory of flooding” to illustrate how environmental and internal terrains—whether soil, physical health, or mental states—shape outcomes. This approach underpinned the broader message of self-responsibility in maintaining health and wellness.

Throughout the episode, Michael and Jeanie advocated for conscious decision-making in health and life. They encouraged listeners to question societal norms, such as antibiotic overuse and the fear-driven medical industry, while integrating practices like blessing food, cultivating gardens, and embracing natural rhythms as part of holistic well-being. The overarching theme was one of empowerment: individuals are encouraged to take responsibility for their health, relationships, and spiritual growth.

The April 14, 2023, episode of *Mind Shifters Radio* focused on profound themes of self-acceptance, healing, and the power of forgiveness. Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce began by discussing the role of goals in shaping perceptions. They emphasized that when unresolved internal issues arise, the external pursuit of goals often fails to bring fulfillment. Drawing on both spiritual teachings and practical examples, Michael stressed that true contentment comes from reconnecting with one’s original nature as love, rather than chasing external validation.

The hosts reflected on the lingering effects of childhood power dynamics, particularly the imprint of negative messages received from authority figures or “power persons.” These unresolved wounds, often centered around feelings of rejection or inadequacy, influence adult experiences. They explored how such dynamics create repeating patterns, which surface in areas like relationships, careers, and personal aspirations. Michael shared insights into forgiveness as a tool to cancel these internalized goals and heal the underlying wounds.

michael spoke of goals and stress.  Addicted to the compulsive achieving of a goal.  Make real who you are – incarnate – into your form your human life. Acceptance of pure love, then conscious creator-ship.

Zach Bush MD, in ER resuscitated 3 different people who each asked “Why did you bring me back?” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aLaVutWXju0Loss of acceptance of Power Person becomes one of our initial wounds.

Caller Cecilia, needs to work through her Responsibility Communication and Wake-up Sheet. She moved back to Ohio near her daughter, her house in Phoenix has been on market since September 2022 and realtor seems to be going against her. michael asked what does it bring up for you? Fear, loss, sadness, concern? She doesn’t breathe and has fear.  Feels powerful she can do this – acknowledge herself she is stepping up to the plate. Yet what goal is she not releasing? Knows who she is and knows this is not real – but it keeps coming up – two opposites. What is the worst thing that could happen? May not sell and can’t rent it or doesn’t want to rent it, don’t have the money to pay the rent here. She read the Communication letter.  Went back to as a child not deserving money or assistance. Finding someone to love me, but knows it now. Using her real name ‘Susan’ the girl who lived with it, the girl she runs from, unresolved feeling reflections of thoughts. Feels fear – thought of not making it, no place to go, a safe place to live.  Face head on the thoughts of being rejected by Mom. Previously mentioned been married 4 times to escape. Notice the same issue returns. Goal that the house sells so she can be at peace, heal herself. Connection with daughter inspires her.To continue on Monday

The show included a live caller who candidly discussed the emotional and financial challenges of selling a home while pursuing personal healing. The conversation revealed parallels between the caller’s childhood experiences of rejection and current fears about worthiness and acceptance. Michael guided the caller through a worksheet process to address unresolved feelings and release the emotional charge attached to her situation. The session highlighted the importance of identifying and canceling limiting goals to align with one’s true nature.

The discussion also touched on broader spiritual principles, including the role of love and the transformative power of self-awareness. Michael and Jeanie emphasized the need to embrace one’s intrinsic worth and reject narratives of inadequacy imposed by external circumstances or past conditioning. The show concluded with a call to action for listeners to explore their unresolved patterns and commit to deeper healing through forgiveness.

The April 17, 2023, episode of *Mind Shifters Radio* featured Michael and Jeanie Ryce exploring themes of forgiveness, perception, and personal transformation. The episode began with Jeanie sharing her experience of a lighthearted day at Dollywood, which she described as an opportunity to recharge and connect with a friend. This reflection set the tone for discussions about balancing life’s demands with self-care and the importance of cultivating moments of joy.

A significant portion of the show was dedicated to a caller, Cecilia, who reflected on her journey with the forgiveness worksheets. She shared how the process had deepened her understanding of canceling goals to uncover and heal underlying pain. Michael elaborated on this practice, emphasizing that goals often activate unresolved emotional patterns from the past, creating stress. By canceling goals, individuals can clear these patterns and return to a state of presence and love.

Caller Cecilia continued process from Friday’s show

The conversation also touched on the generational and personal impacts of unresolved trauma, with Michael explaining how these patterns influence behavior and perception. He highlighted forgiveness as the ultimate tool for dissolving these imprints and restoring connection to one’s true nature. The discussion included insights into the Aramaic understanding of concepts like “the kingdom of heaven,” reframed as a “community of love,” and how alignment with this state restores creativity and peace.

Another caller shared reflections on her physical and emotional experiences, particularly how pain and fear about relationships manifest physically, such as tension in her throat. Michael provided guidance on releasing these blockages, suggesting specific practices and a “mind shifter” exercise aimed at fostering readiness for healthy and loving relationships.

Caller Roma shared fear of a relationship yet wants one. “It is safe & healing and I am ready to receive an awesome 5-H relationship.” (happy, healthy, healing, holy and horny). Lock down in her neck.

Throughout the episode, the Ryces encouraged listeners to use forgiveness as a means to dismantle limiting perceptions, reconnect with love, and engage more deeply with life. They also emphasized the importance of supporting others while maintaining self-awareness and setting healthy boundaries.

“A Walk in the Physical: Understanding the Human Experience Within the Larger Spiritual Context” by Christian Sundberg

Dr Tim talks about everything is neutral. Observations for a different experience.

Caller Susan has negative thoughts attached to the word ‘power’ – hard to accept compliments – embarrassment, don’t deserve this.  Dr Tim said look at it as a description not a compliment. Recognition that you were stuck and have moved to a different path that will bring consequences you prefer.

The April 18, 2023, episode of *Mind Shifters Radio* hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce centered on themes of personal empowerment, forgiveness, and the transformative potential of self-awareness. The discussion opened with reflections on the nature of power, with a focus on distinguishing genuine power from control. Jeanie shared insights on how true power emanates from love and clarity rather than domination, citing wisdom from spiritual and psychological sources. This set the tone for exploring how beliefs around power shape personal dynamics and perceptions.

The episode featured several callers sharing their challenges and breakthroughs. One caller, Celinda, reflected on her journey to redefine power in her life, recognizing its connection to agency, wholeness, and love. Michael guided her through identifying the roots of resistance to power, which often stemmed from past judgments and societal conditioning. Another caller shared insights about preparing for a Vipassana meditation retreat, expressing a desire to quiet the intellect and access deeper healing. Michael emphasized the importance of using meditation as a tool to quiet the mind, while integrating forgiveness to clear unresolved emotional patterns.

Caller Celinda referred to “Anatomy of the Spirit” by Caroline Myss – Love is the only True Power, not about control

A Unity Principle says “There is only one power and one presence in the Universe and in my life – God, the Good Omnipotent.” God is LOVE

Carl Sagan video “Lost” Lecture on The Age of Exploration

The show also addressed the dynamics of addiction and hostility, with Michael explaining how hostility operates as an addictive substance that obstructs emotional sobriety. He encouraged listeners to identify and dismantle patterns of blame and resistance, promoting genuine healing and accountability in relationships. Throughout the discussions, the Ryces reinforced the significance of daily practices, such as forgiveness worksheets and mindfulness, to uncover and heal the layers of unresolved pain that block access to one’s authentic self.

Caller Susan, needs advice. Her daughter said she has to test Jacob and he has to be sober before he can attend a graduation. He is insulted and angry. He says he has Pathological Demand Avoidance – resistance to what he perceives as demands. Usually in one who is autistic. Susan asked if Luke would vouch for him. Perhaps offer to him that he is using anger (which is a drug) at every turn. Challenge to be sober by speaking to his mother with kindness. Can’t be a user. He says he is not hostile but is defensive. Trick of the addictive mind is to blame and be a victim. If he can’t deal with that then he shouldn’t go.

Film “Thanks for Sharing” everyone in it goes to hostility before they ‘fall off’ – addicted to sex, drugs, alcohol

Beneath all addictive behaviors come from a trauma – see people for who they are and not what they have done.

Grief is the expression of thought disorders and loads the pancreas down. Blood sugar issues.

MindShifter: “It is safe and healing and everybody in my world (including me) appreciates it when I step into my full power.”

Sit and stay connected to Love while you imagine every abusive statement coming from Jacob’s Dad.

Do worksheets around guilt for introducing your daughter to her former.

MindShifter:  “I have the right to take a stand and take my space.” might be the grief due to keeping self hidden and not being allowed to just be self. The true self connected to being Love.

The episode concluded with reflections on stepping into one’s true power and accepting all aspects of the self, even those deemed unacceptable. Michael and Jeanie encouraged listeners to explore their resistance to self-expression and embrace their full identity, fostering greater alignment with love and personal truth.

The April 19, 2023, episode of *Mind Shifters Radio* hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce highlighted deep discussions on forgiveness, personal healing, and the transformative power of spiritual practices. The show featured special guest Olivia Benson, author of *For the Love of My Father*, a book addressing the healing journey of women dealing with the absence of a father. Olivia shared her personal journey, emphasizing how early life challenges shaped her path and how tools like forgiveness and self-awareness have been pivotal in overcoming the residual effects of trauma. She stressed that healing begins by acknowledging personal responsibility and committing to inner work.

Michael and Olivia discussed the concept of blame, which they described as humanity’s “one world religion,” where individuals habitually externalize responsibility for their pain. They explored how shifting from blame to accountability enables profound healing. Olivia reflected on her spiritual journey and the critical role of forgiveness in transforming stored emotional pain into clarity and peace. She likened the process to peeling back layers of emotional weight to reveal one’s original essence as light and love.

The episode also emphasized honoring parental relationships, even when fraught with trauma or absence, as a path to personal liberation. Michael explained the Aramaic understanding of the biblical commandment to “honor thy father and mother,” interpreting it as bringing active love to these relationships, which ultimately heals unresolved generational patterns.

A poignant caller segment further explored practical applications of these teachings. One listener shared her challenges in fostering self-love and navigating strained familial relationships. Olivia and Michael offered guidance on using forgiveness worksheets and daily practices to address deeply ingrained patterns of rejection and self-doubt. They reinforced the importance of persistence in spiritual work, reminding listeners that healing is an iterative and transformative journey.

Caller Cecilia, Kingdom of Heaven is more accurately translated Community of Love. Open your faculties to recognize who you are and then bring in others who recognize themself as Love.  Olivia added, you are undoing and replacing. It can look ugly and challenging during the process. Yet “I am going through…” and on the other side is a new world. Know the ultimate truth and not based on appearances. Projecting onto life as others are projecting on me. On a path, need to own the thoughts and feelings and give up the goal. Willingness, yet it is getting deeper.

2nd hour replay of First Century Aramaic Forgiveness and Physiology from 9/13/2019

The radio show on April 20, 2023, delved deeply into the principles of forgiveness as taught in the First Century Aramaic tradition. The hosts explored the concept that our perceived physical world is, at its core, an energetic one, and that we as humans have the power to shape our experiences through our internal energy systems. Central to the discussion was the Aramaic understanding of forgiveness, which contrasts sharply with the contemporary cultural notion of simply “letting others off the hook.” Instead, forgiveness was presented as a profound process of releasing the stored pain and trauma within one’s mind, freeing oneself from the blame game that perpetuates emotional and physiological suffering.

The show highlighted the transformative power of this forgiveness process, which involves collapsing the false perceptions of self and reality created by unresolved energies such as anger, grief, and fear. These energies, stored within the body, manifest as physical and emotional dis-ease. The hosts encouraged listeners to engage with tools like the Heartland Aramaic Forgiveness app or resources on their website to begin their healing journeys. They emphasized that forgiveness is not an intellectual exercise but a deeply personal process that allows individuals to confront and dissolve hidden pain, leading to profound healing and a return to one’s true state of active, present love.

Real-life examples, including the story of a man who experienced significant physical healing after releasing decades-old grief and trauma, illustrated the practical outcomes of this forgiveness work. The hosts also discussed the broader implications of aligning with the energy of love and truth, as opposed to the destructive patterns of fear and hostility. They encouraged audience participation, promoting an interactive exploration of these ancient principles adapted for modern application.

The April 21, 2023, episode of MindShifters Radio focused on exploring emotional healing, accountability, and the transformative process of forgiveness. Jeanie and Michael Ryce facilitated discussions with listeners, addressing deeply personal experiences and offering insights into the dynamics of perception, projection, and personal responsibility. They emphasized the critical role of tools like forgiveness worksheets and mind shifters to uncover and resolve unconscious pain that influences behavior and relationships.

The episode began with reflections on how unresolved emotional pain manifests in both individuals and relationships. A caller described the impact of childhood messages of limitation and mediocrity, and Michael Ryce guided her to use forgiveness tools to confront and release these internalized beliefs.

Caller Cecilia, never allowed herself to think she could have anything. The idea of deserving to have “family” relationships.  MindShifter: “All of my life, every member of my family has approved of, cherished and honored me.” what comes up? That is not true.  Well that is my reality, actuality is they did I just did not see it. Maybe I made it all up…it never happened.

Another listener recounted her experience witnessing a friend’s intense rage, which triggered memories of past trauma. This led to a broader discussion about managing triggers, supporting others in their healing, and the importance of approaching accountability and justice from a space of love and clarity, rather than reactive anger or vengeance.

Caller Angie, can we process future events? michael spoke of just ‘figuring it out’ verses stepping into the space. Share in the delight of the connected ah-ha experience. How to navigate in the world? Travis supporting a friend in extreme pain and rage, triggered around his daughter (Avery) who had been mistreated. In the moment, Angie felt a vibration of panic or fear and the desire to run. Travis’ energy seemed to shift, from her perspective she thought he did great. Discussion of holding someone accountable from a loving rational space not from vengeance. Anger is a cover for pain.

MindShifter: “It is safe and healing for me to embrace every aspect of pain that resides within me”

The hosts addressed the nature of perception, explaining how the mind constructs its reality based on past experiences. They highlighted how hostility or fear indicates unresolved pain and described forgiveness as a process of dismantling false perceptions to access and heal the root causes of emotional distress. This framework provided a foundation for listeners to navigate their personal challenges and deepen their understanding of forgiveness as a transformative practice.

Spoke of conscious and unconscious. Do animals take on dis-ease of owners?

Michael Ryce also tackled questions about unconscious influences, the interplay between energy and physical health, and the interconnectedness of our experiences. He noted how emotional and energetic imbalances can resonate across relationships and even impact physical well-being. Listeners were encouraged to engage with tools like forgiveness worksheets and explore the power of mind shifters to confront hidden beliefs, resolve emotional pain, and create healthier patterns in their lives.

The show concluded with a powerful conversation about the universal need for healing and the importance of bringing unresolved grief and trauma into conscious awareness. Listeners were reminded of their inherent capacity for joy and love, and they were encouraged to continue their personal work, using the tools and principles discussed to transform their lives.

Dr Tim and Susan discussing “intent”

Explored profound themes such as human consciousness, the nature of forgiveness, and the evolving influence of artificial intelligence. Hosted by Jeanie and Michael, the discussion delved into the idea that the human mind functions similarly to artificial intelligence, creating and perpetuating perceptions based on learned and inherited patterns. Michael likened carbon-based memory to AI, emphasizing how both operate by constructing “pictures” from input data. The conversation highlighted how humanity often lives in reactive cycles derived from past experiences, akin to programmed responses, and the importance of breaking free from these patterns through conscious effort and forgiveness.  We need to begin being who we really are. Live in ACTUALITY instead of REALITY. It was to be a servant not a master.

Jeanie shared her experience working through a detailed “Power Person Worksheet,” identifying pseudo-solutions—habits and beliefs inherited from authority figures—that shaped her approach to challenges. She underscored the importance of recognizing and dismantling these inherited tendencies to achieve greater emotional freedom and authenticity. Michael built on this, connecting the worksheet insights to the broader concept of forgiveness, explaining that true forgiveness involves removing the mental constructs and emotional imprints that block our ability to live authentically. Power Person self is the AI that needs to be removed.  We took on the programing.

“A Walk in the Physical: Understanding the Human Experience Within the Larger Spiritual Context” by Christian Sundberg

The discussion also ventured into the realm of artificial intelligence as both a metaphor for the human mind and a technological tool. Michael reflected on how AI’s ability to process and connect vast amounts of data can serve as a resource for organizing and refining insights from years of his teachings. He also noted the potential threats AI poses if its programming mirrors humanity’s own survival-driven and fear-based tendencies.

Listeners participated actively, sharing personal breakthroughs and challenges. Topics ranged from overcoming generational trauma to cultivating emotional intelligence and intentional living. The show concluded with reflections on the interconnectedness of humanity, the transformative power of forgiveness, and the importance of aligning with love rather than fear.

Dr Tim talks about choosing to not take offense even if it is being hurled at you.

Centered on introspective discussions about perception, consciousness, and personal transformation. Jeanie began the show by sharing the joys of working in the garden, a metaphor for personal growth and cultivation of the mind. Michael joined to explore deeper topics, including the parallels between neuroscience and spiritual principles, drawing from Anil Seth’s work on perception as hallucination shaped by internal mental templates. He connected this scientific perspective to ancient spiritual teachings, emphasizing that our perceptions are constructs of the mind rather than direct experiences of reality.

He is a British professor of Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience at the University of Sussex.  Like “time” it is useful but is a fantasy.  The eye is an antennae that receives the frequency of light. Our mind then structures the information based on thoughts we hold and we build a world separate from actuality, a construct of the mind. Example of 6 people seeing an accident and each person describes something different than the actual event. When more connected to Being your Reality will be closer to Actuality.

“… this hallucination is not a false perception or a perception of something that does not exist, but a perception modeled by our body and controlled by the brain, which applies a kind of prior template to give meaning to what we feel.” Anil Seth

Cecilia, a frequent participant, shared her progress in challenging and shifting long-held mental constructs through tools like the MindShifter process. The hosts discussed the importance of “collapsing” false perceptions created by unresolved emotional content, using forgiveness as a transformative tool. Michael stressed that true forgiveness, as per the original Aramaic meaning, involves canceling the internal goals that fuel false perceptions and allowing suppressed emotions to surface for healing. He also elaborated on the difference between actuality and the mental “realities” we construct, encouraging listeners to recognize and release inherited pain and hostility.

The episode also touched on cultural conditioning, addiction, and the broader implications of systemic narratives rooted in hostility and fear. Michael highlighted the role of language and media in perpetuating these patterns and urged listeners to reclaim their authentic selves as beings of love. Recovery, he explained, is not merely about overcoming addiction but about rediscovering one’s true nature as love and living from that space.

Visiting friends in SC and NC the last few days. 2nd hour pre-recorded “Empowered to Heal Part 1”

Focused on redefining health, healing, and the human condition. Michael Ryce explored the idea that true health is not merely the absence of disease but the conscious, active presence of love in one’s mind and body. He challenged the conventional focus on combating diseases, suggesting instead that healing begins by removing the energy patterns that block the natural state of health, which is love.

Michael delved into the ancient Aramaic teachings and their alignment with modern physics, particularly quantum mechanics. Drawing parallels between the Aramaic concept of “mind energy becoming flesh” and Einstein’s assertion that matter is energy slowed to a perceptible vibration, he explained that our creative capacity dictates our physical and emotional realities. He emphasized that unresolved emotional energy, such as fear or anger, creates dis-ease within the body, and forgiveness acts as a tool to remove these harmful patterns.

The show also discussed the interplay between mind and body, using examples from neuroscience and physiology. Michael demonstrated how past experiences stored in memory dictate present reactions, often without conscious awareness. He stressed the importance of stepping back from automatic, survival-driven responses to engage in conscious, love-based creation. This shift, he argued, is the key to being empowered to heal and to live authentically as beings of love.

Michael further explained that forgiveness, in its original Aramaic sense, is about transforming the “realities” of the mind that no longer serve us. By collapsing old, harmful patterns, individuals can transcend automatic behaviors and engage in intentional, original creation rooted in love. He concluded that true healing lies in embodying love continuously, allowing it to transform not only personal health but also relationships and broader life circumstances.

The April 27, 2023, episode of MindShifters Radio delved into a diverse range of topics, from personal development and stress management to the power of ancient Aramaic teachings. Hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, the discussion opened with reflections on the integration of past teachings, particularly the Beatitudes, now made more accessible through YouTube and the hosts’ website. This led into a deep dive into the relationship between goals, stress, and forgiveness, emphasizing how unresolved stress and improperly framed goals can disrupt peace of mind.

Michael Ryce explored the concept of stress as a necessary force for behavioral motivation but highlighted that mismanaged stress often becomes a burden. He shared techniques for managing stress effectively, particularly through the practice of canceling unnecessary or untimely goals, a principle grounded in ancient Aramaic wisdom. Stress, he explained, is generated not by external situations but by the internal goals we set. By limiting goals to immediate, actionable timeframes, individuals can reduce unnecessary mental strain and align their actions with their higher purpose.

Sufficient for the day are the ‘evils’ thereof – setting goals and managing your mind. Evil (completely off target) is related to Sin (off the mark). Evil also means unripened, incomplete.

The show also revisited the foundational principles of Aramaic forgiveness, explaining how canceling a goal collapses its associated stress and perceptual constructs, thereby exposing deeper emotional patterns for healing. Michael emphasized that forgiveness is not about pardoning external actions but about removing internal blocks to love and health. The session included a heartfelt exchange with callers, discussing real-life applications of these teachings, such as overcoming hypervigilance and reclaiming emotional freedom.

The episode concluded with reflections on the interconnectedness of these tools, framing them as parts of a comprehensive system for personal transformation. Listeners were encouraged to engage in practices like the “love exchange” exercise and mirror work to foster self-love and deeper connections with others, embodying their authentic essence as beings of love.

Dr Tim talks with caller Ann pushing along – shared insights

The April 28, 2023, episode of MindShifters Radio with Michael and Jeanie Ryce offered a profound exploration of perception, the nature of pain, and the path to true healing. Michael emphasized the idea that what we perceive in the external world is not reality itself but rather a projection constructed entirely within our minds. This concept draws on the ancient Aramaic understanding of the mind as a source of energy that “becomes flesh,” impacting both our bodies and perceptions.

The discussion outlined how unresolved emotional energies, such as fear, guilt, and anger, manifest as pain and disrupt the flow of love—the natural state of being. Pain, Michael explained, serves as a signal that something within us is out of alignment with love. He described how societal conditioning often encourages the blame game, projecting internal pain onto external sources, and perpetuating cycles of suffering. True healing, he asserted, begins with taking responsibility for our internal experiences and using forgiveness to dissolve the mental constructs that perpetuate pain.

Michael also explored the physiological underpinnings of these concepts, referencing Bruce Lipton’s research on neuropeptides, which demonstrates how thoughts and emotions shape the chemistry of the body. The practice of forgiveness, in its original Aramaic sense, involves collapsing false perceptions and projections, allowing individuals to access and release the root causes of their pain. This process transforms both internal and external realities, as changes within our energy field alter how we experience and interact with the world.

Let go of the lie that others are responsible for what I “see” and “hear” and accept that it is structures (perceptions) in my own mind. Purpose of pain is to make your ears grow. We must deal with our internal dynamics.

Quotes Carl Jung Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.

In the beginning was the word (mind energy) and the mind energy became flesh and dwelt among us.” John 1

Bruce Lipton “The Biology of Belief” says thought appears as a molecule (neuropeptide), lands on a cell and the cell replicates inside of itself as chemistry (mind energy becomes flesh). If you have experienced something 87 times with 42 different people notice you are the only one that was there every time. Bruce Lipton says “the moment you change your perception, is the moment you rewrite the chemistry of your body.”

Listeners were encouraged to embrace the practice of love as a state of being, rather than as an action or something received from others. The hosts highlighted the importance of patience and persistence in this healing journey, noting that each breakthrough creates space for deeper healing. The episode concluded with an invitation to reflect on these teachings and engage in the transformative work of forgiveness.
