The radio show focuses on the discussion of emotional healing through the use of forgiveness worksheets, particularly in the context of personal and family conflicts. Michael and Jeanie co-host the session, guiding callers through the worksheet process, which Michael has recently revised to be more concise but equally effective.
One caller, dealing with concerns about his daughter’s mental health and frustration with his ex-wife, is led through the steps of the worksheet to help manage his fear, dread, and anger. The worksheet aims to help individuals recognize how their emotions, especially anger and fear, stem from their own thoughts and past experiences rather than external triggers. The hosts emphasize the importance of staying connected to love and removing negative emotions, such as anger, which they describe as an “anesthetic” that blocks deeper feelings like fear. (Caller Jack goes through Steps 1 – 5A of the newest 7-step wake-up sheet with michael (will be on the website within a day or two) working on an issue with his former not taking action to protect their daughter and his fear the daughter will kill herself.) Throughout the show, Michael elaborates on the power of thought energy and emotional resonance. He encourages the caller to release his anger toward his ex-wife and instead focus on cultivating love and peace within himself. By doing this, Michael explains, the caller can offer a supportive and healing energy to his daughter, who is struggling with depression. The discussion also touches on how unresolved personal traumas can unconsciously affect behavior, leading to cycles of anger and hurt in relationships. Michael uses the analogy of tuning forks to explain how the energy we project can influence those around us. The hosts also mention how the worksheet can help remove these negative patterns by shifting the focus from blaming others to understanding and resolving one’s internal emotional responses. They provide practical steps for the caller to cancel the goal he holds for his ex-wife and focus on his inner state of love and peace, thus fostering a better emotional environment for his daughter. |

Dr Tim works with caller Susan through a worksheet
The episode of Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce, continues a discussion from the previous day with a caller named Jack. Jack is dealing with significant anxiety and fear over his daughter’s well-being, particularly in relation to her mother’s handling of the situation. Jack’s concerns center on his daughter’s mental health, her reluctance to go to school, and the mother’s refusal to seek counseling for their daughter. Throughout the show, Michael emphasizes the importance of addressing Jack’s internal emotional responses—especially fear, dread, and anger—using the worksheet process developed by Michael. This process is designed to help individuals recognize that their emotions stem from their own thoughts and patterns, rather than external circumstances. Jack continues Step 5A through 7 – his daughter did not go to school today. Spoke with his former, ‘worried together’ but was a loving conversation. Jack has dread still up. Unconscious communication between he and daughter will be best to be in loving space not worry. Michael encourages Jack to cancel the goal he holds for his ex-wife to “fix” their daughter’s problems. He explains that by focusing on these goals, Jack’s mind constructs perceptions based on hostility and fear, which only serve to deepen his emotional distress. By releasing these expectations, Jack can collapse those negative constructs and return to a state of love and peace, which, according to Michael, is essential for healing. The show also touches on deeper spiritual concepts, such as the idea that love must be conscious, active, and present to facilitate healing. Michael stresses that the healing process involves not only addressing current emotional triggers but also processing deep-seated traumas from the past. The show concludes with a discussion of how holding onto fear or anger impedes the ability to be present for loved ones in distress, such as Jack’s daughter. Michael and Jeanie remind listeners of the importance of forgiveness and how it allows people to let go of emotional pain, enabling them to offer support and love to others more effectively. Dr Tim did a worksheet and then talks with caller Dusty – it seems a lot of people who have had tough trauma and have worked through it have more depth and compassion for others and yet the opposite is true that some who have been miserable spread their misery. Does the opposite exist? He gets the concepts but is there an example? The example Dusty gave, life experiences prove it, compassion has love for everyone and yet misery loves company.
Continue the discussion of healing emotional traumas through forgiveness, with a focus on their worksheet process. Jeanie updates listeners on changes to the website, including the addition of new forgiveness tools and downloadable worksheets that can help people work through their emotional issues. These worksheets are designed to uncover deep-rooted traumas and help individuals let go of old patterns, making space for healing and personal transformation. He stresses that these emotional reactions are not caused by external events but by internalized traumas. The conversation highlights the idea that holding onto blame for others’ actions only perpetuates suffering, and forgiveness is the key to breaking free from these cycles. Michael elaborates on how people often confuse their perceptions with reality, noting that perceptions are constructs of the mind based on past experiences and not necessarily an accurate reflection of the present. Must discern actuality (what is actually out there in the World) from reality (your interpretation or perception, your internal world) see Anil Seth “Your brain hallucinates your conscious reality” on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lyu7v7nWzfo we could not put it on our YouTube due to copyright Perceptions come from the past and internal energies. The external gives us the gift of what we need to look at. “We meet ourselves time and again in a thousand disguises on the path of life.” “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” Hostility and fear is tearing you down. How do you make the unconscious conscious? The veil (the barrier between conscious and unconscious) must be torn in two. Power Point on our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HNybssMwyQo We see with our brains, upgrade the quality of the constructs from the mind. See the filters of the mind https://whyagain.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Getting_the_Stress_You_Need_diagram_of_filters_rev2017.pdf Forgiveness is a simple tool but may not be so easy because we have been taught to let people off the hook instead of changing the content of our mind, removing patterns, generational, negativity, pain, trauma. The show also explores how trauma is often inherited across generations, passed down unconsciously through family dynamics. Michael explains that true healing comes from taking responsibility for these internal emotional patterns and using tools like forgiveness to remove the emotional baggage that has been carried, sometimes for generations. As part of this healing process, Michael and Jeanie encourage listeners to explore their own emotional triggers, hold themselves accountable for their reactions, and commit to breaking free from the blame game. By the end of the show, the focus returns to how important it is for each individual to heal themselves, as this not only benefits the person but also impacts others around them, helping to create a more loving and peaceful environment. The hosts continue to stress that healing is an inside job, and forgiveness is the path toward freeing oneself from the pain of the past. Caller Dusty, michael added to the previous conversation on perception. Dusty shared his experience of people seeing him better than he saw himself. |

Hold the space for Celinda and Larry as they had an unexpected death in the family
A rebroadcast of a session where Michael Ryce works with Yinka on the topic of emotional healing and self-awareness. The show explores the process of using forgiveness worksheets, a tool developed by Michael to help individuals uncover deep-rooted emotional beliefs and patterns that often go unnoticed. Yinka shares her realization of carrying a belief she had not been consciously aware of for much of her life, and how this belief had influenced her decisions and perceptions. Michael explains how these unconscious beliefs are stored in the heart—the seat of emotions—rather than the mind. He underscores that true healing requires accessing these hidden beliefs and releasing them through the forgiveness process. Michael discusses the limitations of the conscious mind and how much of what controls our lives is beneath conscious awareness. He encourages listeners to engage in the worksheet process as a way to drop into the unconscious and bring forward the emotional energy that has been buried. This process does not necessarily require full awareness of the emotional source, but breathing and holding a space of love can facilitate movement and healing. Michael emphasizes that the key to personal transformation is recognizing that our emotional responses come from within and are not caused by external circumstances. Yinka reflects on her journey of seeking validation and recognition from others, only to realize that what she had been searching for externally was actually within herself all along. Michael reiterates that this realization is a crucial part of the healing process. The show also answers listener questions about the various worksheets available on Michael’s website and how to approach different emotional issues through the worksheet process. |

Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, focuses on the long-term process of emotional and psychological healing through self-awareness and forgiveness. Michael shares a story about a student from Florida who noticed recurring patterns in his second marriage, similar to those from his first, and decided to re-engage with the work of healing. This led to his participation in the Codependence to Interdependence Intensive, where he completed a personal code evaluation. Michael highlights the importance of long-term commitment to the process of healing, noting that progress may take time but is ultimately transformative.
Throughout the episode, Michael emphasizes that healing is not always a comfortable or easy experience. Many people avoid addressing their emotional traumas because they do not want to feel the discomfort that comes with it. He points out that true healing requires a willingness to face unresolved emotional pain. The show also explores the concept of forgiveness in the context of first-century Aramaic teachings, where forgiveness is not about pardoning others but about removing the internal blocks of hostility and fear that are held in the heart, or the unconscious mind. Michael further explains that denial and blame are common mechanisms people use to avoid dealing with their own emotional pain. By blaming others for their discomfort, individuals dissociate from the real source of their pain, which is internal. The process of forgiveness, as taught by Michael, involves owning the internal emotional patterns and removing them through consistent practice. He stresses that healing is a lifelong journey, one that requires continuous effort and engagement with the tools of forgiveness to break free from destructive emotional patterns. 2nd hour prerecorded show with Yinka (part 2)
The February 8, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio features a continuation of a discussion with Yinka, focusing on deep emotional healing and intergenerational trauma. The episode emphasizes how emotional patterns, such as disapproval and lack of love, are often passed down through generations. Michael Ryce explains that many people unknowingly carry these emotional wounds, inherited from their ancestors, and act out of them in their relationships. Yinka shares her journey of discovering hidden beliefs, such as a deeply ingrained feeling of not belonging, and how these unconscious beliefs have shaped her life decisions and perceptions. The discussion delves into the nature of love, which Michael describes as the essence of who we are. He guides Yinka on how to approach conversations with her daughter, suggesting that instead of expressing disapproval, she should share her own emotional work and show vulnerability. By inviting her daughter into the healing process, Yinka can help break the generational cycle of disconnection and emotional suppression. Michael also expands on the idea that forgiveness is not about letting others off the hook but about removing the emotional blocks within ourselves. These blocks are often the result of inherited trauma and unresolved emotional patterns. He emphasizes that healing these patterns requires consistent work over time, acknowledging that it may take years or even generations to fully transform. The process, however, can lead to significant shifts in relationships, emotional health, and overall well-being. |

In the February 9, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio, Michael and Jeanie Ryce continue their dialogue on emotional healing, focusing particularly on how unresolved emotional traumas manifest as mental and physical illnesses. Michael discusses the concept that death and disease are largely the result of “thought disorders,” patterns of hostility, fear, and unresolved pain that are passed down through generations. He shares personal experiences of confronting death and the deep emotional traumas connected to it, emphasizing how vital it is to process these issues for healing.
A significant part of the show deals with how family traumas, like abuse or unresolved emotional conflicts, influence our lives and health. Michael explains that most of the diseases and deaths experienced are the result of thought energy that has gone awry over generations, and he highlights the importance of acknowledging and processing these buried emotions through the forgiveness process. The episode emphasizes that all unresolved emotional energy leads to physiological disruptions, and clearing these emotional blockages is essential for long-term health. Listeners engage with Michael and Jeanie, asking questions about their own struggles with death and emotional turmoil. Michael shares a specific technique for confronting and processing these issues by recognizing when hostility or fear arises and identifying it as a mental illness that needs healing. By using the worksheet process, individuals can begin to dissolve these deep-seated patterns and make way for healing, not just for themselves but for their entire bloodline. Caller Magda asked for a MindShifter around death, section 5, Healing Death, “I am aware of, and quickly heal all speech and behaviors reflecting thought disorders.” then chose another from sections 1 – 17, section 8 is Dealing with Power Person Issues” “It is safe and healing, and I love it when people make me wrong.” michael shared his experience of facing and healing death issues Caller Joe, the person he is in relationship with offers feedback, she is interpreting through her own filters and not sharing what she is experiencing. The February 13, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, revolves around personal and collective healing, both in emotional and environmental contexts. The episode begins with a reflection on the healing work being done at Heartland, specifically the regeneration of soil and the planting of native species in the garden. Michael emphasizes the connection between physical work in the garden and deeper spiritual and emotional healing. He highlights how tending to the Earth mirrors the process of tending to one’s inner emotional world.
Listeners engage with the hosts through questions about forgiveness, frustration, and physical ailments, particularly a condition related to post-COVID symptoms. Michael discusses how these physical manifestations can often be traced back to unresolved emotional or generational issues, encouraging listeners to use forgiveness as a tool to release stored emotional energy. The show also touches on the interconnectedness of mental and physical health, particularly through practices like StillPoint breathing and the use of natural healing devices like the AVACEN. One caller delves into the concept of irritation and frustration, asking why these emotions arise in seemingly external situations. Michael explains that irritation is often a reflection of deeper internal conflicts and suggests using the worksheet process to uncover the hidden beliefs and goals driving these emotions. This conversation leads to a broader discussion on how unresolved emotional patterns, when left unaddressed, can manifest as physical discomfort or illness. The episode further explores the philosophical notion of whether life is a “simulation” and how individuals can find peace and purpose even in the face of existential questions. Michael reminds listeners that regardless of external theories or beliefs, the key is to remain connected to love and to use forgiveness as a way of releasing any mental constructs that keep one trapped in fear or confusion. Happy Eternal Day michael! Caller Susan, has an itch/rash the doctor says it is supposedly a post-Covid symptom. What is my skin telling me that is irritating me? She knows so why does the itch stay? ‘Oh brother’ he is good, thus maybe you are categorizing this irritation as bad and so it won’t talk to you. Ask your ancestors what irritation they have. The thought that comes is her mother telling her she is a critical little girl. Later as a teen, went to Doc Ann, a lady/mentor, she said to her you are going to find people very lacking in your life. Not knowing what she meant. Frustration inside is covering up the truth you are seeking. How to forgive. The keyway is to cancel the goal specifically for the object of attention in the moment. Can’t figure it out but can Shabag it (cancel) – forgive it and then the construct collapses. Then there is a taste to BE LIFE instead of the need to know. Is it a simulation? The February 14, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, revolves around the theme of love, aligning with Valentine’s Day. Michael focuses on the idea of love as a state of being rather than an action or something to give or receive. He emphasizes that love is the essence of who we are as humans, urging listeners to reconnect with their true nature and recognize that love is not something to be earned or expressed outwardly but an innate quality within.
During the show, the hosts reflect on recent personal experiences and the ongoing developments at Heartland, particularly in relation to gardening and environmental restoration. Michael draws a connection between nurturing the earth and nurturing one’s emotional and spiritual self. This theme of tending both the environment and the soul runs through the episode, showing how external actions mirror internal healing. Listeners call in to share their personal experiences and struggles, including topics like guilt, pain, and unresolved childhood traumas. One caller discusses the concept of unresolved emotional wounds manifesting as physical pain, and Michael offers insights on using forgiveness and self-awareness to release these deep-rooted emotional patterns. He encourages callers to write letters to themselves or others as a method of healing and confronting long-buried emotions. Throughout the show, Michael returns to the idea that love is not about doing but about being. He encourages the audience to let go of traditional notions of love as something to be earned or given and instead to experience it as an inherent state of presence and awareness. The February 15, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, dives deep into the concepts of energy transmutation and healing. Michael begins by explaining the “perpetual transmutation of radiant energy,” a principle that everything in the universe, including emotions and thoughts, is in constant transformation. He emphasizes that human beings have the unique ability to consciously direct this energy, allowing them to either follow old generational patterns or create something entirely new. Michael stresses the importance of using forgiveness as a tool to remove harmful patterns inherited from family or culture, which leads to the possibility of living a more joyful and free life.
A major focus of the episode is the idea that much of what we perceive as the world outside of us is actually a projection of our internal mind. Through this lens, Michael highlights how our thoughts and unresolved traumas shape our perceptions, often creating a distorted reality. He encourages listeners to confront and forgive these patterns to access the truth of who they are—beings of love. The show also explores how emotions like fear and hostility, when left unchecked, not only affect mental health but also manifest as physical ailments. Michael explains that by transforming these energetic patterns, people can heal not only emotionally but physically as well. He also discusses the role of various disciplines such as quantum theory, neurolinguistics, and nutrition in supporting this holistic healing process. The episode stresses the importance of recognizing one’s creative power and using it to transform personal and generational patterns of pain and suffering into love and healing. Michael encourages listeners to take responsibility for their internal state and use forgiveness to clear the emotional blockages that keep them from experiencing love as their natural state of being. We can step in and do the work as conscious creators (takes effort but is easy) and or we unconsciously replicate the patterns (effortless but life is hard). If we limit our view of ourselves as creators then our ability to transmute into joy and aliveness is likewise limited. Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy – This law states that on an energetic level, everything in the universe is constantly evolving or fluctuating. Every action is preceded by a thought, with thoughts themselves having the power to eventually manifest in our physical reality. We can re-‘organize’ our structure. George Bernard Shaw said: “England and America are two countries separated by a common language” We hear the same concept from different modalities – science, psychology, physics, theology – and think it is a conflict. It is our thought disorders that twists it into our reality instead of seeing actuality. Perception needs to be cleansed. We “see” from our mind – our internally generated perception. Bruce Lipton says the moment you change your perception is the moment you rewrite the “chemistry” in your body. Pain in our tissue (dis-ease) is a reflection of a pained mental construct. Einstein says there is ‘no matter’ so what thoughts do we solidify and allow to transmute through us? We want to heal and realign with truth then we will be empowered to see how life works and see our part. Energy systems do not improve by effort but by alignment. Hippocrates said “If you are not your own doctor then you are a fool.” And he said “If someone wishes for good health, one must first ask oneself if he is ready to do away with the reasons for his illness, only then it is possible to help him.” Caller Joe, discussion on someone who claims to be an empath. The February 16, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, centers on emotional and spiritual healing, with a focus on removing internal barriers to living a life filled with love. Michael begins by reading the poem *Desiderata* by Max Ehrman, which emphasizes finding peace amidst the chaos of life and staying connected to one’s true nature. He uses the poem to illustrate how many of the problems people face in life are creations of their own minds, rooted in unresolved emotional patterns.
michael read, “Desiderata” by Max Ehrmann ©1927 The power of the command we give to words. Creation by thought and words. The power to heal lies within as well. “Beware of false knowledge; it is more dangerous than ignorance.” George Bernard Shaw You cannot rise above by ‘premature positive thinking’ – it will work until the positive thinking becomes too burdensome and you stop. Can’t build positive on a negative foundation. Have to heal the foundation. Many cultural systems thrive on failure of the people. Caller Celinda, getting ready to do an ‘Amends’ letter out to a friend. Discussion of eyes, ears, taste and smell. Michael emphasizes the importance of addressing these internal emotional constructs, suggesting that many people get stuck in patterns of blame and fear. He encourages listeners to embrace forgiveness as a way of dismantling these unhealthy thought patterns. True healing, he argues, comes from going within, becoming aware of the stress signals from the body, and learning to interpret them correctly. This requires confronting old beliefs and generational trauma, which often hold people back from living fully in love and peace. The show also highlights the role of the nervous system in healing, explaining that unresolved emotions manifest as physical symptoms, often leading to illness. Michael connects this with his teachings on how the mind creates its own reality, shaping one’s experience based on internalized energy. He encourages listeners to take personal responsibility for their emotional well-being and invest in self-healing as a lifelong journey. |

The February 17, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, continues the in-depth exploration of emotional healing, trauma, and forgiveness. Michael emphasizes the concept that perception is not a passive reflection of reality but an active process shaped by the mind’s content. This idea, supported by modern research and ancient Aramaic teachings, suggests that unresolved trauma and emotional patterns distort our perceptions of the present. He discusses how these patterns, often inherited through generations, manifest as repeated cycles of pain and struggle in relationships, health, and life experiences.
The episode delves into the “power person dynamic,” a framework describing how unresolved childhood traumas, particularly those related to parental authority figures, shape one’s behavior and perceptions. Michael explains how, in moments of stress, individuals unconsciously recreate these old dynamics, leading to a cycle of repeated pain and suffering. He draws from his book *Why Is This Happening to Me Again?* to illustrate how people often find themselves reliving the same emotional patterns, unaware that these patterns stem from their unresolved past. Michael also touches on the spiritual and practical aspects of healing through forgiveness, particularly the Aramaic interpretation of forgiveness, which focuses on removing internal blocks rather than letting others off the hook. He encourages listeners to use the forgiveness tools to collapse their distorted perceptions and release the generational trauma that perpetuates emotional suffering. By doing so, individuals can transform their inner states and rewrite the “chemistry” of their body, leading to both emotional and physical healing. The show integrates these psychological and spiritual insights with research from cognitive science and biology, illustrating how perception and emotional states directly affect physical health. Michael invites listeners to explore these ideas further through his online courses, videos, and forgiveness worksheets. michael reviewed information from https://whyagain.org/living-as-love-is-better/ A FREE COURSE IN HOLISTIC SELF-HEALING Jayber Crow by Wendell Berry an orphan by age 10 experiences Love (Being) = alignment with ‘Gentle Art of Blessings’ movie “Mystic India” at 11 years this child travels teaching https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0400675/ |

2nd hour prerecorded show “BookClubWorksheetJune092022”
The February 20, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, focuses on the exploration of emotional healing and overcoming feelings of invisibility. A listener, Sarah, shares her experience of feeling invisible throughout her life, tracing it back to her childhood when she was regularly sent out of the classroom as a form of punishment. This experience left her feeling isolated and ashamed, which has carried over into her adult life. Michael guides Sarah through the process of using the forgiveness worksheet, focusing on fear and shame. The worksheet helps her identify the underlying emotions that have kept her in a state of hiding, and Michael encourages her to release these emotions by recognizing that they stem from her internal thought patterns. Michael explains how emotions like fear and hostility arise from corrupt data stored in the mind and how the mind constructs perceptions based on these unresolved traumas. He emphasizes the importance of forgiveness in healing these emotional wounds by collapsing the false perceptions created by the mind. By canceling the goal to be supported and recognized by her teacher, Sarah begins the process of releasing the emotional energy tied to her past experiences. The episode delves into the concept of “power person dynamics,” where unresolved trauma from authority figures can control behavior throughout life. Michael encourages listeners to confront these dynamics and heal them through consistent practice of forgiveness, allowing them to regain their sense of self and live more authentically. |

The February 21, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, delves into the spiritual and emotional aspects of healing, focusing on how thoughts and emotions affect one’s physiological and psychological health. Michael shares stories about the transformative power of love, discussing how perceptions and mental constructs shape individuals’ experiences. He describes how thoughts rooted in fear, hostility, or guilt can block one’s awareness of love, leading to physical and emotional distress. Through the practice of forgiveness, Michael explains that individuals can collapse these harmful mental constructs and restore the natural flow of love in their lives.
One of the key stories in this episode involves a man who, despite his father’s tragic murder, was able to meet the suspected killer with love and peace rather than succumbing to rage. Michael praises this as an example of the profound healing that can occur when one chooses to align with love instead of hostility. This, he suggests, has ripple effects not only on the individual but also on the collective consciousness, helping to elevate others toward healing. The discussion also touches on the physiological effects of unresolved emotions, such as how fear and hostility can lead to blockages in the body, impeding blood flow and causing waste buildup. Michael uses the metaphor of a swamp forming when the flow of energy is blocked, explaining that clearing emotional blockages through forgiveness allows for the natural healing process to take place. Michael ties these ideas to spiritual teachings, particularly from the ancient Aramaic language, explaining that concepts like prayer and forgiveness are less about religious rituals and more about understanding how the mind and energy systems work to create or obstruct the flow of love and life. We received an email from a minister to say thank-you for the work and his opening on hearing about ‘setting a trap for God’. He posted the “Living Not Saying the Lord’s Prayer” video on his own website. This work (the video) was introduced to him by a friend, see his testimonial and the video at https://www.gettingtogod.com/post/setting-a-trap Another contact, a man michael has kept contact with over the years, called to say his father had passed away and to acknowledge that he met with a man they think actually murdered his father and that he was shored up enough (through this work) to not kill the man but talk and stay connected to Love. michael shared his breathing this morning and the message he got that he was not ready to come into this world (issues at his birth). Caller Celinda discusses with Dr Tim going back through an issue. He reminds her it is just a memory and she lived through it the first time.
The February 22, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, focuses on holistic healing and the body’s natural ability to regenerate when given the right conditions. Michael shares insights into how emotional and physical healing are intertwined, explaining that the body’s natural state is one of health, but when people disconnect from love and live in fear or hostility, they block the flow of energy essential for healing. He emphasizes how crucial it is to open pathways for blood flow, as poor circulation can cause physical and emotional distress. The discussion touches on microcirculation, the process by which cells receive nutrients and eliminate waste, and how proper blood flow plays a vital role in the body’s healing process. A significant portion of the episode is dedicated to explaining how modern life, with its stresses and unhealthy lifestyle choices, can impair these natural processes. Michael introduces the Avacyn medical device, which helps improve blood circulation by warming the blood, thus supporting the body’s healing mechanisms. He shares anecdotal evidence from his experiences, describing how people who used the device reported significant improvements in conditions like diabetic neuropathy and even saw changes such as the restoration of natural hair color, attributed to better nutrient absorption. The conversation also explores the mental and emotional aspects of healing, particularly how fear and negative emotions can disrupt the body’s natural healing abilities. Michael draws connections between emotional health and physical health, pointing out that unresolved fear and hostility often manifest as physical symptoms. He encourages listeners to use forgiveness and mindfulness practices to collapse these emotional blockages and restore love as the driving force in their lives. 1st hour pre-recorded show with Dr Tim, Michelle and Rachel (from Thanksgiving 2013) The radio show transcript discusses a deep and transformative topic centered around the concept of forgiveness, drawing from ancient Aramaic teachings. The host elaborates on the nature of energy, stating that everything, including matter, is energy in different forms. Traumas, especially unresolved ones, are held within our energy fields and manifest as recurring negative experiences if not addressed properly. A key point in the discussion is that the process of forgiveness, as originally taught in Aramaic, is not about pardoning someone else, but about canceling the internal goals that we hold for others, which create pain when they are not fulfilled. The host explains that true forgiveness requires processing the emotions linked to those unfulfilled goals and dissolving the traumatic energy with the presence of love. The show emphasizes the need to face and process one’s inner traumas instead of projecting blame onto others. The host explains that most of the world mistakenly believes that forgiveness involves letting others off the hook for their wrongdoings, but this only perpetuates the pain. Instead, forgiveness is about introspection and dissolving the internal pain and trauma associated with those experiences. The host frequently references ancient teachings and likens the forgiveness process to a form of energetic transmutation, much like how plants convert sunlight into nutrients. When one faces their trauma in the presence of love, it can be healed and transformed. The discussion also delves into how unresolved trauma creates recurring patterns in life. These patterns are often a result of harboring unprocessed emotions that we project onto others, thinking they are the source of our pain. The host uses examples from religious texts, science, and personal anecdotes to illustrate that this process of projection keeps individuals trapped in cycles of repeated trauma. The host also suggests using tools like a forgiveness worksheet available on their website and even an app for this purpose. The overall message of the radio show is about taking responsibility for one’s inner emotional landscape and learning how to heal through authentic forgiveness. Yesterday’s show discussion on the AVACEN is now loaded on our YouTube channel https://youtu.be/0prQ8B_ZbYcIf we go through a traumatic experience and hold the energy pattern in the same state as when the experience happened. The presence of Love will transform that energy when exposed to the Love. True Forgiveness. “The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy states that energy is constantly moving, transmuting, or transferring, and it is always in motion (hence the word perpetual!). This continuous metamorphosis never stops; Everything is always changing and nothing stays constant. In addition to its constant state of movement, energy just ‘is’. It exists. It cannot disappear, it cannot go away, it cannot add to itself. As you may have heard in physics class, energy cannot be created nor destroyed. As the name suggests, it is perpetual and it is always transforming. Water is great example of this law at work in our physical world. Water can transition into an ice cube, steam, clouds, rain, snow, but water never disappears from earth; it always exists. You cannot get rid of the energy that is water, you can only change (or transmute) its form. This is the Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy at work. From state to state, energy constantly evolves, moves, and transforms, and it always exists (even when you can’t see it).” see https://www.themodernmanifestation.com/post/law-of-perpetual-transmutation-of-energy Caller Susan, discussed situation with their ‘guest’ and his emotional support dog. Fear and resistance and wondering if she is enabling him, now another level of frustration. Uncomfortable with her own thoughts. How is she different? Her husband, Tim, pays the bills. michael offered that she is equating herself to someone who has created a lot of trauma in their life and that is not an equal comparison. Invited her to do worksheets around what thoughts that would put her in the same ballpark. Maybe worksheets around money and thinking that our worth is about green paper with no value. What did your PP do or say that put thoughts in your mind that you are like michael? Yes he is valuable as a human being as all of us are, but he has created a life of trauma. MindShifter: “It is safe and healing for me to look at every part of my mind that michael shows me that is fueled by fear and/or hostility.” Tim B does not have goals for michael and you do. Goals for michael are likely the same goals your Power Person had for you. |

Dr Tim discusses “allowing” with caller Susan
The February 24, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, focuses on the recurring nature of emotional pain and how unresolved issues tend to resurface in various forms throughout life. Michael opens with a discussion about the central theme of his book, *Why Is This Happening to Me Again?*, explaining that when individuals suppress or deny their emotional pain, it intensifies and manifests in repeated experiences. He emphasizes that this is due to the principle of resonance, where unresolved emotions are pushed out into the world and attract similar energies, leading to repeated situations that reflect the suppressed feelings. Michael explains that many people, in an attempt to avoid dealing with their emotional discomfort, use denial as a coping mechanism. However, this only intensifies the unresolved energy, making it more likely that these same issues will arise again, often with different people or in different circumstances. He likens this to pressing down on a spring, storing potential energy that will eventually release. To break this cycle, Michael encourages listeners to embrace the process of forgiveness—not in the conventional sense of pardoning someone else, but in the Aramaic sense, which involves collapsing the false perceptions created by the mind and addressing the underlying emotional energy. The episode also includes discussions about the power of perception and how the mind projects internal struggles onto the external world. Michael stresses that forgiveness is not about changing external circumstances but about transforming the internal emotional landscape. By bringing love into the present moment and addressing the root causes of emotional pain, individuals can heal and move beyond the cycle of recurring negative experiences. michael discusses “actuality” concealed by the constructs of the mind “reality” michael read the Commitment – https://whyagain.org/service/my-commitment-2/ Caller Susan made the list of all the things her Power Person would say to her ‘boarder’ – listening to the Commitment and she felt she would be swallowed up. MindShifter: “It is safe and healing when people abuse me, take advantage of me, or swallow me up.” “It is safe and healing and I love it when people make a doormat of me.” Fear of total annihilation. Her ‘boarder’ vulnerability or defensiveness? He carries so much terror he does not want to be seen (thus not attacked). His terror then resonates the terror she carries in her. The February 27, 2023, episode of Mind Shifters Radio, hosted by Michael and Jeanie Ryce, centers around themes of forgiveness, emotional healing, and the impact of generational trauma. Michael discusses the concept that much of our emotional pain and dysfunction is the result of unresolved patterns passed down through generations. These patterns often emerge in moments of stress and are perpetuated when we deny or suppress our emotions rather than confronting and healing them.
He introduces the concept of resonance, explaining that when we hold onto “disease energy”—unresolved emotional patterns—it not only damages us but also attracts people and situations that mirror these unresolved issues. Michael emphasizes the importance of forgiveness, not in the conventional sense of pardoning someone, but as a tool to remove the mental and emotional constructs that create suffering. By collapsing these false perceptions, individuals can begin to heal both emotionally and physically.
The episode also highlights the importance of raising one’s vitality and using this increased energy to confront deeper emotional wounds. Michael shares personal anecdotes, including his experiences with his children and grandchild, to illustrate how love and forgiveness can transform relationships and break generational cycles of trauma. He encourages listeners to face their unresolved emotional pain and use forgiveness to create healing, not only for themselves but for future generations. michael shared the energy of the newest granddaughter Kaylee Jo Caller Roma, one world religion of Love instead of denial. michael said yes if each person realized that we are Love, and that is where we are headed but where the world mostly is in denial and blame. Focal point, state of being as a human is Love. Caller Paula, 1) is it true that Love brings up everything unlike itself, even what you are not aware of, 2.) and then a misconception from ACIM, leaving me in confusion and torment. A more powerful presence of love will bring up what is less than – the healing crisis – refer to the vitality meter. The higher the vitality the deeper one can go. The Course talks about the body – we remain as conscious, active Love in the state of Being, but if we have generational patterns of hate, fear, guilt and grief, etc. we generate a false image of our-self identified with the ‘body’ and experience our-self as the false self. We are the created essence of Love and yet we have been given a different message. The false self blocks the truth. Progressively move toward the state of remembering who you are. Healing process may not be ‘dr. feelgood’ If the body dies then the function of the carbon based memory bank shuts up and one experiences who they are – Love. Prerecorded show: “The Power of Responsibility”
radio show revolves around profound discussions on the nature of perception, emotional healing, and the transformative power of Aramaic forgiveness. The host, Michael Ryce, emphasizes how perception is merely a construct of the mind, not a reflection of actuality. He illustrates how the mind uses only a tiny fraction of available data to construct reality, leading to potential misunderstandings of the external world. This discrepancy between what happens in the world and what we perceive is shaped significantly by the language and words we use. Ryce stresses that words hold the power of life and death, influencing how we see the world and experience our emotions. Ryce explains that emotions, like pain and anger, do not come from external events or people but are generated from within, often triggered by unresolved traumas. When people say, “You made me mad,” they are participating in denial by avoiding ownership of their internal pain and projecting it onto others. This denial keeps individuals trapped in cycles of trauma, as the real cause of the pain remains hidden and dissociated. The host introduces the concept of forgiveness in its original Aramaic context, where it means to “cancel” or “untie” rather than pardon. Through the process of forgiveness, individuals can access and release deep-seated emotional pain, thereby breaking the recurring cycles of trauma. The show touches on the scientific aspects of perception, referencing research and tools like the Delaware camera, which can capture energy waves that leave the mind when we think. This scientific exploration complements Ryce’s teachings about the energetic nature of thoughts and how they shape our experiences. He emphasizes that forgiveness is a technology designed to collapse false perceptions and allow individuals to heal by removing disintegrative energies from their system. By doing so, people can stop attracting negative experiences through resonance and live more harmoniously. The host further explains the law of resonance, where individuals attract others who resonate with their unresolved emotional patterns, leading to repeated negative interactions. He encourages listeners to take responsibility for their internal emotions and use the forgiveness process to release the stored energy that fuels these patterns. This ancient technology, Ryce argues, has been lost for centuries but is essential for personal and collective healing. The show promotes the use of Ryce’s forgiveness worksheets and the Heartland Aramaic Forgiveness app as practical tools for applying these concepts in daily life. |
