Caller Linda asked for an explanation for “I Am” – like “And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you” (Exodus 3:7–8, 13–14). The Creator – the one who caused ‘existence’ and we can’t describe the Creator with our words and time. We get a sketch only. The mind can’t comprehend. Rukha d’Koodsha is the third of the Creator. Y’Shua used the metaphor of the wind. Can be experienced when we get out of our mind. That is what Quantum StillPoint is aiming to do, get out of the mind https://whyagain.org/quantum-stillpoint-intensive/ Y’Shua said he was the I Am. Luke 2 said Y’Shua increased in wisdom. Mark 15:34: And at the ninth hour, Jesus shouted in a loud voice, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” words left in Aramaic, yet Greeks interpreted, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” But in Aramaic it is more like “Papa, Papa, for this you set me aside (reserved me).” not with rejection but understanding. Matthew 10:42 “And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple, truly I tell you, that person will certainly not lose their reward.” No threat or intimidation.Luke 9:49 – 50 says “Master,” said John, “we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we tried to stop him, because he is not one of us.” “Do not stop him,” Jesus said, “for whoever is not against you is for you.” Just because they don’t follow you doesn’t mean he is against you. Too many sects want to believe they are the only way to God, that their way is right and others are wrong. Parable – parallel meaning and new understanding comes through. Incarnated as a human being remaining connected. Never surrenders the presence of love to the circumstances he is in. John he says “I am the bread of life. I am the door.” He did not come in his own name but the I Am. michael took a client through StillPoint Breathing and he dropped the trauma he was stuck in around his boss. “I am the light of the world.” then he said “You are the light of the world.””I am the good shepherd.” I am here for you and will walk you through.”I am the resurrection and life.” I have given you the teachings to follow. If you live in hostility and fear and threat, it will kill you. “If you live by the sword, you will die by the sword.””I am the true vine.” you are linked to the trunk of the tree if you follow me.Lord’s Prayer – “teach us to pray” not say a prayer for us. Y’Shua said don’t be like the pagans and repeat words. Instruction set to accomplish the goal of reflecting the Creator (Love) to the world. Prayer means to set a trap for God (like an antenna captures or traps the desired signal). https://whyagain.org/the-lord-s-prayer/ An Interpretation (not translation) From The Aramaic by dr. michael ryce for today’s world. Worship means to emulate. |
July 2 | Dr Tim goes through forgiveness process with Jamuna around anxiety that her neighbor is angry. Her fear that she will be isolated and rejected.
Caller Patrick McGhan. “The connection of our head to our tail dramatically affects our sense of ourselves in our own bodies. When healthy, it supports the function of our nervous system and our ability to move easily through space with coordination and balance.” When the body is aligned our experience is different. He had worked with alignment of his sacrum (which is sacred) between the ilium bones. Patrick’s goal to be present and aware – major change was pulling in his pelvic area. Then his being aware changed and he is excited. Learning more quickly. The Quantum StillPoint, the 3-day intensive that michael does, works with the cranium and mental and emotional, yet during the process his pelvic tilt shifted too, more easily. Twice now michael read to him the Quantum StillPoint ‘Awakening To Being’ article (https://whyagain.org/quantum-stillpoint-intensive/) and Patrick just let go and went unconscious (asleep) both times. The energy was like the Quantum StillPoint experience all over again. Asked michael to read it now and everyone note how you feel before and after. Patrick responded he briefly went out but difficult to talk now. At the end your voice tones was like slow poetry. His busy-ness let go. His guidance during the Quantum StillPoint was to unzip the ‘bag’ (protection) around him and give himself totally to the process. Main objective of Quantum StillPoint is to inspire the mind for at least an instant to let go. ‘Ask and receive’ and ‘of the works of my hand command ye me’ – the Creator gives us as we ask. The mind of man holds to the epigenetics of the generations. Patrick said he is peaceful but it is difficult to speak. |

July 4 | Blessed Independence Day!
July 4, 2024, MindShifters Radio show: – The show starts with greetings and a brief introduction. The host mentions the call-in number and encourages listeners to visit their website, whyagain.org, for more information and resources, including recordings of readings on “Quantum Still Point.” – michael discusses the importance of language, particularly Aramaic, in understanding the concepts they explore on the show. He emphasizes that Aramaic is a language of physics, physiology, and genetics, not just a religious language. – michael talks about the limitations of words in fully capturing and conveying truths. He stresses that words can provide instructions for producing results, but the actual experience and understanding must come from personal practice and application of the described tools. – The host highlights the importance of engaging with the tools and practices they discuss, rather than just intellectually understanding the concepts. The goal is to collapse constructs of the mind based on hostility or fear and to bring forward unique comprehension and application of these tools. – michael shares his experience with a new group he engaged with on Telegram, noting their genuine interest in the tools and concepts discussed on the show. There were lots of questions and a strong desire to understand and apply the tools to overcome generational patterns of hostility and fear. – A listener named Sunny calls in, discussing their experience with the group on Telegram and the challenges of explaining forgiveness and processing past abusive relationships. Michael and Sunny agree on the importance of continuing to work through personal issues even after ending a relationship. – michael explains the concept of the “geographic cure,” where people believe that changing their location or cutting off communication will solve their problems. He emphasizes that true healing requires addressing internal issues, not just changing external circumstances. – The discussion shifts to the process of forgiveness and the importance of taking responsibility for one’s own emotions and experiences. michael explains that disease and healing are energy propositions and that projecting blame onto others is counterproductive. – michael differentiates between treatment and healing, stating that true healing involves developing the skills to work through internal issues. He encourages listeners to engage deeply with the tools and processes they discuss to achieve genuine healing and transformation. Caller Susan, conversation includes: Continuous Growth: The idea that living together and continuously learning leads to an improved life and positively influences future generations. Life Improvement: Despite setbacks and challenges, persistent effort and reflection lead to significant improvements over time. Self-Realization and Relationships: Personal relationships often reflect inner issues, revealing layers of denial and the need for introspection. Using intuition to understand and navigate relationships, recognizing when to pursue or withdraw based on personal growth needs. The Role of Goals: The ultimate problem lies in making external goals more important than staying true to oneself. It’s essential to continually reassess and cancel these goals to process underlying traumas and dramas. Capacity for Understanding: The discussion references the Webb Telescope to illustrate the vast potential for human understanding, suggesting that complete self-comprehension aligns with understanding the universe. Essence of Being: True happiness and fulfillment come from aligning with one’s essence rather than chasing external validations. The essence remains untouched by trauma, and healing involves bringing this essence into consciousness. Healing Process: Healing involves facing and processing deep-seated traumas, often requiring repetitive and persistent effort. The ultimate goal is to achieve a state where the individual is free of past traumas and can live fully in the present. Role of Tools and Techniques: Various tools and techniques help navigate personal growth, likened to walking a narrow carpet that leads through challenges. Acceptance and Love: Embracing oneself fully, including past traumas, leads to genuine acceptance and love for others. This process involves letting go of unhealthy dreams and goals, understanding that true joy and fulfillment come from within. Interpersonal Dynamics: Relationships serve as mirrors reflecting unresolved issues. The process of healing in relationships involves continuous introspection and clearing personal goals that hinder genuine connection. Conclusion: The conversation highlights the journey of personal transformation through continuous learning, introspection, and healing. It emphasizes the importance of understanding one’s essence, letting go of unhealthy goals, and using tools and techniques to navigate personal and relational challenges. Ultimately, true fulfillment comes from aligning with one’s true self and allowing the presence of love to guide and heal. – The segment concludes with michael inviting listeners to engage with the workshop “Why Is This Happening to Me Again?” available on their YouTube channel for further learning and application of the concepts discussed. |
July 5 | continue from Friday June 28, 2024 radio show
Vladimir Lenin said change the meaning of words and you can destroy a culture Love is what you are not something you do. “The stream of knowledge is heading towards a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a machine. Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter…we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter.” Sir James Jeans Thought is back of and superior to matter. Candace Pert “Molecules of Emotion: The Science Behind Mind-Body Medicine” Thoughts ‘you are not good enough’ ‘you’ll never make it’ – hold these as true and create dis-ease in the cell Deepak Chopra “To think is to practice brain chemistry.” Fear and hostility and defensiveness are disintegrative energies. Seem to protect but are a fraud and lead to pain and failure. Job said ‘that which I feared most has come upon me.’ Mahatma Gandhi – Perception comes from thoughts. ‘I am broken’ and believe it and construct their realities. Paul said be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Neuropeptide resonated by so called thinking and each person looks at the content of their mind. A physical reflection of our thoughts. CIA on perception https://whyagain.org/images/PDF/CIA_PsychologyOfIntelligenceAnalysis.pdf “Perception is demonstrably an active rather than a passive process; it constructs rather than records ‘reality’ … people (continuously) construct their own version of reality …” Anil Seth (Ted Talk) https://www.ted.com/talks/anil_seth_your_brain_hallucinates_your_conscious_reality Einstein says “A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” Internal construct from the past appears to be a current, present moment experience. Abhorrent constructs and you have a Why Is This Happening To Me … AGAIN?! experience. If fear or hostility are present then we can know it is not the truth about the present. It is an appearance / hallucination. Forgive – actually remove the thought at the base. Monumental healing is possible. Jeanie shared from her Gratitude app about the voice in our head. It can be a dictator. It is so constant and seamless and we disappear into the voice, we identify with it. Thank your mind when it starts to chatter. “I get what you are trying to do, to be of use, but I have this.” If you try to dismiss it it will continue to problem-solve. Caller Joe, breathing. Breath is a tool of love. When he holds is breath it is a function of non-love. Breathe deeply re-activates the welcoming of the breath. ‘Nice breath.’ Aspect of one-on-one with someone, okay to take the deep breath. Ushers love into the structure. The ‘I AM’ manifests as I walk through the threshold. Like swimming, breathe with the stroke, it is an act of breathing in as much as I can get in a moment. It is core. Creation story in Aramaic the Creator sent out his breath. When we cut off the breath we cut ourself off from the Creator. |

July 8 | Dr Tim reads from Alan Cohen’s new book (2024) “Of Course in Miracles: When Love Becomes a Way of Life”
Caller Audrey, growing when she does her own inner work. Pleased for your and Dr Tim’s devotion to this show and work. She’s been circling the earth 8 decades and has seen changes since doing this work (maybe two years). Never too late to start. Be an example and that is the best advertisement for this work. When the student is ready the teacher will appear. The only thing that counts is the present (every instance is a gift). Spoke to a friend yesterday and found out his wife had passed. She took the tools and passed them to her father and saved his life. Caller Sunny, passing the work on and changing lives. A person, a former roommate for 8 years, her observation is that nothing changes in his life. He has many excuses as to why. He now lives with Sunny’s daughter (24) and he is 65 but he has given excuses to not move on. She is concerned for her daughter and feels she needs to protect her. Sunny feels it in her neck and shoulders (shouldering responsibility that is his). ‘Not about anger and rage.’ michael stopped her, to notice it is anger and rage. Been enabling him to take advantage and her daughter feels she can’t push him out (respect her elders). Two issues here: 1. Opportunity to work through own emotions. 2. From space of love, hold him accountable (Responsibility Communication). How does it look like your life to find yourself at an impasse? Take a look – as a kid with a Power Person, helpless, hopeless, nothing I can do? Did PP guilt trip you to do what they wanted? ‘Pissed’ being taken advantage of. How often with PP did you experience being taken advantage of? Anger is not an emotion but a drug to anesthetize against pain. What pain is it you want to hide from? Do your healing first – often times the problem resolves itself. Surprises me that something can push me this far … still. I don’t like the ‘drugged’ feeling. What’s the energy in neck and shoulders you need to forgive? Breathing and scanning – still comes back to responsibility. Take responsibility for? Her daughter says ‘It was your idea Mom.’ – blame. Soften and take awareness to your neck. Tears – I have done all I can to help and yet it goes on. Then turn to anger. Don’t want to end the relationship – want to maintain our friendship but what to do? Hip issue – ask to be shown what is stored there? Does the sensation have a particular shape or color? Ask the energy what is it doing there? Generational and female (daughter as well as mother and grandmother). Left side of body. Ask it to communicate. To stand up. MindShifter: “The stronger and more powerfully I stand up for myself, the easier it is for me to stay connected to Love and to gather support for my cause.” See what surfaces that needs to be forgiven. Can’t figure it out – number one pseudo solution. michael keeps a record of MindShifters given out. The one above the one just given you. “It is safe and healing for me to confront every issue I have in my relationships with men.” You might do that one too. |
July 9 | Continue with Susan and Sunny from yesterday’s discussion. (Note: Sunny did say her pain vanished in her neck and shoulders.) Over-Responsibility. It is not your job to take responsibility for another. Observation that his tumors on his spinal cord is his ‘excuse’ / need for support. He always relies on women and takes advantage of them. Manipulation. About a Power Person blaming you and pushing responsibility on you. Notice your healing process will be processing what you uncovered for yourself. She was able to offer (without conflict) to him his possibility to do life on his own and that this was enough and he needed to move on. She said she was sorry for what his wife did to him – that was not her responsibility to apologize for. She went back to see her PP triggered being sorry for what they blamed her for. An habitual way for mind to cover up major issues to continue with the story about him instead of focusing on what triggered in her. One parent said it was Sonny’s fault if she had a heart attack, and she did have a heart attack. Sonny wasn’t even there and yet she was willing to take blame for it. Her perception took over from actuality. Suggest: If you even think of saying “I’m sorry” stop. APOLOGY TOOL (pdf format) – replacement for “I’m sorry” Listen to the Apology Tool MP3 of 2 radio shows edited & combined. Let go of any part of your mind that believes you are sorry or to blame for anything. Chances are your daughter takes on the blame from her Power Person (Sunny). Observation your PP regularly made it your fault for what was going on for her. As your mom was unconscious when she made it your fault, the same was unconsciously done to your daughter too. Automatic pilot behaviors. Energy dynamic. Rukha (the Breath) when we are still enough to breathe and listen the intuitive guidance system is activated. She undoes our errors and teaches the truth. And effects – especially ‘generational fear’ Our 9-bit mind can never process or bring correction to that deep of an issue. We don’t have to be stuck on our own. ACIM says we are not on our own, “let go all the things you think you want, your trifling treasure put away. Leave a clean and open space within your mind for Christ to come.” Willingness to let go and invite Rukha to take over. We have freewill – we can hang onto it if we choose. “Sins passed to 3 and 4 generations of those who are separated from me (the Creator).” If the veil is closed we don’t have access to the Spirit and can only depend on our past (CBM).It is rare that when people are introduced to this work that they can remember their parentage knowing this before them, doing the healing work required. People think they need to hold onto their rage to protect themself. They hold on and Rukha will not step in and heal their rage. |
July 10 | 2nd hour was pre-recorded show from 2020 July 10, 2024 replay from March 31, 2020 titled “Angie_Process_March312020”In this episode of Mind Shifters Radio, the show begins with the hosts welcoming their audience and inviting listeners to call in with their comments and questions. The conversation starts with a caller named Angie, who shares a deeply personal and traumatic experience from her youth involving a pool party where she felt forced and humiliated by her family. Angie recounts how her resistance to participating led to her being thrown into the pool against her will, which triggered a significant emotional response and a long-lasting impact on her psyche. Angie discusses how these early experiences of force and trauma continue to affect her, including a visceral memory of her uncle and cousin’s tragic drowning. She explains the physical sensations and emotional pain that arise when recalling these memories, highlighting a sense of being held underwater and the associated fear and helplessness. The hosts, Michael and Jeanie, guide Angie through a process of breath work and mindfulness to help her release these traumatic energies. They encourage her to focus on her physical sensations and to allow the emotions to surface and dissipate. Throughout the show, Angie receives support and encouragement from the hosts and the broader community of listeners. This communal support plays a vital role in helping her navigate the intense emotions and memories. The show emphasizes the importance of holding space for healing and allowing oneself to process and release deep-seated traumas. Angie’s journey is depicted as a path toward self-compassion, forgiveness, and the reclamation of her power and peace. As Angie continues to engage with the hosts, she describes the physical and emotional transformations she experiences, including sensations of energy moving through her body and a sense of connection to her deceased mother. The hosts remind her of the importance of trusting in the process and the support of the community. The episode concludes with a collective sense of gratitude and a reaffirmation of the power of love and community in healing. |
July 11 |
“Of Course in Miracles: When Love Becomes a Way of Life” by Alan Cohen The radio show discussed several topics, starting with listener feedback on a previous prerecorded episode from March 2020 involving a woman named Angie, who was working through some emotional challenges. The hosts appreciate the continued support from listeners and mention that Angie is still actively involved in their community. The show is currently broadcasting live from Warrensville Heights, Ohio, after a visit to a friend, Lisa, in Akron. Peter, who is traveling from Sweden for an intensive workshop, faced difficulties with his flight but still aims to participate in an archery championship. Despite his travel issues, he has already begun the workshop process remotely with Michael, who is developing a new book on the “quantum still point,” a continuation of his work on understanding the nature of love and consciousness. The conversation transitions to a philosophical and spiritual discourse about the nature of love, emphasizing that love is a state of being rather than an action. Michael explains that misunderstandings about the nature of love can lead to personal and relational difficulties. He references various scientific and religious figures, such as Max Planck and Nikola Tesla, to illustrate the connection between mind energy and physical reality. The show then takes a call from Jonathan, a physician experiencing professional burnout and contemplating resignation. Jonathan describes his high-stress work environment and the impact it has had on his mental health. Michael offers insights on managing stress through goal cancellation, a concept rooted in the Aramaic understanding of forgiveness. The conversation explores how unmet and excessive goals contribute to stress and how canceling these goals can help restore mental clarity and reduce stress. The show concludes with Michael offering Jonathan additional resources to help him manage his stress and make a well-informed decision about his career. The discussion underscores the importance of addressing internal thought processes and goals to achieve better mental health and well-being. |
July 12 | Dr Tim and Susan discuss not good or bad, just a thing.
The radio show features Michael and Jeanie discussing their guest Peter’s experiences and activities. Peter, who recently arrived from Sweden, participated in an archery competition and a Quantum Stillpoint Intensive. Due to a travel mishap, Peter’s journey was fraught with challenges, yet he managed to participate in both events. The hosts reflect on the importance of processing emotional and mental challenges through the lens of Quantum Stillpoint, a method aimed at bringing subconscious issues to the surface for resolution. Peter shares his personal struggles and insights, particularly focusing on how past traumas and failures influence present behaviors and feelings. He recounts a significant moment during the archery competition when he realized the impact of his thoughts on his performance. This awareness led to a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and the necessity of addressing underlying emotional issues. Jeanie contributes by discussing her own journey of confronting and healing past traumas through writing and self-reflection. The conversation also touches on the concept of “mind shifters,” which are tools used to shift one’s perspective from negative patterns to more positive, constructive thoughts. This practice is emphasized as crucial for personal growth and healing. The show concludes with reflections on the importance of continuous self-improvement and the impact of individual healing on broader societal change. Both hosts and Peter underscore the transformative power of forgiveness and the relentless pursuit of self-awareness and emotional health. Conclusion The show offers a profound exploration of personal growth through the challenges faced by Peter and the experiences shared by the hosts. It highlights the significance of emotional processing and the impact of one’s mental state on physical performance. The discussion emphasizes the need for tools like Quantum Stillpoint and mind shifters to navigate and heal from past traumas. Ultimately, the conversation promotes a message of continuous self-improvement and the broader implications of individual healing. |

July 15 | 2nd hour July 15, 2024 replay from October 8 & 9, 2020
The radio show transcript focuses on a discussion between the host and a participant, Rhea, who is being guided through a forgiveness worksheet. Rhea expresses a desire to learn more about the worksheet process and its application. The conversation delves into the concept of forgiveness, which is defined as a tool for removing from the mind what never belonged there. The host explains that the mind and body are interconnected, and negative mind energy can impact one’s cellular structure, emotional state, and perceptions. The goal of the worksheet is to remove disintegrative qualities of mind energy to restore natural flow and well-being. The process begins with acknowledging one’s true nature, which is described as love. The participant is asked to reflect on the essence of a newborn child, which is universally perceived as pure and loving. This leads to the realization that each person’s true nature is love, and the first step is to claim this identity. The worksheet continues by identifying emotions and thoughts associated with specific situations. Rhea identifies fear as her primary emotion regarding not being heard by someone named Bill. The host introduces the idea that emotions like fear and hostility stem from internal corrupt data, which can be addressed through the worksheet. The concept of carbon-based memory (CBM) is discussed, highlighting how unresolved hostility and fear are stored in the body’s carbon structure. By addressing these emotions through the worksheet, one can dissolve the associated traumatic memories. The worksheet helps participants take responsibility for their emotions and shift from blaming external triggers to understanding the internal causes. The conversation further explores the role of sustained incoherence, a term coined by physicist David Bohm, to describe the mind’s tendency to produce negative states due to unresolved thought disorders. The worksheet aims to clear this incoherence by reconnecting the mind with its original power source—love. The participant is guided to recognize and release emotions, thoughts, and punishment desires towards themselves and others, allowing for healing and restoration. The host emphasizes the importance of breathwork and verbal release as tools to facilitate emotional and mental healing. The process concludes with the participant setting a new goal based on love towards the person or situation that triggered their initial emotions. The worksheet provides a structured approach to moving beyond negative patterns and fostering a space of love and compassion. |
July 16 | The radio show discussed the Masters Games in Cleveland, Ohio, where Peter, a participant in the 50-plus age category, won a bronze medal in archery. The conversation delved into Peter’s experience, not just in the competition but also in the accompanying forgiveness work sessions led by Michael. The sessions involved a process called “quantum still point,” which Peter found transformative. The discussion highlighted the interplay between the mental and physical aspects of archery, using the sport as a metaphor for life. Concepts like sin and evil were explored in their original Aramaic meanings, which relate to missing the mark, much like in archery.
Michael and Peter discussed the profound realization Peter had during a still point session, where he experienced a sense of Christ being born within him, rather than adhering to traditional Christian doctrines. This revelation helped Peter understand that there are no stressful situations inherently; stress arises from the goals we set and the expectations we place on ourselves. The talk also emphasized the importance of managing these goals to maintain mental and physical well-being. Jeanie contributed by drawing parallels between archery and the teachings on purpose and focus. The presence of a target increased stress levels among archers, reflecting how setting goals can alter one’s physiological state. Peter shared that having Michael as a coach, focusing on forgiveness rather than archery skills, was a unique and enriching experience. The sessions helped Peter align his mind and body, enabling him to perform better and approach life with a centered, love-based mindset. |
July 17 | This episode of MindShifters Radio, aired on July 17, 2024, covers a variety of topics. The show begins with a discussion about Peter’s departure to Sweden after spending productive time with the hosts. The conversation then transitions to updates about the Heartland Aramaic Forgiveness app, emphasizing the need for users to update their Android app to match the newest operating system. Michael introduces a quote by neuroscientist David Egelman about perception, highlighting the brain’s process of creating reality based on sensory information, and explores the implications of this in the context of first-century Aramaic forgiveness.
The hosts delve into the concept of binding processes, where the brain unites different sensory experiences to create a cohesive story. This ties into ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience, as they discuss how these insights align with Yeshua’s teachings. The show also covers the ongoing development of the roadmap to quantum still points, which encapsulates Michael’s 50 years of experience in the field. A significant portion of the show involves listener interaction. Susan from Pennsylvania shares her recent car troubles and the challenges of loaning her vehicle to a refugee, discussing the ethical dilemmas and cultural differences involved. Another listener, Jeanie, talks about the financial strain of car repairs and how it has affected her family. The hosts and callers explore themes of responsibility, cultural understanding, and personal growth. The show also addresses political engagement and the importance of staying informed and responsible without becoming overwhelmed. The hosts encourage listeners to approach political issues from a space of love and accountability, referencing historical and scriptural examples. Towards the end, the discussion shifts to personal growth and attachment to teachers. One caller reflects on her experience with a Freudian therapist and the healing process she is undergoing by reading the therapist’s autobiography. Michael emphasizes the difference between healthy connection and unhealthy attachment, suggesting that true learning comes from a space of love and connection rather than control. Conclusion This episode of MindShifters Radio weaves together personal stories, ancient wisdom, and modern neuroscience to explore themes of perception, responsibility, and personal growth. Through listener interactions and expert insights, the show provides a rich tapestry of ideas and practical advice for living a life rooted in love and accountability. The conversations highlight the importance of cultural understanding, the impact of historical experiences on present perceptions, and the ongoing journey of healing and personal development. |

Her testimonial underscores the power of the forgiveness process and other tools provided by the program, illustrating their effectiveness in transforming deep-seated pain and trauma into a state of inner peace and love. The conversation also explores the pitfalls of living in a state of denial and the detrimental effects of suppressing true feelings with substances or false beliefs. The hosts advocate for embracing the truth of one’s experiences and using forgiveness and other healing practices to dissolve negative energies and restore health and vitality. The show concludes by inviting listeners to engage with the materials available on their website, including the Heartland Aramaic Forgiveness app, which provides a private and accessible way to practice the forgiveness techniques discussed. |
July 19 | The radio show transcript begins with Michael joining the conversation, speaking with Jeanie about recent chiropractic progress and their current travel status. As they navigate through different topics, the show touches upon the concept of “punishing thoughts” and how these can be directed towards oneself or others, often stemming from hostility or negative experiences. The discussion then shifts to the nature of forgiveness, where Michael elaborates on the Aramaic interpretation of “sin” as simply being off the mark rather than inherently negative, stressing the importance of addressing underlying energies that disrupt personal integrity.
Michael introduces the idea of generational fear and the science of epigenetics, explaining how emotional and physical traumas can be inherited across generations. He references a video titled “Stress: Portrait of a Killer,” which highlights the impact of generational trauma on physiological processes. The conversation continues with the significance of staying connected to one’s true essence of love, despite external circumstances, and how this can counteract inherited fear-based patterns. The show also delves into the mechanics of perception and the role of goals in shaping our experiences. Michael explains a Harvard study on brain cell activity, illustrating how perception is constructed based on the most critical data for survival and fulfillment of goals. By canceling these goals, one can collapse perception and access the unconscious mind, thereby addressing deeper emotional issues. In the latter part of the show, the topic of generational traumas and their manifestations in physical conditions like tongue-tied is discussed. Michael emphasizes the importance of holistic approaches, combining physical procedures with emotional and mental work, to achieve comprehensive healing. The conversation concludes with reflections on the Quantum StillPoint process, a deep meditative practice aimed at transcending the mind and addressing epigenetic programs for healing. |

NO SHOWS ON WEEK-ENDS. SEE YOU MONDAY.

July 22 | The radio show opens with an invitation to engage in a conversation aimed at understanding human function beyond blame, resentment, hostility, and fear. The host, Michael, asks Jeanie if there are any questions or comments from listeners, but there are none initially. Michael then reads an email from Andrey, who is assisting with converting podcast files: “In the June 25th podcast you mentioned the Genesis of ‘noohra’ the original source/light in relation to ‘hashooka’ the darkness that is the absence of light. Are there any further references as to what is that ‘pre-light darkness’ (dark and void in king James) into which the breath went forth and mind energy burst into?”
Michael elaborates that the void or darkness mentioned in ancient texts is essentially nothingness, which is filled by mind energy to create matter, a concept supported by the work of physicist Max Planck. The discussion transitions to the idea of mind energy as the origin of matter, challenging the traditional scientific view that matter gave rise to mind. Michael emphasizes the importance of aligning with this mind energy, likening it to tuning an antenna to receive clear signals. He stresses that our physiology acts as a receiver for this mind energy, and if misaligned, it results in the generational transmission of “sins” or incoherent energies, which are essentially patterns of disintegrative energy. Julie, a caller, shares her reflections on feeling integrated and balanced despite past struggles. She describes how current events, such as political situations, resonate with her personal experiences of grief and hope for America’s future. Michael acknowledges her progress and supports her journey towards greater integration and healing. Another caller, Audrey, asks for definitions of stillness, silence, and whether neutral thoughts exist. Michael explains that stillness is a non-resistive state where energy can move freely, often perceived as silence due to the high-speed processes at play. He clarifies that there are no neutral thoughts; every thought is either constructive or destructive, impacting our integrated energy system. Audrey also inquires about duality and polarity, to which Michael responds that duality arises from thoughts moving in different directions, creating opposing polarities. Finally, Celinda shares her experience with her cat and discusses her practice of integrating stillness, silence, solitude, space, and surrender into her life. She appreciates the importance of finding these elements even in a busy environment like a motor home. The show concludes with Michael expressing gratitude for the callers’ insights and encouragement for their continued growth and healing. |
July 23 | The radio show discussed various topics, including personal anecdotes and insights on healing techniques. The hosts shared their experiences with a guest named Aria, highlighting her progress in swimming and her inquisitive nature. They emphasized the importance of revisiting and canceling negative thoughts repeatedly to address generational issues. The discussion transitioned to technical updates for their app, mentioning necessary upgrades for compatibility with the latest Android system. The hosts also requested donations to support their work, explaining the costs involved in maintaining the app.
Michael, one of the hosts, joined the conversation and shared success stories from their Quantum Stillpoint sessions, which significantly reduced the intensity and frequency of headaches for some users. They also discussed the importance of aligning oneself to capture the energy and signal needed for optimal health and well-being. The analogy of a well-aligned antenna capturing a clear signal was used to explain this concept. Michael highlighted the connection between unresolved generational patterns and physical and emotional health issues. The show further delved into the principles of Quantum Stillpoint, explaining how it helps in processing and aligning with the mind of Christ, or higher consciousness. Testimonials from users illustrated the positive impacts of these sessions, including reduced social anxiety and increased overall well-being. The hosts emphasized the importance of continuous forgiveness and removal of disintegrative energies, such as hostility and fear, to achieve lasting peace and health. The discussion also touched on the nature of perception and how it is constructed by the mind. The hosts explained that perceptions are often influenced by past traumas and generational patterns, leading to a distorted view of reality. They stressed the need for forgiveness to clear these false constructs and align with a higher, more accurate perception. The show concluded with a call for questions and interaction from the audience, inviting them to engage with the topics discussed. Conclusion The radio show focused on personal anecdotes, healing techniques like Quantum Stillpoint, and the importance of forgiveness. The hosts discussed how aligning oneself can capture the right energy for optimal health. They also emphasized that perceptions are often influenced by past traumas, and continuous forgiveness is necessary to clear these distortions. The show included user testimonials and technical updates, inviting audience participation for further engagement. |

July 25 | Shawn question: “So are Goals just thoughts? If so, where do thoughts come from? because I find myself waiting for thoughts, like practical ones. I don’t make thoughts. Then there are thoughts not based in Reality/Actuality that get everyone into trouble through the imagination. A thought converts into a molecule. It’s what mode our spirit is in that determines if it’s flushed out or absorbed, correct? lol Did you hear what I think I meant?” For years michael said Denial caused Suppression, he was later told ‘No that is dissociation’ Hiding information from self keeps one from seeing what needs to be faced within. Thinking (not just cycling information) is the ability to keep love active and present when error surfaces and then you have access to truth. Some thoughts are genetic and all thoughts build constructs in the mind. Imagination is a spiritual faculty designed to assist us. Thoughts that ‘get you into trouble’ are from CBM not Being. Look up Bruce Lipton about neuropeptides (molecules) that lands on a cell. Continue with thoughts…FREE 3-hour Why Again workshop https://whyagain.org/free-3-hour-why-is-this-happening-to-me-again/Send out waves with our thoughts and resonate and draw in an experience. Anyone with a matching bag of garbage or beauty will show up, driven by behaviors that will activate what we hold. “Nothing will remain hidden in the light of day.” They show up with our problem attached. What is moving in you is moving in you – it is yours. Any emotion is an internal experience. Anger is an internally produced drug to anesthetize from the fear or pain. Jeanie shared what she explained to a client last night. Go with the feeling and not your thoughts. The feeling is a shadow of a thought, but if you can go with the feeling… let’s say, I feel sad because somebody dissed me. Instead of thinking of somebody dissed me (because in their thoughts, they may have just been having a bad day and their tone of voice came across wrong)… in their mind, they weren’t directing anything at you, so sometimes our thoughts can lie to us, by saying this is what they meant by that. And instead of trying to figure out what they really meant or why they did that, stick with that brought up sadness for me. Why do I feel sad? Why do I care what someone else thinks of me? What’s the sadness about? What does it originate with? Is this a repeat all my life that I’ve carried this sadness or fear or whatever.? Focus on releasing that sadness – go inside and say, okay, what does this look like inside of me? What does it feel like inside of me? And can I change it? And of course, we can always change our feelings by changing the thoughts. Instead of thinking they dissed me, then think they must be in a hard place today. They reflected it and I took it on, but, it wasn’t really about me, something was going on in them. So just changing that thought can help release the sadness or the thought. Oh, they’re against me or they’re trying to tear me down may not be at all true for them. Your mind creates the meaning it has for you. That you can change. Has nothing to do with fixing the problem or changing anything outside of you. Emotion is energy in motion. So, it’s energy that’s moving around inside of you. And of course, if you choose to hang on to it, then it’s eventually going to land on a cell and lock into the cell. It’s going to become a physical manifestation of that sadness or anger or whatever. And you don’t need that. So, this is the thought behind that feeling, but I’m going to let go of the thought, I’m going to concentrate on the feeling. Why is that resonating in me so strongly right now?Caller Dusty, participated in a seminar by Jean Jensen, based on “Women Who Love Too Much: When You Keep Wishing and Hoping He’ll Change” By Robin Norwood. Incest Survivors. Facing things that happened to them as children and carry them into current toxic relationships. Those who molest girls it is second degree murder – it is a soul assault. Go into their stuff and be a warrior. “Warrior” Song by Demi Lovato (Jeanie read through tears) listen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UFeJkfB4xKo
|
July 26 | Caller Dusty just got a call from his former girlfriend who ran the local shelter for battered women for 10 years. Hasn’t called her back yet but interesting to see if the intention and thought processes is what drew her in. It’s happened a lot. Universe connects us in the heart. The message to contact someone when you think of them.
Referring to yesterday’s conversation. At HeartLand, a lady was processing her father sexually abusing her and a man in the intensive owned up to abusing his own daughter. They sat in front of each other and both went into a deep process of healing. His abuse as a kid was the promoter for his unconscious drive to abuse. Not an excuse, there still needs to be accountability. Opportunity to grow if capable and willing. No human being has ever abused another. Y’Shua said “in order to live you have to die” the non-being has to die for the human being to live. When human life shows up there is no abuse. Whatever is done comes from non-being. Dissolution of non-being trauma happens when it comes up and love is present. Need transformation not sensation or satisfaction. Dusty had a song, “leaves can show the way to grow but first they have to let go.” Dusty shared an experience of abuse himself, not sexual, and he was meditating when he smelled an aroma of ‘sage brush’ and it triggered his internal process. The ‘old factory sense’ was driving him. Then he went to the group mentioned yesterday. The memories were so dim he thought ‘did I make this up?’ She told him to go with ‘they are real’ and he did months of therapy on that. Can’t go into cognitive process when the ‘old stuff’ is up and running. Hostility and rage come forth to anesthetize the pain. No kid wants to believe it is true. When the memories come up that is the time to look at it. Need someone to listen from the heart. Does not require reconciliation with the abuser. The process is within. Tendency to go toward hate but you are then destroying yourself. Jeanie shared, it took years of this work to get to the point where I think I can see my abuser on the street without thinking of hate or even murder. Does not mean I pardon him for what he did but I have faced the emotions in me and done my forgiveness work. I am not done, obviously, crying yesterday as I read the lyrics to that song ‘Warrior’. Question from email: “If one is a little child, and are surrounded by trauma and abuse, and they grow up with those traumas. How can one overcome it? For example, as adults we have these Aramaic forgiveness tools, and can use them knowing what’s going on is about me, resonance, etc. But as kids, we could be abused, traumatized, etc, and aren’t aware of these tools. So many “collect” these and grow up with them. How does one heal these things if the child had no choice but to put up with it? They can’t leave or go anywhere.” Get the tools to the child and support them quickly if you can. And each person who does the work around their experience energetically opens the space for anyone with the same issues. Example of someone with the right tools, repairs a stuck door, then anyone can open the door. Frequencies on different levels may be transparent but they are still there. Nothing can stop a thought sent out. When enough people send love we will hit critical mass – a little leavening leavens the whole loaf. And everyone who is willing to listen will get it. Dusty added consciousness trumps politics. This show helps that consciousness. Caller Michael T. so nothing is dense enough to stop the high energy wave of thought? Collective thoughts are in the ether? A thought in the mind creates a wave (like a pebble thrown into a pond creates a wave that goes on). We are one, not separate. That energy is part of the law of resonance, we will draw someone in to show us what we need to deal with and heal. Life always responds to the call. The Creator said ask and receive. |

NO SHOWS ON WEEK-ENDS. SEE YOU MONDAY.
|
July 29 | The radio show begins with a cheerful note about the weather, transitioning into a deeper discussion about the principles of self-improvement and the ancient Aramaic forgiveness process. The host, Michael Ryce, shares his thoughts on integrating music with the principles of breath and love, aiming to create a catchy tune that resonates with these ideas. He mentions reaching out to musicians to collaborate on this project and offers an exchange of a quantum still point three-day intensive session as a reward.
A significant portion of the show involves a conversation with a guest named Michael, who shares his transformative experiences from recent quantum still point sessions. Michael describes improvements in his breathing, reduction in headaches, and overall physical alignment. The dialogue emphasizes the impact of these sessions on his well-being and the importance of breath in healing. Ryce delves into the Aramaic concept of breath as a vital force for forgiveness, explaining that breath can release trauma and negative energies stored in the body. He contrasts the simplicity and effectiveness of breath with traditional religious interpretations of sin and forgiveness, advocating for a more practical and experiential approach to healing and self-discovery. The discussion expands to the nature of perception and reality, referencing Harvard research on brain cell activity and the limits of human perception. Ryce introduces the distinction between actuality and perception, explaining that our perceptions are merely a fraction of the vast data available in the actual world. This leads to a philosophical reflection on the limitations of the human mind and the importance of surrendering to a higher understanding through breath and forgiveness. A significant part of the show focuses on practical applications of these concepts, with Ryce encouraging listeners to use forgiveness to clear their minds of hostility and fear. He shares insights from “A Course in Miracles,” particularly the lesson on giving up attack thoughts to transform one’s perception of the world. This practice is framed as essential for personal peace and the collective betterment of humanity. Towards the end, Ryce touches upon the power of collective consciousness and the potential for humanity to create a better world through shared understanding and forgiveness. He concludes with practical advice on daily practices to integrate these principles into one’s life and invites listeners to revisit the discussion through the show’s archives for deeper reflection. |
July 30 | Addressed Shawn’s question from last week (he sent clarification of his question) thoughts become molecules (neuropeptides) that land on cells and generates emotions. Rakhma (over intentions) and Khooba (over perceptions) are filters in the mind see https://whyagain.org/rakhma-khooba/
Depending on the filter set, a mind generates LOVING or FEARFUL or HOSTILE realities. See The Schematic of the Mind poster https://whyagain.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Getting_the_Stress_You_Need_diagram_of_filters_rev2017.pdf) Harvard research says in a timeframe where 10,000 braincells fire (while there are 20 trillion bits available) and a maximum of 9 bits gets into our perception. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Magical_Number_Seven,_Plus_or_Minus_Two Forgiveness collapses the construct of the mind and then we have access to the content directly. Continue with conversation of being responsible for the energies moving within us, not because of someone else outside of you. “Why Is This Happening To Me..AGAIN?!” experience. Germ Theory of dis-ease. Is the energy you engage in dis-integrative (tears you down) or integrative (builds you up)? Dis-integrative thoughts in a cell creates a sensation in the cell – called emotions. A warning signal of the energy you engage in. If you delay removing the assault to your physiology the dis-ease process gets worse. Denial – Dissociation – Projection (blame someone else). There are no victims. Many self medicate to cover up the energy they engage in and want to hide the pain. Busy-ness. Anger. To remain unconscious to what they are doing to themself. Holding the Breath. Pain is designed to shake you back to awareness of when you are off the mark (sin – self inflicted nonsense). Bacteria and viruses are the reducer organisms designed to remove the diseased cells – the clean up crew. Story of dead rabbit and the reducer organisms (bugs, buzzards, etc) are greater where the dead body is (where the decay is). Take care of the heart (the unconscious) for out of it are the issues in life. That is where you create results in your life. |
July 31 | The significance of personal experiences in the process of awakening and the application of tools for self-awareness rather than merely engaging in conversations. The speaker emphasized the importance of individual experiences over theoretical knowledge, comparing it to tasting chocolate versus just hearing about it. He reflected on how cultural and generational patterns of fear and hostility obscure our awareness of being, making the modeling of living from a state of love rare. The show’s objective is to help individuals have direct personal experiences and live from a state of being beyond the mind.
The conversation transitioned to practical aspects, including listener call-ins and personal updates. One listener, Susan, shared achievements and updates about a friend moving to a new place and personal struggles with OCD and family dynamics. The discussion then explored the idea of managing the mind and behaviors through understanding and applying tools, particularly focusing on the role of goals in driving compulsive behaviors. Michael shared insights on how recognizing and canceling these goals can lead to healing and freedom from obsessive-compulsive behaviors. Another listener, Joe, highlighted his experiences with the quantum still point, noting how it has helped him maintain peace and patience in daily interactions. He described how the practice has enabled him to step away from reactive mindsets and use tools like breathing to manage discomfort and denial. Joe emphasized the importance of love as a condition with no opposite, celebrating the positive impact of these practices on personal and relational levels. Conclusion The radio show provided a deep dive into the process of awakening to one’s being, emphasizing personal experiences and the practical application of tools for self-awareness and healing. Listeners shared personal stories, highlighting the transformative power of these practices in managing compulsive behaviors and maintaining peace. The overarching message was the importance of living from a state of being beyond the mind and the continuous effort required to achieve this. |
