September 1, 2026 begins with participants reflecting on Ryce’s earlier presentation about the three levels of Breath and the distinction between the conventional “Holy Spirit” concept and the Holy Breath. Rex and Angie describe the presentation and meditation as deeply moving, with Rex reporting a profound sense of purity and Love throughout his physiology. The group also discusses ongoing work to convert thousands of hours of archived MindShifters Radio programs into YouTube videos and Esbjorn’s offer to help with the project.

Esbjorn shares new information about his great-grandfather in British Columbia, including an obituary describing him as a well-known plasterer in the Terrace area whose fireplaces and decorative work were remembered throughout the community. The conversation then turns to Susan’s continuing recovery from her collarbone injury. She describes Healing Touch sessions, Breath work, and her interpretation that old patterns involving safety, wellbeing, and the masculine are being released. She also explains choosing not to work with a practitioner whose fear about her decision not to have surgery felt incompatible with the support she wanted. These descriptions of injury, energy, physiology, and healing represent Susan’s and Ryce’s experiential framework rather than established medical conclusions.

Susan then reviews the Power Person Dynamic for newcomers. She describes three necessary conditions: the Power Person has greater power, is operating from hostility or fear rather than conscious Love, and the child experiences a survival threat. Ryce adds that the child absorbs not only the Power Person’s energy but the entire emotional environment. Under low stress, the adult repeats behaviors once used to get along with the Power Person; under medium stress, behaviors used to survive the Power Person appear; and under high stress, the person may reproduce the Power Person’s own behavior. The workbook is presented as a way to expose and heal these unconscious patterns.

Step Nine of the Power Person Workbook introduces one of the show’s central teachings: “forgive as to.” Ryce explains that Y’Shua’s forgiveness instruction is not to forgive another person for supposedly causing one’s internal pain. Rather, if someone’s behavior resonates fear, rage, grief, or another pattern, the person applies forgiveness as to what arose internally. The external person or circumstance becomes the trigger revealing material available for healing. Ryce emphasizes that one forgives as to the fear, hostility, or other internal energy, allowing oneself to return to active present Love and then relate more clearly to the other person.

The discussion then moves into Breath, the unconscious, and physiology. Ryce describes the cellular structure as a kind of database and suggests directing connected Rakhma Breath toward areas of tension until they soften. Susan expands on her current understanding of Rukha d’Qudsha as the Holy Breath who accesses unconscious material when given entry through Breath, liberates restricted mind energy, and restores awareness of Truth. The body is described as a learning device and expression of mind rather than an independent causal agent. Susan also explains how shifting from the label “pain” to simply observing sensation allowed her to stay present and move through deeper emotional material rather than becoming organized around the mental construct of pain.

Susan then identifies thought disorders uncovered through the workbook: men are dangerous, people cannot be trusted, she cannot safely be herself, money is evil, life does not work out for her, her value depends on being useful, and her wants and needs do not matter. She traces many of these patterns to childhood experiences and family messages. Rather than continuing to live as a chameleon or people-pleaser, she describes developing agency, sovereignty, secure relationship with herself, and greater awareness of her own needs. The central corrective becomes that worth and Love are inherent in Being rather than earned through approval, performance, usefulness, or compliance.

Step Ten explores the stories a child creates to make Power Person messages appear true. Susan recognizes appeasement, people-pleasing, control, rage, intimidation, guardedness, and resistance to vulnerability. Ryce offers the MindShifter, “I love it when I get to rely on others for support and healing,” addressing Susan’s tendency to withdraw when vulnerable. He also characterizes hostility as a form of mental illness because people commonly behave in hostility in ways they later regret. Susan recognizes impatience and rage when events do not go her way as remaining expressions of that pattern and identifies them as further material for forgiveness. The show closes with participants reflecting on their own wants, needs, vulnerability, and newly emerging awareness through the Power Person work.

September 2, 2026 begins with Ryce describing archival work from the 1985 Lessons in Living program in Delray Beach, a precursor to Laws of Living, including newly rediscovered letters from young children asking about forgiveness and Napsha the Miracle Dragon. He envisions these materials eventually becoming part of an online program. Susan then reports on the previous day’s MindShifter, “I love it that I get to rely on others for support and healing.” The exercise exposes an old association between vulnerability and danger and helps her recognize how a guarded internal state has conflicted with her desire to be supported, known, and cared for. She begins replacing that pattern with the experience that vulnerability can coexist with safety and that giving and receiving are part of one reciprocal movement.

Susan also discusses her continuing recovery from her collarbone injury and interprets the process through Breath, mind energy, masculine-feminine integration, and generational healing. She describes moving from forcing and demanding toward “resting into life,” with the inner masculine becoming supportive and the feminine increasingly able to receive. Ryce acknowledges the willingness to look beneath the immediate physical experience and returns the group to Step 11 of the detailed Power Person Workbook: identifying the stories a child created to make Power Person messages appear true. Susan names patterns including “I am unlovable,” “I deserve what I get,” “I am alone,” “it is unsafe to trust,” “I am trapped,” “I can only rely on myself,” and “if I make sure you are okay, perhaps I will be okay.” She recognizes people-pleasing and fawning as survival strategies and begins uncoupling herself from responsibility for other people’s feelings, behavior, and development while strengthening agency and sovereignty. Her descriptions of physical healing, energy, and generational physiology reflect the participants’ experiential framework rather than established medical conclusions.

The discussion expands into attachment and connection. Susan references Gordon Neufeld’s developmental work, while Ryce distinguishes attachment from the deeper condition of connection. His emphasis is on creating safe space in which a Human Being can fully incarnate and experience itself as Love while remaining connected with others without being controlled by attachment. Breath is described as the natural foundation for this connection. Susan reframes “remembering” as becoming a member once again of the One Life, and the group explores trust, receiving, vulnerability, and the possibility of moving beyond survival-based relationship patterns.

Kerry’s discussion of an estranged brother leads into family systems, ancestral patterns, Another Self, family constellations, and the possibility of maintaining Love without attachment or physical proximity. The conversation then turns toward what participants call non-local energy. Ryce uses tuning forks, radio frequencies, the work he attributes to Marcel Vogel and the Delaware camera, and resonance as metaphors and evidence within his teaching model for how thought and energetic patterns influence a larger field. He connects this with the Aramaic meaning of “neighbor” as anyone held in thought and with Rakhma as the inner filter that keeps intentions aligned with Love. These interpretations of quantum physics, non-local healing, thought transmission, and observer effects are presented as claims and interpretations made during the show rather than independently established scientific conclusions.

The final portion develops the distinction between reality and actuality. Ryce says Carbon-Based Memory continually produces personal realities from the past, while true creation and Revelation occur only in the Present. The objective of the work is therefore to move from replicated past frequencies into direct relationship with actuality. Participants connect this with A Course in Miracles, the Holy Breath, the made-up world versus the created world, and the need to become “out of our minds”—out of the automatic decision system that assumes past information is Truth. Breath becomes the marker for Presence. In that state, Revelation can enter rather than the mind merely recycling what it already knows. Ryce summarizes the human design as conscious creation from Love rather than unconscious replication from hostility, fear, and Carbon-Based Memory.

From chatroom:

michael ryce: REVELATIONS FROM THE PULSES/RAKHMA BREATH: “Without access to Truth, the actuality of what is happening in a given moment, it is impossible to access relationship with God. Truth, and Love, the Scriptures tell us is one of the names of God! Stuck in beliefs, mental constructs and delusions about what appears to be happening, there is no access to true change or real, permanent, healing.”

Jackie: Energy is not local? Please elaborate. More specific question is , the energy healing online versus in person. I am very sensitive to energy physically close. Trying to understand online without the physical.

September 3, 2026 begins with Ryce describing the ongoing effort to convert thousands of hours of archived radio shows and workshops into digital video and ultimately into an AI-accessible Aramaic database. He recalls a 1995 experience in which he declined a major publishing opportunity after an inner image suggested that the work would eventually spread globally rather than rise briefly and disappear. He sees today’s AI and multilingual capabilities as the technological means through which more than five decades of material may eventually become searchable and available around the world.

The central discussion then returns to Susan’s healing process after her collarbone injury. She describes an intensely painful night after removing her sling and interprets much of the experience as old mind energy being released through the body. Ryce affirms the value of staying connected to Breath while also making an important distinction: pain may contain old emotional material, but it can also be a present physiological warning requiring attention. He encourages listening closely to the body, supporting the injured area, and allowing appropriate pain relief when needed rather than assuming that enduring severe pain is inherently part of healing. Participants also discuss bone alignment, the sling, occupational healing considerations, comfrey, and other herbal approaches. These medical, energetic, herbal, and past-life interpretations are presented as participants’ personal and historical perspectives rather than established medical guidance.

Ryce reframes Susan’s experience as an opportunity to deepen friendship with the Breath. He says that when Breath begins exposing uncomfortable material, people often tighten, resist, or retreat. The deeper practice is to remain present long enough for the Breath to become a trusted companion rather than something associated with difficulty. Susan recognizes another pattern underneath the physical pain: a long-standing belief that healing, growth, or worth may require suffering. The group explores how enduring pain alone can itself become an identity or pseudo-solution, particularly when linked with martyrdom. Ryce offers a corrective MindShifter: “The deepening of my connection with the Breath of God returns me Home.” Worthiness, he emphasizes, comes from Being created and Breathed by God rather than from suffering enough to deserve value.

The final portion becomes an extended group Breath process. Susan locates a constricted area around the Sacred Heart, clavicle, right side of the body, and head. Ryce guides her to bring a consciously connected Rakhma Breath into the area while recalling the felt presence of Love and allowing whatever is ready to become conscious to arise. Imagery of a dead baby, loss of innocence, ancestral suffering, screaming, martyrdom, and “being born into death” surfaces during the process. Ryce responds by reframing the work as being “born into Life” and encourages release of any belief that suffering produces salvation, worth, or Homecoming.

As the breathing continues, Susan reports sensations of pulsing, release, numbness, pressure, and opening through the right hemisphere, jaw, voice box, hip, and other areas. Ryce and the group continue to hold a field of Breath and Love while encouraging her to release old holding patterns and remain attentive to what the body communicates. The show closes with Susan reporting a significant release and deciding to continue with a full StillPoint session. Throughout the process, the underlying teaching remains consistent: Breath, Presence, and willingness allow unconscious material to become conscious, while the movement from suffering, resistance, and old identity into Love restores awareness of Being.

From chatroom:

Esbjorn (esa): Bone knit, also known as comfrey, is a traditional herbal plant (Symphytum officinale) historically used to treat sprains, bruises, and broken bones. [1, 2]

Key Facts About Bone Knit (Comfrey)

Historical Name: People called it “knitbone” or “boneset” because traditional medicine healers believed it helped heal and mend broken bones. [1, 2]

Active Compounds: It contains allantoin, which helps promote new skin cell growth and cell division, alongside anti-inflammatory properties. [1, 2]

External Use Only: Modern medical advice strongly warns against consuming comfrey. It contains toxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids that can cause severe liver damage if ingested. [1, 2]

Application: Traditional and topical uses involve making an external compress or poultice from the leaves or roots for joint pain, swelling, and sprains. [1, 2]

Esbjorn (esa): Solomon’s seal (Polygonatum species) is a traditional herbal remedy long used in folk medicine to support musculoskeletal recovery, including broken bones and connective tissue injuries. [1]

Traditional Uses for Bone and Joint Health

September 4, 2026 begins with Susan describing a series of emotionally charged experiences involving Duncan, a friend’s markings on his calendar, and a vivid Dreamtime experience connected with her Swiss ancestry and the spelling and geographic origin of her family name. Ryce interprets the dream through the framework of Breath and generational healing, suggesting that as the Rakhma Breath deepens, previously inaccessible family material may surface for clarification and release. He connects this with a recent StillPoint experience in which he felt a new depth of energetic movement throughout his body and understood each deeper level of Breath as opening another layer of stored material. Breath is described as the carrier of Love into physiology, the Comforter, and the means through which resistance—identified in the discussion with the Aramaic concept of Satana—is softened. These energetic and ancestral interpretations are presented as the experiential framework of the participants.

The conversation expands through Bert Hellinger’s family constellation work, Mark Wolynn’s It Didn’t Start With You, Gordon Neufeld’s attachment and developmental model, and Ryce’s earlier concept of “matrix therapy.” Ryce recalls developing an approach in which a person mentally revisits relationships with mother, father, siblings, and others and imagines receiving from them the Love that was needed for full development. Susan connects this with the idea that developmental problems may reflect missing relational “nutrients” rather than defective children. Both return repeatedly to the premise that Love is the essential nutrient and Breath the carrier wave through which that Love becomes consciously available.

Susan then continues Step 12 of the detailed Power Person Workbook, examining the tendency to insist that a painful perceptual construct is true. Using Duncan as her example, she looks at the recurring belief that he does not accept her and recognizes how childhood experiences linked Love with approval, producing patterns of proving herself, people-pleasing, fawning, and seeking validation. Ryce invites her to imagine being with Duncan while simply breathing, with no internal charge arising in response to his words. This becomes the practical test: whatever still activates within her remains her own material for healing. Susan distinguishes a “special relationship,” where approval is exchanged conditionally, from a relationship in which Love remains constant because Love is understood as the Being itself. The discussion emphasizes agency, sovereignty, responsibility, and using relationships as mirrors that reveal remaining thought disorders rather than as causes of one’s internal experience.

The group then moves into an extended Breath and visualization process. Participants imagine a person who triggers them, breathe into the Sacred Heart, and extend Love while recognizing the other person as a reflection within consciousness. Ryce adds the Native American phrase Mitakuye Oyasin, “all my relations,” inviting excluded ancestors and family members back into belonging. Susan includes miscarried children, adopted children, institutionalized family members, perpetrators, victims, and other excluded members of family systems, framing healing as restoration to connectedness within the whole human family. The show closes with a reading and discussion from A Course in Miracles about extension, wholeness, and the Kingdom, repeatedly replacing “spirit” with Breath. Susan also introduces her own interpretation of “non-playing characters” and holographic reality; Ryce reframes these as projections of the dissociated mind. The final instruction is to remain conscious, active, and present as Love regardless of what appears externally, allowing Rukha d’Qudsha and Breath to expose and dissolve the remaining resistance.

September 7, 2026 begins with discussion of family constellation work, healing experiences, and an upcoming Kauai retreat, then moves into a deeper exploration of Breath, meditation, unconscious material, and first-century Aramaic concepts. Ryce revisits Sean’s earlier question about meditation and reports an insight received during StillPoint: meditation may create stillness and awareness, while Breath provides the energetic movement needed, in his framework, to overcome physiological resistance and transform unconscious material. This leads into discussion of barnasha, traditionally translated “Son of Man.” Ryce offers his developing understanding that the term points toward a restored Human Being — a physiological human living in alignment with Breath and Shekhinta rather than being governed by the distractions and conditioning of the outer world. He explicitly presents this as an evolving understanding rather than a final conclusion.

A major portion of the show clarifies how to locate the active goal beneath painful perception. Ryce suggests asking what the person who has become the object of attention “should” be doing differently. The answer often reveals the goal immediately. The goal, rather than the anger, fear, or other emotion, is what can be canceled. Once the goal is canceled, the perceptual construct it has generated can collapse, exposing the unconscious material beneath it. This is identified as the core mechanism of the Power Person Dynamic and the Aramaic forgiveness process: Shbag/Shbak is understood as canceling the active goal, followed by Breath and willingness so the underlying stored material can be met and transformed. Ryce repeatedly distinguishes this from pardoning another person, which may be appropriate but is a separate act.

The conversation expands through Susan’s reading from A Course in Miracles, discussion of Rakhma, Khooba, Shekhinta, Rukha d’Qudsha, and the difference between perceptual reality and actuality. Breath is described as far more than respiration — the Sacred, set-apart Breath through which the indwelling Presence becomes consciously available. Ryce connects this with Y’Shua breathing with the frightened disciples after the crucifixion rather than giving them a theological lecture. Susan describes using conscious Breath in tense public situations and experiencing a change in the relational field. Ryce frames Shekhinta as the indwelling Presence inherent in Human Life rather than something bestowed from outside, and describes the ongoing choice between living from old egoic conditioning and living from this indwelling Breath Presence.

A participant asks whether witnessing conflict means the same conflict must still exist within oneself. Ryce makes an important distinction: having the “brain cells” to recognize conflict does not mean one is presently conflicted. If an external conflict is observed while one remains centered and clear, it may simply be recognized information. If it produces internal disturbance, that disturbance identifies one’s own available healing work. The discussion then explores discernment between ego-driven intervention and genuine inner guidance. Esbjorn describes witnessing conflict in a Sikh temple and feeling an impulse to speak. Ryce and Susan suggest that the useful question is whether the impulse arises while consciously present in Love and Breath, without an egoic charge. Human participation and divine guidance are therefore framed as cooperation rather than passivity.

The show also contains discussion of “dis-ease” as a condition of disrupted ease rather than, in Ryce’s historical naturopathic framework, an independently attacking entity. Susan refines the language from “throwing out” disintegrative energy to liberating and transforming it through Rukha and Breath. Personal stories of recovery, serious illness, hospice, and healing are shared as participant experiences and should not be interpreted as established medical evidence. The closing emphasis is willingness: Breath, Forgiveness, alignment, inner listening, and repeated practice deepen one’s ability to recognize the still, small voice and respond from conscious, active, present Love rather than Carbon-Based Memory, fear, or projection.

michael ryce: IMPORTANT GUIDE TO COMFORT AND MOSQUITO PROTECTION IN 2026

Are you a “mosquito magnet?” Science explains! Mosquitoes are guided by — body warmth, breath, and normal skin flora — with some types attracting more attention from insects.

https://youtu.be/hZ6B-SUiXRk?is=uBg182ym3TNdZRYO

Mosquito borne diseases, esp in warm regions like Arizona, due to hot weather and summer rains, are claiming lives. A few practical steps can keep outdoor play fun, comfortable, and healthy!

SIMPLE SOLUTIONS:

GARAGE SECRET! TURN ON AN OUTDOOR FAN: Mosquitoes struggle against even a gentle breeze. Running an ordinary floor or box fan near the patio or porch, keeps them from landing while gently sweeping away the natural scent trails that attract them!

CHOOSE LIGHT, LOOSE CLOTHING: Mosquitoes are naturally drawn to dark colors and sharp silhouettes. Dressing in loose-fitting, light-colored long sleeves and pants makes us harder for insects to spot while adding a comfortable physical barrier.

You can also see this post on facebook.com/JeanieShaw

Jackie: I ’m confused, did you previously say that there is no such thing as disease? If the answer is no, I have another question.

Jeanie: dis-ease

Jackie: I have learned never to accept the disease, don’t give it power. Yes, a messenger.

Shawn: ACIM seems to indicate this same Separation. That’s why our perception must be clean that we can view not as punishment but something to learn/only located in the body

Jackie: The old adage…perception is reality.

Shawn As long as not paralysis by analysis.

michael ryce: Perception can never tell the truth about Actuality! All perception is but a reflection of the past. There is no future in the past. Only death.

Jackie: I understand perception is not eternal truth.

Jeanie: Perception is our personal reality (the world between our ears) and actuality is what is real in the World the Creator created

Jackie: Then it takes you years to peel back the layers that don’t belong.

Jeanie: A poster of the filters of the mind https://whyagain.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Getting_the_Stress_You_Need_diagram_of_filters_rev2017.pdf

Jeanie: We are working on our generations as well

Jackie: Replying to “perception is our personal reality (the world between our ears) and actuality is what is real in the World the Creator created” Yes, that’s my understanding, Thank You for sharing this.

Jackie: I understand. Maybe I should have said, prior to reaching here, it has taken years to get here.

Shawn: “It does not take years to heal. It takes years to learn willingness.” Our will IS His Will. It takes time to arriving at no-time to see this.

Susan Bingham: Love your answer to Esbjorn, Michael. Whew. He had a good question.

Jackie: For me, I have been actively working since I was 15 years old. So maybe I don’t understand willingness and what that means to you, because I was/am actively working. Now maybe I didn’t always have the right tools, but I have always been willing.

Shawn: For me, I have been actively working since I was 15 years old. So maybe I don’t understand willingness and what that means to you, because I was/am actively working. Now maybe I didn’t always have the right tools, but I have always been willing. I currently view this as a sort of Left-brain ego understanding moving into the Right Brain (kingdom) promised land… as we heal

Susan Bingham: Yay Esbjorn.

Jackie: I currently view this as a sort of Left-brain ego understanding moving into the Right Brain (kingdom) promised land… as we heal” with Love

Shawn: George Lamsa might say “Son of Man” is not a title but a way of identifying the human expression through which divine purpose operates… So, Barnasha represents the human system restored to proper operation. The problem of humanity is not lack of divine presence. It’s the interference created by false goals, fear-based perception and emotional corruption. The mind, body and intention MUST become aligned. Where the lower mind heals to the point of Restored Coherence. Barnasha reveals the human expression restored to its original coherence. The Son of Man is the awakened pattern of humanity where consciousness is no longer governed by fragmentation, fear and separation but operates from alignment with the living intelligence that created it. The mirror is for looking at yourself looking at yourself. For me, it has a cozy comfort to it.

September 8, 2026 opens with Susan describing a major revelation that the body is a learning and communication device of the mind rather than the source of identity. The discussion develops the idea that separation is a perceptual construct and that conscious engagement with the Holy Breath restores awareness of the One Mind. Ryce connects this with research he cites on the enormous gap between sensory input and the tiny amount of information consciously processed, using it to reinforce the teaching that Carbon-Based Memory offers only a fractionated view of reality. Einstein’s “optical delusion” of separateness and David Bohm’s search for unbroken wholeness are brought into the discussion, while Ryce contrasts ordinary language formed from human conditioning with his understanding of Aramaic as reflecting the structure of reality itself.

Andrea shares how a new relationship has become an intensive laboratory for Forgiveness. Rather than remaining trapped in blame or freezing, she describes feeling, facing, and witnessing what is activated within her, then entering vulnerable communication with her partner. She increasingly recognizes him as a reflection revealing her own unresolved material. Ryce affirms that relationships continually provide opportunities to expose and heal what remains unconscious. The conversation emphasizes accountability, willingness to recognize subtle blame, receiving support, and allowing imperfection while continuing the work.

The discussion then turns to healing, diagnosis, neurodivergence, and autism. Cammie asks whether autism should necessarily be viewed as a disorder, and Ryce suggests that some forms may represent differently enabled or neurodivergent minds rather than pathology. Participants question how diagnostic labels can narrow inquiry and discuss the importance of preserving agency while remaining open to conventional medical support. Susan relates this to her own collarbone injury, describing her effort to release attachment to either surgery or non-surgery and instead remain receptive to guidance. Medical and developmental claims in this portion reflect the participants’ personal and historical frameworks and should not be interpreted as established medical conclusions.

Jackie asks how Y’Shua might have responded to masking and medical workers during COVID. The discussion distinguishes honoring others from being governed by fear. Susan emphasizes meeting people where they are, listening until the nervous system can settle, maintaining respect without having to agree, and using Breath when another person’s fear or behavior activates one’s own material. The conversation then returns to perception: Susan describes recognizing how childhood fear had shaped her perception of men and how she committed to seeing them more clearly rather than through old projections. Ryce’s evaluation process is discussed as a way of examining how well a person honors self, others, and Truth and identifying areas where further work may be useful.

Ryce also recounts his lifelong history of respiratory problems and his personal experience of improvement after working deeply during a COVID illness. He interprets illness within his own framework as a messenger exposing material for healing and makes several claims about organisms and disease that represent his personal naturopathic interpretation rather than established medical science. The show closes with a guided Breath process centered on Rukha d’Qudsha, described as the set-apart Breath carrying healing, wholeness, and intelligence. Forgiveness is again framed as the undoing of physiological and perceptual knots through Breath, willingness, and the release of resistance, restoring greater access to Human Life and the indwelling Presence.

September 9

September 9, 2026 show welcomes Lawrence from Nairobi, Kenya, who shares that his movement away from fundamentalist Christianity began when he questioned a religious system built around performance, shame, and external conformity. Ryce responds by describing his decades-long work to recover the first-century Aramaic meanings behind Y’Shua’s teachings. He identifies two central ideas: Forgiveness and Rukha d’Qudsha. Forgiveness, in this framework, is directed inward toward the root of one’s own pain rather than toward pardoning another person. Rukha d’Qudsha is described as the feminine, set-apart Breath of Life that undoes the effects of error and reveals Truth, in contrast with later Greek and Latin interpretations that reduced Breath to air, wind, or spirit. Ryce emphasizes that people commonly hold their breath in pain or trauma, thereby interrupting access to the very process intended to support healing and intelligence.

The discussion then clarifies three levels of Breath: ordinary respiration, incoherent Breath taken in hostility or fear, and consciously engaged Rukha d’Qudsha, the set-apart Breath connected with Love. Susan links this with her own StillPoint experience and describes Breath as the bridge between conscious and unconscious material, allowing distorted energies to become available for healing. The Power Person Dynamic is then reviewed for Lawrence: a more powerful person approaches a child from hostility or fear, the child experiences survival threat, and the resulting pattern becomes stored and later reactivated under stress. Low stress evokes behaviors used to get along with the Power Person, medium stress evokes survival responses, and high stress can lead a person to reproduce the very behavior they once hated. The Detailed Power Person Workbook is presented as a way of making these unconscious patterns visible.

Lawrence connects this teaching with childhood punishment, insecurity, shame, guilt, and later religious systems that seemed to repeat the same themes. The group interprets this through generational Carbon-Based Memory, projection, and repeated perceptual structures. Ryce emphasizes that Satan, in this Aramaic framework, means resistance rather than a supernatural being, and that the “desert” can symbolize the unconscious generational field that must be brought into awareness and forgiven. The journey is described as returning to the Love that was present from the first Breath of Life while removing blockages that obscure Truth. Susan adds that childhood experience can establish a persona organized around survival rather than authentic Being, which then shapes what one expects and perceives in later relationships, institutions, and religion.

The show then returns to Steps 13 and 14 of the Detailed Power Person Workbook. Step 13 asks what a behavior is attempting to communicate and what goal lies beneath it. Susan examines raising her voice, talking over others, cutting and running, and dissociation. Beneath these behaviors she identifies goals involving control, being heard, inclusion, safety, and escape from overwhelming feeling. She recognizes that these strategies echo behaviors modeled by her parents and that what once functioned as childhood survival patterns later became adult relationship patterns. Step 14 examines how a current event echoes the original Power Person experience and invites the person to identify the emotion and thought being resonated. Susan recognizes that her effort to control others replicated the very control she experienced as a child, while dissociation repeated the emotional absence she experienced with her mother.

The closing discussion returns to the body as a learning and communication device of mind, Sacred Breath as the means by which minds reconnect with the One Mind, and relationship as a field through which unresolved separation can become conscious. Susan connects her childhood dissociation with later hyper-independence, distraction, busyness, and difficulty receiving connection, while seeing her recent physical injury as another opportunity to examine what is ready for healing. Throughout the broadcast, participant statements about physiology, ancestral energy, diagnosis, and healing reflect the show’s experiential and spiritual framework rather than established medical or scientific conclusions. The central message is that Breath, willingness, responsibility, and the Power Person work can expose survival strategies that once protected the child and transform them into greater Presence, connection, and conscious active Love.

September 10, 2026 show welcomes Lawrence, his wife Harriet, and their daughter Gloria from Kenya. Lawrence shares that Harriet listened to the previous day’s discussion and now wants to walk the path of healing and Forgiveness with him. Ryce introduces the idea of a Personal Code — an internal set of rules by which the mind tends to operate — and explains that codes formed through hostility, fear, hurt, rage, guilt, trauma, and generational conditioning can be brought into alignment with the Mind of Christ. He contrasts the past-based “mind of man,” or Carbon-Based Memory, with the Mind of Christ, which he identifies with Love and present guidance.

Ryce develops the Carbon-Based Memory model through the symbolism of carbon’s six electrons, six protons, and six neutrons, linking this historical teaching with “666.” He describes Carbon-Based Memory as a physiological storage system containing past experiences and generational material that is resonated into activity by similar present circumstances. He then returns to first-century Aramaic Forgiveness, emphasizing that Y’Shua’s teaching was not to “forgive another” in the Greek sense of pardoning, but to forgive “as to” the person or circumstance that has triggered pain. The work is therefore directed inward toward the energetic knot that has been activated. Ryce also describes the HeartLand Aramaic Forgiveness app and its private worksheet process as practical support for applying the teaching.

Susan then explains the Reality Management Worksheet as a mind-training process. A person begins with the emotion, identifies the object of attention and the material facts, notices the thought, and then identifies the active goal beneath the upset. Ryce emphasizes that people generally become upset when someone violates a goal they hold for that person. The goal then recruits stored hostility, fear, and prior experience into the present perceptual construct. Canceling that goal creates access to the underlying material, while Breath is maintained throughout the process. Susan describes Rukha d’Qudsha as opening the gateway between conscious and unconscious material so that stored perceptions, memories, emotional energy, and bodily tension can surface and be transformed.

The discussion returns to the Power Person Dynamic and to Ryce’s definition of “processing”: maintaining Love conscious, active, and present when something less than Love is resonated. He describes the common reaction to fear or trauma as holding the breath, which in his framework interrupts access to the very force that supports healing. Rukha d’Qudsha is again distinguished from the later Greek pneuma and Latin spiritus interpretations and described as the Breath of Life that undoes the effects of error and reveals Truth. Ryce connects this with Y’Shua appearing to the frightened disciples after the crucifixion, speaking Shlama — wholeness — and breathing with them rather than teaching theology. The group then practices several conscious breaths together.

The final portion gives a detailed example of how the Power Person Dynamic operates across decades. A frightened child may form goals such as “I must be safe” or “I must be approved of.” Thirty years later, a spouse or coworker raises their voice, and that apparently reasonable goal recruits the entire stored file of childhood terror, rejection, helplessness, and unmet protection. The person then reacts to the present through the past. Ryce identifies the Aramaic Shbag/Shbak as “cancel,” explaining that even a seemingly constructive goal may be canceled when it is functioning as the driver of a painful perceptual construct. When the goal is canceled, the construct collapses “into its own footprint,” exposing the unconscious material beneath it. With conscious Breath present, that material can then be processed rather than projected outward. Medical, physiological, and scientific claims in this discussion reflect the show’s historical teaching framework rather than established medical or scientific conclusions.

From Chatroom:

michael ryce: My Commitment

I promise to TRUST you enough to tell you the Truth, to be true to you, and always engage in just and fair behavior with you. I commit to always be sweetness in your life, to nurture you daily, and treat you LOVINGLY, Gently, and with Respect in my thoughts, words, and actions, whether in your presence or not.

In every interaction, I commit to affection for you, to look for and acknowledge the highest and best in you and, as I surrender to LOVE, our True Nature, I will use only voice tones and language that reflect my deep caring for you.

My connection to Love, our Source, gratitude for my relationship with you, and our Serenity will always be more important than any issue. I open my Being to embrace you in my Love; I open my Being to be embraced in your Love.

If anything I have committed to here sounds hollow, or anything unlike LOVE comes up in me, I will Breathe, hold us in my Heart, and listen as I learn to give up any denial, welcome the revelation of Truth, and learn to speak, experience, be RESPONSE-ABLE for, and Forgive my own realities. I am here for and with you. I promise to speak only Truth to you as I keep communication open and keep LOVE Conscious, Active, and Present AS WE HEAL, CELEBRATE LIFE, and GROW TOGETHER.

September 11, 2026 continues the Detailed Power Person Workbook and opens with Susan describing a dream that helped her recognize an old survival pattern: automatically orienting toward danger, protection, and control. In revisiting the dream, she separates material facts from fear-based meaning-making and recognizes a developing relationship with what she calls her internal divine masculine — grounded, observant, discerning, and able to respond without immediately entering protection mode. Ryce connects this with Rakhma, emphasizing that Human Life and Love come first, and that clear information and action become more available when perception is not being driven by fear.

Lawrence reflects on his own healing journey and his desire to bring the work into his community. Susan emphasizes that Forgiveness is a lifelong practice rather than pardoning someone else. The work is to clean the mind, cancel the goals that drive painful perceptual structures, and transform the inner material that shapes outer experience. Step 14 of the Power Person Workbook is then revisited: a present emotional reaction is understood as an echo of an earlier Power Person event. Susan examines shaming, sarcasm, dissociation, and cutting-and-running as learned survival behaviors, recognizing that when she felt attacked or unheard she often used shaming or withdrawal as pseudo-solutions for safety. She also describes returning later for a “redo,” consciously revisiting an interaction from a clearer state and choosing a different response.

Ryce adds a strong clarification about sarcasm, describing it as a socially acceptable way of expressing otherwise unexpressed rage. This leads into discussion of shame and guilt: guilt is framed as believing one has done something bad, while shame is believing one is bad. Susan recognizes that the messages she received as a child later became an internalized Power Person voice, criticizing and attacking her from within. The group connects these dynamics with family systems, churches, media, and relationships, showing how shaming, ridicule, and sarcasm can become normalized patterns while continuing to carry hostility.

A major portion of the show explores Rakhma and Breath. Ryce explains that Love is not something one does but what one is, and that Rakhma functions as the condition or gateway through which Human Life enters the human form. He describes three levels of Breath: ordinary respiration, incoherent Breath associated with hostility or fear, and the Rakhma Breath consciously taken in Love. Holding a newborn is offered as a direct experiential reference for this original state of Human Life — the presence of Love before accumulated fear, trauma, and generational conditioning. Ryce encourages Lawrence to recall holding his daughter and to use that experience as a reference point for his own essential nature.

The program also develops the relationship between stress, trauma, and the nervous system. Susan describes high stress as reactivating Power Person patterns and discusses fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and a possible fifth response referred to as flop (collapse). She distinguishes emotion from feeling, while Ryce connects emotion with thought-generated physiology and references Candace Pert’s work on neuropeptides. These physiological explanations are presented as part of the show’s teaching framework and should not be treated as settled scientific or medical conclusions. Susan closes by describing “present joining” — being fully aware of body, senses, mind, emotion, and Breath in the present moment rather than living from past or future fear. From that state, she experiences greater serenity and connection with Rukha d’Qudsha. The show ends by recommending Another Self as a depiction of family-system and generational material being resonated for healing.

September 14, 2026 opens with a discussion of marriage, relationships, and what Ryce calls “block to Truth.” He describes marriage, from a healed mind, as an extraordinary opportunity because intimate relationship exposes material that still needs healing. This leads into a deeper exploration of Love as a noun rather than a verb. Ryce distinguishes approval from Love, offering that parents do not “love” or withdraw Love according to a child’s behavior; rather, the useful question is whether a person is functioning as Love. He connects this with Carbon-Based Memory, describing it as a perfectly functioning information-storage system that becomes problematic when past data, rather than the Mind of Christ, is allowed to run present perception and behavior. Rakhma is presented as the condition through which information is filtered in alignment with Love rather than hostility or fear.

The conversation extends into Scripture and the Book of Job. Ryce interprets Job’s statement, “that which I feared most has come upon me,” as recognition that fear was already operative within his own mind. He sees Job’s eventual restoration as occurring when Job moves out of hostility toward his friends and returns to a state aligned with Rakhma. The group also discusses listening for guidance through Rukha, the Breath of revelation and Truth, with Ryce emphasizing that outside teachers may point toward Truth, but the ultimate teacher is the indwelling Breath rather than an external authority. Several historical claims are also made about Aramaic, Sanskrit, the Qur’an, and world religions; these are preserved as the participants’ discussion and are not independently verified here.

A substantial portion of the show centers on Mitzi’s frustration with her husband Rex’s snoring and her question about whether anger or rage always covers another emotion. Ryce says anger functions as an anesthetic and redirects attention away from solving the external situation toward discovering what is happening internally. He explains denial as believing something outside oneself is the cause of an internal state. The key, he says, is identifying the goal driving the painful perceptual construct. In Mitzi’s case, the conversation moves from “I need to sleep” toward a more precise goal involving Rex prioritizing their mutual comfort and participating in finding a workable solution. The practical external issue still deserves communication and professional assessment, while the inner work concerns the goal and the anger resonated around it.

Shawn then asks whether canceling a goal simply means seeing the circumstance differently. Ryce clarifies with the metaphor of a football recruiter: a goal recruits matching information from Carbon-Based Memory through resonance. Change the goal and a different set of stored information is recruited; cancel the active goal and the recruiter disappears, allowing the perceptual construct to collapse “into its own footprint,” exposing the unconscious material beneath it. Ryce emphasizes that even apparently reasonable goals can recruit inherited or unresolved material, and that unfulfilled goals may persist across generations until they are achieved or canceled. Breath then becomes essential for accessing and resolving what surfaces.

Susan adds the distinction between frustration and futility, describing frustration as confronting something one cannot control, obtain, or change, and futility as the process of emotionally adapting to that reality. She encourages honoring both the practical level and the deeper inner process. The group closes by breathing together into the back of the heart while remembering Ryce’s central statement that Love is a noun — the truth of what we are. Medical, physiological, sleep, nervous-system, and scientific claims throughout the show reflect the participants’ teaching framework and personal experience and should not be treated as established medical conclusions.

September 15, 2026 opens with discussion of the Netflix series Another Self, Family Constellations, and the way relationship and ancestral material can become visible when a person is willing to look beneath the surface. Carrie describes preparing to participate in a constellation focused on her brother, while Susan reflects on watching the series with Breath and allowing emotional material to surface. The conversation frames these experiences as opportunities to recognize what is resonating in the psyche rather than simply analyzing external events.

Susan then shares a difficult response to seeing a new X-ray of her fractured clavicle. Seeing that the break was still visible triggered despair, futility, and a familiar tendency to fill in the blanks with negative meaning. She recognizes patterns of wanting to control outcomes, other people’s agency, and even the pace of healing. Ryce invites her to go deeper with Breath and to cancel goals such as needing to be all-powerful, needing to manage others’ sovereignty, and needing to lead her own experience rather than allowing God to lead. The discussion contrasts egoic grandiosity with resting in the grandeur of God and emphasizes willingness to remain present whether the eventual medical outcome includes continued natural healing or surgical intervention.

A major theme is the distinction Susan makes between spirit, soul or psyche, and egoic perception. She describes becoming aware of what she calls a “restricted mind-energy body,” an overlay of constricted, non-being energy associated with unresolved fear and hostility. Rather than attaching stories to every sensation, she practices staying with Rukha d’Qudsha and allowing the energy to move without meaning-making. Ryce repeatedly brings the process back to Forgiveness whenever egoic perception conflicts with what is recognized as Truth. These descriptions of subtle energy, physiology, past lives, and bodily healing reflect the participants’ experiential framework rather than independently established medical or scientific findings.

Susan also describes recognizing a long-standing pattern of trying to manage other people’s sovereignty and agency. In one conversation she notices another person moving into judgment, pauses, returns to Breath, and chooses not to take responsibility for how that person thinks or behaves. This leads her back to the childhood survival pattern of fawning: taking care of others in the hope that they will then take care of her. She connects over-responsibility, people-pleasing, and attempts to control others with earlier experiences of having to manage a distressed parent. The distinction becomes clearer: she has power and agency over her own behavior, while another person retains sovereignty over theirs.

The Power Person Workbook continues with Steps 15 and 16. Susan identifies overwhelm and the thought “this is too much” as an old pattern connected with sympathetic dominance and survival responses such as fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and “flop” or collapse. Step 16 asks how Power Person behaviors function through control, avoidance, projection, or deflection. The group discusses how repeated survival responses become automatic until conscious awareness and new action create another pathway. Carrie connects this with A Course in Miracles, emphasizing that forgiveness requires changes in perception and the relinquishment of judgment rather than simply changing external circumstances.

The show closes with Susan interpreting dreams of a resting cat and an unhurried dog as lessons in letting go of control, trusting timing, and allowing action to emerge rather than forcing it. She links this with a growing balance between her inner masculine — grounded, discerning, and action-oriented — and inner feminine — intuitive and receptive. The group ends by breathing together for Jackie, who is in the hospital, extending Rakhma Breath and holding the intention that her caregivers be fully attuned to the support she needs.

September 16, 2026 opens with Esbjorn sharing that he has accepted an offer on his farm in Spain and will soon return to Europe to close that chapter of his life. The move brings grief, memories of his late wife, uncertainty about where he will live next, and questions about identity beyond the life he built there. Ryce and Susan encourage him to let the external destination remain open while using Breath and Forgiveness to process whatever the transition brings forward. The deeper journey is framed as recovery of one’s original design as the functioning presence of Love, wherever one happens to live.

Ryce then corrects an important historical point from the previous day’s discussion about A Course in Miracles. He gives Daniel MacDougald Jr. explicit credit for bringing forward the understanding from first-century Aramaic that Shbag/Shbak means to cancel a goal and that Forgiveness is an internal process rather than pardoning another person. Ryce describes their 15–16 years of partnership developing Laws of Living and the worksheet process, MacDougald’s work with the Yonan and Khabouris Codices, and their long hours debating the precise meaning of words. Ryce says he later recognized a parallel statement in A Course in Miracles — letting go of what one thinks one wants — but emphasizes that the practical Forgiveness process came through MacDougald’s Aramaic work.

Susan continues Step 16 of the Power Person Workbook, examining control, avoidance, projection, and deflection. She recognizes that much of her effort to control other people’s sovereignty and agency came from wanting safety and from an old belief that the world, other people, or she herself had to be different. The realization shifts from “if only the world would change” to “what in me is being called to change?” She connects this with allowing herself and others their own agency rather than trying to force acceptance, agreement, or awakening. Ryce adds that denial begins with the slightest belief that something outside oneself is causing what is happening internally; this instruction to the mind then produces projection. Locating the specific goal held for the other person becomes the way back into one’s own unconscious material.

This becomes personal as Susan examines rage toward Duncan and discovers a deeper goal beneath it: “I want you to listen and accept me.” With Ryce guiding her to stay with the physiological response, she traces the longing further back to wanting to be known, received, and delighted in by her mother. Ryce turns the focus inward by suggesting that the delight she seeks from others is also her own self-delight, self-acceptance, and self-embrace waiting to be restored. The group breathes with her as she notices a strong physical constriction around the shoulder and clavicle area while recognizing the longstanding pattern of looking outside herself for acceptance.

The show also explores Breath more deeply. Ryce introduces the Aramaic expression Rukha d’Alaha, “Breath of God,” alongside Rukha d’Qudsha, and describes multiple qualities of Breath associated with states such as wisdom, revelation, Love, hostility, fear, jealousy, or condemnation. His developing conclusion is that people can become increasingly conscious of which “breath quality” they are embodying and deliberately align physiology with the Breath qualities of the Creator. The discussion also compares this energy with Kundalini, Reiki, meditation, and other traditions, while Ryce emphasizes that increased energy flow may appear anywhere in physiology as resistance is released. These energetic and physiological interpretations reflect the experiential teaching framework of the show rather than established scientific conclusions.

The broadcast closes by returning to sympathetic dominance and the survival responses of fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and “flop” or collapse. The participants acknowledge that their understanding of the “flop” response still needs clarification and further research, rather than treating the current description as final. The central thread throughout the show is that present triggers, grief, anger, control, and bodily constriction can become doorways into unconscious material when the active goal is identified, canceled, and met with conscious Breath, allowing greater self-acceptance, freedom, and conscious active present Love.

September 17, 2026 opens with Susan describing how her world is changing as she clears out possessions, receives new attention from people entering her life, and becomes more aware of what she calls her inner divine masculine — clear, grounded, kind, and able to set boundaries without hostility. She connects this with a growing realization that every encounter can be a “holy encounter,” an opportunity to recognize that another person shares the Breath of God and to meet them from conscious Presence rather than old conditioning. She also reflects on self-delight, learning to recognize in herself the same delight she naturally feels in the presence of her son and others.

A major theme is willingness versus resistance in healing. Susan speaks about old shoulder injuries, her recent clavicle fracture, tuning-fork sessions, and what she experiences as stored energetic material surfacing for release. Ryce adds an important qualification to the idea that something “has to go out the way it went in.” He cautions against turning that into permission for healing to be equally traumatic, emphasizing instead that willingness, responsibility, alignment, and Rukha d’Qudsha can soften and transform the process. Susan describes learning to become a witness to sensations, emotions, and thoughts rather than trying to fix, suppress, or make them disappear. The body becomes a field in which she practices simply staying present with Breath while allowing what is ready to move to move.

The discussion then turns to the nature of time, consciousness, and multidimensionality. Susan describes her experiential view that past and future exist within an ever-present field of consciousness rather than along a strictly linear timeline. Sally connects this with the film Everything Everywhere All at Once, while the group contrasts that experience with Another Self, which Susan feels offers a clearer doorway into family-system and generational material. They discuss using films, dreams, and relationships as mirrors that can resonate unconscious patterns and provide opportunities for greater awareness. These metaphysical interpretations are presented as personal and experiential beliefs rather than established scientific conclusions.

Later, Rex and Susan explore language, identity, and the idea of separation between spirit, soul, persona, and body. Rex challenges Susan’s language of being “outside looking in,” asking what exactly is outside and what is inside. This prompts a real-time shift for Susan: rather than viewing spirit and soul as separate from the persona, she begins to see the persona as an image or projection within one larger whole. The exchange becomes an example of how language can reinforce either separation or unity, and how another person’s inquiry can expose a blockage to Truth without attack or blame.

The show also deepens the discussion of what Susan has been calling the “pain body.” Ryce cautions that naming it that way may add another layer of interpretation and suggests simpler language such as sensation body or restricted mind-energy body. Rex brings the conversation back to the Present, emphasizing that trying to discover the “why” can itself become another way of figuring things out, while the actual work is to notice what is present now, meet any resistance or judgment with Breath, and remain fully embodied. The group then breathes together, holding sensations, emotions, and constriction in conscious Presence. Susan closes by acknowledging her own automatic pattern of interrupting or rushing to be heard and expresses willingness to keep bringing that pattern into awareness.

September 18, 2026 centers on moving from reactivity into conscious Presence. Susan describes a growing ability to notice incoherence in a conversation, pause, breathe, and remain anchored in her own agency and sovereignty rather than trying to control another person. In a conversation with Patrick, she recognizes her own pattern of overtalking, gives him the floor, and chooses to listen while breathing. Ryce frames this as becoming the source rather than living at the effect of another person’s energy. Susan connects this with accepting circumstances as they are, cleaning up her own mind, and recognizing that serenity is generated from within rather than supplied by the external world.

The conversation develops into a discussion of Susan’s physical healing and her realization that she has spent much of her life wanting to be somewhere else, be someone different, or have another reality. She describes moving instead toward accepting her life, body, personality, light, and shadow as they are. Ryce connects this with his current study of John 7:37–39, where he interprets the “living waters” as Rukha flowing from the physiological center of Being. This becomes a key image for the show: the source is within, not outside. Susan describes the masculine as the banks that hold the river and the feminine as the flowing water, with the Sacred Heart as the point of inner balance.

Cami then recognizes her own lifelong tendency to live in fantasy — imagining another country, relationship, home, or future rather than fully inhabiting the Present. Susan reframes this not as a character defect but as an old survival strategy, a form of dissociation that may have developed when the present moment once felt too overwhelming to bear. Rather than attacking that pattern, the invitation is to accept it, sit beside it, breathe with it, and welcome that part of the self home. The discussion repeatedly returns to the idea that Forgiveness is not about forcing oneself to change but bringing whatever arises into conscious Breath Presence so that fear, hostility, resistance, and old survival programs can be transformed.

Ryce returns to John 7 and the image of living water arising from within the gut, belly, or center of Being. Cami recognizes that even her belief that overwhelming emotions are too large to handle is itself resistance, particularly when Rukha is imagined as something outside rather than the Breath already within. Ryce recalls an earlier worksheet question: what am I willing to sacrifice my connection to Source in order to obtain? If the goal is peace, approval, safety, or another external outcome, the deeper recognition is that the desired state is already internally available. He further clarifies that the Aramaic concept is better rendered as serenity than “peace,” recalling Daniel MacDougald’s repeated observation that “peace” is historically a war word.

Susan also recognizes a major shift in her understanding of Love. Rather than “loving” another person as though Love travels outward from her toward them, she describes another person’s presence as giving her the opportunity to experience the Love she already is. The other becomes a mirror through which her own capacity for Love, delight, appreciation, and Presence becomes visible. She applies this to ordinary encounters, relationships, family, and even customer-service conversations, noticing how simple appreciation can change the relational field. She simultaneously maintains clear personal boundaries, distinguishing conscious Love from the belief that every relationship must become romantic or sexual.

The show closes with reflections on Daniel MacDougald, his decision to leave a successful legal career to apply Laws of Living principles within prison systems, and his commitment to bringing healing into difficult environments. Ryce describes MacDougald’s work as part of the historical foundation of their teachings. Susan closes by describing the MindShifters community as a sanctuary where conscious, active, present Love supports each person’s ongoing healing. Metaphysical, energetic, past-life, physiological, and medical interpretations throughout the show reflect the participants’ personal and teaching frameworks rather than independently established scientific conclusions.

September 21, 2026 MindShifters Radio show continues a discussion that began before the recording started, with Susan reflecting on StillPoint Breath work and Plato’s allegory of the cave as a metaphor for moving from distorted perception into greater awareness. She describes the person leaving the cave as awakening beyond fear-based interpretation, then returning to people who cannot yet perceive what has been discovered. The group connects this with sovereignty, agency, innocence, and the choice to move beyond blame, victimhood, and hostility by cleaning up one’s own mind and returning it to Love.

A major portion of the show focuses on the meaning of Rukha d’Qudsha and the phrase traditionally rendered “blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.” Ryce presents his Aramaic interpretation that the issue is not an unforgivable offense against an external Spirit, but restriction of the Breath itself. Holding or constricting the Breath inhibits access to the force that, in his framework, undoes the effects of error. He distinguishes ordinary respiration, incoherent Breath associated with hostility or fear, and the set-apart Breath of Rukha d’Qudsha, emphasizing that Rakhma — the Love filter — must be engaged for this deeper Breath process to function.

The conversation then returns to the “living water” teaching. Ryce describes Y’Shua’s encounter with the Samaritan woman and interprets the living water as Rukha arising from within the viscera or center of Being. Rather than depending on an external source that must be repeatedly sought, the teaching is framed as awakening to an internal source of Life and Breath that is already present. Ryce uses the image of a yardstick to distinguish ordinary respiration from the much broader meaning he attributes to Rukha d’Qudsha and encourages conscious practice of shifting from incoherent Breath into the set-apart Breath aligned with Love.

Ryce also expands on his recent study of different “Breath qualities” in Aramaic, including Breath of God, Breath of revelation, and Breath associated with hostility. He encourages participants to notice the Breath state accompanying a particular mental state, consciously shift the Breath, and then pay attention to physiological pulses that arise. He describes these pulses, from his own experience, as signs of old energetic patterns being brought into transformation. Stories of pulsing in the hands, brain, shoulders, and other areas are shared as experiential observations within the show’s framework rather than established medical findings.

Later, Kerry revisits the idea of “mind games” in doing inner work. She recognizes that the mind can manipulate even the healing process itself, for example by saying “I don’t have to blame myself” while still operating within blame. The discussion distinguishes the work itself from the mind’s attempt to use or manipulate the work to avoid what remains unconscious. This leads into a deeper examination of manipulation as a childhood survival strategy. Kerry describes learning to read people closely and give them what they needed in order to get her own needs met. Her recent Family Constellation experience helped her see how siblings adapted differently to emotional neglect: people-pleasing, rebellion, emotional disappearance, rage, or withdrawal.

The show closes by reframing those adaptations as survival strategies rather than identities. The work is to bring those younger, fractured parts back into conscious Presence, retire strategies that are no longer needed, and act from Breath rather than from Power Person conditioning. Ryce adds that the same outward conversation can either be manipulation or a creative exchange depending on the inner state from which it arises. The difference is whether one is driven by a goal and old Carbon-Based Memory or is functioning from Being, Breath, and willingness to allow another person their own choice.

September 22, 2026 centers on Family Constellations and its parallels with Ryce’s first-century Aramaic Forgiveness work. Kerry introduces Dodie, a long-time practitioner of bodywork, craniosacral work, and Family Constellations, and describes a recent constellation focused on multigenerational family trauma. Ryce explains that his own work likewise aims to open the unconscious and remove what does not belong rather than “forgiving” another person in the sense of pardoning them. The discussion explores how constellation work can make hidden family dynamics visible by having participants represent relatives or aspects of the family system.

Kerry describes the striking experience of standing in a constellation as another family member and feeling responses that did not seem like her ordinary personality. In her own constellation, she focused on the violent death of her great-grandfather, who was killed by a train while supporting a family of 12 children. She sees that trauma as reverberating through later generations and connects it with patterns among her siblings: people-pleasing, acting out, emotional disappearance, anger, and withdrawal. She also describes how bringing the deceased ancestor symbolically into the field appeared to shift estrangement toward greater connection. These constellation experiences are presented as personal and experiential observations rather than scientifically established evidence of ancestral communication.

Ryce then questions the family label “benign neglect,” asking whether a child’s perception may sometimes omit evidence of care that did not arrive in the form expected. Kerry acknowledges both sides: her parents provided extensively for five children while traveling internationally and pursuing careers, yet some emotional needs were not met. Susan expands this by suggesting that Love may have been flowing through some dimensions of the family while being constricted in others. The discussion encourages separating the totality of the parents from a single interpretive label and looking again for how Love actually appeared rather than only how the child expected it to appear.

Dodie explains that in a constellation “setup,” one person brings an issue and selects others to represent family members or concepts. Their positions, sensations, and responses create a kind of visible picture of the system. She describes beginning constellation work in 2003 after years of massage and craniosacral practice and training with students of Bert Hellinger. For her, the process helps people see themselves and their relatives in ways that ordinary conversation often does not. She compares the work with craniosacral therapy: one works deeply with the central nervous system, while constellation work reaches into the much larger relational and family field.

A recurring theme is that relationships function as mirrors. Dodie says that because we cannot literally stand outside ourselves and see our own “label,” other people and the constellation field allow previously invisible patterns to become visible. Kerry recognizes that even her desire to retreat into nature and avoid relationships can be another mind game protecting her from material she does not want to see. The group connects this with Ryce’s language of blockage to Truth: what remains unconscious becomes visible through relationship, body sensation, projection, and the reactions of others.

The show closes with Dodie recalling that her earliest constellation teacher said simply, “this work is about love.” Ryce connects that directly with his own framework: Love is not something obtained from another person but the state of Being in which Humanity was created. Healing therefore means removing generational and conditioned patterns that block awareness of that already-present Love. The group recognizes a strong convergence between Family Constellations, somatic work, craniosacral practice, and Aramaic Forgiveness — each offering a way to bring hidden material into awareness so that connection, innocence, and Love can be restored.

September 24, 2026 MindShifters Radio show opens with reflections on family, loss, community, and the simple sharing of resources as an expression of Love. Susan then describes a rapidly unfolding insight around the “triadic braid” of divine masculine, divine feminine, and divine child. She connects this with her recent clavicle injury and with a concept her son Alexander introduced to her: dialectic and “trialectic” thinking. Rather than forcing one person’s reality to defeat another’s, Alexander listens deeply to both positions, meets each person in their own language, and helps create space for a higher understanding to emerge. Susan recognizes this as a skill she wants to develop more fully, especially by listening rather than immediately driving the conversation.

The Power Person Workbook continues with Step 16, examining control, avoidance, projection, and deflection. Susan recognizes that although she experiences herself as loving, sensitive, and genuinely wanting to help, others have sometimes experienced her intensity as controlling or intimidating. Jeanie adds her own example of helping from a sincere desire to be useful while recognizing that help can sometimes be received as control. Susan then describes a conversation with her former husband Duncan regarding their cat, Fluffy. Wanting to relieve him of the burden of difficult decisions, she began arranging details without consulting him. His reaction helped her see that good intentions do not erase another person’s sovereignty or agency. She recognizes that her passion and certainty can sometimes leave too little room for other voices and perspectives.

This insight takes the discussion back to a nine-day Intensive in which Susan and Sally shared kitchen duty. Susan had previously interpreted Sally’s absence through her own unresolved material, while Sally responded from an old pattern of trying harder to gain approval. Revisiting the experience, Susan recognizes how her own fast-paced energy may have activated Sally’s nervous system and echoed the pressure Sally experienced from her father. Susan reframes the encounter with gratitude, seeing Sally as a mirror who helped expose her own wound around being seen, heard, and valued. Both women’s different nervous-system tempos are affirmed as valid rather than one needing to conform to the other.

Jackie then adds an important perspective about helping. Drawing from the Netflix series The Way Home, she questions whether people sometimes interfere in others’ lives because they assume they know what should happen. She connects this with nursing, massage therapy, hypnotherapy, and her own pattern of stepping in quickly. Her emerging practice is to remain aware, present, and receptive, allowing action to be indicated rather than forcing it. Susan relates this to the divine masculine as structure, discernment, and protection without control; the divine feminine as receptivity, intuition, and nourishment without engulfment; and the divine child as innocence, curiosity, and spontaneous expression.

The conversation becomes deeply personal as Susan recognizes how her urgency, speed, and need to communicate may have been inherited Power Person patterns. She offers a spontaneous process of pardoning herself and acknowledging those whose nervous systems may have felt overwhelmed in her presence. Ryce then makes an important distinction: after pardoning perceived offenses, the next step is Forgiveness — removing those underlying dynamics from one’s own physiology. Susan connects this with releasing blame, reclaiming sovereignty and agency, and choosing to meet others within their reality rather than resisting or trying to change them. Ryce closes by acknowledging Susan’s long-standing willingness to redirect attention from what another person is doing back to what is arising within herself.

The show ends by returning to Breath. Susan contrasts ordinary respiratory Breath, constricted Breath associated with fear and hostility, and the broader qualities of Rukha — cherishing, presence, intuition, and Life. Life itself is framed as meditation: every present moment provides an opportunity to notice which quality of Breath is active and consciously return to Rukha d’Qudsha. Medical, energetic, nervous-system, and metaphysical interpretations throughout the discussion reflect the participants’ experiential and teaching frameworks rather than established clinical conclusions.

September 25, 2026 begins with Ryce responding to someone who experienced a relationship breakup at nearly the same time of year as an earlier major breakup. He frames repetition not as coincidence but as an unconscious family pattern returning for attention and Forgiveness. Drawing on Jung’s idea that what remains unconscious can direct our lives as “fate,” Ryce emphasizes the willingness to enter the unconscious rather than project pain outward. He connects this with Y’Shua’s difficult teachings that caused many followers to turn away because they did not want to face what was hidden within themselves.

Jeanie shares a visit with a childhood friend who has undergone a leg amputation. Their conversation turns to Forgiveness as distinct from pardoning, and to anger as an internal anesthetic that can keep deeper pain or fear out of awareness. Ryce then expands his Carbon-Based Memory model, contrasting the past-based “mind of man” with the Mind of Christ, which he describes as the Mind of Love. In his framework, goals activate stored generational information and build perceptual constructs. Hostility, fear, rage, guilt, grief, and similar states are treated as indicators that Carbon-Based Memory is running the experience rather than present Love.

Ryce stresses that projection and blame hide the actual source of pain. If a person says, “You caused what I feel,” the mind is instructed to conceal what is happening internally and construct a picture that appears to locate the cause outside. The test he gives is simple: if you are feeling it, it is occurring within your own physiology. Healing begins by stopping, breathing, taking responsibility, and engaging Rukha d’Qudsha — the set-apart Breath — until Love begins to move through the body and the underlying pattern becomes available for transformation. He connects this with StillPoint and Quantum StillPoint, willingness, alignment, and the gradual surfacing of generational hostility, fear, trauma, and grief.

The show then develops a new interpretation of “speaking in tongues.” Ryce suggests that the essential feature is not unintelligible speech but people divided by language or inner state becoming able to receive the same meaning. Rage, blame, guilt, fear, terror, and trauma can function like different “languages,” while conscious active present Love carried on Breath makes the message of responsibility and healing receivable. In that sense, speaking in tongues becomes successful transmission and reception of meaning across divided minds rather than merely unusual vocalization.

Ryce returns to the Power Person framework and Satan as “resistor” or “one who misleads,” not a literal red-suited being. He interprets “get thee behind me Satan” as a challenge to resistance and the “mind of man,” or Carbon-Based Memory. The goal of the work is to become the thinker apart from the thought, the feeler apart from the feeling, and the actor apart from the action, so that old family patterns no longer dictate behavior. Rather than discussing how terrible another person is, the practitioner asks: How many times have I experienced this? What did my Power Person model? What is being activated in me, and does it align with Love?

The closing portion focuses on how unresolved relationship cutoffs, denial, and generational trauma may become embodied in the show’s healing framework. Ryce recounts the story of a therapist who recognized a family pattern of severed relationships and deliberately reconnected with an estranged grandfather. He emphasizes Proverbs 4:23, the heart as central, and the idea that unconscious material must become available to conscious Presence. StillPoint is described as entering physiological stillness so projected stories quiet and deeper reorganization can occur through Breath. Medical, physiological, energetic, and claims about disease reversal, Lourdes, atomic restructuring, and bodily regeneration are presented as Ryce’s teaching framework and personal interpretation rather than established medical or scientific conclusions.

From chatroom:

Jeanie: Acts 2 The Day of Pentecost –  the speaking in other tongues was actually other languages. 4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. 5 Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. 6 When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken. 7 Utterly amazed, they asked: “Aren’t all these who are speaking Galileans? 8 Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language? 9 Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10 Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome 11 (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs—we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!”  It was not a language no one could understand but the speaker and God.

September 28, 2026 explores how early unmet needs, unconscious family patterns, and meaning-making shape perception. Susan describes reaching a very early wound around wanting attention and care, then seeing how that pattern threaded through later experiences of perceived neglect. She connects this with her ongoing clavicle healing and the idea that the body can reveal unconscious material as deeper layers become available. Ryce adds an important correction to the belief that pain, darkness, trauma, or suffering are required for awakening. His position is that Human Beings do not need suffering in order to know Love, health, light, or Truth; suffering is something to be healed, not a prerequisite for realization.

Rex expands this by describing how a child may experience pain or contrast without necessarily storing trauma if judgment, fear, and held Breath are not added to the event. The group emphasizes that events themselves are neutral and that the mind creates meaning through stored Carbon-Based Memory. Susan develops her “first space, second space, third space” model: one person has a perceptual reality, the other person has theirs, and a third space can emerge where neither reality has to dominate and a higher Truth can be revealed. She recognizes how past relationships became locked in conflict because each person tried to force the other into their own reality instead of remaining open to what might emerge beyond both positions.

A major part of the show focuses on blame, judgment, resentment, envy, jealousy, shame, and disgust. Susan traces the older meanings of words and describes blame as speaking ill of another, emphasizing how blame immediately moves the mind into separation and victimhood. Ryce adds that “sacrifice” originally carries the sense of making sacred rather than merely destruction or loss. The group connects judgment with Y’Shua’s teaching that the measure one uses returns to oneself, describing human experience as a mirror in which the mind repeatedly encounters its own unresolved energies.

Susan then identifies childhood patterns of competing for attention, scanning where attention was going, pushing herself forward to be seen, and sometimes using intensity or intimidation. She reframes envy and jealousy as signs of earlier scarcity patterns: “they have, therefore I do not.” Resentment is traced to a root meaning of “re-feel,” pointing to an old pattern being experienced again. She also recognizes disgust toward men and hypervigilance as protective strategies that developed around earlier pain. Her current work is to become the safe witness for those younger parts, recognize present-day agency and discernment, and allow the nervous system to rest rather than continually searching the external world for safety.

Ryce again challenges the cultural and spiritual assumption that growth must come through suffering. He offers a MindShifter that invites the gifts of life to arrive through Love, gentleness, respect, joy, delight, and aliveness rather than trauma. Later, when Susan recalls the idea that one must “go through hell” in order to help another through theirs, Ryce rejects that premise. He says the deeper requirement is not to experience someone else’s darkness but to become sufficiently connected with Rukha d’Qudsha and Rukha d’Alaha that one can hold the Presence of Love while another is in distress. Darkness, in this framework, is an absence rather than a substance; the answer is not deeper darkness but greater Light.

The show closes with a discussion of how children become patterned. Ryce distinguishes Carbon-Based Memory from the Breath-based state of Being, saying the purpose of memory is to store useful information rather than become the place from which one lives. The group considers how children absorb family and environmental patterns and how conscious adults can help by co-regulating in Love rather than reinforcing fear. Ryce encourages teaching children to develop awareness of the inner world, Breath, and connectedness rather than orienting them almost entirely toward external stimulation. Metaphysical, past-life, energetic, developmental, and physiological claims in this discussion reflect the participants’ teaching and experiential framework rather than established scientific conclusions.

September 29, 2026 opens with Mitzi reflecting on her years as a doula and her experience of the innocence and divinity of newborns. Ryce connects this with his recent study of Rukha d’Alaha — the Breath of God — and describes practicing the recognition that every person he meets carries that Breath. He also reads Desiderata by Max Ehrmann, recalling that he printed it on Mother’s Day menus decades ago, and emphasizes its themes of quietness, gentleness, listening, self-acceptance, and remembering one’s place within the larger unfolding of Life.

Mitzi then asks for help with a recurring pattern: when something wonderful happens and she shares it, she fears it will disappear, diminish, or be “jinxed.” She traces part of this to childhood experiences in which her accomplishments and happiness brought resentment or retaliation from older sisters, teaching her to hide her light. Ryce suggests working the Detailed Power Person Workbook without initially deciding who the Power Person was and gives her a MindShifter: “The more freely I share my successes and light, the more quickly and fully I am acknowledged and celebrated.” Her immediate internal “yeah, right” response becomes the material to explore.

Ryce uses the opportunity to distinguish a MindShifter from an affirmation. He calls unsupported positive affirmations “premature positive thinking” when they are laid over unresolved negative material. A MindShifter instead deliberately resonates the issue so hidden thoughts, emotions, sensations, and memories can surface. The practitioner writes everything that arises while continuing to breathe, then later applies whatever tool fits what was uncovered — Forgiveness, Mind-Goal Management, Codependence work, Responsibility tools, or another process. The goal is not to keep repeating the positive statement but to dismantle the unconscious material until conscious creation becomes natural.

Susan then continues Step 16 of the Detailed Power Person Workbook, exploring control, avoidance, projection, and deflection. She recognizes how her mother used dissociation and anger, while Susan later repeated related patterns through cutting and running, constant busyness, blaming others, over-responsibility, and trying to fix people. She also sees how Power Person conditioning affected her parenting, including expecting her son Alexander to perform correctly and quickly. Her emphasis is that awakening may occur after an event as well as during it: once a pattern becomes visible, a person can return, make amends, request a redo, and clean up what was previously unconscious.

Ryce reviews blockage to Truth: when the mind constructs a perceptual reality from hostility- or fear-based Carbon-Based Memory, the resulting picture may feel absolutely true even though it is built from incomplete or corrupt data. When new information threatens that construct, stress rises sharply and the Power Person response may activate. His recommendation is to breathe, lower the stress response, and allow the new information to remain present long enough to examine it rather than immediately rejecting or attacking it. He adds that perception can even be accurate about an event and still not contain the whole Truth because it is constructed from limited past data.

The show closes with Susan identifying core childhood experiences of feeling neglected, unheard, unimportant, and responsible for other people’s emotions. She recognizes how lack of emotional presence from her mother became a template she later repeated with Alexander, and how being blamed led her toward over-responsibility and intruding into others’ sovereignty and agency. She identifies current behaviors such as overtalking, defensiveness, controlling the room, busyness, cutting and running, and fixing others as survival strategies developed when she felt there was no room for her. The work now is to observe those patterns without blame, bring them into conscious Breath Presence, and allow Love to become the organizing force instead.

September 30, 2026 begins with discussion of expanding the program through Facebook and the importance of protecting participant privacy. Kerry raises concern about having personal sharing broadcast publicly, and the group explores anonymity options while affirming the larger purpose of making Ryce’s teachings more widely available. Jackie explains that bringing the show into her Hidden Meanings community is intended to connect people seeking practical tools with a living body of work focused on Forgiveness, Breath, and personal responsibility.

After technical problems temporarily remove Susan from the meeting, she turns the experience immediately into a MindShifter. She notices old thoughts that she had done something wrong, had been rejected, or needed to fix the situation. Instead of following the panic, she asks what is hers to do and returns to Breath. She connects the reaction with a powerful experience during a Shiatsu session in which she perceived herself in a sanitarium, partially paralyzed and trapped in victimhood. Her insight is that serenity does not depend upon external circumstances: even in severe limitation, she could remain connected with Love, Breath, and the Presence of God. The experience becomes another opportunity to recognize a habitual generational pattern rather than automatically believe it.

The conversation then turns toward sovereignty. Kerry suggests that Susan may still sometimes speak of God as external and encourages her to recognize the Divine within herself rather than seek approval or authority outside. Ryce adds an important qualification: sovereignty does not mean doing everything alone. A damaged internal reality around father, safety, or relationship may need a trustworthy person to provide a safe relational space in which it can open and heal. The distinction becomes doing the work for oneself, but not necessarily by oneself. When Kerry subsequently feels defensive and unheard, the group recognizes a live Power Person activation and immediately brings it into Breath rather than continuing the intellectual disagreement.

Kerry identifies the younger part of herself that feels unheard and unworthy as approximately nine years old. The group responds by breathing with her and offering the experience of being seen, welcomed, treasured, and delighted in. Ryce uses his relationship with granddaughter Aria as an example of the delight a child can experience when received fully, then acknowledges grief about times when he did not have the awareness to offer that same quality of presence to his own children. The moment becomes an illustration of healing Power Person material through present relationship: what was missing in childhood can be consciously recognized and met now without concluding that the child was deficient.

This leads into discussion of grief and guilt. Participants recognize how guilt may accompany grief over ways they treated their children before they had greater awareness. Rather than remaining in condemnation, the invitation is to meet those earlier versions of self with the same Love, grace, and safe witnessing being offered to Kerry’s nine-year-old. Susan expands this to parents and Power Persons: can the same Love be extended toward mothers and fathers who acted from their own unresolved patterns? The work begins with ourselves, allowing previously rejected parts to come home rather than continuing blame.

Ryce closes with an Aramaic reflection on Y’Shua appearing to the frightened disciples after the crucifixion. He emphasizes Shlama not merely as “peace,” but as wholeness. Y’Shua shows them his wounds, again offers Shlama, and then immerses them in Breath. Ryce interprets the sequence as a demonstration that woundedness can be held within wholeness: the wounds are visible, yet Being remains whole. From that state of Breath and wholeness comes the capacity to Forgive — to remove energies that are off the mark. The central message of the show is that healing occurs when wounded parts are met without rejection, held in conscious Breath, and restored within the larger wholeness of Love.

From Chatroom: Susan F: MindShifter: “It is a joy, pleasure and delight and I look forward when others do not hear me so I can meet Rukha d’Koodsha more deeply in breath and meet myself more deeply.”
