August 03, 2026, Michael Ryce opens with an update from HeartLand, sharing hopeful plans for a cooperative future that will allow the mission and intensive workshops to continue while he and Jeanie remain close to their grandchildren. The conversation quickly turns toward healing through dreams as Kerry describes a vivid nightmare that revealed intense fear stored in her physiology. Although her conscious mind remained calm, her body experienced overwhelming terror, leading to the discovery that the fear was ancestral rather than personal. Michael explains that such experiences reveal generational Power Person dynamics becoming ready for healing and encourages using the Power Person Worksheet and conscious Breath to uncover and dissolve inherited patterns rather than suppressing them.
Susan shares profound insights from continuing her own Power Person work around control, rejection, shame, helplessness, and object referral. She describes discovering a new capacity to become her own secure attachment while remaining consciously connected to the Breath instead of seeking validation outside herself. Throughout the discussion, participants explore healing not only for themselves but also for ancestors, descendants, and humanity, recognizing that willingness to remain present with Breath transforms long-held family patterns and opens the way for deeper awareness and Love. Michael offers a MindShifter inviting responsibility for the patriarchy and every atrocity committed against women, children, and self, illustrating how true healing begins with ownership rather than projection. A major portion of the program centers on Michael’s clarification of the Aramaic understanding of Breath. He explains that human beings are Breath-based beings, not spirit-based beings, and that the original Aramaic term Rukha d’Qudsha refers to the elemental force of the Breath rather than the later Greek and Latin concepts translated as “spirit.” Michael describes how held breath creates the “veil of the temple,” separating conscious and unconscious awareness, while sustained conscious breathing restores access to hidden trauma, allows forgiveness to remove the underlying causes of suffering, and reconnects the individual to direct revelation through the Breath. He distinguishes repair from healing, explaining that the body repairs itself mechanically, while true healing occurs through the organizing intelligence carried by the Breath. An engaging dialogue follows with a first-time participant, Raj, who asks challenging questions about Breath, spirit, trauma, and the original teachings of Yeshua. Michael patiently explains the relationship between unconscious dynamics, carbon-based memory, held breath, and the Aramaic forgiveness process, emphasizing that the Breath is far more than oxygen—it is the organizing force that carries intelligence into physiology. The discussion explores the mistranslation of Rukha d’Qudsha into the Greek pneuma and later the Latin spiritus, illustrating how this linguistic shift obscured Yeshua’s original teachings. Jeanie contributes helpful analogies comparing Breath to the different forms of water and explaining the feminine grammatical nature of Rukha d’Qudsha. The program concludes with an invitation to continue asking questions, reminding listeners that understanding grows through dialogue, Breath, and the shared search for Truth. From chatroom: MindShifter: “It is safe and healing for me to admit that I am the patriarchy and I now take responsibility for and forgive as to every atrocity that I have ever created against women, children and self.” “…. close your eyes and search your mind carefully for situations past, present or anticipated that arouse anger in you. ³The anger may take the form of any reaction ranging from mild irritation to rage. ⁴The degree of the emotion you experience does not matter. ⁵You will become increasingly aware that a slight twinge of annoyance is nothing but a veil drawn over intense fury.” (ACIM, W-21.2:2-5) Shawn+KK: “a stiff-necked people…” there is an understanding that the neck is the Bridge from the lower to the higher. “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate” Carl Jung Take care of the ‘heart’ for out of it come the issues in life. The heart is the unconscious. Ask and Receive. Your ‘asker’ is the heart not the mouth. Power of life and death is in our words. Rookha d’Qudsha is an Aramaic phrase meaning the Breath of God. Jeanie: water, ice, steam – all are H2O the Breath is the same as heat to water. Take heat from water, take breath from trauma and it becomes solidified. Add breath and it becomes like vapor and is blown off. K: Shawn+KK: as well, the body breathes through the state of consciousness operating it. Interestingly, Roy Masters had a book where he described what he calls Origitrons.. Michael may be familiar with the term? But he describes that from a Single infinite hot Source (God) flows (breathes) into and through everything and all (the All..) Jeanie: file folder effect – a trigger opens the file but with forgiveness and breath it can be released. The memory can be recalled from the unconscious but the trauma of that memory does not have to exist. Shawn+KK: you have to clarify, linguistically this is nothing to do with human genderisms Jeanie: Rukha is a feminine elemental force in humans that breaks off the effects of our errors and teaches truth. A force for that which is proper for humans, the denial of which leaves one in unforgiveness. The “super processor” that can reach through and heal all generations. Jeanie: I look at God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (Breath) is like H2O (water liquid, ice solid, and steam or vapor) the same element. Shawn+KK: Even in Greek study, masculine and feminine can be a physical tangible thing VS non tangible almost concept understanding. Specifically if it has to do with “thought” etc.. michael ryce: Rukha d’Qudsha… She who undoes the effects of our errors and reveals Truth. Shawn+KK: that’s epic Jeanie – similar to the elements earth, water, air, fire – are stages of Consciousness before all the wild ideas got involved out there. michael ryce: “HEALING GENERATIONS: ONE BREATH AT A TIME!” : Here is a set of links where Jeanie reads her whole book on our MindShifters Radio Show (below is a link to order the book on Amazon): March 9, 2026 MindShifters Show #1 https://youtu.be/olufj7sMH0Q March 10, 2026 MindShifters Show #2 https://youtu.be/a6fIis8SshU March 11, 2026 MindShifters Show #3 https://youtu.be/XjfAoYRv4gI March 12, 2026 MindShifters Show #4 https://youtu.be/vQaKTYTcagk March 13, 2026 MindShifters Show #5 https://youtu.be/msnzXJsL9NU?si=PY4qMhKlxD9fR21R March 16, 2026 MindShifters Show #6 https://youtu.be/ckoHua6Ga0A?si=6UZNw1Fm2GlLEtFs March 17, 2026 MindShifters Show #7 https://youtu.be/uObpGWJ7wCc?si=03vhz3ZoFG3l_8np March 18, 2026 MindShifters Show #8 https://youtu.be/iv_5yGnMhzw?si=kSU4jq7Z2Ky5FwVo March 19, 2026 MindShifters Show #9 https://youtu.be/fOojdfBBl7U?si=WcfvFvdYm9S3iHzL March 20, 2026 MindShifters Show #10 https://youtu.be/dMQ0P6MxaPk?si=j9n3gxBlkpRg0jho To order: www.amazon.com/Healing-Generations-One-Breath-Time-ebook/dp/B0GQWJ4CMK YouTube https://youtu.be/GtQgBuSklVI or on our Podetize player at https://whyagain.org/mindshifters-radio-show-player-for-archives/ |

August 04, 2026, Michael Ryce and Jeanie welcome listeners as Susan shares powerful dreams and body-centered healing experiences that arose during ongoing Breath work. A vivid dream featuring a giant blue bird becomes a doorway into exploring healthy masculine support, wisdom, safety, and the ability to say, “No, thank you,” without fear or defensiveness. As deep psoas releases unfold through conscious Breath, Michael explains how stored emotional trauma held in the body’s core can dissolve, allowing greater freedom, self-trust, and authentic expression. The conversation highlights how healing occurs layer by layer as the Breath reveals what the physiology is ready to release.
The discussion then returns to the Power Person Worksheet as Susan continues examining the “pseudo-solutions” the non-being mind develops to survive unresolved pain. Through honest self-exploration she uncovers patterns involving control, money, unmet attachment needs, worthiness, helplessness, approval, abandonment, and family dynamics reaching back through multiple generations. Michael explains that attachment is the ego’s substitute for true connection and reminds listeners that only living in conscious connection with the Breath can satisfy what the mind mistakenly seeks through people, money, achievement, or external validation. Terry joins the discussion, sharing similar discoveries around money, supply, and abundance, reinforcing how these patterns are common human experiences rooted in early conditioning rather than present reality. As the worksheet progresses, each pseudo-solution becomes an opportunity to expose deeper unconscious dynamics, including blame, victimhood, convincing, confusion, escape, dissociation, addiction, hopelessness, know-it-all behavior, and the constant drive to prove oneself. Michael repeatedly emphasizes that these survival strategies arise from carbon-based memory and cannot produce genuine fulfillment because they originate in the past rather than the living Present. Healing comes through conscious Breath, forgiveness, and the willingness to remain present with uncomfortable feelings instead of escaping them. The conversation explores how childhood experiences, generational trauma, and even prenatal impressions continue influencing adult behavior until they are brought into awareness and released. The program concludes with a moving reading of Michael’s updated Commitment, emphasizing truth, respect, willingness to receive revelation, responsibility, and maintaining Love as the highest priority in every relationship. Participants breathe together for the healing of mothers, children, ancestors, and future generations, recognizing that dissociation, fear, and separation can end through conscious participation with the Breath. Susan reflects on discovering that beneath every attempt to convince others, gain approval, or search outside herself lies one simple longing: to come Home to the Breath. Michael reminds everyone that the journey is “without distance to a place we never left,” because our true Home has always been present within. The closing reflection affirms Yeshua’s teaching to “Teach only Love, for that is what you are,” inviting listeners to embody that truth through every breath they take. From Chatroom: Jeanie: https://acim.org/acim/chapter-5/the-voice-for-god/en/s/90 michael ryce: My Commitment I promise to TRUST you enough to tell you the Truth, to be true to you, and always engage in just and fair behavior with you. I commit to always be sweetness in your life, to nurture you daily, and treat you LOVINGLY, Gently, and with Respect in my thoughts, words, and actions, whether in your presence or not. In every interaction, I commit to affection for you, to look for and acknowledge the highest and best in you and, as I surrender to LOVE, our True Nature, I will use only voice tones and language that reflect my deep caring for you. My connection to Love, our Source, gratitude for my relationship with you, and our Serenity will always be more important than any issue. I open my Being to embrace you in my Love; I open my Being to be embraced in your Love. If anything I have committed to here sounds hollow, or anything unlike LOVE comes up in me, I will Breathe, hold us in my Heart, and listen as I learn to give up any denial, welcome the revelation of Truth, and learn to speak, experience, be RESPONSE-ABLE for, and Forgive my own realities. I am here for and with you. I promise to speak only Truth to you as I keep communication open and keep LOVE Conscious, Active, and Present AS WE HEAL, CELEBRATE LIFE, and GROW TOGETHER. August 05, 2026, Michael Ryce and Jeanie continue the in-depth exploration of the Power Person Worksheet while Susan shares profound breakthroughs around dissociation, projection, and healing trauma stored in the body. Before Michael joins the call, the discussion centers on insights from A Course in Miracles, where separation and dissociation are described as synonymous. Susan and Jeanie explore how dissociation develops as a survival strategy during overwhelming childhood experiences and how healing requires safely returning to the body, rather than escaping it. Susan shares a moving process in which she revisits a childhood memory of abuse, comforts her younger self, and brings that frightened child into the safety of the present moment, demonstrating how conscious Breath can begin restoring wholeness.
As Michael joins the discussion, he expands on the mechanics of denial, projection, and resonance, explaining that whatever we dissociate from becomes intensified within us and unconsciously attracts matching experiences until it is forgiven. Using the example of tuning forks, he illustrates how unresolved energies resonate with similar energies in others, creating the familiar cycle of “Why Is This Happening To Me Again?” The conversation emphasizes that healing is never accomplished by figuring problems out intellectually but by uncovering the unconscious goals driving perception and allowing forgiveness to dissolve the underlying energy. Susan continues working through the Power Person Worksheet, identifying core goals that have shaped her life, including the desire to be wanted, accepted, safe, cherished, delighted in, included, connected, protected, and truly seen. She recognizes that many of her adult patterns—including convincing others, dissociation, people-pleasing, and striving for approval—were survival strategies formed in response to childhood neglect and emotional absence. Michael repeatedly guides her back to the central principle that the deepest longing beneath every goal is to return Home to the Breath, where true safety, belonging, and Love have always existed. Participants discuss how healing occurs when unconscious dynamics stored in physiology are brought into awareness rather than merely understood intellectually. The program concludes by exploring denial as the root of dissociation and projection, explaining how anesthetics, addictions, busyness, and mental distraction temporarily hide pain while reinforcing unconscious patterns. Susan shares a practical tool for collapsing fearful thought patterns by recognizing bodily constriction, identifying the falsehood, and replacing it with a truthful statement grounded in conscious Breath. Michael offers a powerful MindShifter: “I have all the time, money, energy, wisdom, intelligence and love I need to accomplish all of my aspirations,” reminding listeners that the only real error is making something more important than connection with Source. The conversation closes with encouragement to use the Power Person Worksheet as a gateway for personal, ancestral, and collective healing, remembering that our true Home has never been lost. From Chatroom: MindShifter: “I have all the time, money, energy, wisdom, intelligence and love I need to accomplish all of my aspirations!” There is only one error that leaves one in pain or loss. We made something more important than staying connected to our Source. August 07, 2026, Dr. Michael Ryce and Susan reflect on the previous day’s profound healing experience, even though the recording was unexpectedly lost. Rather than viewing the missing recording as a mistake, they explore the possibility that the experience was meant to remain with those who participated. Susan shares a remarkable breakthrough that arose from a MindShifter statement: “I have all the time, money, energy, intuition, communion, wisdom, intelligence and love I require to accomplish all my human, soul and spirit aspirations.” The exercise evolved into an extended inner dialogue with what she describes as the ego, which she met with mercy rather than hostility. She experienced a deep shift as the lower mind moved from fear-based resistance into willingness to serve Love and the Will of God, resulting in a noticeable quieting of fearful thoughts and a greater capacity to remain present in challenging conversations.
The discussion expands into the purpose of the evidential mind, emphasizing that it is designed to serve rather than govern human life. Dr. Ryce explains that true Love is not an emotion directed toward another person but the active state of Being that humans are created to embody. Participants reflect on standing in Presence rather than defending beliefs, allowing Breath and awareness to replace fear-based reactions. Several listeners describe the previous day’s energetic experience as opening profound physiological changes, deepening StillPoint awareness, and creating a shared field of healing beyond words. Continuing through the Power Person Workbook, Susan explores addiction as any strategy used to avoid feeling unresolved pain or listening to higher guidance. Using the example of a serious accident that was immediately minimized, she illustrates how the non-being mind disconnects from bodily experience as a survival mechanism. Dr. Michael Ryce gently redirects her attention from analyzing another person’s behavior back to her own internal dynamics, revealing a subtle pattern of control hidden beneath the desire to help. This insight leads to a powerful MindShifter: “It is safe and healing, and I love it when ________ is in control of my life.” As Susan applies the exercise, intense physiological reactions emerge, opening deeper layers of stored fear, resistance, and inherited trauma. Through conscious Rakhma Breath, Dr. Ryce guides Susan to remain present with the sensations arising in her body rather than resisting them. As tension surfaces through her jaw, psoas, chest, throat, and nervous system, he explains that these restrictions are the Aramaic meaning of “Satan”—physiological resistance that can be dissolved through conscious Breath. Together they explore how generational trauma, fear, brutality, and control become stored within physiology and are released by maintaining connection to the Breath instead of surrendering to fear. Susan experiences increasing pulses of energy, insights into inherited suffering, and a growing willingness to extend Love even toward the deepest memories of pain. The program concludes with participants sharing how Susan’s willingness opened healing within themselves. Dr. Ryce reminds listeners that denial begins whenever we believe something outside ourselves is causing our internal experience. Forgiveness restores awareness by dissolving those hidden patterns and returning us to conscious connection with the Breath. The conversation ends with gratitude for everyone’s willingness to heal not only personal pain but also generations of inherited trauma, making space for greater freedom, Presence, and Love in the world. From chatroom: MindShifter: “I have all the time, money, energy, intuition, communion, wisdom, intelligence, and love I require to accomplish all my human, soul and spirit aspirations.” MindShifter: “It is safe and healing and I love it when _____________ is in control of my life.” YouTube https://youtu.be/6D_DVxG2W88 or on our Podetize player at https://whyagain.org/mindshifters-radio-show-player-for-archives/ |

August 10, 2026, Dr. Michael Ryce and the group explore how anger, fear, panic, control, addiction, and other painful patterns arise from unresolved material within rather than from what someone else does. A discussion about goals reveals that when a goal such as being respected is violated, anger may arise, yet Dr. Ryce takes the exploration deeper: anger appears because there is already a pool of anger within the physiology, often developed as an anesthetic against earlier pain. Healing becomes possible when we stop assigning causation to the outside world, recognize what is moving within us, and use Breath, StillPoint, and forgiveness to dismantle the thought disorders beneath the reaction.
Susan brings this teaching into immediate experience when her computer freezes just before the program and her body moves into intense panic about being late. Rather than projecting or reacting as she once might have, she remains present, breathes, and begins investigating the pattern. Memories and associations emerge involving childhood fear, punishment, rushing, and the belief that she might let someone down. Dr. Ryce offers a MindShifter designed to expose the unconscious material: “The later I am to an event, the more people honor, cherish and support me.” The resistance it produces becomes material for healing rather than something to suppress. The conversation deepens into childhood conditioning and the Power Person dynamic. Susan recognizes how growing up around fear, volatility, and violence trained her nervous system to monitor voices, footsteps, moods, and subtle environmental changes for signs of danger. The group explores compassion for parents who themselves carried unresolved wounds and lacked the inner resources needed to provide children with security, guidance, and healthy emotional development. Susan describes learning to remain securely present with herself during powerful emotional experiences instead of disconnecting from herself. Returning to the detailed Power Person Workbook, Dr. Ryce emphasizes that the Power Person dynamic operates throughout families, relationships, businesses, churches, governments, and societies. Under stress, people often reproduce the very behaviors they experienced from their Power Person while giving those behaviors new labels that make them appear justified. The work is to recognize the pattern, breathe beneath it, and resolve it internally so that Presence and active Love become available instead of automatic repetition. The group then examines addiction as the compulsive use of a person, place, circumstance, substance, situation, or activity as an anesthetic against feeling and dealing with unresolved mind energy. Pseudo-solutions can include denial, blame, projection, dissociation, intellectualizing, criticism, perfectionism, escape, control, deception, aggression, numbness, and the need to be right. Susan recognizes how intellectualizing and scanning for what is wrong became ways of disconnecting from feeling, while gratitude and conscious Presence help redirect attention toward what is working and toward Love. The discussion expands into generational patterns and how unresolved fear, shame, separation, control, and trauma can repeat through family systems. Dr. Ryce recounts working with a woman facing long-term psychiatric institutionalization who, through Breath, accessed a childhood memory of seeing her own mother institutionalized. After working through the underlying material, dramatic changes occurred in her relationships and functioning. The group connects such repetition with the importance of honoring Truth, integrity, just and fair behavior, and recognizing “sin” in its Aramaic sense as being off the mark rather than as condemnation. The program closes with Susan envisioning her parents and recognizing their original wholeness beneath the painful behaviors and inherited patterns they carried. She extends Love toward them while affirming that what occurred never altered the truth of their Being. The group describes healing as correcting perception, restoring awareness of original Being, practicing wordless observation or “prayer without ceasing,” identifying violated goals, and returning again and again to Breath, Presence, Truth, and Love. From chatroom: Shawn: I must control every variable so I am safe from shame. I must prove that I am a good person. Convert to MindShifter. Shawn MindShifter: “Approval from others is optional — my Being is already whole and complete.” and “It is safe to let go of all control. In my defenselessness my power and safety lies.” Shawn: That is powerful even for me. That’s worth thinking on for a while and not moving past. Susan MindShifter: “The later I am to an event, the more people honor, cherish and support me.” Shawn: Whose judgment are you still trying to outrun? Allow yourself to be imperfect and still remain worthy of Love. YouTube https://youtu.be/GAPYMhq_9Qk or on our Podetize player at https://whyagain.org/mindshifters-radio-show-player-for-archives/ |

August 11, 2026, Dr. Michael Ryce, Susan and the group continue their exploration of the Detailed Power Person Workbook, beginning with Susan’s experience using the MindShifter, “The later I am to an event, the more people honor, cherish and support me.” The exercise brings forward childhood fear associated with lateness, punishment and feeling unsupported, followed by a powerful inner experience involving her mother and recognition of generations of anger, dissociation, poverty, fear and suffering. Susan experiences the possibility of seeing her parents with greater compassion while recognizing that painful behaviors and inherited patterns never changed the underlying wholeness of their Being.
The conversation explores multigenerational trauma and the possibility that healing within one person can interrupt patterns carried through an entire family system. Terry shares an immediate opportunity to work with his own fear of arriving late and describes consciously choosing to enter an event expecting acceptance rather than allowing the old reaction to control his experience. Dr. Ryce clarifies an important distinction concerning forgiveness: pardon has already been given; true forgiveness involves throwing off the generational patterns that obscure awareness of what is True. Susan prepares for three days of Quantum StillPoint work with Dr. Ryce and speaks about approaching the experience with willingness and receptivity rather than attempting to force an outcome. She describes her intention to release physiological patterns that continue to influence her perception of her parents so she can experience them through their authentic wholeness and Love. The group reflects on honoring parents for the gift of Human Life and allowing Breath to support the release of inherited constriction. Continuing through the Power Person Workbook, Susan examines behaviors including defensiveness, control, intimidation, rage, threatening, exaggeration and the need to appear powerful. What once looked like personality traits begins to reveal itself as learned survival behavior. Dr. Ryce explains that when a Power Person used intimidation to win conflict, the child’s unconscious mind could learn that intimidation is how one survives or succeeds. Susan recognizes this pattern throughout her career and relationships and sees how Breath and the conscious Presence of Love offer an entirely different way of relating. Sarcasm is examined as another inherited pseudo-solution, often providing a socially acceptable channel for unexpressed rage. Susan recognizes how sarcasm, withdrawal, tantrums, control and emotional manipulation appeared in her relationships and how matching Power Person patterns can draw people together. She describes taking responsibility for her behavior and moving toward interdependence, where each person has space to be fully themselves while remaining connected. The discussion also explores regulatory speech and how words spoken to children can become internal instructions that influence their later behavior. The group then turns toward Dr. Ryce’s expanded Commitment, a practical expression of a Personal Code of Love: telling the truth, practicing just and fair behavior, nurturing others, speaking and acting with respect, keeping communication open, taking responsibility for one’s internal realities, using Breath when anything unlike Love arises, and making serenity more important than the issue at hand. Dr. Ryce closes with an Aramaic understanding of “neighbor.” Rather than merely describing someone who lives nearby, neighbor refers to anyone mentally near—anyone held in thought. Y’Shua’s instruction therefore becomes an internal discipline: maintain Rakhma, the gateway through which Human Life and Love enter our form, toward everyone who enters awareness. Even the person who activates our deepest judgment can become an opportunity to discover and heal what remains unresolved within us. Susan extends this principle inward: when we think about ourselves, we too become our own neighbor, inviting compassion, mercy, Breath and Love into every aspect of the mind. August 12,2026, Dr. Michael Ryce opens a wide-ranging exploration of the Breath after sharing that Susan is resting before beginning her Quantum StillPoint session. Angie, traveling home after her own session, describes experiencing a continuing communion with the Sacred Breath and using conscious breathing when fear arose during her journey. She recommends the Quantum StillPoint experience and shares that its effects continue to unfold after the session itself.
Dr. Ryce then explores what he calls a “linguistic tsunami” created when the Aramaic Rukha d’Qudsha was interpreted through Greco-Roman thought as “Holy Spirit” or “Holy Ghost.” He explains Rukha d’Qudsha as the Sacred Breath, a feminine elemental force and the Breath of Life through which the active Presence of Love moves within human physiology. From this Aramaic perspective, the teaching commonly rendered as the “unforgivable sin” takes on an entirely different meaning. Holding or denying access to the Breath leaves unresolved material in a state of unforgiveness, while allowing the Breath access to what is stored within carbon-based memory enables Rukha d’Qudsha to undo the effects of our errors and reveal Truth. Using the analogy of heat transforming ice into water and then steam, Dr. Ryce explains that trauma becomes locked into physiology when people constrict and hold their breath. Restoring Breath with sufficient intensity can move through resistance and begin dissolving what never belonged in the human system. He connects this physiological resistance with the Aramaic meaning of Satana, the resistor or one who misleads. Fear, rage, guilt, hatred, vengeance and trauma can become embedded through resistance, while conscious Breath creates an avenue for their release. The conversation explores humans as Breath-based beings and distinguishes the intelligence of Rukha d’Qudsha from carbon-based memory, which Dr. Ryce describes as a database capable of replaying stored information rather than providing true intelligence. Angie shares how her Quantum StillPoint session brought awareness to rage associated with a childhood tooth extraction and how she continued breathing as sensations moved through her body. Dr. Ryce uses her experience to explain his understanding of dis-ease as disintegrative energy stored within tissue and forgiveness as the inner process through which Breath accesses and removes what does not belong. Rex brings the discussion into relationships by examining his tendency to believe that what works for him should also be best for his partner. The resulting dialogue demonstrates how easily language can reveal unconscious assumptions and how responsibility requires allowing another person full liberty and free will. Participants reflect on listening carefully to what they actually say, rather than only what they intended to communicate, and on using responsible language to uncover hidden thought disorders. The conversation then turns to Carl Jung’s concept of the shadow. A caller asks how to bring hidden criticism, control and disowned material safely into awareness. Dr. Ryce recommends Responsibility Communication: acknowledging one’s own judgment, hostility, fear or desire for control without assigning its cause to another person. Rather than “you made me upset,” the individual recognizes, “this situation brought up something within me that I want to heal.” The person who activates our shadow may even become an important partner in revealing the very material that is ready for forgiveness. The program closes by returning to Breath as the common source of Human Life and connection. Dr. Ryce describes the Breath as the Creator’s animating energy within physiology, bringing the active Presence of Love even into the shadow material we carry. As Breath reaches those deeper places, constriction can dissolve and awareness can return to the underlying reality that Life is one, Breath is one, Presence is one, and all share the same Source of aliveness. August 13, 2026, Dr. Michael Ryce and the group explore healing, enlightenment, projection, Breath, relationships, and the movement from carbon-based memory into the Mind of Christ. Susan begins by sharing revelations from her Quantum StillPoint session, recognizing how fear and hostility stored from earlier violence and trauma had been projected onto men and then appeared to be confirmed by her experiences. Through Breath and awareness, she begins replacing the perception that men are hostile and dangerous with a deeper recognition of Love.
A discussion of Y’Shua and the Canaanite woman examines the importance of understanding ancient teachings within their original language and cultural context. Dr. Ryce suggests that Y’Shua’s interaction with the woman can be understood as discovering her level of readiness rather than rejecting her. The conversation expands to the Good Samaritan and the Aramaic understanding of “neighbor” as anyone mentally near to us—anyone who comes into our awareness and whom we are called to serve. The group then asks whether enlightenment is a finished state or an unfolding process. Dr. Ryce describes two operating systems: the “mind of man,” or carbon-based memory containing generations of stored experience, and the Mind of Christ, the Breath-based state of Love and Revelation. Healing involves dismantling fear- and hostility-based structures so that our true Being can increasingly inhabit and express through physiology. Carl Jung’s observation that the unconscious directs our lives until it becomes conscious is connected with the work of bringing generational material forward into the Presence of Breath and Love where it can be transformed. Participants describe enlightenment as occurring revelation by revelation rather than as a permanent switch suddenly turned on. Each moment of awareness provides another opportunity to recognize projection, release an old reality and choose a different state of mind. The many tools of the work—Breathing, worksheets, MindShifters, word links, Responsibility Communication and Forgiveness—provide different pathways into the enormous database carried within carbon-based memory. A previous relationship issue also receives a simple resolution. After recognizing the fear and imagined conflict occurring within her own mind, Susan calmly asks her husband to place the morning newspaper on a rug so its sound will not awaken their guest. His immediate response is simply, “Oh, sure.” The experience illustrates how much conflict can occur internally before a conversation ever happens and how clearing fear can make room for straightforward, responsible communication. Later, a first-time caller, Jackie, shares a difficult year involving physical illness, medical treatment, digestive problems, anxiety and childhood trauma. She describes recently experiencing suicidal thoughts during an intense period of anxiety and explains that the feeling passed before joining the program. Dr. Ryce immediately asks about her present safety and support before introducing the group’s approach to Forgiveness: identifying energetic patterns held within physiology and bringing them into conscious awareness for healing. The conversation closes with Breath as a central element of the healing process. Dr. Ryce explains the group’s understanding that holding the Breath helps lock traumatic energy into tissue, while restoring Breath provides an avenue through which stored material can surface and resolve. Jackie is welcomed into an ongoing community devoted to healing and encouraged to continue learning and practicing the tools. The episode ultimately presents healing as an ongoing movement from unconscious programming toward conscious, active, present Love—one Breath, one revelation and one choice at a time. From chatroom: Samaritan woman at the well John 4 and the woman caught in adultery happened afterward in John 8 The good Samaritan story was even after that in Luke 10 Jackie: Thank you Shawn and Dr Ryce for meeting me on this path. August 14, 2026, Dr. Michael Ryce and the group explore Quantum StillPoint, the Breath, carbon-based memory, resistance, perception, Forgiveness and our innate capacity to return to Love. Susan shares the culmination of three days of Quantum StillPoint work, describing profound shifts in physiology and periods of StillPoint in which deeply held fear and constricted energy surfaced and released as she remained willing and trusted Rukha d’Qudsha and the Breath.
A question about having few childhood memories opens an exploration of what the ancient teachings called the “veil of the temple.” Dr. Ryce describes this veil as a barrier between subconscious and unconscious material, built through held Breath, resistance and dissociation. Rather than forcing memories to appear, the invitation is to breathe, become willing to know Truth and allow physiology to reveal whatever is ready for healing. The Aramaic concept translated as “Satan” is discussed as resistance within physiology rather than an external demonic being, while “sin” describes energy that is off the mark. Dr. Ryce explains the distinction between holding the Breath and spontaneously entering StillPoint. Held Breath maintains resistance, while StillPoint occurs as resistance releases and physiology enters what he describes as a superconductor state. Carbon-based memory ordinarily generates perception from an immense database of past and generational information. The conscious mind receives only a tiny fragment of available information, creating perceptual realities that may have little relationship to actuality. In StillPoint, the ordinary perceptual process quiets and the Breath can access and process material beyond the limitations of the nine-bit mind. Susan compares her StillPoint experience to a computer being “defragmented.” Memories, trauma and fragmented patterns seemed to reorganize or dissolve while she remained an observer and allowed Rukha to do the work. Dr. Ryce describes Rukha d’Qudsha as the feminine nurturing elemental force that undoes the effects of errors and reveals Truth. When resistance releases, the Rakhma Breath carries Love, wisdom, transformation and Truth into tissue. The Breath, rather than an external teacher, becomes the Revealer that has been available to every human being from the first Breath of Life. The conversation develops the StillPoint “process point,” where Love is powerfully present and discordant material can be transformed without consciously reliving every detail. Dr. Ryce contrasts this with slowly sorting through a bag of garbage piece by piece: in the superconductor state, the whole bag can simply be released. Healing may therefore occur beyond the personality’s identification with suffering, allowing deeply held material to be processed with extraordinary speed. An important clarification follows: the healing power does not belong to Dr. Ryce, Y’Shua or any facilitator. Dr. Ryce interprets Y’Shua breathing with his disciples as an invitation to entrain with the Divine Breath he had practiced embodying. A facilitator can support another person in moving through resistance, yet the power remains within each individual’s willingness and the Breath itself. Every person carries the capacity Y’Shua demonstrated. The program closes by returning to perception and projection. Susan recognizes how fear and hostility within her own carbon-based memory had been projected onto men, creating a reality that seemed to prove men were dangerous. Through Breathwork she sees the projection, releases men from responsibility for supplying what she believed she needed, and discovers the possibility of giving those qualities to herself. The deeper invitation is to move beyond realities manufactured from the past, receive the Present, and allow Breath, willingness and Love to restore awareness of what is actually True. August 17, 2026 episode of MindShifters Radio, Dr. Michael Ryce and the group explore the Breath of Life, healing, receiving support, resistance, trauma, perception, recovery and the Aramaic understanding of Rukha d’Qudsha. Susan opens by sharing a bicycle accident that fractured her clavicle in two places shortly after completing three days of Quantum StillPoint sessions. Rather than moving immediately into fear and suffering, she describes turning toward the Breath, gratitude and the question, “What is this for?” She shares the extraordinary kindness of the paramedics, nurses, doctors, family and friends who surrounded her with care, creating a powerful new experience of receiving Love and support.
The accident also brought childhood memories of being beaten to awareness. Susan recognizes a striking contrast: where pain in childhood had been associated with frightening masculine energy, a male paramedic now appeared with gentleness, patience and care. She experiences this as an opportunity for her nervous system to establish a new template—one in which masculine presence can mean kindness, protection and support rather than danger. Dr. Ryce points to the significance of meeting a serious physical event with appreciation, connectedness and Love rather than automatically entering an old trauma pattern. The discussion moves deeper into the distinction between ordinary respiratory breathing and what Susan describes as “being breathed.” Dr. Ryce relates this experience to the third level of Breath described in his Aramaic framework: the coherent Breath available to humans that carries Love, intelligence and wisdom into physiology. Rukha is described as a feminine, nurturing, life-giving elemental force whose action within physiology can soften resistance and reveal what lies beneath held tension. A series of fire alarms sounding during the broadcast becomes a metaphor for the body. When an internal alarm activates, people commonly tighten and hold the Breath. Restoring Breath softens the contracted tissue and creates access to the underlying material calling for attention. The objective is deeper than silencing an alarm; Breath opens the physiology so the source of the disturbance can be revealed and transformed. The conversation then turns to alcohol, addiction and Quantum Recovery. Dr. Ryce questions a culture that treats alcohol as a prized part of celebration despite its damaging effects on human physiology. This connects with the developing Quantum Recovery work and the possibility of bringing the original Aramaic understanding of healing into recovery communities. A major theme is the difference between the Greek-derived concept of “spirit” and the Aramaic emphasis on Breath. Dr. Ryce describes centuries of theological requirements that developed around receiving the “Holy Spirit,” contrasting them with his reading of Y’Shua’s simple invitation to breathe the Breath of Life. In the scene where Y’Shua breathes with frightened disciples, Dr. Ryce presents Y’Shua as demonstrating an accessible human capacity: align with the Breath, allow it to move through physiology, and let it address fear, trauma and hostility directly. Forgiveness likewise becomes an internal process—addressing and releasing what is active within oneself rather than attempting to forgive another person. The First Beatitude is revisited as an invitation to make our Home in Rukha d’Qudsha—to live consciously connected with the Breath as the Presence of intelligence and Life within us. Susan describes practicing this through airports, the accident and the hospital, extending appreciation to everyone she encountered. Receiving Love and extending Love become one movement: what we genuinely receive becomes available to give. Bridget closes with a powerful relationship example. After reaching an intense point with her mother, she chose to meet the situation with Love and Presence. Her mother subsequently expressed unprecedented responsibility, self-reflection and a desire for healing, offering a glimpse of how one person’s inner change can open possibilities within an entire family system. The show ends with an invitation to elevate into Rukha d’Qudsha, the transforming, set-apart Breath associated with Y’Shua, and extend that Presence into the world. From chatroom: Louise Hay says Bones: Represent the structure of the universe. How you support and care for yourself. Breaks: Rebelling against authority. Metaphysically, a broken clavicle (collarbone) symbolizes a collapse or strain in your ability to “carry the weight” of life, shoulder responsibilities, or connect your personal will with your heart. Because the collarbone acts as a bridge between your chest (heart center) and your arms (action and reach), a fracture here points to deep emotional blocks involving support, control, and vulnerability. August 18, 2026 episode of MindShifters Radio, Dr. Michael Ryce and the group explore the common ground beneath religious traditions, the difference between Reality and Actuality, our original nature as Love, Quantum StillPoint, addiction to old personality patterns, healing crises, recovery, and the Aramaic understanding of the Breath of Life.
A conversation comparing Sikh and Aramaic teachings begins with the idea that there is one Truth, while religions can become increasingly removed from the original experience as human interpretations, doctrines and institutions develop. Dr. Ryce emphasizes giving people tools through which they can discover Truth for themselves rather than telling them what they should believe or experience. When people mistake the constructs generated within their own minds for what is actually outside them, belief can become a vehicle for judgment, control and separation. Reality, in this framework, is the internally generated construct; Actuality is what is actually present. Dr. Ryce offers the newborn child as a simple way of recognizing our original nature. Around the world, when people are invited to sense the essence of a newborn, their responses consistently point toward Love. From this perspective, our work is to question and Forgive whatever has accumulated within the mind and physiology that interferes with expressing our created nature as Love. Mitzi describes changes following her Quantum StillPoint experience. An old pattern of silencing herself and suppressing her own inner messages has lost its power, and she is increasingly able to speak her Truth while remaining in Loving Presence. Dr. Ryce proposes that Quantum StillPoint may interrupt the addiction to carbon-based memory, Power Person dynamics and the behaviors of the old personality. The old programming may remain available in memory, yet it no longer has to “drive the train.” Choice becomes available where automatic reaction once dominated. The group explores addiction as extending far beyond substances. People can become addicted to being right, feeling special, blaming, silencing themselves, victimhood, unworthiness and inherited generational patterns. Healing such deeply established dynamics requires energy, and periods of fatigue may accompany profound inner processing. Dr. Ryce shares experiences from his own life to illustrate what he calls a healing crisis, emphasizing his view that symptoms alone do not reveal whether a person is moving deeper into dis-ease or releasing old material. The discussion then introduces Quantum Recovery, a developing book and movie project designed to bring Aramaic tools into the recovery community. Recovery is presented as more than recovering from a substance or disease. Its deeper purpose is recovering one’s state of Being—the direct experience of oneself as the conscious, active Presence of Love. Forgiveness is likewise presented as an inner healing process rather than repeatedly trying to forgive another person. Dr. Ryce returns to “process point,” the capacity to keep Love and Breath consciously present regardless of physical, emotional, relational or financial turmoil. He describes Breath as far more than oxygen exchange and presents the Rakhma Breath as carrying the Life, intelligence and transformative capacity needed to unwind carbon-based memory and resistance. The program closes with Dr. Ryce’s interpretation of Y’Shua appearing to his terrified disciples after the crucifixion. Rather than giving them doctrine, Y’Shua enters the Breath of Life and invites them to breathe with him. Dr. Ryce identifies Rukha d’Qudsha with this set-apart Breath rather than the later concept of a “Holy Ghost.” Quantum StillPoint is described as bringing physiology into an alignment where one may experience something deeper than consciously taking a breath: the extraordinary experience of being Breathed by the Breath of Life. From chatroom: Jackie: Do you condone war/murder? Jackie: I ask because of the book/movie being centered around veterans. Jeanie: This is from Jeanie: Y’Shua said love your “enemies” and also said blessed are the peacemakers. And he said those who live by the sword will die by the sword. That can be a physical sword or it might be a sharp tongue or gossip. It is a shame that men and women are put into the position to fight and kill. My father and all three of my brothers plus my sister-in-love and several nephews and nieces were (or still are) in Army, Navy, AirForce or Marines. August 19, 2026, Dr. Michael Ryce and participants explore healing through Breath, the difference between the ego and carbon-based memory, Power Person programming, projection, self-judgment, relationships, trauma, and returning to our original state as conscious, active, present Love.
Susan shares her experience following a mountain-bike accident that fractured her collarbone in two places. Rather than approaching the experience solely as an injury, she describes staying with the sensations, breathing, allowing emotions to surface, receiving support and observing old memories and beliefs arising for healing. An important realization emerges as she recognizes that people she once believed were unavailable to her had actually been offering Love and support in ways she had been unable to perceive. Her experience becomes an exploration of receiving Love as it is given, trusting inner guidance and remaining in “creator mode” while making practical decisions about medical care. The conversation turns to the distinction between carbon-based memory and ego. Dr. Ryce describes carbon-based memory as the enormous physiological database in which experiences, thoughts, feelings and internally created realities are stored. The ego or persona—literally the “mask”—is the collection of identity information drawn from that database: who we believe we are, how we are supposed to behave and what we believe makes us acceptable. Being, by contrast, is the thinker apart from thought, the feeler apart from feelings and the actor apart from actions. The Power Person dynamic illustrates how different personas emerge according to stress. With little stress, a person may enact the behavior that once gained acceptance from a Power Person. As stress increases, another personality may emerge, and under extreme stress people may reproduce the very behaviors they most disliked in their Power Person. Forgiveness, Breath and Quantum StillPoint are presented as ways of weakening these carbon-based patterns so they cease running our lives and Being can increasingly express itself as Love. Susan’s processing expands into her relationships with her son, former husband and men generally. She recognizes ways old Power Person programming shaped what she could perceive and takes responsibility for messages she gave her son when he was young. Rather than defending those old patterns, she can now acknowledge them, communicate differently and offer him another understanding of himself. The group explores releasing judgments of self and others and restoring awareness of innocence. Aramaic humility is described as the mental quality of perceiving and cooperating with the highest and best. Dr. Ryce also examines a powerful relationship dynamic: when a partner violates an important goal originally associated with one’s Power Person, the mind may place that partner into the Power Person “file.” Under stress, unresolved memories and characteristics are then projected onto the partner, making it difficult to perceive who is actually present. Releasing a partner from this internal file becomes a profound part of relationship healing. The discussion broadens into communication and differing realities. Rather than attacking another person because their reality differs from ours, participants explore curiosity, listening and bridge-building. Recognizing that people can construct many different realities around the same actuality creates room for communication without making another person wrong. The program closes with a discussion of childhood innocence and the Breath of Life. Rex recalls the state of the young child who simply knows Love and oneness before accumulated programming obscures that awareness. Dr. Ryce explains that, within his model, traumatic energy becomes locked into carbon-based memory when Breath is held. When Breath is restored to that previously held experience, the energy can be loosened and Forgiven. He illustrates this with two-year-old Lincoln: when Lincoln falls or hurts himself, they immediately breathe with him so his Breath continues moving rather than becoming locked around the experience. Our Home, Dr. Ryce concludes, is in the Breath. YouTube https://youtu.be/u5FkS0ntka8 or on our Podetize player at https://whyagain.org/mindshifters-radio-show-player-for-archives/ |

August 20, 2026, Dr. Michael Ryce, Jeanie and participants explore the difference between desires generated from old Carbon-Based Memory and inspired desire arising through Being, Breath and alignment with purpose. Terry shares how a financial situation involving a bank hold instantly triggered unconscious fear and frustration. Instead of remaining caught in the reaction, he recognized the frustrated goal, worked with the Wake-Up Sheet, canceled the goal and experienced a clear distinction between the automatic thought produced by old programming and the Being who can observe that thought.
The conversation develops the relationship between desire, inspiration, Breath and conscious creation. Michael describes inspiration as intelligence arriving through the Breath rather than being retrieved from the past. When creation arises from need or perceived lack, it tends to reproduce lack. When a person releases old programming and becomes receptive to the wisdom carried on the Breath, desire can become aligned with purpose. Instead of prayer functioning as a request list for what the personality wants, the invitation is to become quiet enough to receive what is actually needed. Michael describes abundance broadly as health, vitality, intelligence, Presence, Love, resources, nourishment and support flowing into alignment with purpose. Life itself then becomes feedback. When an unwanted circumstance appears, the useful question is what within us is resonating with it and what unconscious material has become available for healing. This is responsibility rather than blame. By Breathing into whatever is activated, previously unconscious limitations can become conscious and available for Forgiveness. Rex offers the natural intelligence of honeybees as a powerful image of alignment. When a hive becomes too warm, bees spontaneously coordinate to ventilate it without one bee ordering the others around. The group explores nature as a model for functioning harmoniously through connection, Presence and Love. The discussion expands to trees, mycelium, gardening, permaculture, grounding, gratitude and humanity’s relationship with the Earth. A Native American teaching about borrowing the Earth from our children becomes an invitation to walk gently upon creation and participate in a relationship of receiving and giving back. Rex shares his practice of sitting with an old walnut tree, listening inwardly and asking what he can give in return for what nature provides. Michael recalls an experience decades earlier at HeartLand when he sat beneath an enormous oak tree, carried away a piece of bark and received an inner communication asking what he would give back. The experience inspired him to create an altar and deepened his awareness of relationship and communication throughout creation. The conversation moves naturally into ancestry and Quantum StillPoint. Bjorn describes discovering that his great-grandfather may have been shot in the area of Canada he is visiting. Michael recounts a StillPoint experience in which he perceived countless ancestors as points of light surrounded by darkness and felt invited to assist in processing unresolved ancestral material through his own embodied healing work. At the precise moment he accepted, his son unexpectedly called asking about their ancestry, an experience Michael received as confirmation. The show closes with Susan F.’s experience following three days of Quantum StillPoint. After breaking her collarbone in an e-bike accident, she found herself surrounded by gentle, supportive men—including her son, former partner and a male first responder—while she had recently been healing painful projections about men rooted in earlier experiences. She chose to receive the circumstance as another opening for healing and a demonstration that perception and relationship can change as unconscious material is transformed. From chatroom: michael ryce: About 5 decades ago I wrote an article, long do lost to archives, entitled “Silent Scream!” I had not considered my topic in this context, but it has INTERESTING IMPLICATIONS… “Treat the earth well: it was not given to you by your parents, it was loaned to you by your children. August 24, 2026, centers on healing through Breath, relationship, personal responsibility, and the movement from unconscious patterning into conscious Love. Susan begins by describing recovery from a bicycle accident that broke her collarbone in two places. Although surgery had been recommended by more than one physician, she says she is following her present inner guidance while continuing to assess what her body is communicating. She describes the injury as part of a profound healing process in which old pain, blocked energy, and long-held patterns are surfacing. Her first response after the accident was to return consciously to Breath rather than collapse into fear or blame. The discussion repeatedly frames her experience through her own spiritual and energetic interpretation; those interpretations, including claims about stored energy, past lives, and bodily healing, are presented as the participants’ perspectives rather than independently established medical conclusions.
Shawn then raises questions about dreams, consciousness, the unconscious, and whether awareness “goes” anywhere during dreaming. Ryce proposes that human beings function as vast energetic information systems and that dreaming may occur when the usual barriers to unconscious information loosen during sleep. He distinguishes conscious, subconscious, and unconscious material with the analogy of a radio: what is presently tuned and audible is conscious; what remains available but turned down is subconscious; and what is present in the system yet inaccessible is unconscious. The practical question, he says, is less where dream information comes from than what one does with what becomes available. The work is to remain rooted in Human Life as Love rather than automatically believing whatever stored material happens to be firing in the mind. The conversation develops into a detailed explanation of how Love can access patterns originally stored in hostility or fear. Ryce says that through willingness and Breath, an old terrifying memory can become conscious without requiring the person to re-enter the terror that once accompanied it. As the energetic charge dissolves, what remains can become simply a memory. Repetitive painful relationships are then described through the familiar “matching bags of garbage” model: unresolved fear or hostility resonates with compatible material in another person, and the two may unconsciously reenact the pattern together. Healing begins when either person steps out of blame, owns what has been activated internally, breathes into it, and uses the relationship as an opportunity for forgiveness. The relationship can then shift from matching unconscious wounds to “matching bags of willingness to heal.” Susan recognizes this framework in her own experience, saying recent work exposed fear and hostility toward men that she had previously projected outward. She interprets the accident as another opportunity to meet what is arising with Rakhma, Breath, and Love rather than with the question, “Why did this happen to me?” The group also explores faith. Shawn describes faith as an inner organizing structure that shapes perception, intention, and action, while Ryce and Susan note that the same mechanism can operate negatively as pessimism or doubt. Faith, in this discussion, is less an object one possesses than a direction of inner coherence. A question about a man who feels he has “no place in the world” leads back to the Power Person Dynamic. Ryce suggests exploring whether an early Power Person directly or indirectly communicated a message such as “you don’t belong” or “you’re unacceptable.” Even without explicit words, a child may construct such a conclusion from behavior. That internalized message can then be projected onto later employers, partners, or circumstances. Ryce defines denial here as thinking or speaking as though something outside oneself causes what is moving internally. Forgiveness becomes the process of peeling the projected image away from the apparent external cause, accessing the underlying thought disorder, bringing it to Breath, and dissolving its energetic charge. Rex then makes an important language correction: separation should not be spoken of as an actuality. The group agrees that separation is a perceptual construct rather than an actual condition; the underlying unity remains even when awareness of it is obscured. This leads back to the Breath as shared coherence and to the idea that one can recover awareness of connection rather than somehow create connection anew. The show closes with Cammie checking in, more discussion of Susan’s recovery, and the recognition that the accident had become, in Susan’s experience, an opportunity to establish new internal patterns around the masculine, support, care, and receiving. The next show is planned to return to the Power Person worksheet. From chatroom: Shawn: assembled with a few different studies, zipped together using an editor: Faith, the fundamental Operating System of inner trust, serves as the unseen foundation for perception, intention and action. When the mind attunes to divine coherence, faith transforms into a dynamic force that manifests intangible truth as tangible expression. It organizes perception, intention and action, serving as an internal calibration mechanism that guides consciousness toward love and coherence or fear and separation. August 25, 2026 centers on Peter’s recurring fear during archery competitions and uses that experience to explore Power Person dynamics, Carbon-Based Memory, generational patterns, Breath, forgiveness, and the difference between functioning from Being and functioning from stored goals. Peter describes how he can practice archery in joy, presence, and steady Breath, yet the moment competition begins fear suddenly appears, followed by hostility directed toward himself. Ryce reframes the hostility as an anesthetic rather than merely inner dialogue and suggests that the fear may be linked to long-standing father-son patterns in Peter’s family system. Peter recognizes that when fear appears he “leaves” internally, becoming distant and less present, a pattern he also sees reflected in relationships with his sons. Ryce encourages further Power Person work and Responsibility Communication with them, while also acknowledging how much Peter has already changed the family pattern.
A central question becomes whether forgiveness removes fear itself or removes the thought disorders that recruit fear. Ryce answers that the deeper work is to become conscious of the thought disorder underlying the fear. He connects Peter’s recurring experience with old messages of inadequacy, rejection, and the possibility that Love or Source can be taken away. He explains that when fear is resonated, the ordinary response is denial and projection: holding the Breath, dissociating from the internal material, and then constructing a perception in which the external person or circumstance appears to be the cause. Forgiveness interrupts that sequence by identifying and canceling the active goal driving the painful perception. When the goal is canceled, the projected picture collapses and deeper unconscious material becomes accessible for Breath and healing. Peter’s archery practice becomes a precise demonstration of the difference between perfect Being and trying to be perfect. At a blank bale, with no score or competitive target, Peter describes spontaneous joy, alignment, and awareness of the Presence of God. Once a measurable target and performance goal enter the picture, Carbon-Based Memory becomes active and fear can replace joy. Ryce identifies the key question as: what goal changes the output of the mind from joy to fear? Peter eventually recognizes that some goals may not be consciously created in the moment at all; they may already be stored in Carbon-Based Memory and activated automatically by the circumstance. This becomes a major insight of the show: once a goal is loaded into the mind, Ryce says, it remains until it is either fulfilled or consciously canceled. The conversation deepens when Peter identifies the fear beneath competition as the fear that Love will leave, echoing memories of his father’s grief and the emotional dynamics between his parents. Ryce invites Peter to imagine his father moving from grief into the recognition, “I am the presence of Love. I am enough,” and then to give that same recognition to himself, his sons, his wife, his parents, and his ancestors. Ryce connects this with what he calls Recovery: not merely recovery from addiction or disease, but recovery of awareness of one’s true Being. He introduces the Rakhma Breath as a consciously chosen Breath rooted in Love rather than ordinary respiration and emphasizes using Will to strengthen the Breath beyond the level of physiological resistance. He describes his own daily Breath practice and reports sensing layers of old stored energy progressively moving through his physiology; these physiological and healing claims reflect Ryce’s personal and historical framework rather than established medical conclusions. Another important theme is the role of goals in blocking deep Breath. Ryce says excessive engagement with external goals can increase physiological resistance and make it harder to reach the level of Breath required for deeper processing. The practice is therefore not simply “breathing more,” but cultivating a stronger, consciously connected Rakhma Breath while reducing the grip of competing goals and busyness. Peter recognizes that at the blank bale he experiences Being without the pressure of measurable outcomes, whereas competition calls the past into service and activates the very material that needs forgiveness. Ryce summarizes this as the essence of the work: Carbon-Based Memory can serve as a footstool, but when it takes command through survival goals, another healing opportunity has appeared. Esbjørn contributes a Kundalini Yoga perspective, suggesting mantra as a way to steady attention and remain connected to Source. Ryce acknowledges its usefulness as a temporary support but distinguishes it from the deeper objective of removing the underlying material itself. The ultimate goal, he says, is not merely to regain alignment after being triggered but to face and forgive everything that can pull the system out of alignment. Peter agrees, noting that even meditation and mantra did not prevent Carbon-Based Memory from suddenly becoming stronger during competition. The show closes with gratitude for the refinement that emerged: fear that seems to appear “from nowhere” may actually be an old goal and survival pattern stored in Carbon-Based Memory, waiting for the circumstance that activates it and provides the next opportunity for forgiveness.
