July 1, 2026 explores conscious Breath, revelation, healing through forgiveness, grief, pilgrimage, responsibility, and living from direct experience rather than carbon-based memory. Michael Ryce broadcasts from HeartLand in Theodosia while Jeanie Ryce remains in Bristol. The conversation weaves together practical healing, Aramaic understanding, and personal stories of transformation that illustrate the movement from perception into revelation.

The program opens with Susan sharing news that her sister-in-law has passed away after a long life. Michael offers condolences and encourages breathing through the transition while honoring the continuation of her eternal journey. The discussion reflects on grief not as something to suppress but as an experience to move through consciously, allowing Breath to remain present even during major life changes.

Michael gives an update from HeartLand, describing the challenge of an invasive Asian plant that has overtaken much of the property and discussing stewardship of the land. This practical conversation naturally transitions into a deeper exploration of restoring balance, both environmentally and internally, as participants reflect on how healing requires attention, patience, and conscious action.

Susan raises a question inspired by a Course in Miracles lesson, “I am not the body.” Michael responds by reframing the statement through the Aramaic understanding that human beings are Breath-based beings who temporarily inhabit a body. The body itself possesses no intelligence apart from the Breath of Life that animates it. He explains how later Greek and Latin translations shifted the original understanding of Rukha d’Qudsha into concepts such as “Holy Spirit” or “Holy Ghost,” obscuring the practical role of conscious Breath as the source of revelation, healing, and intelligence.

The discussion expands into the nature of perception and reality. Michael distinguishes between the world created by the mind through carbon-based memory and the actuality continually present beyond perception. Drawing upon both Aramaic teachings and modern science, he explains that matter is ultimately energy and that human beings function much like individual cells within one living body. Separation exists only within perception, while Breath restores awareness of humanity’s underlying unity.

Susan Fluek returns from an extended pilgrimage through Turkey, Portugal, Spain, and other sacred locations, sharing profound experiences of personal transformation. She describes visits to Gobekli Tepe, Abraham’s Cave, Fatima, the Cave of John, and sites associated with the Knights Templar. Rather than focusing on historical events, she reflects on the internal healing that unfolded throughout the journey, including releasing lifelong patterns of carrying responsibility for others, deepening self-awareness, embracing greater intimacy in relationships, and experiencing repeated moments of revelation beyond ordinary thought.

Michael emphasizes that such experiences illustrate the difference between teaching and revelation. Revelation arises directly through Breath rather than through intellectual learning. As unconscious patterns dissolve, truth becomes self-evident without needing conceptual explanation. Participants discuss moments when insights simply arrived fully formed during Breath practice, demonstrating how revelation replaces perception when internal resistance softens.

The conversation explores grace as a lived experience rather than a theological concept. Susan describes remaining present with difficult emotions while resting in grace instead of reacting through fear or anger. Michael relates the Aramaic understanding of grace as living in harmony and alignment with the Creator rather than receiving unearned favor. Together they describe healing as allowing old energetic patterns to surface safely, dissolve through Breath, and be replaced with greater vitality and awareness.

Rex provides an update on his injured wrist after meeting with a surgeon. While surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome is recommended, he continues exploring natural approaches alongside conventional care. Michael discusses improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and supporting healing through devices such as the Avacen while continuing forgiveness work. Susan shares emotional patterns associated with carpal tunnel from Dr. Michael Lincoln’s body-mind research, reinforcing the relationship between emotional history and physical symptoms.

Throughout the program, participants return repeatedly to the central message that healing unfolds as individuals release blame, remain present with Breath, and allow revelation to replace conditioned perception. Whether processing grief, traveling on pilgrimage, recovering from physical injury, or simply navigating daily life, each moment becomes an opportunity to restore awareness of one’s true nature as an expression of active present Love.

July 2, 2026 explores grief, forgiveness, conscious Breath, revelation, purification of perception, quantum healing, and the practical work of transforming carbon-based memory into the active presence of Love. Michael Ryce is joined by Lisa, Susan Fluek, Asbjørn, and others in a heartfelt conversation about healing through direct experience, responsibility, and community support.

The program opens with Lisa sharing her experience following the passing of her husband, Bob. She speaks honestly about the waves of sadness that arise as she adjusts to life without his physical presence while recognizing the strength he demonstrated throughout years of serious health challenges. Michael and the group surround her with compassion, encouraging her to honor her grief while remembering Bob’s desire that she continue living fully and joyfully. The discussion highlights the importance of allowing emotions to move through consciously rather than resisting them, recognizing grief as another opportunity to remain connected to Breath and active present Love.

The conversation turns to the physical and emotional patterns stored within the body. Michael recalls working with Lisa during intensive workshops and explains how jaw tension and constriction often hold generations of unexpressed trauma. Referencing the Aramaic understanding behind “turn the other cheek,” he explains that the original instruction points toward softening the jaw and opening the body to release deeply held emotional patterns rather than passively accepting abuse. Breath and forgiveness become practical tools for dissolving those ancient holdings.

Susan shares a passage from A Course in Miracles describing humanity’s true identity as whole, healed, and created in Love. This opens a discussion about each person’s role in healing. Michael emphasizes that our responsibility is not to search intellectually through the past but to apply forgiveness whenever upset arises. By canceling the goals that generate perception, the mind returns to the source of its pain, allowing hidden material to surface and be transformed through conscious Breath. Forgiveness becomes the practical method for returning awareness to the place where healing can occur.

The discussion expands into recent developments at CERN and the Large Hadron Collider. Susan wonders whether the planned shutdown through 2030 symbolizes a larger shift within collective consciousness. Michael responds by reading physicist Max Planck’s observation that matter exists only through an underlying force and relates this directly to the Aramaic understanding that mind energy organizes what appears as physical reality. Rather than focusing on splitting physical atoms, he suggests the true work is dissolving the energetic structures of suffering within each individual. As fear, hostility, and inherited patterns release, the organizing principle of Love naturally begins directing both consciousness and physiology.

Susan reflects on lessons from her recent pilgrimage through Europe, describing how she consciously chose not to accept fearful predictions about theft, danger, and hardship. By remaining grounded in Breath, grace, and trust, her actual experience became one of kindness, support, and profound transformation rather than fear. Michael notes that this illustrates how carbon-based memory attempts to project future experiences while conscious awareness allows a completely different reality to emerge.

The conversation repeatedly returns to grace as a lived experience. Participants describe grace not as theological favor but as resting in alignment with the Creator while allowing painful emotions and limiting beliefs to dissolve naturally. Michael reminds listeners that the Breath given at birth is humanity’s original gift of salvation. The work is not earning that gift but learning to keep it active by releasing fear, hostility, and unconscious reactions whenever they arise.

Esbjørn contributes reflections from Sikh teachings concerning acceptance, unity, and dissolving the false self. Michael distinguishes between eliminating the false identity created by carbon-based memory and preserving the unique individuality of each Breath-based being. Susan adds that awakening involves returning from duality into conscious unity while still expressing one’s unique purpose within the whole. Together they describe healing as releasing everything that obscures awareness of Love while allowing each person to become an individuated expression of the one Life.

The program concludes by affirming that every relationship serves as a mirror for healing. Challenges, grief, conflict, and even physical suffering become invitations to recognize and release unconscious patterns rather than blame others. Through Breath, forgiveness, grace, and willingness, perception gradually gives way to revelation, allowing each individual to experience the truth that Love has always been their essential nature.

July 3, 2026 focuses on the Power Person dynamic, grief, self-worth, forgiveness, conscious Breath, healing childhood wounds, and recognizing how stress activates unconscious patterns. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Lisa, Cammie, Susan, and others explore how life’s greatest challenges become opportunities to uncover and dissolve the generational patterns that keep people trapped in fear, hostility, and self-condemnation.

The discussion opens with Lisa sharing the emotional challenges following the recent passing of her husband, Bob. She speaks honestly about finding herself reacting with contempt, harsh self-judgment, and internal hostility under the tremendous stress she has endured over the past several years. Michael explains that these reactions are not personal failures but expressions of the Power Person dynamic becoming activated under high levels of stress. He describes how, when stress is low, people tend to behave as they did to gain approval from their Power Person. As stress increases they shift into survival behaviors, and under extreme stress they often behave exactly as their Power Person behaved toward them. Understanding this progression provides a practical map for recognizing unconscious reactions before they become destructive.

Michael emphasizes that knowledge alone does not resolve these patterns. Quoting Carl Jung’s observation that “until the unconscious becomes conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate,” he reminds listeners that genuine healing requires consistently applying the forgiveness process rather than merely understanding it intellectually. Breath is presented as the essential agent of healing, explaining that holding the breath cuts individuals off from the intelligence capable of dissolving deeply rooted emotional patterns. Without Breath, people remain trapped in carbon-based memory, endlessly recycling the past.

Susan encourages Lisa to revisit the expanded Power Person worksheet, explaining how completing it again at a new level of vitality reveals patterns that previously remained hidden. She describes the worksheet as a powerful “computer hack” into unconscious programming that exposes automatic behaviors inherited through family systems. The conversation highlights how awareness alone begins interrupting these old patterns and opens space for genuine transformation.

Lisa shares a moving example from Bob’s final illness, describing how his daughter angrily shouted that “everybody hates you.” Rather than reacting defensively, Lisa recognized that the accusation reflected her own deeply rooted self-hatred surfacing for healing. Michael applauds her willingness to recognize the projection rather than escalating the conflict, illustrating how even painful interactions become opportunities for forgiveness when viewed through the lens of responsibility rather than blame.

The discussion explores the importance of recognizing hostility as an internal condition rather than something caused by another person. Michael explains that every hostile thought reveals an opportunity to bring Breath into previously unconscious territory. Denial of Breath leaves people trapped in unforgiveness because they exclude the very force capable of dissolving emotional pain. Welcoming the Breath allows Love to enter physiology where fear, hostility, grief, and trauma have been stored, often for generations.

Later in the program, Cammie shares that a recent birthday greeting from her estranged mother unexpectedly reopened deep childhood wounds surrounding rejection, abandonment, and the longing to be wanted. Michael helps her recognize that while the present interaction triggered intense emotions, the deeper healing work lies with the original Power Person relationship established during childhood. Together they uncover hidden goals involving approval, acceptance, innocence, and belonging. As those goals become conscious, they become available for forgiveness and release.

Jeanie contributes a powerful reading from her own healing journey, describing how she gradually recognized that her lifelong drive to be needed grew out of believing she was unworthy of love and approval. Through the forgiveness worksheet process she came to realize that these conclusions were never objective truth but childhood interpretations formed from painful experiences. By canceling those goals and engaging conscious Breath, she discovered a growing awareness that she is inherently worthy because she is created by Love itself.

Throughout the conversation, participants repeatedly return to the importance of breathing through confusion rather than trying to think their way out of it. Michael reminds listeners that confusion simply means old thought disorders are encountering the presence of truth. Rather than attempting to solve confusion intellectually, they are encouraged to breathe, remain willing, and allow the underlying patterns to dissolve naturally.

The episode concludes by affirming that every painful relationship, every trigger, and every emotional reaction offers another opportunity to restore awareness of one’s true nature. Through forgiveness, conscious Breath, and willingness to face the unconscious with compassion, inherited patterns lose their hold and active present Love once again becomes the organizing force of life.

Apologies but the show did not record today. We had an excellent discussion with Susan B and Rex about trusting in the Breath and that what comes to us is for our highest and best. Acceptance of ‘what is’ being OK and letting go of the other goals. Also discussed the death of Rex’s son Journey and all the emotion around the path he chose.

This July 7, 2026 centers on uncovering unconscious patterns, the Power Person dynamic, conscious Breath, healing childhood wounds, and the practical application of forgiveness in everyday life. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Susan, Rex, Terry, Bridget, Lisa, and others share deeply personal experiences that demonstrate how inherited emotional patterns surface through life’s challenges and can be transformed through willingness, responsibility, and Breath.

Susan expands on a theme from previous broadcasts: how children who do not feel wanted often develop the unconscious belief that they must become needed in order to matter. She explains that this pattern frequently extends into adulthood, where illness, injury, or self-sacrifice become unconscious attempts to gain love and connection. Michael relates this directly to his own childhood experiences and emphasizes Carl Jung’s observation that “Until the unconscious becomes conscious, it will direct our lives and we will call it fate.” Rather than accepting recurring struggles as destiny, listeners are encouraged to identify and forgive the unconscious beliefs generating repeated patterns.

Andrea shares profound insights arising during Breath work as she recognizes how years of believing that love required self-sacrifice became embodied in chronic physical tension, whiplash injuries, and pelvic floor dysfunction. As she breathes through these experiences, memories of homelessness, addiction, and childhood abandonment begin integrating instead of remaining compartmentalized. Michael gently guides her to breathe through grief rather than identifying with it, reminding her that no child deserves abandonment or rejection and that the Creator has never withdrawn Love. He encourages her to see these painful experiences as inherited generational patterns rather than evidence that something was wrong with her.

The discussion expands into parenting and breaking generational cycles. Andrea shares a recent conversation with her adult son, recognizing how she once repeated the same shaming behaviors she experienced growing up. Instead of reacting defensively, she consciously chose curiosity, support, and respect. Michael acknowledges this as evidence that forgiveness is transforming not only her own life but the generations that follow, demonstrating how conscious choices interrupt the Power Person dynamic.

Terry joins the conversation after experiencing an intense wave of terror during the night following work with the expanded Power Person worksheet and after watching I Can Only Imagine, a film Michael recommends for those healing father wounds. Terry reflects on printing over one hundred Reality Management Worksheets, recognizing that healing cannot be forced but unfolds through consistent willingness. Michael shares that he experienced a parallel release the same night, awakening with vivid body memories of being attacked by an animal and spending hours breathing through the stored terror. Both experiences reinforce that symptoms arising during healing are opportunities for release rather than setbacks.

Rex provides an update before scheduled wrist surgery, describing how continued forgiveness work has shifted him into greater trust. Instead of trying to control outcomes, he is learning to surrender fear and trust that each circumstance serves his highest good. Michael encourages him to deepen his willingness, remain grounded in Breath, and allow healing to unfold naturally rather than through anxiety or resistance.

Bridget shares her recovery following major shoulder surgery while living with her mother, whom she recognizes as a primary Power Person. Michael gently redirects her away from repeating stories and toward noticing what is happening in her body in the present moment. As fear surfaces, he repeatedly guides her to soften her jaw, relax her upper palate, breathe fully, and allow the Breath to carry wisdom back into awareness. Bridget recognizes that fear consistently disconnects her from her inner knowing and commits to using Breath rather than tightening into old survival patterns.

Bridget reflects on lifelong feelings of not being good enough for her father and recognizes how those beliefs led her to treat both herself and her mother harshly. After apologizing to her mother and caring for her tenderly, she experiences a profound return to love. Michael reminds her that these painful conclusions are expressions of the Power Person dynamic rather than the truth of who she is. He encourages her to continue dissolving those patterns by returning again and again to the awareness that her essential nature is Love.

Michael repeatedly emphasizes that Breath is the vehicle through which intelligence, healing, and forgiveness enter human physiology. Whether healing physical injury, processing grief, recovering from trauma, or transforming family relationships, the invitation remains the same: soften, breathe, become willing, and allow inherited patterns to dissolve. The program concludes by affirming that every moment of conscious Breath brings individuals closer to living as active present Love rather than repeating unconscious generational history.

July 8

July 8, 2026 explores the healing of unconscious family patterns, the Power Person dynamic, conscious Breath, forgiveness, meditation, acceptance, and the difference between living from carbon-based memory and living from direct revelation. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Susan, TJ, Cami, Sally, and other participants share profound personal experiences demonstrating how willingness and Breath transform inherited pain into healing.

The conversation begins with Cami continuing her Power Person worksheet process and exploring unresolved family dynamics surrounding an adopted child in her extended family. Michael encourages her to breathe instead of tightening around painful thoughts and suggests approaching difficult conversations gently through curiosity rather than confrontation. Together they examine how abandonment, guilt, resentment, and shame become unconscious perceptual filters that shape relationships long after the original events have passed. Michael reminds listeners that every emotional reaction is an opportunity to breathe, forgive, and dissolve inherited patterns rather than reinforce them.

Susan provides an update following her son Alexander’s serious automobile accident. Although his vehicle was completely destroyed, he survived with relatively minor injuries. Susan describes a powerful healing session she experienced shortly before the accident, during which deeply rooted family patterns involving rejection, abandonment, and generational trauma surfaced for release. She reflects on her sense that the healing work shifted the trajectory of what could have been a tragic outcome. Michael expands the discussion by explaining how major impacts often leave kinetic and emotional energy stored within the body and encourages continued Breath work and healing support to help discharge those patterns before they become chronic.

The conversation broadens into an exploration of generational trauma. Susan describes family histories of early deaths, severe accidents, adoption, and feelings of not belonging, recognizing similar energetic patterns repeating through multiple generations. Michael invites everyone to join in a period of conscious connected breathing, extending healing not only to Alexander and Susan’s family but to every young person facing danger, asking that Breath dissolve karmic trauma and restore awareness, wisdom, and wholeness.

TJ then shares insights from completing a ten-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat. Practicing approximately ten hours of meditation each day without technology or outside distractions, she experienced a profound shift in perception regarding her parents. Long-held stories of neglect and disappointment gave way to deep appreciation for their sacrifices, love, and sincere efforts. Michael explains that such transformation illustrates true acceptance—not passive resignation, but bringing one’s full presence and Breath to each experience until perception changes naturally. Susan, Sally, and Michael reflect on their own Vipassana experiences, describing how periods of silence, connected Breath, and sustained awareness allow deeply buried emotional material to arise and dissolve.

Michael emphasizes that meditation is valuable only when it becomes a way of living rather than an isolated event. Every circumstance becomes an opportunity to remain connected to Breath instead of reacting from carbon-based memory. He explains that memories, whether painful or pleasurable, are merely recordings of past experiences and cannot recreate life itself. Human beings often pursue memories of happiness or become trapped in memories of pain, but neither exists in the present moment. Only the connected Breath opens access to revelation, vitality, and direct experience of Life.

Throughout the discussion, participants repeatedly return to the importance of willingness, acceptance, and maintaining connected Breath. Michael reminds listeners that Rakhma keeps the mind aligned with Love and serves as the gateway through which human life enters awareness. Acceptance means remaining fully present without abandoning one’s human life to fear, hostility, grief, or judgment. Every challenge becomes an invitation to deepen awareness, release unconscious patterns, and experience the intelligence carried on the Breath.

As the program concludes, Michael leads a guided connected breathing exercise, inviting listeners to soften the jaw, relax areas of tension throughout the body, and breathe one continuous Breath for whatever period they choose. He explains that the Breath carries the intelligence and healing presence of the Creator into every cell, gradually restoring harmony throughout physiology and consciousness. The episode closes with an invitation to practice connected Breath daily, allowing each moment to become an opportunity for forgiveness, revelation, and living as active present Love.

July 9

July 9, 2026 centers on the Power Person dynamic, carbon-based memory, forgiveness, Rakhma, conscious Breath, and reclaiming the human experience of Love. Broadcasting from HeartLand in Theodosia, Missouri, Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce are joined by Lisa and others in an in-depth exploration of how unconscious generational patterns shape perception and how the forgiveness process restores human life.

Lisa opens by sharing that she is preparing a memorial for her late husband, Bob, while also navigating the overwhelming paperwork and responsibilities that accompany the loss of a spouse. Michael holds space for her grief and uses her questions about the newly expanded Power Person Worksheet to guide listeners through one of the foundational teachings of the MindShifters work.

Michael explains that the Power Person dynamic is established when a child experiences a situation that feels like survival with an authority figure who is not functioning as Love. In those moments, the child’s energy field absorbs not only spoken words but also emotional and energetic patterns. These patterns become stored within carbon-based memory and later determine behavior under stress. With little stress, people repeat the behaviors they used to gain approval from their Power Person. Under moderate stress, new defensive behaviors emerge. Under extreme stress, people often become the very person they vowed never to imitate, acting out the behaviors they hated most in their Power Person. Michael emphasizes that these are not expressions of a person’s true nature but unconscious generational programs waiting to be forgiven.

The discussion explores how the expanded Power Person Worksheet helps expose these hidden dynamics. Michael explains that every goal creates stress, and when stress activates unresolved Power Person patterns, the mind projects the past onto present relationships. He reminds listeners that the purpose of forgiveness is to remove these stored realities so they no longer masquerade as the present. Every painful perception is a construct of carbon-based memory rather than an accurate reflection of actuality.

Working directly with Lisa, Michael helps her examine her relationship with her father. As she recognizes similarities between her own behavior during stressful years as a single parent and her father’s behavior toward her, compassion naturally begins replacing judgment. Michael encourages her to extend grace not only to her father but to herself, recognizing that both were acting from inherited unconscious programming rather than conscious choice. He emphasizes that forgiveness dissolves these patterns throughout an entire family bloodline when conscious Love and Breath are brought to them.

The conversation introduces an important new insight regarding pseudo-solutions. Michael explains that the mind mistakenly believes carbon-based memory can deliver the experiences people long for. While memory can replay a copy of a joyful experience, it can never recreate the living experience itself. Memories are recordings of the past, not life itself. Only the connected Breath opens access to the living present where Love, joy, peace, and direct experience actually exist. This distinction becomes a central theme throughout the broadcast as participants recognize how often they pursue memories instead of living presence.

Lisa reflects on conversations she has had with friends about shadow work, forgiveness, and biblical interpretation. Michael explains that translators who lacked the direct experience of living as Love inevitably interpreted ancient teachings through their own unresolved carbon-based memory. He revisits the Aramaic understanding of Rakhma, describing it as the gateway through which human life enters physiology and the condition that keeps the mind aligned with Love. Without Rakhma, people inevitably create interpretations from stored thought disorders rather than revelation.

Throughout the program Michael repeatedly returns to the importance of conscious connected Breath. He distinguishes ordinary breathing from what he calls a Rakhma Breath—a consciously connected Breath rooted in active present Love. This Breath brings intelligence, healing, and direct awareness into physiology, allowing unconscious patterns to dissolve naturally rather than through struggle. The worksheet process becomes effective because each insight is joined with Breath rather than intellectual analysis alone.

The episode concludes with Lisa sharing a deeply moving realization that during the final month of Bob’s life she experienced being truly cherished in a way she had never known before. Michael invites her to breathe fully into that gift, allowing her entire physiology to receive the experience instead of merely remembering it. The broadcast closes with an invitation for every listener to cultivate Rakhma through conscious Breath, dissolve inherited patterns through forgiveness, and live increasingly from their created essence of active present Love rather than from the illusions of carbon-based memory.

July 10, 2026 continues the in-depth exploration of the expanded Power Person Worksheet, demonstrating how unconscious generational patterns are uncovered and dissolved through forgiveness, conscious Breath, and active present Love. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Lisa, Susan Fluek, Mitzi, and other participants combine practical worksheet work with deeply personal healing experiences, illustrating how forgiveness transforms both individual lives and entire family bloodlines.

The program begins with updates from the community. Mitzi reports that Rex is recovering well following wrist surgery, while Susan shares a profound realization that her maternal family line may include hidden Jewish ancestry. This discovery sheds new light on longstanding feelings of rejection and not belonging that she has been uncovering through recent healing sessions. Michael encourages her to continue breathing through these revelations, recognizing that inherited emotional patterns often emerge layer by layer as healing progresses.

Lisa resumes working through the expanded Power Person Worksheet, reviewing the fifteen pseudo-solutions that the non-being mind offers in an attempt to resolve stress. Michael explains that these are false strategies generated by carbon-based memory, including blame, control, escape, addiction, victimhood, hopelessness, and the need to be right. While these patterns promise relief, they can never deliver genuine healing because they arise from the past rather than from living presence. Only conscious Breath reconnects people with their created essence of Love.

A central theme of the discussion is recognizing how stress activates the Power Person dynamic. Michael explains that under stress people unconsciously repeat the behaviors they learned from authority figures who were not functioning as Love. The worksheet helps participants identify which behaviors they replicate, exposing unconscious programming that has shaped relationships, perceptions, and reactions for decades. By becoming “the thinker apart from the thought, the feeler apart from the feeling, and the actor apart from the action,” individuals begin observing these patterns instead of automatically acting them out.

Jeanie shares a personal example illustrating that the most influential Power Person is not always the obvious one. Although she once assumed her mother held that role, deeper worksheet work revealed that under extreme stress she unconsciously repeated her father’s pattern of emotionally leaving difficult situations. The conversation expands to show that individuals may have multiple Power Persons depending on the area of life being examined, and that identifying the specific behavior being replicated is often the clearest way to discover which dynamic is active.

Susan explores how generational trauma expresses itself through DNA, inherited beliefs, and emotional resonance. The group reflects on how family histories of abuse, rejection, violence, war, and abandonment continue repeating until someone becomes willing to face and forgive them. Michael emphasizes that while understanding family history can provide context, healing comes not through analysis but through applying forgiveness and allowing Breath to dissolve the energetic patterns stored within physiology.

As Lisa describes childhood experiences of being chased and beaten with a belt by her father, the conversation shifts from intellectual discussion into a powerful healing process. Susan gently encourages Lisa to move beyond analysis and fully experience the emotions stored within her body. Michael guides everyone into connected breathing, inviting participants to soften the jaw, relax deeply, and consciously bring what he calls a Rakhma Breath into the fear, terror, and grief arising from childhood trauma. The group recognizes that these experiences belong not only to individuals but often represent generations of unresolved suffering seeking release.

Susan reflects on sensing deep compassion for Lisa’s father, recognizing that he too had inherited violence and fear from previous generations. Michael reminds listeners that compassion naturally arises as personal stories dissolve, explaining that the only barrier preventing Love for another is the unresolved pain one continues carrying within oneself. Rather than excusing destructive behavior, forgiveness removes the internal patterns that keep repeating it.

The discussion concludes with a hopeful focus on breaking generational cycles. Lisa acknowledges seeing similar patterns expressed toward her own children during periods of intense stress, while another participant shares how years of dedicated forgiveness work have profoundly softened the relationship with her adult daughter. Michael encourages responsibility communication, breathing through unresolved emotions, and inviting loved ones into conversations that support mutual healing. He emphasizes that each act of forgiveness removes inherited thought disorders not only from one’s own life but from future generations as well.

The episode closes with gratitude for the willingness of participants to bring vulnerable experiences into awareness. Through conscious Breath, forgiveness, and active present Love, listeners are reminded that they become the ancestors who transform suffering into healing, restoring freedom for themselves, their families, and those yet to come.

July 13, 2026 continues the deep exploration of the expanded Power Person Worksheet, focusing on healing generational trauma, transforming unconscious survival patterns, conscious Breath, responsibility communication, and replacing the pseudo-solutions of the non-being mind with active present Love. Michael Ryce, Lisa, Camie, and Susan Flueck guide listeners through practical examples of how forgiveness restores awareness by bringing unconscious patterns into the light.

The program begins with Camie sharing a recent interaction with her husband that immediately activated old survival responses. As she attempted to share her excitement about the Power Person work, she was met with irritation and hostility. Rather than reacting automatically, she recognized that her discomfort belonged to her own Power Person dynamic. Michael explains that stressful moments reveal exactly where healing is needed. Instead of leaving, retaliating, or defending, he encourages her to pause, breathe, and remain present while canceling the goal of being treated a particular way. The discussion introduces responsibility communication as a practical tool for expressing personal experience without blame and emphasizes that conscious Breath reconnects individuals with intelligence when carbon-based memory attempts to take control.

Susan expands the conversation by reminding participants that the emotional intensity many people are experiencing reflects deep generational material surfacing for healing. Michael explains that inherited patterns are often stored “in the bone,” revealing themselves through chronic jaw tension, muscular contraction, and unconscious resistance to the flow of Life. He shares that every clenched jaw represents generations of fear, hostility, and survival held within physiology. Participants are invited to consciously relax the jaw, breathe deeply, and allow the Rakhma Breath to dissolve patterns that may have accumulated over hundreds of years.

The discussion explores the Aramaic understanding behind Yeshua’s instruction to “turn the other cheek.” Rather than encouraging passive submission, Michael explains that the teaching refers to unlocking the jaw, releasing resistance, and restoring the open flow of Life through Breath. Satan is described not as an external being but as the physiological resistance that blocks Love from moving freely through the body. Breath becomes the direct connection to the Creator, carrying revelation, healing, and intelligence into every level of human physiology.

Lisa then resumes working through the expanded Power Person Worksheet. Together, the group examines the pseudo-solution of trying to fix others in order to feel safe. Michael explains that every pseudo-solution promises security while actually reinforcing fear. As Lisa traces these patterns back to childhood experiences with her father, she recognizes lifelong beliefs that if she could only be perfect, logical, or fix the situation, she would finally be safe and accepted. Michael helps her identify the hidden goals beneath these reactions, demonstrating how each goal becomes material for forgiveness through the Reality Management Worksheet and other healing tools.

Throughout the conversation, Michael emphasizes that the objective is not to intellectually analyze these patterns but to observe them while maintaining conscious Breath. He reminds listeners that breathing opens the doorway to revelation, while holding the breath leaves people trapped within carbon-based memory. Lisa shares childhood memories of hiding from violence, trying to prevent conflict, and carrying responsibilities far beyond what any child should bear. Susan gently recognizes the parentification that occurred, encouraging Lisa to begin nurturing the younger parts of herself that never experienced safety, rest, or unconditional acceptance.

The group reflects on how children often become caretakers in dysfunctional families, sacrificing their own developmental needs in order to survive emotionally. Michael explains that these early adaptations later become unconscious adult behaviors until forgiveness dissolves the underlying patterns. Participants discuss how over-responsibility, perfectionism, control, and constantly trying to figure everything out all emerge from the same underlying survival strategies learned during childhood.

As the worksheet continues, Lisa identifies deeper goals of being accepted, respected, safe, peaceful, and able to rest. Michael demonstrates how each hidden goal provides the next opportunity for forgiveness, explaining that goals themselves create the perceptual distortions that produce suffering. The group repeatedly returns to the central practice of conscious Breath, allowing each insight to move beyond intellectual understanding into direct physiological healing.

The episode concludes with Michael introducing the next area of exploration: the anesthetics people use to avoid emotional pain. He explains that busyness is one of the most common addictions, followed closely by hostility, which functions as an internally generated drug that numbs unresolved emotional pain. Listeners are invited to spend the coming day identifying the anesthetics they rely upon, preparing for deeper work in future broadcasts. The overall message is that every unconscious survival strategy can be transformed through Breath, forgiveness, and the willingness to remain fully present with whatever arises.

July 14

July 14, 2026 explores healing crises, generational trauma, conscious Breath, the Power Person dynamic, Hering’s Law of Cure, and the profound transformation that occurs when deeply buried emotional energies are finally released. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Susan Flueck, Rex, Terry, Sally, Camie, and others share moving personal experiences that illustrate how healing unfolds layer by layer as individuals become willing to breathe through what previous generations could not.

The program opens with Rex providing an update on his recovery following wrist surgery. Although the procedure was successful, he continues experiencing significant swelling and discomfort. Michael explains the importance of supporting the lymphatic system through movement and conscious breathing, emphasizing that Breath is one of the body’s primary mechanisms for moving lymph and supporting healing. Rex reflects on learning patience as he allows his body to heal at its own pace rather than forcing a particular outcome.

Susan then shares that intense dreams, tears, and physical symptoms have been surfacing as deeper levels of healing unfold. She reveals an unexplained dark bruise around her eye, prompting Michael to suggest that old trauma stored within the body’s tissues may literally be releasing through the healing process. This opens a powerful discussion about how energetic wounds from childhood abuse and generational violence can emerge physically as the body unwinds long-held restrictions. Michael explains that as tissues release stored trauma, symptoms may temporarily resemble the original injury even though healing is taking place.

As Susan breathes into terror held within her body, memories surface of childhood abuse by her mother and a long lineage of women who experienced violence. Michael gently guides her through forgiveness by inviting her to cancel her need to be safe, breathe into the sensations, and allow the Breath to reach deeply into her physiology and genetic inheritance. Together the group witnesses the release of generations of fear, grief, and pain while affirming that no child deserves abuse and that these inherited patterns can end with conscious willingness.

A particularly moving portion of the program unfolds as Michael guides Susan through an imagined conversation with her mother. Speaking as though her mother were offering the words, he expresses apology, accountability, love, and a commitment to end the cycle of abuse forever. Participants hold a powerful healing space as Susan experiences deep emotional release, recognizing that she is breaking patterns carried through countless generations. The discussion emphasizes that forgiveness restores the awareness of Love rather than excusing harmful behavior.

Sally shares her own experience of mysterious burn-like marks appearing on her arms, recalling repeated burns she suffered as a young child while performing household chores. Michael explains that as stored energy leaves the tissues, the body can temporarily reproduce the appearance of earlier injuries. He relates similar experiences from clinical practice, where old sunburns, bruises, and injuries visibly resurfaced as healing progressed, reinforcing the understanding that energy stored in physiology eventually exits through the same pathways by which it entered.

Rex describes overwhelming sadness that has recently surfaced, recognizing how easy it is to become fascinated with spiritual concepts while overlooking deeply personal emotional healing. Susan resonates with his experience, acknowledging profound grief surrounding childhood feelings of being unwanted, unseen, and unloved. Michael encourages everyone to remain with the sensations rather than attempting to understand them intellectually, reminding listeners that Breath brings the Creator’s intelligence directly into the places where healing is needed.

Terry shares important insights gained through the expanded Power Person Worksheet. After decades of emotional numbness, he realizes that he first disconnected from his feelings around age five as a survival strategy. Initially he could only imagine what emotions might have been present, but as he continued the worksheet process, genuine feelings gradually emerged from beneath years of suppression. Michael identifies this as an example of Hering’s Law of Cure, explaining that healing proceeds from the inside out, from the head downward, and often in the reverse order that symptoms originally appeared, provided sufficient vitality is available.

Throughout the broadcast Michael repeatedly distinguishes healing crises from disease. He explains that the symptoms may appear identical, but during healing the body is releasing stored energy rather than accumulating pathology. Rather than suppressing symptoms immediately with drugs or distraction, listeners are encouraged to breathe consciously, support the body’s vitality, and allow the healing process to complete itself. The program concludes with gratitude for the courage of those willing to face generational trauma, reminding listeners that every conscious Breath contributes to the liberation of future generations as well as their own.

From chatroom:

Symptoms of healing. Symptoms, symptoms, symptoms! Most people are terrified of symptoms because they do not know what symptoms are. They have been lied to and told that they mean they have a disease, and that their bodies lack aspirin… or whatever the solution the quote unquote solution is healing is not very popular because it is not dr. Feelgood. There are very real symptoms, physical, mental and emotional, that must be worked through. Part of working through them is that they must be endured and dealt with. One of the main tools that moves the process is Forgiveness. Remember that Forgiveness is not about “letting others, or self,” off the hook, but, rather, is about removal. Awareness of and experiencing what is being removed is part of the process, the part that is NOT Dr. Feelgood!

Willingness to embrace, in Love, what one is moving through, is the 2nd best accelerator of the process. The number one accelerate is to stop holding your breath — and simply BREATHE!

michael ryce: Healing Crisis: A Positive Sign of Deep Restoration

In the context of Naturopathic Medicine and true healing, as opposed to symptom suppression, a “crisis”—specifically a healing crisis is a vital sign of a body regaining its equilibrium. While the term often carries a negative connotation in general English, there is significant historical, physiological, and clinical validation for it being a positive indicator of deep healing.

The Law of Cure (Hering’s Law)

One of the primary validations comes from Constantine Hering, an 1800s pioneer in the understanding of holistic principles in a world that gained great power and wealth by isolating parts of the body for “treatment” even if the treatment was so toxic that it killed the patient. “Hering’s Law of Cure” posits that healing occurs:

– From the inside out.

– From the head down.

– In the reverse order in which symptoms appeared.

We must add one caveat not understood by Hering: the access to symptoms, when speaking of “reverse order,” is ameliorated by the level of vitality of the individual. No matter where a particular set of symptoms falls on the timeline, if one does not have the vitality to access those symptoms, they will be held in hiding until a greater vitality than the depth of the symptoms is reached. Thus, the “reverse order” rule is not a hard and fast one. — dr. michael ryce

Under an actual, in-depth healing framework, a “crisis” is the physiological manifestation of the body finally addressing a deep-seated issue. As the body detoxifies or moves a chronic (hidden – “I feel great, Doc!) condition into an acute state to resolve it, symptoms will temporarily rise to the level where they show themselves. Awareness of symptoms will intensify as they surface, hence the descriptor, “crises!” But crises in the wondrous sense of the body entering an empowered state of willingness and Breath movement, “clearing the path” for the old, denied, toxic energies that, having opened for release, in the process of letting go of that load, strengthens long-term health. Awareness and cooperation with this blessed state enhances, accelerates, and makes it easier.

July 15, 2026 explores the Power Person dynamic, generational healing, forgiveness, conscious Breath, the true nature of disease, quantum physics, and the transformation that occurs when individuals move beyond carbon-based memory and return to active present Love. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Susan Flueck, Sally, Esbjørn, Bridget, and others demonstrate how healing unfolds through willingness, direct experience, and the courage to face unconscious patterns.

The program opens with Susan sharing that she continues moving through a profound healing process following the previous day’s work. She describes waves of tears, deep emotional release, and a growing realization that she is “coming back home” to herself by allowing lifelong dissociation and ancestral pain to surface. Michael reminds her that healing comes through experience rather than intellectual understanding and encourages her to continue trusting the Breath. Bridget provides an update on her recovery from shoulder surgery and ongoing IV antibiotic treatment, expressing gratitude that every challenge has been met with unexpected support. Esbjørn shares that he is preparing to relocate to Canada and expresses appreciation for the Power Person Worksheet series.

Michael recommends an interview with attorney James Kimmel Jr., whose research focuses on forgiveness and the destructive effects of revenge and resentment. While praising the scientific validation Kimmel offers, Michael explains that true forgiveness is more than emotional relief. It is a practical technology for removing the internal energies that generate hostility, fear, and suffering. He plans to incorporate one of Kimmel’s visualization exercises into the Reality Management Worksheet.

A major teaching follows as Michael draws from Albert Einstein and Nobel Prize-winning physicist Max Planck to explain that what appears as matter is actually organized energy. Thoughts become neuropeptides that influence cellular function. Loving thoughts support coherent physiology, while fear and hostility create disintegrative patterns that eventually appear as disease. Disease is described not as a purely physical event but as the physical expression of distorted mind energy held within the system.

Using the analogy of a television, Michael explains that just as pictures are not actually inside the television but arise from invisible frequencies, the chemistry expressed by the body reflects underlying energetic frequencies. Conscious Breath allows these frequencies to be accessed and transformed before they continue expressing themselves as illness or suffering.

Michael then explains the original Aramaic understanding of forgiveness. “Sin” is presented not as a moral failure but as an energetic distortion that blocks awareness of Love. Forgiveness is therefore not pardoning another person but removing the internal energies that never belonged in human physiology. Through conscious Breath these distortions dissolve, restoring awareness of active present Love.

Sally shares how listening to the interview led her to reflect on her brother’s lifelong struggle with rage. Rather than trying to change him, she recognizes that his behavior mirrors unresolved patterns within her own family system. Susan gently guides Sally into seeing her brother as a reflection of emotional material seeking healing within herself. Together they explore childhood parentification, overwhelm, over-responsibility, and the lifelong tendency to carry burdens that never belonged to a child. Susan reminds Sally that beneath those survival patterns her true nature has always been Love.

As the discussion deepens, Michael explains that those who appear to be life’s greatest challenges are often its greatest teachers. By breathing through physiological resistance instead of reacting, individuals become instruments for dissolving generational hostility, resentment, and fear. Susan adds that family systems often pass unresolved patterns from generation to generation until someone becomes willing to transform them through forgiveness and conscious Breath.

The program concludes by inviting listeners to breathe into every place of resistance, trusting that the Breath carries the intelligence needed to dissolve what no longer belongs. As fear and hostility are released, awareness naturally returns to the Love that has always been present beneath every layer of conditioning.

July 16, 2026 explores healing through conscious Breath, patience with the healing process, generational transformation, illusion, the Reality Management Worksheet, and the practical tools that support forgiveness. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Susan, Rex, Andrea, Terry, Sally, Esbjørn, and others share deeply personal experiences that demonstrate how consistent application of the tools gradually restores awareness of active present Love.

The program opens with Michael returning to a question from an earlier show about drinking water first thing in the morning. He explains that the body’s eliminative organs are most active early in the day and that hydration supports detoxification, bowel function, and overall vitality. Rex adds insights from decades of nutritional study, describing the body’s daily metabolic cycles and emphasizing hydration, minerals, and proper nourishment as foundations for healing.

Rex provides an update on his recovery from carpal tunnel surgery, acknowledging the discomfort while consciously shifting his relationship to pain. Rather than reinforcing suffering through habitual interpretations, he is practicing seeing physical sensations differently while continuing to breathe, cancel goals, and trust the healing process. Michael suggests combining conscious connected Breath with intentionally extending Love throughout the body, especially into injured tissues, and discusses breathing practices that may stimulate lymphatic flow and accelerate recovery.

Andrea shares profound breakthroughs following months of healing after her automobile accident. She describes moving beyond the exhausting effort of trying to intellectually solve every emotional pattern into a new experience of trust, surrender, and self-devotion. Physical symptoms that once frightened her have become “body messages,” gently guiding her back to awareness whenever she loses connection with herself. Rather than viewing symptoms as enemies, she now recognizes them as invitations to return to Love. Michael expands this discussion by explaining the Aramaic understanding of illusion. Illusion does not mean something unreal but refers to what has been “measured” into physiology. Whatever energies are held within become the world that perception reflects. Healing occurs by removing incoherent energies through forgiveness and replacing them with the Breath of Love.

Drawing from A Course in Miracles, David Bohm, and Albert Einstein, Michael distinguishes between the world created by perception and the actuality created by the Creator. Carbon-based memory constructs an illusion from past measurements, while forgiveness removes those distortions so awareness can return to the unbroken wholeness of Life. Andrea celebrates noticeable softening within herself and her family, recognizing that as her own defenses dissolve, her mother and sister are also becoming more open, vulnerable, and authentic.

Michael reminds listeners that healing often requires patience because many individuals are releasing patterns accumulated through countless generations. He encourages participants to continue putting one foot in front of the other, trusting that every Breath and every worksheet weakens inherited trauma even when progress seems invisible.

Michael then shares a newly created AI-assisted cartoon illustrating the difference between searching endlessly for the right key to fix the past and using forgiveness to dissolve the veil that hides Love. He explains that the illustration supports his upcoming book, That’s All Greek to Me, which he now plans to subtitle The Book of Six Voices. The book will distinguish the different “voices” guiding readers through the teachings, allowing readers to follow each perspective independently throughout the text.

Esbjørn asks why written worksheets are necessary if the Breath is ultimately the force that heals. Michael responds that Breath is indeed the revealer and resolver, but the mind’s resistance requires many supporting tools. Just as constructing a building requires many different instruments, the worksheet process identifies, weakens, and dismantles unconscious resistance so the Breath can reach the deepest levels of physiology. The worksheets help focus awareness, while the Breath performs the actual healing.

Michael also reflects on working with artificial intelligence as a research and writing assistant, describing humorous conversations about regulatory speech and the importance of using language that creates desired outcomes rather than reinforcing what one wishes to avoid. The discussion reinforces one of his long-standing teachings that language directs energy, and conscious speech is an essential part of healing.

The closing portion of the program features Terry recalling a life-changing experience after completing two years on the HeartLand support team. Following months of honoring agreements and finishing a difficult roofing project, he awoke one morning immersed in the direct experience of active present Love, free from the background fear that had accompanied him since childhood. Michael and Terry reflect on how honoring commitments, breathing consistently, and patiently applying the tools eventually opened that profound state of awareness. Sally then shares how the previous day’s forgiveness work softened her relationship with her brother, allowing her to care for him with greater tenderness and compassion. The episode concludes by inviting listeners to continue practicing Breath, forgiveness, and responsibility, trusting that every sincere effort contributes to healing themselves, their families, and future generations.

July 17

July 17, 2026 centers on healing through conscious Breath, the Reality Management Worksheet, generational trauma, self-validation, innocence, responsibility, and learning to dissolve unconscious patterns rather than trying to fix external circumstances. Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce are joined by Susan, Angie, Patty, Bridget, and others in a deeply experiential program demonstrating how forgiveness restores awareness of active present Love.

Susan opens the conversation by describing persistent tension throughout the right side of her body, including her neck, hip, sacrum, and solar plexus. As she explores her desire for the tension to disappear, Michael reminds her that healing begins by canceling the goal for reality to be different. He explains that the goal itself resonates the very energy being held in the tissues. Forgiveness is not forcing symptoms to disappear but removing the internal energies that keep them in place. The discussion expands into Dr. John Sarno’s work on unresolved rage and how emotional patterns become stored physically until conscious Breath allows them to dissolve.

Susan shares concerns about her son Alexander after a landlord accepted his money but refused to provide access to the rental property. Michael encourages Susan to resist taking over responsibility for her adult son while recognizing the situation as an opportunity for him to establish healthy boundaries and accountability. Susan connects the event with a family story from her mother’s life involving betrayal and financial loss, recognizing that generational patterns may be resurfacing for healing. Michael suggests doing worksheets from both her mother’s perspective and Alexander’s perspective to uncover inherited emotional dynamics.

The conversation explores the tendency to seek validation from others. Susan recognizes an unconscious need to prove her intuitive abilities and have others acknowledge her gifts. Michael offers a MindShifter: “Easily, when insecure, I breathe into the space of empowerment and forgive my need to be validated.” The discussion emphasizes that genuine validation comes from the Creator rather than external approval, and that insecurity dissolves as individuals reconnect with Breath and their true nature.

Angie then shares powerful insights arising from her own worksheet work. She recognizes lifelong patterns of believing she must never disappoint anyone and describes living with conflicting goals that leave her feeling trapped between impossible expectations. As Michael guides her through the process, memories surface of childhood court proceedings in which her parents portrayed her as incapable of raising her daughter. The deep fear of being incompetent begins to unravel as Michael introduces a new MindShifter: “It is safe and healing to always see my innocence. I am always affirmed when I proclaim my innocence.”

Through connected breathing, Angie experiences waves of release in her chest, solar plexus, and hip as old beliefs lose their grip. Michael gently leads her into his Commitment to Self, affirming trust, affection, gentleness, respect, and recognizing her inherent worth. He explains that every child deserves love simply because the Creator has given them Breath. Healing occurs not by earning worthiness but by allowing Breath to dissolve the lies imposed through generations of fear and judgment.

The discussion also examines how people often compensate for feelings of inadequacy by convincing others of their brilliance instead of believing in themselves. Michael encourages Angie to stop carrying responsibility for everyone else’s healing and instead trust that Rukha d’Qudsha, the Breath, carries the intelligence needed for transformation. Returning repeatedly to conscious connected Breath allows revelation to replace self-condemnation and fear.

A particularly moving moment unfolds as Michael revisits the first Beatitude from its original Aramaic understanding. Rather than “Blessed are the poor in spirit,” he explains that Yeshua invited people to make their home in the eternal forces of the Breath. Instead of living in carbon-based memory and inherited thought disorders, individuals are called to live from the living Breath where Love naturally governs perception and action.

Near the close of the program, Bridget introduces her mother, Patty, who shares heartfelt concerns about carrying the pain of the world and asks how to remain centered in Love amid overwhelming suffering. Michael explains that Yeshua’s invitation to “die” means allowing inherited patterns of fear, guilt, rage, and shame to dissolve through forgiveness so the true Human Life can fully express itself. He distinguishes Aramaic forgiveness from Greek pardoning, emphasizing that forgiveness removes destructive energies from physiology rather than excusing another person’s behavior. Michael directs Patty to the free resources at whyagain.org, the forgiveness app, and thousands of archived teachings available to support her healing journey.

The program concludes by affirming that every layer of fear, inadequacy, self-condemnation, and generational pain can be transformed through conscious Breath, forgiveness, and willingness. As participants breathe together in community, they demonstrate that healing one life contributes to healing generations yet to come.

July 20, 2026 explores the true meaning of recovery, the healing power of conscious Breath, the limitations of carbon-based memory, the Aramaic meaning of forgiveness, and the possibility of restoring human life through Rakhma. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Susan, Sally, Tim, Esbjørn, and others discuss how inherited thought patterns shape perception, physiology, addiction, relationships, and suffering.

The program opens with a discussion about the parable of the wheat and weeds and the tendency of religious systems to divide creation into competing forces of good and evil. Michael explains that this split reflects the divided human mind more than the nature of the Creator. Susan shares the ancient Hindu teaching that Truth is one, though sages call it by many names, emphasizing that exclusivity and separation are incompatible with Love.

Michael then announces a major new project growing out of the MindShifters and StillPoint Breathing Club. He has agreed to collaborate with a longtime recovery participant and film producer on a book, screenplay, and movie about Quantum Recovery. The project will examine what is missing from conventional 12-step recovery and restore the original Aramaic understanding of Breath, Love, and forgiveness. Michael explains that many recovery systems help people stop using a substance but do not provide a method for removing the pain, rage, shame, and trauma that the substance was used to anesthetize. Aramaic forgiveness offers the technology for removing those energies rather than merely managing them.

The conversation turns to artificial intelligence and how Michael is using it as a research, writing, and design assistant. He shares the newly created cover for the recovery book and explains that effective prompting begins by clearly defining the skills and role needed for the task. The group also considers ethical concerns involving copyright, artists, writers, energy use, water consumption, and the environmental impact of massive data centers. They discuss the possibility that emerging quantum computing may eventually reduce the enormous infrastructure now required for artificial intelligence.

Sally describes the hazardous smoke from Canadian wildfires reaching Ohio, and the group reflects on increasingly intense fires, storms, tornado warnings, and rising water levels as visible signs that the natural world is responding to human activity. The discussion emphasizes the need for technology and human creativity to serve communities, restore the environment, and remain aligned with the welfare of humanity.

Tim shares the results of a three-day Quantum StillPoint experience, reporting dramatically improved sleep, deep internal processing, and a new sense of vitality. His reference to repeatedly rolling a stone uphill leads Michael to reinterpret the Greek myth of Sisyphus as a perfect description of carbon-based memory. Stored generational programs cannot create anything new; they can only repeat the same reactions, struggles, and suffering. Human beings, however, have the capacity to consciously originate new mind energy and step out of the repetitive cycle.

Michael then returns to the teachings of Max Planck and Albert Einstein, explaining that matter is organized energy and that mind is the matrix from which the material world appears. Physical, emotional, relational, and financial conditions are expressions of conscious or unconscious mind energy. Healing therefore requires changing the energy that creates and sustains those conditions.

The program offers a major correction to the traditional interpretation of Yeshua’s teaching about the greatest law. Michael explains that the Aramaic word for law describes how Life works rather than rules imposed by authority. Yeshua did not simply command people to love God and their neighbors. He instructed them to maintain Rakhma, the condition in the frontal lobes that keeps the mind aligned with active present Love and opens the gateway through which the intelligence of the Breath enters human awareness. A neighbor is anyone brought mentally near through thought. Maintaining Rakhma allows a person to remain connected to Life even while facing disturbing people or circumstances.

Pain, hostility, and fear are described as warning signals that resistance has interrupted the flow of the Breath. In Aramaic, satana means the resistor or that which misleads, not a supernatural being with a red suit and pitchfork. When people become frightened or hostile, they commonly hold their breath, contract their physiology, lose access to higher intelligence, and become trapped in projection. Conscious Rakhma Breath introduces an opposing, integrative force powerful enough to dissolve resistance.

Michael explains that Rukha d’Qudsha is the feminine elemental Breath that undoes the effects of error and restores revelation. Forgiveness is the actual dissolution of incoherent energy through the activity of the Breath. Sin is not a moral offense but an archery term meaning to miss the mark. Disintegrative energy weakens cells, while conscious Breath restores coherence, intelligence, and Life.

The program concludes by reminding listeners that the source of human intelligence and healing is within the Breath. Carl Jung’s teaching that those who look outward dream while those who look inward awaken reinforces the invitation to stop blaming the world, turn inward, take responsibility, and remove the inherited patterns that generate pain. Life is defined as the movement of Love through a cell, and the ultimate purpose of StillPoint and Quantum StillPoint is freedom from the repetitive mind of the generations so that the created Human Being can live from active present Love.

July 21, 2026 explores physical healing, conscious relationship with the body, the Power Person Worksheet, forgiveness, creativity, regulatory speech, the recovery of original Aramaic meanings, and the healing power of the Breath. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Rex, Andrea, Terry, Sally, and others share personal experiences of transformation and examine how old meanings, judgments, and inherited patterns shape perception and physiology.

Rex begins with an encouraging update on his recovery from wrist surgery. He reports less pain, reduced need for medication, occupational therapy, and a better understanding of how gradual movement supports healing. He is learning to distinguish between productive discomfort and signals that he needs to slow down, while continuing to examine the fears, judgments, and thought patterns stirred by the experience.

Andrea asks about peptides, including BPC-157, after hearing reports of improvement in post-concussive symptoms and joint damage. Rather than rushing toward another possible solution, she describes learning to listen to her body with gentleness and discernment. After years of dissociation from her physical structure, the healing process is becoming a devotional practice in which she develops trust, presence, and a more loving relationship with herself.

Terry shares the effects of committing to more than one hundred detailed Power Person Worksheets. Repeatedly canceling his need to be right has helped him allow others to have their own beliefs, experiences, and timelines without imposing his judgments on them. As the inner judge and jury dissolve, his physiology becomes more peaceful, his perception changes, and he experiences reality differently. Michael explains that forgiveness removes the stored energy from the past so it no longer gets projected into every present interaction.

Terry describes a strange emptiness that can arise when old drama and meaning disappear. Michael explains that the purpose of the work is to replace meanings from the past with Presence, Breath, aliveness, and active Love. The ego may interpret this release as death, insanity, or loss of identity because it depends on old trauma to remain in control. When terror surfaces, the practice is to turn it over to the Breath and allow the sensations to be dissolved rather than accepting the frightening images generated by carbon-based memory.

The discussion highlights drawing emotions as a powerful part of the worksheet process. Terry finds that drawing bypasses the logical mind and gives unconscious energy a nonverbal path into awareness. He combines his drawings with painting and haiku, creating Haiga as a joyful extension of his healing. His art is becoming something he does from personal delight rather than for approval, money, or external meaning. Michael recognizes the same process in his writing and in his recent use of artificial intelligence to create cartoons, book covers, and new ways to share the work.

Michael revisits the proposed Quantum Recovery book and movie being developed with Tim Johnson. The project will bring the Aramaic understanding of forgiveness and Breath into the 12-step recovery community. Instead of defining forgiveness as letting another person off the hook, the work will teach people how to enter their own physiology and remove the pain they have been anesthetizing with alcohol or other addictive behaviors.

Andrea questions the use of the word “stolen” in describing what happened to the original Aramaic teachings. Michael explains that naming an actual theft does not require victimhood. A person can remain fully empowered, recognize that something valuable was taken or distorted, and work to restore it. He describes the replacement of Rukha d’Qudsha, the living and healing Breath, first with the Greek pneuma and later the Latin spiritus, as a tragic linguistic tsunami. The result was that the direct, practical solution Yeshua taught became an abstract belief in a disembodied spirit.

Michael emphasizes that nothing is ever lost in a true translation. Translation must create the same imagery and meaning in another language. When it does not, it is interpretation. He explains that the Aramaic teachings of Yeshua were interpreted through Greek and Latin concepts rather than accurately translated, obscuring the Breath, forgiveness, Love, and the physiological pathway out of trauma.

The program closes with a guided Breath meditation. Participants soften their bodies, breathe Love through every cell, and imagine that light expanding through their households, communities, nations, and the entire world. As each person chooses Love, that choice strengthens the light and Love in everyone it touches, returning in an expanding loop of Breath, intelligence, and connection.

From chatroom: Andria: Love it! I’m curious about the word stolen. For me, I experience the word as in victim energy. Thoughts?

July 22, 2026 centers on healing the nervous system, deepening trust in the Breath, restoring safety, and allowing the original Human Being to fully incarnate. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Susan, Terry, and others explore how generational trauma, power person dynamics, carbon-based memory, and conscious Breath work together in the journey from survival to active present Love.

Susan opens the discussion by describing a profound breakthrough during a healing session in which, for the first time in her life, her nervous system settled into a new level of calm. After growing up surrounded by violence and later living under constant threat in an abusive marriage, she realizes her physiology has never known true safety. Through conscious Breath she experiences co-regulation with the Divine and discovers that genuine peace comes from within rather than from external circumstances. Michael explains that much of human suffering results from believing the mind’s projections instead of recognizing them as internally generated perceptions.

Jeanie shares the final chapter of her book describing the “Five Measures,” a revelation received during an intense Breath session. She explains the five stages of Awareness, Trust, Will, Safety, and Incarnation, showing how each measure opens the way for a fuller experience of Being. The discussion emphasizes that healing unfolds layer by layer as the nervous system gradually becomes capable of receiving more truth, Love, and Life. Susan recognizes her own healing journey unfolding through these same stages and reflects on finally allowing her body to receive safety rather than merely understanding it intellectually.

The conversation explores how many people develop hypervigilance as a survival strategy. Michael suggests that what begins as a compulsive response can eventually become a conscious skill once fear is removed through forgiveness. Participants discuss learning to trust the Breath instead of relying solely on self-protection, recognizing that the deepest safety comes from resting in Rukha d’Qudsha rather than in external control.

Michael then guides listeners through an extended Breath meditation, inviting everyone to imagine standing before Yeshua and receiving his invitation to make their home in the Breath. He explains that the traditional Greek interpretation of receiving the “Holy Spirit” obscures the original Aramaic teaching of entering direct co-regulation with Rukha d’Qudsha, the living Breath that undoes the effects of error and reveals truth. Rather than theology, Michael presents this as Breath physiology and an experiential process available to every person willing to practice conscious connected breathing.

Susan shares a recent experience in which an old family pattern tempted her to act dishonestly. Instead of automatically following the inherited programming, she paused, breathed, and chose integrity. Michael distinguishes between merely doing the right thing out of fear or religious obligation and truly forgiving the underlying pattern so that right action naturally arises from Love. The group reflects on how every seemingly small decision either strengthens old conditioning or opens the way to greater freedom and revelation.

The discussion turns to the Power Person dynamic as Terry describes recent worksheet work exposing guilt, blame, and unconscious reactions inherited from childhood. Michael reminds listeners that under stress people automatically reproduce unresolved power person behaviors until those patterns are brought into awareness and forgiven. The work is not about self-condemnation but about replacing blame with responsibility, allowing unconscious material to surface so it can be dissolved through Breath rather than passed on to future generations.

Michael announces plans to begin an online Laws of Living intensive in September, expanding one of the foundational workshops into an extended multi-week format. The conversation also reflects on Christopher Robin and Winnie-the-Pooh as metaphors for remembering one’s true identity beneath the various personalities developed for survival. Susan returns to the image of the narrow gate, observing that the only path Home is inward through the Breath. Michael explains that beyond that narrow gate lies an “uplink” within human awareness where direct guidance becomes available as individuals remove the energetic obstructions that have hidden it.

The program concludes with the reminder that every breath, every thought, every word, and every action can become part of one’s inner work. The invitation is not to reserve spirituality for special moments but to make one’s permanent home in the Breath, allowing every ordinary moment to become an expression of active present Love, integrity, healing, and conscious connection with the Creator.

July 23, 2026 explores the relationship between beliefs, illness, forgiveness, co-regulation, responsibility, the Power Person dynamic, and the transformational potential of Quantum StillPoint breathing. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Kerry, Rex, Angie, Terry, and others demonstrate how healing occurs when inherited patterns are brought into awareness and surrendered through the Breath rather than managed by the intellect.

Kerry opens the discussion by reflecting on A Course in Miracles Lesson 136, exploring the idea that sickness is a defense against truth. As she questions the beliefs that shape her experience of illness and separation, Michael carefully reframes the language of projection, explaining that the body does not cause us to believe illusions. Rather, our beliefs are reflected in the body. He offers a MindShifter: “It’s safe, healing, and easy for me to breathe into and forgive every disease energy I or my generations have ever held. I need trust nothing more.” The conversation emphasizes that beliefs are stored thoughts from the past, while healing comes through trusting the Breath rather than trying to intellectually solve every issue.

The discussion turns to the upcoming online Laws of Living intensive, with participants sharing the profound impact the course has had on their lives and its remarkable success in prison programs where it dramatically reduced recidivism by helping participants transform deeply rooted behavioral patterns rather than merely suppress them.

Michael then announces the passing of longtime MindShifters participant Camille Morgan and invites everyone to hold her family in conscious Breath and Love. The conversation naturally shifts into the theme of co-regulation as participants reflect on learning to stop regulating themselves through the fear, urgency, and emotional chaos of the world and instead consciously co-regulate with the Breath.

Michael expands on the Aramaic understanding of Yeshua’s instruction that has traditionally been translated as “Receive the Holy Spirit.” He explains that the original teaching invited people to co-regulate with Yeshua’s connected Breath rather than receive a disembodied spirit. Human beings are designed to make their home in Rukha d’Qudsha, the living Breath that carries intelligence, healing, and active present Love into every cell. As individuals consciously breathe in harmony with that field, they themselves become a stabilizing presence through which others may also experience healing.

The conversation carefully outlines the practical sequence of healing: willingness to acknowledge what is moving within, responsibility for one’s own internal experience, canceling the goal that drives perception, and allowing the Breath to perform the actual forgiveness. Michael reminds listeners that only the Breath can undo the effects of error. Human beings participate by becoming willing and canceling the internal goal, while Rukha d’Qudsha dissolves the energetic patterns held within physiology.

Angie courageously shares deeply painful memories surrounding the drowning deaths of her uncle and young cousin shortly after she became pregnant. She recognizes how automatically she blamed herself, even though the tragedy had nothing to do with her actions. Michael gently identifies this as the Power Person dynamic repeating itself through self-condemnation. He encourages her to continue breathing instead of holding her breath while facing these emotions and explains that self-blame is simply inherited programming resurfacing under stress rather than objective truth. Through connected breathing, responsibility gradually replaces blame and the nervous system begins releasing generations of accumulated trauma.

The discussion expands into Yeshua’s teachings about taking up one’s own cross, explaining that the cross represents whatever obstructs the free flow of active present Love through physiology. Rather than glorifying suffering, Yeshua demonstrated how to remain fully connected to Love even in the midst of extreme circumstances. Michael distinguishes between the “mind of man,” rooted in carbon-based memory and blame, and the Mind of the Creator, which expresses only Love and healing.

Michael also explains the deeper purpose of Quantum StillPoint breathing. The first level quiets the activity of carbon-based memory so it no longer dominates perception. A deeper level allows the very structure that holds generational mind energy together to crack open, even momentarily, giving participants a direct experience beyond inherited patterns. That brief opening begins dissolving the addiction to carbon-based memory and establishes a new foundation for permanent transformation.

Terry concludes by sharing his own recent Quantum StillPoint experience after more than three decades of dedicated work. Letting go of his expectations allowed him to enter the deepest Breath session of his life, experiencing overwhelming light, cellular opening, profound peace, and an awareness of unity beyond separation. Michael celebrates Terry’s perseverance and reminds listeners that each individual who consciously enters that state strengthens the field of possibility for everyone, making it easier for others to awaken into the same living Presence.

July 24, 2026 explores healing the nervous system, moving from survival into thriving, conscious parenting, agency, the Power Person dynamic, Quantum StillPoint breathing, ancestral healing, and dissolving the ego through the active presence of the Breath. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Susan, Terry, and others continue building the practical understanding of how forgiveness restores physiology, liberates the mind from generations of conditioning, and reconnects us with our true Human Life.

Susan opens by describing powerful dream work and the realization that she has survived every experience of her life and is now ready to move beyond survival into thriving. Michael explains that while the mind may understand safety intellectually, the nervous system must physiologically experience it. Healing occurs as conscious connected Breath gradually releases hypervigilance and allows the body to move from sympathetic stress into parasympathetic restoration. Participants discuss the importance of breathing through dream states so unconscious material can continue unwinding even during sleep.

The conversation turns to parenting and the Power Person dynamic as Susan recognizes how she and Alexander’s father unintentionally limited their son’s development by making too many decisions for him. Michael explains that loving parents provide support without taking over responsibility, allowing children to develop agency through experience. They discuss the subtle difference between supporting another person and controlling them, emphasizing that genuine support always allows the freedom to say no. Susan commits herself to breaking generations of controlling patterns and creating space for her son to develop confidence, responsibility, and independent decision-making.

Michael reminds listeners that carbon-based memory is designed to serve as a database rather than become the place from which life is lived. When perception arises from past conditioning instead of active present Love, people mistake their internal projections for reality. Yeshua’s instruction to “make your home in the Breath” becomes the practical pathway out of the mind of the past and into direct relationship with Rukha d’Qudsha, the living Breath that continually reveals truth and restores alignment.

Michael encourages participants to deepen their daily Breath practice, sharing his own experience of spending extended periods immersed in StillPoint breathing. He explains that the Breath itself is the revealer, gradually opening awareness beyond thought into direct experience. Terry describes alternating between profound states of light, peace, and unity during Breath sessions and periods of intense fatigue afterward. Michael reassures him that healing often unfolds in waves as deeper layers of generational trauma surface to be released.

Drawing from the ancient Indian Ashrama tradition, Michael describes the progressive stages of human development from learning and family life into contemplation, simplification, and ultimately liberation from attachment. He relates these stages to the ongoing forgiveness process, explaining that healing involves gradually letting go of goals, identities, and attachments that keep carbon-based memory in control while allowing the Breath to restore direct awareness of Being.

Michael shares a deeply personal StillPoint experience in which he perceived countless ancestors surrounded by darkness and was invited to participate in the healing of generational pain. This revelation transformed his understanding of Yeshua’s experience in the Garden of Gethsemane, suggesting that accepting humanity’s accumulated suffering was not a burden but an act of profound willingness and Love. Terry responds by describing how his own family history research has revealed not only ancestral trauma but also generations of strength, goodness, and light that become increasingly visible as forgiveness removes the accumulated darkness.

Susan reflects on A Course in Miracles’ declaration that “The light has come,” emphasizing that as individuals clear their own minds, they naturally become conduits through which healing and Love radiate into the world. Michael explains that every act of forgiveness strengthens humanity’s collective field of awareness and invites others into the same possibility of healing.

The program concludes with a discussion comparing Sikh teachings on dissolving the ego with the original Aramaic teachings of Yeshua. Michael summarizes the ego as “Edging God Out,” explaining that the Breath continually dissolves the false self created by carbon-based memory. Yeshua’s teaching that “in order for the false self to die, the true Being must live” describes the same journey toward Oneness found across many authentic spiritual traditions. The invitation throughout the program is to breathe consciously, release inherited patterns, and allow active present Love to become the organizing principle of physiology, perception, and daily life.

July 27, 2026 explores oneness, creation, the nature of illusion, conscious creatorship, the healing power of Breath, responsibility, forgiveness, and living in alignment with active present Love. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Susan, Esbjørn, Rex, Terry, Mitzi, and others examine the common ground between the original Aramaic teachings of Yeshua, Sikh wisdom, A Course in Miracles, and other spiritual traditions, emphasizing that authentic healing comes through direct experience rather than belief systems.

The discussion begins with Esbjørn sharing a reflection inspired by Sikh teachings, describing Oneness as the source of all creation and encouraging the practice of seeing every person, circumstance, and experience as originating from that One Source. Singing, he suggests, naturally deepens breathing and quiets the mind’s tendency to divide reality into separate parts. Michael affirms the alignment between Sikh scripture and the Aramaic teachings, adding that true worship is not praise born of obligation but living in harmony with Love by emulating the Creator through daily life.

Susan raises an important question about creation and destruction, wondering how a God who is pure Love can also be associated with destruction. The conversation unfolds into a deeper examination of perception itself. Michael explains that human beings do not actually “see” through their eyes; rather, the mind constructs reality from information carried by light. Destruction, like separation, may therefore be a construct of carbon-based memory rather than an ultimate truth. Participants conclude that what appears as destruction is often the dissolution of what no longer serves, allowing deeper truth to emerge.

The conversation explores the role of illusion, with Rex suggesting a simple test: either we are functioning in alignment with Love, or we are operating from a version of reality created by the ego. Michael explains that carbon-based memory continually generates stories that reinforce separation, while conscious Breath restores awareness of actuality. Participants reflect on how easily the mind fills experience with interpretations and narratives that disappear as attention returns to present-moment awareness.

Adding a moment of humor, Michael shares a playful story about replacing human sacrifices to Kali with melons, leading to his intentionally corny “melancholy baby” joke. The laughter becomes another reminder that healing also includes lightness, joy, and not taking the non-being mind too seriously.

Susan describes powerful inner shifts, profound emotional releases, and a growing sense that humanity is approaching an important transition in consciousness. The group discusses astrological perspectives regarding unusual planetary alignments while Michael emphasizes that celestial movements may present influences, but each individual remains responsible for choosing how to respond. External predictions never replace the responsibility to consciously create through Breath, Love, and willingness. Every present choice becomes the foundation for the next moment of experience.

Michael announces an upcoming Quantum StillPoint session in Bristol, Virginia, including an invitation for anyone interested to participate. The conversation then shifts to personal healing as Rex and Mitzi describe breakthroughs in their relationship. Mitzi shares that she is learning to express her truth instead of surrendering her voice in order to keep peace. Rex reflects on becoming less reactive and more capable of witnessing difficult conversations with compassion rather than defensiveness. Michael reframes the common expression “taking my power back,” explaining that no one ever loses their power. Instead, people hide portions of their awareness within projections of others. Through forgiveness, those projections dissolve and the power that was always present simply becomes available again.

The program concludes by reinforcing that every perception reflects the contents of one’s own mind. Forgiveness dissolves false measurements and projections, revealing the Creator’s presence beneath them. Drawing on Carl Jung’s observation that the unconscious directs life until it becomes conscious, Michael reminds listeners that fate is only an unconscious substitute for creatorship. As each person chooses willingness, responsibility, alignment, and conscious Breath, the illusion of separation gives way to direct participation in the living experience of Love.

July 28, 2026 explores one of the deepest questions in healing: Does Love require suffering? Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Susan, Andrea, and others examine compassion versus identification with pain, the healing power of conscious Breath, the collapse of carbon-based memory, the physiology of forgiveness, and how each person becomes a living presence of healing for the world. The discussion continually returns to the original Aramaic understanding that Rukha d’Qudsha, the Breath of Life, restores Human Being by dissolving the effects of error rather than joining in suffering.

Susan opens by sharing a moving conversation inspired by philosopher Alfred North Whitehead, questioning whether God must suffer alongside humanity in order to truly care. Reflecting on the anxiety experienced by her son and grandson, she wonders whether compassion requires sharing another’s pain. Michael responds that bringing suffering to suffering only multiplies suffering. The greatest gift anyone can offer is a healed mind filled with active present Love. Rather than identifying with another’s pain, we can become a stabilizing presence that strengthens healing through conscious Breath, forgiveness, and unwavering compassion. The discussion helps distinguish genuine caring from unconscious identification with suffering.

The conversation expands into the practical application of forgiveness. Michael explains that every energetic pattern held in physiology radiates into the field of humanity. By releasing one’s own unresolved pain through forgiveness and Breath, each person contributes to healing far beyond what can be seen physically. Susan recognizes that her helplessness surrounding her mother’s attempted suicide when she was a child still echoes within her reactions today. Michael encourages her to work directly with those memories rather than allowing them to unconsciously shape her responses to current situations. The discussion emphasizes Carl Jung’s insight that until the unconscious becomes conscious, it directs our lives while we mistakenly call it fate.

Drawing from A Course in Miracles, Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein, and the teachings of Yeshua, Michael explains that revelation arises when the mind temporarily releases its habitual activity. Edison often entered a deeply relaxed state before discovering new inventions, illustrating how genuine inspiration appears when ordinary mental processes quiet. Likewise, Yeshua’s invitation to “receive the Holy Breath” points toward entering direct communion with Rukha d’Qudsha rather than relying upon the conditioned mind. Every coherent thought generated from active present Love strengthens the field of consciousness and becomes available to others, regardless of physical distance.

Michael then presents an extended teaching on the physiology of healing. Carbon-based memory stores generations of unresolved energetic patterns that become activated by goals, perceptions, and life events. These patterns create neuropeptides that influence cellular chemistry and generate the emotional experiences commonly blamed on other people. Forgiveness does not change external events; it dissolves the energetic patterns within physiology that produce false perception. As resistance softens through sustained conscious Breath, revelation gradually replaces perception and the mind begins functioning from direct awareness rather than inherited conditioning.

The discussion explores the healing power of Rakhma Breath and Quantum StillPoint. Michael explains that sustained conscious breathing creates increasing physiological coherence, eventually allowing the nervous system to enter a “superconductor” state where resistance dissolves and the Breath reorganizes tissue, physiology, and even genetic expression. The pulses experienced during deep Breath work signal restructuring and greater alignment with Human Being. Healing unfolds as individuals repeatedly choose willingness, responsibility, and conscious Breath over blame, denial, and projection.

The program concludes by emphasizing that every painful feeling is an invitation to healing rather than evidence that someone else has caused our distress. When awareness turns inward with Breath instead of outward through blame, previously hidden energetic patterns become available for transformation. The invitation is to let every Breath deliver Love into physiology, dissolve the resistance held within carbon-based memory, and allow revelation to replace perception. In doing so, each person becomes a living expression of the healing Presence that quietly strengthens the entire human family.

July 29, 2026 welcomes several new participants into a rich discussion comparing silent meditation, A Course in Miracles, and the first-century Aramaic forgiveness process. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Shawn, Donna, Susan, and others explore responsibility without blame, the energetic nature of human experience, the Power Person dynamic, forgiveness as a tool of transformation, and the Breath as the doorway to direct awareness beyond the conditioned mind.

The conversation begins with Shawn introducing members of another study group interested in understanding not only that inner stillness works, but why it works. Donna raises a thoughtful question about responsibility and what is sometimes called “spiritual gaslighting.” She asks whether becoming the victim of another person’s actions means we somehow created the event. Michael carefully distinguishes responsibility from blame, explaining that responsibility simply recognizes our participation as creators in an energetic universe. No one is blamed for another’s actions, yet each person carries energetic patterns that resonate with particular life experiences. Taking responsibility empowers healing, while blame perpetuates suffering.

Drawing from decades of scientific research, Michael describes the work of IBM scientist Marcel Vogel, the DeLaWarr Camera, resonance, and the energetic nature of thought. Every thought generates measurable energy, and according to the law of resonance, compatible energy fields exchange information. He explains how unconscious family patterns may continue expressing themselves through generations until they are brought into awareness and transformed. Carl Jung’s observation that “until the unconscious becomes conscious, it will direct our lives and we will call it fate” becomes a central theme, illustrating why unconscious patterns repeatedly recreate the familiar “Why Is This Happening to Me Again?” experience.

Michael then presents one of the foundational distinctions of the Aramaic teachings: forgiveness is not pardoning another person. Pardon may release someone from blame, but forgiveness removes the energetic patterns within ourselves that generate pain, false perception, and recurring experiences. He explains that Yeshua taught physiology rather than theology. The Aramaic word translated as “forgive” refers to dissolving the energies that are “off the mark,” restoring Human Being to alignment with Love through conscious Breath. The conversation carefully contrasts this understanding with traditional Greek theological interpretations that focus primarily on moral pardon rather than inner transformation.

Donna and Michael explore how emotional reactions reveal unresolved material. If criticism produces no internal disturbance, little work may be needed. If painful reactions arise, they become opportunities to uncover inherited energetic patterns, possibly extending through many generations. Michael explains the Power Person dynamic, describing how children absorb spoken and unspoken emotional patterns during overwhelming experiences. These unconscious imprints later govern behavior under stress until they are consciously forgiven and removed through the Breath and the forgiveness process.

Shawn reflects on integrating silent prayer, meditation, A Course in Miracles, and Michael’s worksheets. Michael agrees that stillness is essential while emphasizing that the ultimate purpose is not merely quieting the mind but dissolving physiological resistance through conscious Breath. True StillPoint occurs when resistance softens, the mind releases its grip on carbon-based memory, and awareness opens directly into actuality rather than perception. The discussion highlights that meditation, forgiveness, and Breath work are complementary practices supporting the same movement into Presence.

The conversation concludes with a deeper exploration of Aramaic concepts frequently misunderstood in Greek translation. Michael explains prayer as becoming the energetic space that receives and expresses the active presence of Love rather than petitioning an external deity. Rakhma is described as the frontal lobe filter that maintains Human Life in alignment with Love, while forgiveness repeatedly dissolves unconscious patterns until they no longer shape perception. Susan beautifully summarizes the work by observing that every moment becomes a meditation through Breath. Any thought producing contraction is lovingly brought into awareness and transmuted, allowing Presence to replace perception. The program closes by celebrating respectful dialogue, shared inquiry, and the ancient practice of midrash—people sharpening one another’s understanding through sincere conversation and lived experience.

July 30

July 30, 2026 opens with a thought-provoking discussion comparing the Greek epic The Odyssey with the original Aramaic teachings of Yeshua. Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Kerry, Susan, Terry, and others explore the radically different messages of violence versus healing, examining whether true transformation comes through conquering enemies or by maintaining Human Life as active present Love. The conversation continually returns to the purpose of forgiveness, conscious Breath, and the restoration of the human mind to its natural state.

Michael reflects on seeing The Odyssey, observing that its central heroic message celebrates defeating enemies through violence, while Yeshua demonstrated the opposite by healing the servant whose arrest would ultimately lead to His crucifixion. Drawing on the Aramaic understanding of “Get behind me, Satan,” Michael explains that “Satan” refers to the mind functioning from carbon-based memory rather than the Breath of God. Yeshua’s instruction to Peter that “those who live by the sword die by the sword” becomes a timeless teaching that hostility ultimately destroys the one who embraces it. Rather than glorifying suffering, Michael emphasizes that Yeshua modeled maintaining Human Life regardless of circumstances through the continual activation of Rakhma, the gateway through which Love remains present in physiology.

Kerry offers a different perspective, viewing Odysseus’ journey symbolically as the soul confronting its own fear, rage, and trauma before returning Home to Love. This opens a respectful dialogue about multiple levels of interpretation. Michael acknowledges the symbolic value while maintaining that the film’s literal depiction of violence cannot serve as an effective pathway for people still deeply identified with hostility and fear. Susan contributes passages from A Course in Miracles, reframing the Holy Spirit as the Breath and describing revelation as arising when the mind returns to its original wholeness. Together the group explores how symbolic interpretation, direct experience, and Aramaic understanding can enrich one another while remaining grounded in practical healing.

The discussion deepens into the distinction between projection and healing. Michael explains that every violent act reflects carbon-based memory expressing itself through perception, while Yeshua consistently demonstrated another possibility: remaining fully connected to the Breath and extending healing even toward those perceived as enemies. Participants explore how people often “kill” aspects of themselves through rejection, projection, and condemnation, and how forgiveness offers another way by dissolving unconscious patterns instead of attacking them. Michael emphasizes that Greek mythology and later Greek interpretations of scripture transformed Yeshua’s practical teachings on physiology and forgiveness into intellectual theology, obscuring the original tools for healing.

The second half of the program shifts toward the transformative role of Breath. Terry shares his lifelong spiritual journey through meditation, recovery, mystical experiences, and decades of searching for truth. He describes discovering that while many traditions point toward the same destination, it was sustained Breath work that brought direct experience rather than intellectual understanding. Extended periods of StillPoint breathing opened profound states of awareness, presence, joy, and revelation that words cannot adequately describe. Michael affirms that forgiveness quiets the non-being mind, but Breath is the revealer that dissolves resistance and restores direct communion with the living Presence. He recounts decades of witnessing remarkable physical and emotional healing through Breath before fully understanding that revelation itself is Kerryd by the Breath rather than by concepts or teachings.

The program concludes by reminding listeners that guidance arises naturally when the mind releases its attachment to carbon-based memory and returns Home in the Breath. Participants reflect that true healing is not found in accumulating knowledge but in living from the direct experience of active present Love. The invitation is to breathe consciously, practice forgiveness until every unconscious pattern is dissolved, and allow the Breath to reveal the next step toward wholeness, wisdom, and joyful participation in Human Being.

Shawn@work, Hi everyone!: It’s like a description of electrical energy that needed routed and dissipated in a safe manner. Brain activity…

Shawn@work, Hi everyone!: She might be more interested in something like “Avatar, the last air bender.”  I’ve actually been impressed with it and not much tv impresses me

Kerry Leigh: She is reading from A Course in Miracles

Shawn@work, Hi everyone!: Ah. I’ve got the circle of atonement edition.

Susan Flueck: Reading Course in Miracles pg 73. I. The Invitation to the Holy Spirit (I replaced the term with breath) is what I was reading from.

July 31, 2026, Michael Ryce, Jeanie Ryce, Susan, Angie, Tammy, Kerry, Terry, and others explore the living experience of Breath, Rakhma, forgiveness, and healing through open dialogue, dreams, and personal transformation. The program begins with reflections on A Course in Miracles, emphasizing that the ego is simply a fearful thought and that true healing comes by remaining in the Breath. Susan shares an inner prompting to create a language update of A Course in Miracles that more accurately reflects the consciousness of the original teachings while Michael explains the significance of Rakhma, the Aramaic understanding of the active frontal lobe condition that sustains Human Life and fulfills Yeshua’s first law.

A moving discussion follows as Jeanie shares a dream in which she is instructed to “put on clothes,” leading to a reflection on putting on a new spiritual nature, living from Love, and allowing the Breath to restore the mind. The group discusses how willingness allows the Breath to reinterpret old thoughts and dissolve fear-based perception. The conversation naturally expands into generational healing, the role of ancestors, and the importance of restoring truth through forgiveness and conscious breathing rather than remaining trapped in inherited trauma.

Jeanie then shares a heartfelt conversation with granddaughter Arya that opened a beautiful opportunity to explain abuse, false beliefs, self-worth, and forgiveness in age-appropriate language. Using her own life experience, Jeanie explains how painful experiences can leave false conclusions that follow a person through life unless healed, and how forgiveness restores awareness of one’s true nature as Love. Michael reflects on how these simple conversations plant healthy templates for future generations and continue breaking cycles of inherited trauma through conscious parenting and grandparenting.

The discussion returns repeatedly to the symbolism of the garden, with participants comparing pulling weeds to removing false beliefs and unconscious patterns. The group reflects that life’s challenges function as teaching devices, inviting each person to remove what obstructs Love and return Home through Breath. Michael expands the metaphor by explaining that even weeds serve a purpose in restoring balance, illustrating how life’s difficulties become opportunities for healing when approached consciously.

The final portion of the program launches a new series as Susan begins working through the detailed Power Person Worksheet focused on shame, guilt, and blame. She openly shares her experiences with MindShifters, inherited family dynamics, and the discovery that deeply rooted patterns surface through honest writing and Breath work. Michael carefully walks through the opening principles of the worksheet, explaining projection, goals, carbon-based memory, forgiveness, and the difference between the Human Mind and the non-being mind. Susan identifies several power person pseudo-solutions that have operated in her life, including overthinking, controlling, fixing, and seeking approval, demonstrating how awareness becomes the first step toward genuine healing. The program concludes with the invitation for listeners to participate alongside Susan throughout the upcoming series by completing their own Power Person Worksheets and using the MindShifter, “It is safe, easy and healing to let go of shame, guilt, blame and breathe into Love in the presence of __________’s foibles.” as a practical tool for daily healing.

Camie Warning: Would someone put the MindShifter in the chat? Guilt is exactly what has been coming up for me the last few days
