Dr Tim will put yesterday and today’s shows on the Best of Audios at https://mindshifters-academy.org/best-of-audio-files/ In the August 1, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Jeanie and Dr. Michael Ryce hosted a powerful continuation of their forgiveness work with a listener named Julia, who had called back to complete the reality management worksheet she had begun the previous day. The session unfolded as a detailed, experiential walkthrough of the core forgiveness process, providing listeners with a live example of how to collapse painful perceptual constructs and access deep generational healing. Dr. Ryce explained how setting even a healthy, conscious goal—like “I want to feel wellness and joy in my body”—can trigger stored pain if it activates unresolved, inherited energy. The solution is not to give up the goal, but to cancel it temporarily to access and dissolve the corrupt data it triggers.Ryce introduced the Aramaic meaning of forgiveness—“to cancel, to let loose, or to untie”—and explained how canceling the goal collapses the perceptual construct that triggers pain, just as the World Trade Center towers collapsed into their footprint. This collapse opens access to denied parts of one’s carbon-based memory, the unconscious mind that holds generational trauma and replicates painful patterns. With love consciously held present, the goal is canceled not to deny it, but to dissolve the corrupted energy it activates. Julia expressed surprise at the intensity of the process and shared sensations of lightness, emotional release, and clarity. Ryce affirmed these experiences as evidence of healing, explaining how breathing deeply during this step signals active processing guided by the Rukha d’Koodsha—the feminine elemental force that undoes error and restores truth. The show also explored scriptural metaphors in new light. Dr. Ryce reframed the biblical 40 years in the desert as symbolic of the time it takes to awaken from unconscious patterns. The “old generation” that had to die off to enter the promised land referred not to people, but to generational causes and unresolved energy. Jeanie added her insight that people don’t manifest what they desire because of unconscious beliefs such as “I don’t deserve it,” which stem from family or cultural conditioning. She explained how these embedded patterns often originate from parental or ancestral beliefs about aging, sickness, or limitation.Ryce continued to stress the importance of persistent, repeated work—sometimes requiring hundreds of worksheets to reach the depth of a core generational pattern. He clarified that symptoms may recur not because healing has failed but because new layers are being accessed with each cycle. Julia resonated with this, noting that her mother had experienced similar symptoms and that she was clearly repeating family patterns. Jeanie affirmed that letting go of inherited beliefs—like expecting physical deterioration with age—was essential for true healing. As the process concluded, Dr. Ryce guided Julia through the final steps of the worksheet, including choosing new behavior aligned with love and gratitude, making new conscious goals, and canceling all past demands she had made for the same outcome from others. This opened a deeper release. Julia reported feeling lighter and more connected to love, even describing the experience as joyful and tear-filled in a good way. The episode ended with Ryce encouraging listeners to revisit this session repeatedly, noting that true transformation requires commitment, repetition, and willingness to face and heal deeply embedded energies. In the August 2, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie offered a deeply layered and passionate exploration of violence, insanity, forgiveness, resonance, and the true nature of love. The show followed a conversation between Dr. Ryce and a man named Richard, who was awakening to the devastating influence of generational beliefs, cultural conditioning, and unresolved emotional pain in shaping human behavior and relationships. The discussion began by challenging the normalization of violence in society—from verbal abuse in homes to systemic violence portrayed in the media—and traced it back to internal belief systems and unconscious patterns that often go unrecognized. Dr. Ryce explained how people are conditioned from birth to accept subtle violences—sarcasm, ridicule, suppression—as normal, which contributes to the widespread emotional numbness and disconnection we see today. He emphasized that peace is not merely an external condition but an internal state made possible through the active use of forgiveness tools. As the conversation deepened, the two men discussed the “file folder effect,” a powerful metaphor for how the mind operates based on resonance: words or events trigger specific files of stored emotional content, which then shape perception and behavior, often without conscious awareness. This automatic response mechanism was contrasted with true thinking, which involves conscious choice rather than programmed reaction. The show further delved into the concept that our minds are not free until they are grounded in love. Dr. Ryce defined love not as romantic sentiment or self-sacrifice, but as a condition of the mind characterized by peace, responsibility, and active healing. In contrast, a mind without love is vulnerable to manipulation, driven by fear, and capable of acting out distorted realities as though they are truth. The conversation traced how early teachings—such as “sex is dirty, save it for the one you love”—embed conflicting beliefs that create emotional chaos in adult relationships. Until these beliefs are forgiven, they continue to be acted out unconsciously, often resulting in pain, confusion, and violence. Richard courageously shared his own realizations, admitting that he had taken on abusive behaviors he had once experienced as a child, though he had never considered himself an abuser. Dr. Ryce pointed out that abuse often comes not from malice but from inherited confusion and emotional hardening. The program made it clear that by failing to do the inner work of forgiveness, individuals unknowingly pass these patterns to their children. However, healing oneself not only liberates the individual but breaks the cycle for future generations. A significant portion of the episode was spent examining the power of media and cultural influences in distorting the definition of love and in shaping behavior. From glamorized sex to religious guilt, distorted ideas of love were shown to be tools of manipulation that keep people disconnected from their true essence. Ryce invited listeners to reclaim love as their natural state, rooted in the Aramaic definition: not cooperation with abuse, but a condition of mind marked by tenderness, compassion, and truth. He presented forgiveness not as forgetting, but as a practice of removing false realities, allowing love to emerge in its natural form. The episode concluded with a powerful sense of hope and responsibility. Richard expressed that for the first time, he felt empowered to change not only his own life but the legacy passed on to his daughter. Ryce affirmed that the tools of this work—especially forgiveness—offer each person the opportunity to stop the cycle of pain and to return to a life of conscious, active, present love. Healing, he reminded everyone, happens not by accident but through dedication to doing the inner work required to remove what is not love. YouTube https://youtu.be/vRLmb7GAINE |

Prayers for Bob in Australia – he got a tick bite and it impacted his immune system and he is in the hospital.
In the August 3, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Jeanie and Dr. Michael Ryce hosted a richly emotional and deeply insightful show exploring the energetic impact of trauma, spiritual awakening, and the power of forgiveness as a means to reclaim one’s true identity as love. The episode opened with a reflection on how listening alone creates brain cells and brings new energy into the collective field. Dr. Ryce described the way revolutionary inventions have emerged simultaneously across the globe, showing that when a new frequency or idea enters the field, it becomes accessible to all who are open to it. He emphasized the importance of doing the inner work, even if the effort seems small, because each person contributes to the elevation of global consciousness. The program included an emotionally powerful call from a listener named Lisa, who has been struggling with Bell’s palsy and shared her physical and emotional experiences. Lisa expressed embarrassment, stress, and feelings of deep loneliness linked to an incident involving financial strain and the desire to present herself as “perfect” to a chiropractor friend. Dr. Ryce guided her through identifying the root energy, helping her uncover that the underlying emotional energy was not just embarrassment but a fear of rejection and a belief in needing to appear perfect to be accepted. He offered her a specific mind shifter: “It is safe and healing for me to go out into the world with Bell’s palsy and be totally, completely proud and accepting of who I am.” Lisa acknowledged a sensation in her stomach, identifying the physical location of the blocked energy she needed to work on. The conversation turned to deeper insights into energetic imbalance, with Lisa sharing that her acupuncturists diagnosed her with an “injury of the wind,” a concept in Eastern medicine tied to disharmonious energy movements. Ryce acknowledged the five-element theory in Taoist medicine, agreeing that disturbances in energy such as wind, heat, or water can affect physical health. However, he emphasized that these imbalances should be addressed holistically—through emotional work, breath, and forgiveness—not just physical interventions. He encouraged Lisa to forgive the mind’s creation of loneliness, explaining that loneliness is not an inevitable experience but a construct that can be healed. As the show moved into the final segment, Jeanie read from the last chapter of Michael Singer’s The Untethered Soul, titled “The Loving Eyes of God.” The chapter discussed the transformation that happens when one moves beyond ego identity and reconnects with the divine. Dr. Ryce interjected with key clarifications, rejecting the idea that healing is about distancing from parts of the mind. Instead, he offered the Aramaic perspective: true healing involves moving into conscious, loving relationship with all parts of the self, even those carrying pain, fear, or trauma. He reminded listeners that God is not a distant mystery but is love itself, and that everyone has experienced moments of divine presence through love, even if fleeting. He shared a powerful story of Catholic archbishops who, after attending one of his workshops, questioned whether it could really be that simple—that God is love, and that reclaiming our identity as love is the key to healing. Ryce firmly stated that proclaiming ourselves as sinners, especially in front of thousands, is a dangerous distortion of truth and contributes to widespread spiritual illness. He closed with a strong call to reject the inherited lies that we are broken or unworthy and instead begin each day by declaring the truth: “I, [your name], who am love.” The episode ended with a reminder that we are not here to separate from our pain but to embrace it in the active presence of love, and that the true act of forgiveness is the removal of false constructs, restoring the self to its divine, loving origin. Be-Attitude audios discussion with Mark Hattas and michael. https://whyagain.org/beatitudes/Aramaicisms with Dale Hoffman https://whyagain.org/aramaicisms/ In the August 4, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Jeanie and Dr. Michael Ryce offered a profoundly heartfelt and spiritually grounded conversation on the true nature of love, the illusion of separation, and the power of forgiveness to restore human dignity and divine connection. The show began with an announcement about BlogTalkRadio’s new “Direct Connect” feature, giving listeners easier ways to tune in and interact. Jeanie expressed gratitude for the community’s attentiveness, especially those who alert her to any technical or scheduling errors. She then introduced Dr. Ryce and shifted into a deeply emotional moment: the sudden passing of their daughter-in-law Jamie’s father, a kind and skilled woodworker who died in a tragic accident in his workshop. The family was grieving, especially Jamie, who had already experienced the loss of her mother as a child. The hosts invited the audience to hold space in love for the family during this time of profound loss. This invitation to “hold the space” set the tone for the show’s main theme—restoring the truth of human identity as love. Dr. Ryce emphasized that functioning from hostility or fear is not human; to be truly human is to be the active, present presence of love. He explained that most of society has forgotten what it means to live as a human being, having become conditioned to function in non-human energetic states rooted in generational trauma. The work of MindShifters Radio, he said, is to support the return to human life, to heal from pain and restore the truth of who we are. He spoke of every interaction—no matter how traumatic—as an opportunity to undo the false identity formed in fear and reawaken to love. Jeanie followed this message with a reading from the closing chapter of Michael Singer’s The Untethered Soul, titled “The Loving Eyes of God.” The reading highlighted the mystical realization of oneness, expressed across many spiritual traditions. Singer described the transformation of the heart when one moves closer to divine consciousness: judgment disappears, replaced by appreciation, reverence, and unconditional compassion. Dr. Ryce paused throughout the reading to offer clarifications rooted in Aramaic understanding. He made an important distinction between being love versus doing love, a distinction often missed in spiritual teachings. He explained that love is not something we perform or extend as a verb, but rather our true state of being. Attempts to “do love” create confusion and strain. When we live from the experience of ourselves as love, the world around us transforms naturally and powerfully. The episode included a discussion of the “love exchange” practice used in workshops and intensives, where two people sit facing each other and exchange conscious presence through the eyes. Jeanie described powerful experiments showing the emotional and energetic impact of simply gazing into another’s eyes in silence. She recounted how strangers from different cultures and religions cried and embraced after such experiences, demonstrating how human connection can transcend judgment and perception. Dr. Ryce encouraged listeners to reclaim this form of conscious contact as a path to healing. The episode closed with a rich philosophical reflection on Plato’s Allegory of the Cave. Ryce used it as a metaphor for the mental constructs that keep people in darkness—believing in shadows of perception instead of the light of actuality. He paralleled this with the forgiveness process: when one cancels a goal, the perceptual construct collapses, revealing the light of truth. Yet, just like a cave-dweller is blinded when brought into sunlight, many resist this clarity at first. It takes time, practice, and commitment to step out of the mental cave and into the light of love. But once a person has tasted it, they begin to dissolve generational pain and reorient their physiology to its true nature—love. YouTube https://youtu.be/IMl4zwOev2Q |

Dr Tim read from “You Better Be Lightning” by Andrea Gibson on holding the record for goosebumps
Habit formation can be 59 to 70 days – we speak of 40 days in the desert Michelangelo statue of David, he said David was always there he just had to remove everything else that was not David Go to https://whyagain.org/global-online-book-club-acim/ for the Course done for the Global Book Club. Especially “What is the World” 3-1/2 hr video https://youtu.be/hrC0kl0FAQA In the August 7, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie addressed the themes of grief, healing, perception, and forgiveness with heartfelt vulnerability and deep spiritual clarity. The show began with a somber acknowledgment of the passing of Jamie Ryce’s father, Milton Jamison, who was tragically killed in a woodworking accident. Jeanie invited listeners to hold Jamie and the entire family in the energy of love, recognizing the courage and grace Jamie demonstrated as she guided her six older brothers in a meditation of remembrance and love at the site of the accident. This real-life example led Dr. Ryce into a profound teaching on how perception creates suffering, and how forgiveness dismantles the perceptual constructs that cause pain. He emphasized that forgiveness in the Aramaic sense means “to cancel” a goal. When a person cancels the goal that generated their emotional pain, they can collapse the entire perceptual structure, access the core thought disorder it’s built on, and dissolve it with the conscious presence of love. He used Michelangelo’s quote—”David was always in the marble; I just removed what wasn’t him”—to illustrate how forgiveness removes all that is not our true self. Ryce clarified that forgiveness is not about pardoning others but about removing the internal barriers to experiencing love and truth. The show further explored how the perceptual mind creates a false world based on generational conditioning and past trauma. Dr. Ryce explained that what we see “out there” is actually a projection of the unresolved content within our own minds. Using teachings from A Course in Miracles, he described the egoic mind as a skill that constructs images, illusions, and suffering based on goals, beliefs, and denial. True forgiveness, then, is not about others but about reclaiming the hidden parts of ourselves and removing false constructs that perpetuate pain. Throughout the broadcast, Jeanie and Dr. Ryce engaged with several callers. Julia called in to discuss her experience using the forgiveness worksheet and shared how she initially felt resistance and confusion, particularly at step six, which asks how perception has changed after canceling the goal. Dr. Ryce affirmed that this step can feel unfamiliar at first but emphasized that real perceptual shifts do occur with practice. He shared a personal story about a dramatic shift he once experienced in which he could no longer even remember how he constructed a painful narrative about another person after canceling the underlying goal. Jeanie encouraged Julia to trust the process and reminded listeners that forgiveness is a skill that must be practiced repeatedly to master. Another caller, Audrey, had an “aha” moment realizing that the forgiveness process is not just emotional but alchemical—a creative act of transformation that brings dominion over the earth, as referenced in ancient spiritual texts. Ryce affirmed this, connecting it to the Aramaic meaning of “replenish the earth,” which means to complete the creative process. He explained that through forgiveness, we undo what is false and return to our divine purpose as love in action. Later, a caller named Dan shared his struggles with relationship grief and the internal projections that made him feel cut off from his own innocence. Dr. Ryce guided him gently, affirming that doing worksheets on self is a powerful step toward reclaiming parts of himself that had been denied or disowned. He explained how the mind projects unresolved beliefs and creates illusions, but with forgiveness and breathing, these projections can be collapsed and healed. The show ended with a moving story from another listener who was able to introduce forgiveness tools to a grieving family member during a reunion, demonstrating the ripple effect of sharing healing technologies. Dr Tim spoke on experiences and then discusses with Susan saying “I am done with that!” is a signal you are not.
In the August 8, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Jeanie and Dr. Michael Ryce continued to deepen the community conversation around healing through awareness, responsibility, and the Aramaic concept of forgiveness. The show opened with Audrey, a vibrant and grateful 82-year-old listener, calling in to share her personal journey of transformation. She described how her life had shifted from being consumed by negative perceptions to overflowing with appreciation. Audrey reflected on her early life challenges, including a sudden onset of polio as a child, and how she once viewed these experiences as burdens but now sees them as sacred opportunities for awakening. Her joyful attitude and humor exemplified the fruit of persistent inner work. As Dr. Ryce joined the conversation, he shared insights into how the human mind constructs “realities” from unconscious pain, then projects those stories onto others as a form of blame. He emphasized the importance of stepping back to become the observer—the thinker apart from the thought, the feeler apart from the feeling, the actor apart from the action. Ryce described how the mind will often create entire false narratives, supported by fabricated “evidence,” just to avoid taking ownership of internal pain. This mental process, he said, leads to distorted relationships and prolonged suffering. The antidote is forgiveness—not pardoning someone else for their behavior, but actively removing the goal or perception that triggered the pain, thereby collapsing the false construct and exposing the root energy for healing. The episode deepened when Jamuna called in from Hawaii, expressing her resonance with the idea that the ego uses past guilt as ammunition once blame toward others is abandoned. Ryce confirmed that once the mind stops projecting externally, it often turns that same judgment inward, creating internal shame and self-blame. He explained that these are also hallucinations built on “false evidence appearing real,” or FEAR. The true healing begins when we no longer accept these fear-based constructs as real, and instead collapse them using the Aramaic tool of canceling goals. Jamuna affirmed her commitment to doing the forgiveness work and shared that she had printed more worksheets and had the HeartLand Aramaic Forgiveness app in regular use. The conversation expanded further when Melinda called in to express how the Aramaic teachings provide a grounded, spiritually rich foundation beneath her traditional Christian upbringing. She praised the work of Ryce, Jeanie, and Dr. Tim Hayes, saying their combined efforts have created an “unbeatable team.” Melinda expressed her appreciation for the integration of forgiveness with scripture and offered to share her personal blessings poem, which she had rewritten to align more closely with Aramaic teachings. Her gratitude was also tied to a recent breakthrough into thankfulness rather than complaint—a transformation she credited to the consistent application of the forgiveness tools. Monica, another longtime listener, joined the show to ask about the difficulty of forgiving oneself. She explained that while it had become easier for her to release others from blame, she struggled with internalized stories rooted in childhood. Ryce responded by explaining how these self-beliefs are often implanted by a power person—someone the child sees as godlike—before the child has the capacity for logic or self-defense. These messages become thought disorders, embedded so deeply that they seem like absolute truths. He recommended the 12-step Power Person Worksheet to unravel these beliefs and emphasized the need to recognize that just because something feels true doesn’t mean it is. Often, the child’s mind adopts blame to preserve the illusion of parental perfection, and healing requires questioning those early stories with courage. Ryce also gave Magda a mind shifter: “It is safe and healing—and I always received approval from my power person when I questioned her.” Magda acknowledged that questioning authority had led to disapproval and even punishment, but recognized how powerful this belief had become. Their dialogue touched on the documentary Shiny Happy People, which they both agreed demonstrated extreme examples of authoritarian family systems that reinforce these internalized distortions from infancy. The show ended with a compelling philosophical reflection on the various levels of the mind. Audrey returned briefly to suggest that stories originate in different cognitive layers—pre-conscious, subconscious, and conscious—and that most emotional constructs are programmed before logical reasoning develops. Ryce affirmed the importance of integration, and though the show ended abruptly due to time, the conversations were rich with insight, compassion, and an invitation for listeners to deepen their personal healing journey. Second hour of the radioshow is prerecorded of the reading of the Why Again book – 5th hour
In the August 9, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie engaged in a deep and expansive dialogue about the nature of healing, perception, forgiveness, and what it means to awaken from the illusions of the mind. The broadcast focused heavily on the concept of the “healing crisis”—a period where suppressed energies emerge to be felt and released. Dr. Ryce explained that old emotional, mental, or physical energies, once suppressed, don’t disappear but become stored in tissue. When someone becomes willing to heal, those energies are re-experienced as if they are happening in the present. These symptoms—whether physical pain, depression, or resurfacing thought patterns—are not setbacks but signs of progress, signaling that the system is clearing out what no longer serves. The key, according to Ryce, is the “cosmic grease” of willingness. Willingness allows one to lean into discomfort and trust the process, even when old pain emerges. This willingness opens the gateway to true forgiveness, a process grounded in Aramaic understanding—not pardoning others, but canceling the internal goals and beliefs that create suffering. Ryce emphasized that all experiences generated through the mind are filtered through the past. The mind, likened to a computer, only draws from its stored data, which he called the “has-been.” This limited archive of memory projects meaning onto present experience, creating false interpretations of reality. Until a person becomes conscious of these filters, they will continue to recreate painful patterns. He illustrated this dynamic with an exercise from his workshops, where participants are instructed to follow a simple direction—such as “put your right hand on your ear.” While everyone follows the instruction, the response is not from Ryce’s direction itself but from the mind’s past interpretation of those words. If someone had been taught differently—like believing a nose was an ear—they would act accordingly, showing that responses are not based on current events but on prior conditioning. This demonstration underscores how the mind’s perception is not truth, but merely projected meaning from past experiences. The episode also explored the process of awakening, which Ryce described as moving beyond the “dead past” into the actuality of the present. He distinguished between reality, which is the mind’s internal output, and actuality, which is the ever-unfolding moment of truth outside the mind’s filters. Ryce explained that most people live in the projection of past wounds and beliefs and must consciously choose to step out of the mind’s distortions. This awakening is not instantaneous but occurs in layers, as one applies forgiveness to dissolve unresolved content from the unconscious. Breathing was highlighted as a vital tool in this process. Ryce pointed out that most people unconsciously hold their breath when confronting painful thoughts or emotions, locking awareness into the narrow framework of the past. Conscious breathing opens access to the present and helps release the “drag-ons” and inner “demons”—disintegrative thought complexes built from unresolved trauma. He emphasized that staying present and breathing through these moments allows one to forgive and release old realities, including deeply embedded beliefs like “I’m stupid” or “I don’t deserve love.” The second half of the show walked through a step-by-step breakdown of the Reality Management Worksheet. Dr. Ryce guided the fictional character Richard through the process, beginning with identifying a trigger—in this case, a long-standing belief of being unloved compared to his sister. Through the worksheet, Richard came to realize that it was not the sister or past events causing pain but his own repetitive thought of “she had it easier.” Changing the thought from resentment to compassion shifted the emotion from anger to delight, demonstrating how perception is entirely self-generated. Ultimately, Ryce emphasized that true forgiveness is an act of internal correction. It involves canceling the unconscious goals and beliefs that sustain projections of blame, fear, or guilt. The episode concluded by reminding listeners that spiritual tools must be practiced regularly and with patience. The path to awakening is not about suppressing pain or being “perfect,” but about embracing the work of cleansing the mind of everything less than love. YouTube https://youtu.be/NGR3K7ACWA4 |

Caller Susan, holding onto a belief that I won’t survive the loss of this relationship. And if I let go I will survive but I won’t be alive. See those beliefs with clarity. Can’t see them if we don’t face it. Dr Tim offered the MindShifter: “It is safe and healing for me to look at everything I think will destroy me.”
In the August 10, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie delivered a comprehensive and deeply philosophical exploration of perception, forgiveness, spiritual awakening, and the transformation of generational trauma. The episode opened with Jeanie explaining a brief absence due to a chiropractor appointment, and Dr. Ryce affirming the importance of replaying older episodes, noting that hearing the same message with newly built brain cells often allows listeners to receive deeper insights they previously missed. He emphasized that we can only perceive what we have the internal capacity—what he calls brain cells—to understand, echoing the Aramaic interpretation of Yeshua’s teaching that true comprehension requires “the eyes to see and the ears to hear.” Dr. Ryce expanded on the foundational principle that what we perceive as reality is merely the structured output of our own minds—what A Course in Miracles calls false perception. He introduced the distinction between “reality,” which is the projection of the mind based on carbon-based memory and past experiences, and “actuality,” which exists independent of our mental constructs. He recounted his meeting with scientist Bob Beck, who helped solidify this understanding, and emphasized that spiritual growth involves collapsing false realities and allowing the mind of love—what scripture calls the “mind of Christ”—to write new meaning onto our consciousness. This process, according to Ryce, is not religious but deeply practical and accessible to anyone willing to do the inner work of forgiveness. A major theme of the episode was the role of carbon-based memory in generating generational cycles of pain and distortion. Ryce discussed how most people live out the unresolved traumas of their ancestors, trapped in what scripture metaphorically calls the “mind of man” or “666”—the number associated with carbon atoms and memory storage. He explained that unless we engage in the forgiveness process to cancel goals and collapse these perceptual constructs, we remain bound by those inherited distortions. He made clear that forgiveness is not about letting others off the hook but about removing the internal pain that drives false perception and reactive behavior. The conversation with a caller named Dusty brought further insight. Dusty reflected on the repeated patterns within religious traditions and how they often reinforce mistakes rather than transforming them. Ryce responded with a reframing of the word “altar” (alter) as a symbol for inner transformation, highlighting that true spirituality is about daily inner reinvention, not ritual repetition. Dusty appreciated this and shared how he’s been breathing through life’s hardest impacts, praising the stillpoint breathing practice as essential to his survival and growth. The show also included a dialogue on science and spirituality, particularly around the revelations from the James Webb Telescope and statements made by physicist Michio Kaku. Ryce and the callers discussed how scientific paradigms like the Big Bang theory are now being reconsidered, and how awakening to love and truth requires breaking free not only from religious dogma but from scientific dogma as well. This tied back into the theme that true awakening is about freeing oneself from all inherited constructs—whether religious, scientific, or personal—and stepping into direct experience through love. Ryce concluded the show by teaching about the power person dynamic, explaining how early childhood relationships with figures who had more power than we did create internalized behaviors that govern our reactions under stress. He detailed how unresolved power person dynamics drive codependent relationships, generate conflict, and perpetuate suffering across generations. The solution, he emphasized, is consistent forgiveness work that removes the internal distortions and allows one to reconnect with actuality and the mind of love. The episode ended with an invitation for all listeners to do this deep inner work, freeing themselves from inherited patterns and reclaiming their birthright as love incarnate. In the August 11, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Jeanie and Dr. Michael Ryce delivered an expansive and profound exploration into the nature of death, perception, mind energy, and the transformative power of forgiveness. The show began with Jeanie sharing a comforting poem titled “Death is Nothing at All” by Henry Scott Holland, which she had passed along to their daughter-in-law Jamie after the recent passing of Jamie’s father. The poem, which describes death as merely a shift into another room or realm, offered a powerful segue into the show’s main theme—that death is not final but rather a change in presence. Jeanie reflected on the poem’s emotional impact and its message that connection remains unbroken across dimensions. Dr. Ryce built upon this with the Aramaic teaching that the word “dead” means “present elsewhere,” not “gone” or “over.” He emphasized that how we condition children to perceive absence—through sorrow, missing, and grief—actually imprints trauma that can last a lifetime. He argued that brainwashing a child to “miss” someone rather than understand they are “present elsewhere” introduces unnecessary suffering and can be avoided through conscious communication. He then transitioned into a deep dive on Bruce Lipton’s work, particularly the idea that genes are not the brain of the cell but its reproductive mechanism, and that receptor sites on cells are what determine their behavior. Lipton’s findings support the Aramaic understanding that mind energy—not DNA—is what shapes our biology. Dr. Ryce discussed how thoughts produce neuropeptides, which land on receptor sites of cells, influencing them to express or suppress certain genes. Dr Bruce Lipton “How Our Genes Listen to our Beliefs” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7VW68nQPMfQ This mind energy, when repeated over time, becomes flesh. Thus, the idea that “in the beginning was the word” is more accurately translated from the Aramaic as “in the beginning was the mind energy” or “willed action,” and it is this energy that becomes the body. He challenged the Westernized, Greek-influenced distortions of spiritual teachings, pointing out that Churchianity has often confused metaphor with literal interpretation. He stressed that we must take responsibility for the energy we produce and recognize that the structure of our lives, our bodies, and our relationships is shaped by our own energetic output. The conversation then turned to the practical tool of forgiveness. Ryce reiterated that forgiveness, in its Aramaic origin, means to “cancel”—specifically, to cancel the goals that produce perceptual constructs leading to pain. He explained that we are never upset unless a goal is blocked. Once a goal is canceled, the structure of perception collapses, exposing the underlying pain. If love is brought to that pain, it dissolves. He provided a clear five-minute framework: when triggered, identify the goal, cancel it, bring love to what surfaces, and allow healing. He emphasized that forgiveness is not about letting someone else off the hook, but about removing the internal energy that creates suffering. Jeanie and Ryce also touched on the idea that cellular replication does not degrade due to copying errors over time, but rather due to the repeated input of destructive mind energy—called “sin” in Aramaic, meaning off-target energy. By removing these off-target energies, the original perfect pattern of the cell can continue replicating accurately. Ryce closed the show with a strong call to action, asking listeners if they are ready to give up their membership in the “one-world religion of blame” and become conscious creators of their lives. The invitation was clear: if we want health and transformation, we must take responsibility for every piece of energy we hold, forgive what never belonged, and build a new life from the energy of love. But while most cells are regenerated, the processes involved become progressively unreliable over time. In particular, the DNA carrying the instructions for cell processes becomes damaged, eventually preventing any more cell division. The result is the increasing level of decrepitude we call ageing. https://www.sciencefocus.com/the-human-body/if-our-body-cells-are-replaced-why-do-we-age michael said it was the mind energy that degrades it over time. Remove those degrading energies and a perfect cell comes back. It is the overlays. Time is Not Toxic https://whyagain.org/time-is-not-toxic/ YouTube https://youtu.be/0VodlxETo2M |

Hosted by Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie opened with gratitude for the opportunity to broadcast again, acknowledging how rare such disruptions have been since the show’s inception in 2011. Dr. Ryce used the opportunity to reflect on a personal experience involving a violent movie, The Island, which challenged his previous avoidance of violent media. Guided intuitively to view the film, he discovered that such experiences could activate internal beliefs and unresolved patterns, providing opportunities for deep inner work through forgiveness. He emphasized the practice he and Jeanie use after viewing intense films—inviting anything that resonates to surface for healing in sleep or waking awareness.
A major theme of the show was the destructive belief that love or a loving creator could create hell. Dr. Ryce passionately challenged this idea, calling it one of the greatest lies humanity has been told. He explained how the Aramaic understanding of hell is simply a state of separation from love, not a divine punishment. He illustrated how harmful it is to internalize the message that one is unlovable and then be sent into the world to find someone to love or be loved by, when in truth, each person is already the active presence of love. The real healing work, he asserted, is not external—it’s the internal task of reclaiming one’s identity as love through conscious forgiveness and dismantling inherited emotional patterns. Dr. Ryce discussed the importance of holding the conditions—physiological, mental, and emotional—that allow love to be called forth. He explained that trauma and terror cannot touch the true being, just as AM radio cannot receive FM signals—they are fundamentally different energetic frequencies. A powerful testimony was shared of a man who had lived in trauma for over fifty years and, after extensive forgiveness work, was finally able to experience the presence of love in every cell of his body. Jeanie and Dr. Ryce took calls from listeners, including Roma in Maui, who was recovering from the emotional devastation of recent fires. Roma described the overwhelming grief and shock on the island and how her ability to stay present and feel normal was returning. Dr. Ryce commended her for being a space of healing and invited her to see her own shifting perception as part of the larger healing process. Another caller, Susan, offered a testimonial about the Avacyn device, sharing how it significantly improved a friend’s hand mobility and reduced swelling. Dr. Ryce elaborated on the Avacen’s health benefits, particularly its ability to enhance circulation and reduce inflammation through warmed blood. The conversation turned philosophical again when Susan asked about letting go of old journals and memories. Dr. Ryce reflected on A Course in Miracles’ suggestion that memory can block the awareness of love’s presence. He encouraged her to consider that perhaps forgetting painful or limiting stories may open space for a deeper presence of love. As they closed the show, he offered a profound reminder that even the deepest generational traumas can be transformed when a person is willing to face and forgive them, inviting everyone to become conduits of healing not only for themselves, but for humanity and the planet. 1st hour is a prerecorded show with Dr Tim and Michelle and Rachel (from December 2013)
The central teaching of the show centered on a refined understanding of the power person dynamic, which Dr. Ryce described as the underlying driver of most human distress. He explained how these dynamics typically begin in childhood when a person of authority—usually a parent—is not functioning as love and acts in unjust or unfair ways, creating perceptions of threat or survival in the child. These experiences become internalized as belief systems and behavioral patterns, later activated during times of stress. He introduced a new concept of a “passive power person dynamic,” where no direct message is given, but the situation triggers a limiting belief about oneself. These beliefs and behaviors are then reinforced over time, especially under duress. Dr. Ryce emphasized that stress is not caused by external circumstances but by the activation of internalized goals that conflict with present reality. These unconscious goals drive the automatic decision-making system and trigger old behaviors based on the power person dynamic. He stressed that the key to interrupting this pattern lies in forgiveness, specifically the Aramaic process of canceling goals to collapse painful perceptual constructs and reduce stress. This allows access to deeper, healed aspects of the mind and blocks the automatic triggering of destructive behaviors. The show further explored a list of pseudo-solutions people unconsciously adopt when their power person dynamics are activated. These include trying to be right, blaming others, controlling situations, fixing people, escaping, or accumulating possessions to prove worthiness. Dr. Ryce carefully explained how each pseudo-solution results in the loss of one’s human experience of love and the adoption of a false, non-being identity. He challenged listeners to abandon these illusions and return to functioning from the “mind of Christ,” the state of conscious, active, present love that each human is designed to live in. He clarified that the so-called “antichrist” is not a person but a state of being that pulls one away from love, driven by stress and memory stored in the carbon-based structure of the body. Jeanie also provided updates on their Course in Miracles study group and celebrated the functionality of the HeartLand Aramaic Forgiveness app. A caller, Susan, shared heartfelt gratitude for the app’s design and its power in helping her through emotional challenges. She described using the app to process relationship dynamics and situations with compassion and mindfulness, recognizing how the tools enabled her to meet difficult circumstances with clarity and love. Dr. Ryce reaffirmed the importance of using the full spectrum of tools available—worksheets, breathing, commitment exercises, and journaling—to break out of habitual suffering and false solutions. As the episode concluded, Dr. Ryce reminded listeners that understanding and identifying the goals behind their emotional pain is essential. When people can determine who their power person is in a given situation and what goal is being activated, they can access deep healing through forgiveness. The entire broadcast underscored the urgency of moving out of habitual mental patterns and re-centering in love to reclaim the true human experience. YouTube https://youtu.be/lqQd3ik-KhQ |

1st hour is a prerecorded show with Dr Tim giving a summary of the work from 12/30/2015
2nd hour hosted by Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie explored the nuances of emotional healing through Aramaic forgiveness and discussed how deeply embedded thought patterns influence human perception and behavior. Dr. Ryce opened by emphasizing that the show’s primary purpose is to support listeners in healing their minds, especially by exposing and dismantling the unconscious beliefs that drive suffering. He underscored that when something “shows up” in one’s awareness, whether through external events or internal reactions, it is an opportunity for healing—not to be denied or pushed aside, but embraced with willingness and presence. Dr. Ryce described the “power person” dynamic as a foundational concept in their work. It explains how experiences with authority figures who did not function as love in early life set up patterns that influence reactions in adulthood, especially under stress. He guided listeners to become aware of how these dynamics can subtly dominate current relationships and interactions, particularly when unrecognized. By tracing emotional responses back to their roots in childhood experiences and canceling the goals tied to them, people can collapse false perceptions and reclaim their true identity as love. The act of canceling goals, he reminded the audience, is not passive—it’s an intentional intervention that dismantles the illusion created by unresolved trauma. Jeanie contributed by reading a message from a listener who shared a powerful example of doing the inner work. The listener realized how her interpretations of events were rooted in old hurts and stories, which she had carried unconsciously. Her experience illustrated the core principle that projection is often a defense against painful beliefs about oneself, and only through honest self-inquiry can one begin to reclaim presence and clarity. Jeanie echoed Dr. Ryce’s teaching that journaling, breathing, and using the forgiveness worksheets are essential tools for maintaining awareness and shifting out of conditioned patterns. The show also touched on the philosophical depth of the Aramaic teachings, particularly around the meaning of sin, forgiveness, and perception. Dr. Ryce explained that the traditional concept of “sin” is a mistranslation and that the original Aramaic word refers to being off the mark—out of alignment with love. Forgiveness, therefore, is not about pardoning others but about correcting one’s own internal distortions that block the awareness of love’s presence. He emphasized that everything in the perceptual system is generated from within, and thus healing is always an internal process, not something dependent on the external world. Throughout the episode, Dr. Ryce reinforced the distinction between the conscious spiritual being and the unconscious carbon-based memory system that plays out reactive patterns. He reminded listeners that genuine healing requires persistence and courage, and that the active presence of love must be called forth moment by moment. The broadcast ended with a note of empowerment, encouraging each person to take full responsibility for their emotional healing journey and trust in the process of forgiveness to restore the truth of who they are. 1st hour is a prerecorded show with Dr Tim interviewing Guy Finley
2nd hour hosted by Dr. Michael Ryce continues the in-depth exploration of the power person dynamic as a foundational component in the shift from co-dependence to interdependence. He discusses the development of a newly expanded 14-page Power Person worksheet, which emerged from two recent intensive workshops conducted via Zoom. This tool has evolved from the original single-page format and now incorporates extensive inquiry into the unconscious behaviors and thought disorders that stem from early power person relationships. Dr. Ryce emphasizes that under stress, individuals tend to unconsciously replicate or resist the harmful behaviors modeled by their power person—someone who had more power than them at a critical time and was not functioning as love. The intensive includes a personal code evaluation based on a modified MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory), identifying areas where individuals are blocked by their own self-created rules. The aim is to break through these patterns by identifying pseudo-solutions such as denial, dissociation, rage, and avoidance, and to replace them with responsible communication and conscious awareness. The process helps participants dismantle the misperceptions and stories they tell themselves about their power person or themselves, which are often rooted in unconscious shame or trauma. Dr. Ryce also underscores the importance of recognizing that all behaviors, particularly those resisted by others or ourselves, are forms of communication. Through journaling and inquiry, one can uncover the underlying goals and emotional motivations behind these behaviors. He guides listeners to identify goals they might be unconsciously pursuing, such as seeking safety or approval, and suggests canceling these goals as a way to regain mental clarity and emotional regulation. The discussion includes insights into sympathetic dominance, where stress cuts off blood flow to the frontal lobes, diminishing one’s capacity for reason and reinforcing emotional reactivity. The call-in portion of the show features a heartfelt dialogue with a grandmother concerned about her grandson’s obsessive-compulsive tendencies, particularly in his relationship with his father. Dr. Ryce offers guidance on addressing OCD as a thought disorder linked to unresolved goals and generational trauma. He emphasizes the transformative power of identifying and canceling these goals and holding space for healing, both individually and across family lines. The show concludes with a reminder that true healing requires persistent self-inquiry and the courage to face generational pain with forgiveness and presence. YouTube https://youtu.be/2lMagA64img |

1st hour is a prerecorded show with Dr Tim interviewing Laura McKowen, author of “Push Off From Here: 9 Essential Truths to Get You Through Life” (her story, her experience, published 2020, a modern exploration of addiction that offers nine foundational building blocks every person at any stage of sobriety can use) and “We Are the Luckiest: The Surprising Magic of a Sober Life” about the luckiest club community.
2nd hour hosted by Dr. Michael Ryce continues his detailed discussion on the power person dynamic, linking it to unconscious thought disorders and the foundational roots of human suffering. Dr. Ryce explained that when individuals face stress, particularly in situations that resonate with unresolved childhood experiences, the behavior of the power person is often re-enacted unconsciously. This happens because the brain accesses past neural pathways tied to unresolved fear, hurt, or trauma. The mind then interprets the present moment through the lens of that past experience, distorting perception and perpetuating dysfunctional patterns. A major focus of the show was the revised 14-page Power Person worksheet, a deep self-inquiry tool that evolved from the intensives recently conducted by Dr. Ryce. This worksheet enables individuals to explore how the power person shaped their unconscious rules, decisions, and coping mechanisms. He stressed that many people, without realizing it, have made internal vows to never be like their power person, yet under stress, they unconsciously replicate the very behaviors they resisted. The goal of the work is to bring these dynamics to awareness so that true healing and change can occur. Dr. Ryce emphasized the value of the Aramaic forgiveness process in breaking the cycle of reactive behavior. He guided listeners to understand how canceling goals helps collapse the perceptual constructs created by unresolved emotional pain. By removing the goal, the mind’s stress response quiets, allowing for clearer perception and the restoration of the presence of love. He reiterated that the healing process is not about fixing others but about correcting one’s own internal distortions and responses. During the show, Jeanie read from a message sent by a listener who expressed gratitude for the clarity that the worksheets and forgiveness tools provided. The listener described how, after completing the new Power Person worksheet, they saw long-standing relational dynamics in a new light and were able to feel a profound sense of release. Dr. Ryce affirmed this testimonial as evidence of how deep inquiry, paired with consistent practice, can result in emotional liberation and restored relational integrity. The episode closed with a reminder that each person’s work in healing inherited patterns and forgiving power person wounds not only transforms their life but contributes to the healing of the collective. Dr. Ryce invited all listeners to continue the practice of self-observation, goal cancellation, and forgiveness as a daily discipline to dissolve internal blocks to love and restore the true essence of being. 1st hour is a prerecorded show with Dr Tim interviewing Pierre Pradervand from 5/8/2023 talks about “Gentle Art of Spiritual Discernment: A Guide to Discovering Your Personal Path” and talked about Pierre’s book “Messages of Life from Death Row” about Roger McGowen the inmate who has declared his innocence and moved from rage at the system and victimhood to compassion, forgiveness, freedom, and unconditional love, which he shares in his correspondence with writer and sociologist Pierre Pradervand. Blessing for listening for guidance from above and finding our own spiritual path. Starts by loving yourself before anything else.

Also all the ACIM workshops have been presented to the Hear My Voice bookclub and can also be watched on our YouTube channel. Our purpose is to support you any way we can. 2nd hour hosted by Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie continued their deep exploration into the dynamics of personal transformation through the ancient tools of first-century Aramaic forgiveness. The show opened with Jeanie acknowledging Pierre Pradervand’s work, particularly Messages of Life from Death Row, and offering healing intentions for Dr. Tim Hayes following his recent knee surgery. Dr. Ryce emphasized the show’s central mission—to broadcast a higher frequency of understanding across the globe by engaging minds in principles that dismantle generations of misunderstanding and pain. Dr. Ryce explained that this transformational energy, once introduced into the global consciousness, becomes available to all minds attuned to it, regardless of geography. Drawing parallels from historical instances of simultaneous inventions, he illustrated how frequency-based awareness can be accessed globally. The key, he stressed, is engaging the tools, especially the Aramaic concept of forgiveness, which involves removing energetic imprints of fear and hostility rather than pardoning others. He recounted the development of his workshop Why Is This Happening to Me Again? and how it evolved into a series of teachings, including Healing Through Relationships, On Creating Consciously, Communication: Did You Hear What I Think I Said?, and Purpose, Personal Power and Commitment. Ryce encouraged listeners to use the HeartLand Aramaic Forgiveness app, the only tool based on first-century forgiveness principles. He explained how the process collapses perceptual constructs, accesses unconscious material, and brings it into conscious awareness for healing through love. The app and the website, WhyAgain.org, offer access to over 20,000 pages of material, free workshops, and interactive tools to guide users through emotional healing processes. He noted the profound impact that his own work over the past 50 years has had, especially in the last two or three years, demonstrating that this path is a lifelong journey. The show shifted toward community dialogue, highlighting a listener’s inquiry about being pulled toward a toxic relationship despite knowing it is harmful. Dr. Ryce described this as a classic example of “matching bags of garbage,” where unresolved emotional issues draw people into relationships that mirror childhood trauma. He explained that such encounters offer an opportunity for deep healing if one can avoid the trap of blame and denial and instead use the tools to forgive internal pain patterns. Jeanie shared insights from recent shows on “pseudo solutions,” tools developed during the Codependence-to-Interdependence Intensive, which help people identify behaviors and beliefs passed down from power figures and ancestors. Dr. Ryce reminded listeners that when people say things like “I’m never going to do that again” and then repeat the behavior, it reflects unconscious programming, often hidden in what scriptures call “the heart.” These are the unresolved generational issues that forgiveness is designed to cleanse. Further dialogue with a listener named Julia expanded on the practice of embodying love in everyday life. Ryce emphasized the importance of a daily practice of breathing, bringing love into one’s physiology, and using tools like the Commitment Statement in the mirror. He highlighted the detrimental effects of a culture steeped in hostility, fear, and trauma, advocating instead for environments that foster active love, especially for children. He described his and Jeanie’s efforts to raise their granddaughter with the understanding that “we are here to be love,” contrasting that with societal messages that indoctrinate children into guilt, sin, and punishment. Ryce concluded by reaffirming the goal of making these tools universally available, urging listeners to use, share, and support the work. He also addressed the systemic need to shift from penal systems rooted in punishment to healing environments grounded in compassion and understanding. The show ended on a note of gratitude and inspiration as Julia expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the tools and teachings that have already brought profound changes into her life. 1st hour is a prerecorded show with Dr Tim Way of Mastery lesson 3 (can read at https://shantichristo.com/the-way-of-mastery/)
2nd hour hosted by Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce delivered a powerful message focused on the essence of living a truly human life through the active presence of love. Jeanie began the show by reminding listeners of available resources on the website, particularly the edited special segments on pseudo solutions and power person dynamics. She encouraged listeners to explore the HeartLand Aramaic Forgiveness app, highlighting its tools such as the seven-step forgiveness process, the reality wake-up sheet, commitment statements, and links to additional content. Her message emphasized accessibility and support for those on a path of healing and transformation. Dr. Ryce then offered a deep dive into the nature of human life as defined by love. He explained that being in a human form does not automatically equate to living a human life. Instead, it requires the ongoing expression of love, which is the core of our true nature. Using analogies such as a radio in a Faraday cage, he illustrated how a body without love is like a device receiving no signal—it lacks its essential function. The goal of this work, he stressed, is to awaken to our true identity and to bring that love into expression by cleansing ourselves of hostility, fear, guilt, grief, and trauma. He went on to describe how perception, often mistaken as reality, is actually a mental construct generated by unresolved internal content. Quoting Carl Jung and neuroscience research, Dr. Ryce explained how the unconscious mind projects old traumas into current experiences, leading us to believe others are the cause of our pain. He stressed that until this unconscious content is made conscious and addressed, we are doomed to repeat painful patterns. True healing requires forgiveness—not in the Greek sense of pardoning others, but in the Aramaic sense of removing internal blocks to love. The show addressed how generational trauma is carried and repeated through family lines until it is consciously healed. Dr. Ryce explained that emotional pain, physical illness, and repeated conflict often stem from unhealed familial energy patterns. Actual forgiveness work involves confronting and dismantling these patterns within, allowing the mind to collapse false perceptions and restore clarity and love. He distinguished between projection and perception, noting that most people live in a state of hallucination, mistaking internal constructs for external reality. The conversation turned tender as Jeanie described a meaningful interaction with their granddaughter Arya, highlighting how young children can be fully present and receptive to messages of love. Dr. Ryce noted the importance of counteracting a culture that programs children to look outside themselves for meaning. Instead, he advocated raising children with an awareness of their intrinsic identity as love. The show concluded with invitations for listener participation and a closing blessing to “create the best year yet of your eternal life,” reinforcing the message that inner healing is a gift not only to oneself but to the world. 1st hour is a prerecorded show with Dr Tim Way of Mastery lesson 10
2nd hour hosted by Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce presented a deeply reflective broadcast centered on uncovering unconscious emotional patterns and reclaiming one’s true identity as love. Dr. Ryce opened by reinforcing that the show’s purpose is to bring healing to the mind through the teachings of first-century Aramaic forgiveness, which is not about pardoning others, but rather a process of removing internal blocks that distort perception and conceal love’s presence. He reminded listeners that all perception is constructed from internal data, often rooted in unresolved trauma, and that the forgiveness process is essential to collapsing these perceptual constructs. Dr. Ryce continued the theme of identifying the power person dynamic as a dominant unconscious influence in people’s lives, especially under stress. He emphasized that when people feel threatened or challenged, they often default to behaviors that mimic or resist those of their childhood power person—usually someone who held power over them but was not functioning as love. These ingrained responses create patterns of dysfunction that show up repeatedly in adult relationships. He explained how canceling goals and using the Aramaic forgiveness worksheet allows these internal constructs to dissolve, restoring clarity and love-based awareness. A major part of the show included discussion of pseudo solutions, which Dr. Ryce described as illusions people cling to when avoiding authentic healing. These include attempts to fix others, escape uncomfortable emotions, prove personal worth through material success, or engage in blaming and control. He made it clear that such strategies are ineffective because they operate from the unconscious and are rooted in fear or self-denial. Instead, he encouraged consistent use of the forgiveness tools to recognize and release these patterns and to return to the experience of love as one’s true nature. Jeanie shared feedback from listeners and reminded the audience of available resources, including the HeartLand Aramaic Forgiveness app and various segments available on the WhyAgain.org website. She also read an excerpt from a recent dialogue with a listener, which underscored how the tools had helped them see a longstanding relationship conflict in a new light. This reflection reinforced Dr. Ryce’s central point that real healing does not occur through external changes, but through internal transformation that allows love to be restored. The episode concluded with a reminder that each person’s healing journey contributes to a larger collective awakening. Dr. Ryce reaffirmed that bringing forward the presence of love within oneself is the most profound service one can offer humanity. He invited all listeners to actively engage the forgiveness process and to live each day as an opportunity to embody love and dissolve generational patterns of pain. 1st hour was pre-recorded interview with Richard Moss
2nd hour hosted by Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce deepened the conversation around emotional healing and conscious living through the use of the Aramaic forgiveness process. Dr. Ryce began the show with a teaching on the concept of truth, highlighting that most people equate “truth” with their perception or belief system. He clarified that in the Aramaic teachings, truth is not subjective or personal—it is that which aligns with the active presence of love. The issue arises when people mistake their mind’s content, often shaped by trauma and unresolved pain, for truth. He pointed out that the key to emotional healing is identifying and canceling the internal goals that generate painful perceptions, rather than reacting to external triggers. Dr. Ryce revisited the power person dynamic, explaining how early experiences with authority figures who did not function as love can create distorted belief systems that later drive behavior under stress. These experiences are typically stored in the unconscious and become the foundation for patterns of conflict, self-sabotage, and emotional upset. By canceling goals tied to these dynamics, individuals can collapse the perceptual constructs that keep them stuck in suffering. Dr. Ryce also addressed how these dynamics are often mistaken for current reality, when in fact they are echoes of unresolved emotional energy projected onto the present. Jeanie read several pieces of feedback from listeners who had used the forgiveness worksheets and reported profound shifts in their perception and emotional state. One listener shared how canceling goals helped her uncover a deep grief that had previously been masked by anger and projection. Dr. Ryce affirmed that grief is often the layer beneath many emotional reactions and that honoring its presence is part of the healing journey. He explained that grief is not something to be escaped, but rather something to move through with conscious awareness and self-compassion. The conversation also included insights into how denial operates as a defense mechanism, blocking individuals from accessing the very content that needs to be healed. Dr. Ryce described denial as the act of thinking or saying that someone or something outside of oneself is the cause of an internal state. This misperception disempowers people from recognizing their own healing potential. He stressed that the forgiveness process is not about changing others but about removing the internal distortions that block love. To close the show, Dr. Ryce reminded listeners that living a truly human life requires consistent commitment to truth and love. He encouraged the audience to use the HeartLand Forgiveness App, the commitment tools, and the wealth of materials available on WhyAgain.org to support their journey. Jeanie reiterated that these tools are freely available and designed to help people take back their minds, dismantle false identities, and step into their birthright as beings of love. Welcome back Dr Tim Hayes – he gave an update of his amazing healing
“You Can’t Afford the Luxury of a Negative Thought” – John Roger and Peter McWilliams 2nd hour hosted by Dr. Michael Ryce continued his exploration of the ancient Aramaic understanding of forgiveness and the transformative power it offers for individual healing. He emphasized that true healing begins with taking full responsibility for the energy patterns—especially thoughts—that generate our emotions and perceptions. Unlike the Greek translation in the book of John which states “In the beginning was the Word,” the Aramaic reveals it as “In the beginning was the mind energy,” underscoring that our thoughts literally shape our bodies and our world. Ryce explained that negative thoughts not only disrupt our emotional state but also have a tangible biochemical impact on the body, referencing Bruce Lipton’s work in cell biology to demonstrate how thoughts produce molecules that land on cellular receptors, creating emotions. Ryce reminded listeners that forgiveness in this work is not about pardoning others, but about removing destructive content from within oneself. He stressed that blaming others for our internal states is an avoidance tactic, a way to distract from personal accountability and transformation. Through practices such as mind-shifters and worksheet tools, individuals can uncover deeply held thought disorders, often passed down generationally, and begin the process of consciously choosing love over hostility and fear. Ryce quoted both Carl Jung and François Fénelon to illustrate how confronting and owning our inner darkness is a necessary stage of genuine healing. As awareness grows, so too does the light by which we perceive our own inner misalignments, ultimately allowing us to replace fear-based programming with the natural mind of love. A major portion of the show also included a heartfelt dialogue with a returning caller, Michelle, who shared her experience of losing 20 years of digital memories due to a computer crash. This incident triggered feelings of grief, blame, and detachment. With Ryce’s guidance, she explored the deeper layers of self-blame and the illusion of loss as she related it to past trauma and her need for meaning. Ryce encouraged her to use mind-shifters such as “It is safe and healing for me to live without memory or memories,” and to consider what it would mean to surrender carbon-based memory in favor of direct connection to the “mind of God.” Their discussion highlighted the core principle that spiritual evolution requires one to dismantle personal perceptions and beliefs in favor of a deeper, love-based awareness. The episode concluded with a call to action: participants are urged to actively engage with the forgiveness tools available on the whyagain.org website, including a “Start Here” link and the MindShifters app. Ryce emphasized that this journey is not about feeling good in the moment, but about deep, lasting transformation that touches not only the individual but the collective human field. Living from a space of love, rather than memory or perception, allows one to participate consciously in the creation of a world aligned with truth, healing, and purpose. New article on HomeGrown Park https://whyagain.org/homegrown-park/ and our progress https://whyagain.org/our-homegrown-park-progress/
Question about using AVACEN and stuff comes up. You must deal with what is inside of you instead of shutting it down. https://whyagain.org/healingcrisis/ Restriction of blood flow – creates an “uptight” body – the sympathetic nervous system carries signals that put your body’s systems on alert (fear, flight, fight, stress mode), your parasympathetic carries signals that relax those systems. People often stay in sympathetic dominance and never relax. AVACEN increases blood flow thus increases vitality so things come up when you hit a new level of vitality. Shift into willingness and thank whoever or whatever brings it up, in hiding you will never get rid of it. What goes into the system creates symptoms, on the way out the symptoms look the same. Caller Joe, picking up his sister at airport, celebrating Dad’s birthday. All the things you just said about going through the ‘turnstile’ and you feel like you have a pass but bump into a stop. His girlfriend Susan did not come with him to airport and his monkey mind starts its ‘what’s her ulterior motive?’ One of the last MindShifters list “Overcoming a Beguiling Ego” section 17 #10 is “If my mind is preoccupied with negativity, it is time for me to choose kindness and generosity.” (then michael read all 13) 1. I easily make time to cultivate in my “mind” and “body” a habit of functioning out of Love. Fascinating to witness others and hold the space. Recognize ‘it’s your monkey not you.’ See our Love Exchange (see examples of videos below, very powerful) https://whyagain.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Love_Exchange.pdf Caller Doug, ask about doing a love exchange with people that are not even here on the planet. Wonderful thought. Lower vitality the monkey mind can run the show, what does that mean? Cellular structure is device designed to function based in love. If hatred, fear, sadness, grief or trauma are moving on a cellular level the more difficult it is to move into being and the monkey mind runs your reality. The inertia pattern of the generations. Consciously, purposely connect your mind to active, present love and when those lower vibrations are triggered you can stay present in awareness. Vitality is health, aliveness, all together. Physiology and mind are two sides of the same coin. Pub Med, National Library of Medicine, World Health Organization Bulletin: “Gross national happiness and health: lessons from Bhutan” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4581665/ In the 2nd hour hosted by Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce continued to unfold the transformative principles of first-century Aramaic forgiveness, focusing on the intimate relationship between thought, emotion, and physiology. Dr. Ryce began by reaffirming the idea that forgiveness is not about letting others off the hook, but about dismantling the internal energetic constructs that distort perception and disrupt the experience of love. He revisited the Aramaic translation of John 1:1, which states “In the beginning was the mind energy,” emphasizing that our physiological structures respond directly to the quality of our thoughts. These thoughts create the energetic frequencies that either sustain health or generate disease. Jeanie read from a listener’s correspondence describing intense physiological reactions to a medical issue. Dr. Ryce addressed this by drawing attention to the biochemical nature of emotions, noting how unresolved fear, guilt, or hostility can impact the immune system and overall health. He pointed out that carbon-based memory, which stores unresolved trauma in the body’s cellular structure, often replays itself during moments of stress unless interrupted through conscious forgiveness. Ryce stressed the importance of canceling goals and clearing mental constructs to allow the true nature of love to be experienced as a felt presence. The conversation also highlighted the growing technological surveillance and social restrictions in modern society. Dr. Ryce offered a metaphysical interpretation, suggesting that external constraints mirror the internal mental and emotional restrictions people place upon themselves. He reminded listeners that projecting blame outward only reinforces powerlessness, while the real work lies in reclaiming inner sovereignty through forgiveness. A notable segment of the show included a dialogue with a caller named Roma, who shared the emotional and energetic challenges she faced amid the aftermath of the Maui fires. Dr. Ryce supported her in identifying goals that were being activated and encouraged her to breathe through the pain while applying forgiveness to dismantle inherited and reinforced grief patterns. Another theme explored in the broadcast was the function of grief as a doorway into deeper levels of healing. Ryce explained that grief is often layered beneath anger and denial and is rooted in misperceptions of loss. He clarified that true healing occurs not through mental effort alone, but through a felt experience of love dissolving the energies of separation. The mind-shifter tools were once again presented as a way to support this release, including affirmations like “I choose to live in harmony with the highest truth” and “It is safe and healing for me to live without memory.” In closing, Dr. Ryce and Jeanie reminded listeners of the abundant resources on WhyAgain.org, including the HeartLand Aramaic Forgiveness app and archived teachings. They affirmed that each individual willing to take on this inner work contributes not only to their personal healing but to the restoration of humanity’s collective spiritual consciousness. Living from love and truth, rather than from memory and trauma, was emphasized as the ultimate purpose of the work. YouTube https://youtu.be/rGRnaKwpT9o |

Emotions are also constructs of the mind. Feelings are shadows of thoughts. Removal of all hostility and fear is forgiveness
POWER PERSON DYNAMICS – runs you based on the level of stress You are drinking coffee, and someone bumps your arm and your coffee spills. Why did the coffee spill? The spill obviously occurred because of the bump on your arm but the reason for coffee being all over everything… is… there was coffee in your cup! THAT you spilled and WHAT you spilled are two totally different matters. But the mind tends to blend them into one and get stuck in errant conclusions that seem logical – “I spilled my coffee because you bumped my arm!” Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea. If it had been orange juice, obviously the mess would have been orange juice. The spill had to do with being bumped and the coffee was the CONTENT of the cup. The non-thinking mind, a mind with little discernment, tends to see the spill and the content as one in the same, but they are not. It is inevitable – life bumps and squeezes each of us and whatever content we are hold within… comes out… AGAIN! and AGAIN! Dr. Michael Ryce offers a deep and expansive exploration of first-century Aramaic forgiveness, perception, emotional constructs, and the inner work of transformation. He begins by emphasizing that perception is a mental construct created internally, not a reflection of external reality. What we perceive—especially when emotional energy is involved—reveals more about our internal content than about the outer world. Emotions like rage, fear, grief, and blame are often generational and unconscious, passed down through familial dynamics. True forgiveness, as taught in the Aramaic tradition, is not about pardoning another person but about removing those toxic energies from within one’s own system. Dr. Ryce compares the mind and body to a vase of dirty water, explaining that one must take responsibility for their internal state in order to clean it. He presents forgiveness as the reliable tool to remove the “dirty water” of hostility and fear and to restore one’s presence to its original state of love. A critical theme is personal responsibility: as long as one blames others for internal states, true healing remains inaccessible. Ryce uses the metaphor of a cup being spilled—not because it was bumped, but because of what was already inside the cup—to illustrate how life pressures reveal internal content rather than create it. He discusses how stress reveals our stored programming, particularly the power-person dynamics we inherited from authority figures during times of emotional vulnerability. These patterns unconsciously dictate our behaviors until they are consciously confronted and healed. Stress, Ryce asserts, is not caused by external events but by internal goals. The example of a parent reacting differently than another to a child’s behavior shows that reactions arise not from the child’s actions but from the internal unresolved material of the parent. Several callers join the conversation to work through emotional challenges. One caller discusses feeling burdened by supporting a man with mounting physical and financial needs. Ryce and Jeanie offer compassionate but direct guidance, encouraging discernment between reasoned concern and unresolved fear or guilt. They suggest establishing fair exchanges and ensuring that support does not become enabling. Ryce also recommends evaluating whether current reactions stem from projections of unresolved past issues, such as perceived unfairness or unhealed guilt—especially the guilt from not welcoming a child with Down syndrome in the past, as one caller vulnerably shares. Another caller, Doug, reflects on how his actions, even those meant to be loving, were often driven by unconscious needs to feel worthy, valued, and cherished. Ryce helps him identify the internal goals—such as the need to be validated or trusted—that need to be canceled in order to access and heal deeper emotional wounds. The conversation moves toward the importance of cultivating self-worth and unconditional value from within, simply because one exists and breathes. Throughout the show, Dr. Ryce maintains that denial and blame are major obstacles to healing. When we deny that our pain comes from within, we dissociate and fail to do the work necessary to heal. True healing comes from embracing emotional transparency, dismantling unconscious generational patterns, and grounding oneself in the presence of love. This episode offers powerful insights into the mechanics of healing and the courage it takes to take full responsibility for one’s inner world. YouTube https://youtu.be/mUkeqwlyqNo |
