Caller Magda talks with Dr Tim

2nd hour was a pre-recorded “Aramaicisms Part 1 of 4”

The radio show episode from March 1, 2023, delves into the enduring Aramaic thought system, exploring how its essence and teachings, especially around forgiveness and love, have been obscured over millennia. Hosts Jeanie and Michael Ryce introduce Aramaic scholar Dale Allen Hoffman, who shares his journey into studying the Kiboros manuscript and how his understanding has led him to become a renowned practical scholar. Hoffman reflects on early spiritual experiences and the profound difference he felt when encountering Michael Ryce’s teachings, which focus not only on understanding ancient texts but also on embodying their truths through practices like Aramaic forgiveness. Through vivid examples, Hoffman and Ryce demonstrate how modern interpretations of words have diluted the original meanings, making it difficult for people to truly connect with teachings designed to evoke love, presence, and harmony.

The discussion emphasizes how language, especially Aramaic, is inherently experiential and idiomatic, meaning it must be lived rather than analyzed. By revisiting original Aramaic meanings of concepts like “prayer” and “Lord,” the hosts illustrate how true prayer in Aramaic involves setting oneself as a vessel or “trap” for divine love, aligning with the energy of creation rather than asking for things. This alignment, they explain, allows one to embody love in a way that resonates with others, leading to genuine healing and connection. The teachings also highlight how early texts were manipulated, with translations and interpretations influenced by political and cultural agendas. By restoring the first-century Aramaic approach, Ryce and Hoffman hope to reconnect listeners to an authentic experience of love and spirituality, free from the distortions of fear and hostility ingrained in modern culture.

2nd hour was a pre-recorded “Aramaicisms Part 2 of 4”

In the MindShifters Radio episode from March 2, 2023, hosts Jeanie and Michael Ryce, along with guest Dale Allen Hoffman, explore deep concepts within ancient Aramaic teachings, particularly surrounding forgiveness, spiritual perception, and the true essence of love. They discuss how modern interpretations of spirituality often limit the original meanings embedded in Aramaic, focusing instead on beliefs rooted in fear and control. For example, Dale explains how the word “forgiveness” in Aramaic is less about pardoning someone and more about removing blocks that obstruct one’s true nature. This approach reveals forgiveness as an inward process aimed at releasing residues of hostility and fear that prevent an individual from experiencing life as love. This theme permeates the show as the hosts critique how religious institutions have veered from these authentic teachings, creating doctrines that often constrain rather than liberate.

Another focal point of the discussion is the difference between the original Aramaic language and the Greek translations that came later. The hosts illustrate how these translations sometimes obscure the experiential depth intended by Aramaic terminology. For instance, “sin” and “good” in Aramaic do not align with modern moral judgments but instead represent states of presence and ripeness, reflecting whether one is fully attuned in the moment. This notion ties into the Beatitudes, which Ryce describes as instructions for activating a “neural structure” within individuals, enabling them to align with their divine nature and experience well-being. The concept of Rachma—a primary Aramaic term for love and compassion—is presented as a guiding principle, indicating a love that transcends intellectual understanding and functions as a filter for all intentions, keeping one’s mind in harmony with love.

The episode provides an in-depth analysis of how language, thought, and perception intertwine to shape one’s experience of reality. Ryce and Hoffman argue that most people live in what they call a “nine-bit mind,” a limited view that filters reality through fear and hostility. Through forgiveness and aligning with eternal forces, they believe one can transcend this limited perspective, reconnecting with the universal presence of love. This shift, according to the hosts, is the essence of Yeshua’s teachings and the path to true spiritual awakening.

2nd hour was a pre-recorded “Aramaicisms Part 3 of 4” – not sure why it cut off at 27 minutes … click here to watch/listen to the entire part 3 https://youtu.be/Hx-S4GLD9jM

In the March 3, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, hosts Jeanie and Michael Ryce, alongside Aramaic scholar Dale Allen Hoffman, explore the intricate depths of ancient Aramaic spirituality, emphasizing the transformative concepts within Yeshua’s teachings. They dissect the Beatitudes, explaining how Aramaic words like *tuvehun*—often translated as “blessed”—actually convey the notion of “ripeness” or being fully present in love. The conversation reveals how many Biblical translations have diluted or entirely misrepresented original meanings. Instead of a linear understanding, the Aramaic language encourages a dynamic, experiential connection to divine principles, which the hosts argue brings us closer to genuine inner peace and well-being.

The hosts continue by examining the concept of “breath” (*ruhah*) as a spiritual phenomenon rather than merely physical respiration, showing how Aramaic spirituality interweaves consciousness with energy. Through examples such as the “I Am” statements attributed to Yeshua, Hoffman clarifies that the phrase “I am the way” does not imply superiority but rather a merging of self-awareness with the divine. This understanding contrasts with Greek interpretations, which often impose a more hierarchical structure. The episode’s discussions suggest that a return to Aramaic principles could offer a path to inner harmony by realigning individuals with the interconnectedness of life.

In the March 6, 2023, episode of MindShifters Radio, Jeanie and Michael Ryce discuss the recent passing of CJ, Michael’s former partner and mother of his children. Michael recounts his experience being present with CJ in her final days, sharing his gratitude for the time spent supporting her transition alongside his children. He notes how first-century Aramaic forgiveness principles offered him a way to process complex emotions during this challenging period. Michael describes how one hospice nurse took inspiration from their conversation on forgiveness, applying it to ease tensions within another family in crisis. This instance underscores the broader influence of the forgiveness process as not just a spiritual tool but a practical approach to managing emotions and conflicts.

As the discussion unfolds, Michael emphasizes the importance of recognizing that each person’s “reality” is an internal projection based on past experiences and beliefs, not necessarily reflective of external events. By identifying and forgiving these projections, he suggests, individuals can shift from reactive states to love-based responses. This perspective is reinforced through stories from listeners, including one who shares the emotional toll of supporting a family member struggling with homelessness and mental health issues. The conversation reaffirms the hosts’ belief that forgiveness and active presence can create spaces of healing, even in seemingly insurmountable situations.

1st hour is a pre-recorded show Way of Mastery Lesson 3 (book can be gotten at https://shantichristo.com/)

In the March 7, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Michael and Jeanie Ryce explore forgiveness, the power of resonance, and the significance of recognizing inherited thought patterns. They discuss the concept of forgiveness as a tool for “disappearing” inner conflict, focusing on identifying and transforming false beliefs and inherited fears to rediscover one’s authentic self. Michael reflects on experiences with his family, underscoring the transitory nature of material possessions and the importance of addressing emotional and mental residues left by previous generations. Through an analysis of “power person” dynamics, he highlights how people often unconsciously reenact behaviors modeled by influential figures, particularly in moments of stress, and emphasizes the significance of dismantling these patterns to live from a place of love.

Power Person and the hologram we generate and believe it is real/right. Setting boundaries is drawing a line and separation yet there are times one may need to walk away. But walk away in a space of Love. If walking away in fear or hostility you need to do your work or you will bring in another to play it out again.

The episode also delves into the Aramaic perspective on prayer, reframing it as a state of alignment rather than a plea for intervention. Michael explains how forgiveness and resonance interact, suggesting that negative emotions resonate with unresolved energies within us, creating cycles of conflict. This insight encourages listeners to confront rather than suppress emotions, using them as gateways to understanding their deepest motivations. The show concludes with listener interactions, where personal stories about family dynamics, boundaries, and generational healing resonate with the central theme of choosing love over fear in every aspect of life.

Caller Susan, what is meant when Y’Shua said “why call me good? there is none good but God.” it is the truth, he was not ‘done’ with his work either, we are all in process. When he spent 40 days in the desert, he had to banish the bad angels before the good angels could come in. Harvard research said in a time frame of 10,000 measurable units of activity and only 7+/- 2 was conscious. If hostility and fear fill up the screen then how do you get the angels in there?  ACIM Let go all the things you think you want (cancel the goal using the demons) and leave a clean and open space for Christ (Love) to come. Angels are thoughts whether evil or good. Hidden under the surface it gets triggered and comes forward. Emotions are the warning signal to what we need to work on. Susan gave example of wanting to strangle the refugee woman who complained about Michael working there because he has a dog, then she found out that the refugees see a dog being unclean and would not eat the food then she thought of what she felt towards one woman instead of seeing the whole story. Needed outside showing.

Jeanie added in the worksheet notice we cancel the goal first in 5A then ask Rukha d’Koodsha to assist in 5B https://whyagain.org/WakeUpSheet/ Spirit won’t take over until we let go.

2nd hour was a pre-recorded “Aramaicisms Part 4 of 4”- Jeanie is driving to Asheville to pick up michael (returning from Kansas City MO)

In the March 8, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Michael and Jeanie Ryce, along with guest Dale Allen Hoffman, explore the profound connection between breath, spirit, and forgiveness in ancient Aramaic teachings. They focus on the concept of *rūka*, translated as “breath” or “spirit,” emphasizing that the Aramaic view of spirit was not a distant entity but an elemental, life-sustaining force experienced directly through breath. Hoffman explains that in Yeshua’s teachings, to “be breathed” by this spirit implies aligning with a holistic energy that guides healing and presence, an idea foreign to many contemporary interpretations that separate spirit from breath. By viewing forgiveness as a removal of “residue” that clogs one’s ability to breathe and live fully, the hosts encourage listeners to think of forgiveness as an internal clearing, a release that restores one’s original, love-centered nature.

The episode also discusses the Aramaic understanding of the term *kūsha*, meaning holistic or all-encompassing, which they interpret as the essence of spiritual wholeness. Hoffman addresses how traditional teachings often twist forgiveness into judgmental or punitive acts rather than the original meaning of clearing personal distortions. Through stories and personal experiences, the hosts demonstrate how forgiveness can break generational cycles of hostility and fear, allowing individuals to connect deeply with their divine essence. They encourage listeners to challenge inherited beliefs, suggesting that real transformation begins by uncovering and forgiving the projections that the mind makes onto others. This shift, according to Michael and Hoffman, can transform one’s entire perception, leading to a life rooted in active, conscious love.

Caller Susan asked about TS Elliott quote “tis the highest treason to do the right thing for the wrong reason.”

Y’Shua took on the sins of the world, not that he died for our sins.  Empowers us to take on what otherwise we could not do, he added his power to empower us, not to allow us to keep doing what we do and think we don’t have to deal with our own work. Need the bolstering yet counting on us to do the work. Each of us follow his lead and hold the space for each other and lift each of us up.

Illusion means ‘measured’ so if  I measure with hatred then I will see a world of hatred – a reality in my mind. There is a lot more going on in the universe than what we ‘see’ and we can look at it (measure) with joy, aliveness and inspiration instead of fear (expecting things to go badly).  My mind tells me about me not what the Creator created.

“A Walk in the Physical: Understanding the Human Experience Within the Larger Spiritual Context” By: Christian Sundberg

If I hold to ‘attack’ then the world has to give me back what I asked for. The world wants to support us.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” Ephesians 3:20

It will never be worse than my worst thought. Thoughts cause feelings. What thought disorder am I engaging in to create what I fear? Am I ready to forgive it?

Can I give up the pain, thought disorders, of people dying? If they choose to die who am I to take that away from them? Let’s create a community of eternals.  In Aramaic death means ‘present elsewhere’ but if we support this form (physical body) with energies of aliveness then it can be vital and alive and eternal too.

What is the World? The world will remain no longer than the thought that gave it birth is cherished. ACIM

First hour, prerecorded “What Is Holding Space?” from August 2022

In the March 10, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Jeanie and Michael Ryce discuss themes of empathy, support, and self-awareness, bringing attention to how our actions and reactions often reflect inner beliefs shaped by early life experiences. Michael examines how many people, particularly women, have been conditioned to apologize for expressing emotions or taking up space, a learned behavior he ties to societal expectations and past power dynamics. By addressing these learned tendencies, they offer, individuals can break free from feelings of inadequacy and instead embrace their full presence and intrinsic value.

Caller Celinda, suggest working on ‘grief’ especially the ‘what if, shoulda, woulda’ – relisten to the show

Skype Caller Oprah – gratitude hike. Not sure this was a real call. Hold the space for whatever is going on.

Caller Susan, asked about fawning. ‘The fight response is your body’s way of facing any perceived threat aggressively. Flight means your body urges you to run from danger. Freeze is your body’s inability to move or act against a threat. Fawn is your body’s stress response to try to please someone to avoid conflict.’

The episode also touches on the transformative nature of gratitude, the role of forgiveness in personal healing, and the importance of setting intentions from a place of love rather than fear. They further explore the physiological effects of emotional states, explaining how sympathetic responses—such as the need to please or “fawn” for approval—can manifest physically and mentally. Through listener interactions, they encourage embracing one’s emotions without judgment and fostering compassionate interactions. Michael advocates for embracing one’s true self without feeling the need to apologize for it, suggesting that the true path to healing involves stepping fully into one’s authenticity with love and gratitude.

Jeanie opens by sharing updates on her father’s health and the strength they’re drawing from family support. Michael then dives into *A Course in Miracles*, explaining how its teachings emphasize that true healing involves correcting perception rather than engaging in philosophical debates. He describes “atonement” as the correction of perception, aligning one’s inner experience with the truth of love, which dissolves hostility, fear, and judgment.

Michael highlights the difference between perceived reality and actual events, explaining how perception is influenced by past experiences and unresolved traumas. He emphasizes that the mind’s world of perception is a projection, shaped by learned beliefs and emotional residues that create a “false world.” Through *A Course in Miracles*, Michael describes forgiveness as the process of “canceling goals” that drive these distorted perceptions, ultimately collapsing the painful projections and freeing the individual from generational and personal traumas.

In the March 16, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Michael and Jeanie Ryce discuss the foundational principles of perception, healing, and forgiveness through an Aramaic lens. Michael shares how mainstream perceptions, such as seeing the physical body as a fixed reality, contrast with ancient understandings that view “matter” as energy shaped by the mind’s focus. He reflects on Einstein’s assertion that “matter is energy,” emphasizing that physical ailments often mirror unresolved internal conflicts. Through examples, Michael explains how generational and personal traumas can distort perception, and he advocates for using forgiveness to “collapse” these false perceptions, revealing the underlying truth of love.

Michael points out that this stress response is often fueled by unresolved generational trauma and thought patterns. He further connects these themes to *A Course in Miracles*, explaining that real healing begins when individuals take ownership of their emotions, instead of assigning blame to others. The discussion emphasizes moving from the “one world religion of blame” to a practice of self-accountability and forgiveness, allowing for a transformative shift toward love-centered living.

2nd hour is pre-recorded “PerceptionThoughtsFeelingsEmotions”

In the March 17, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Michael and Jeanie Ryce explore the depths of human perception, hypnosis, and the process of awakening through Aramaic forgiveness principles. Michael discusses the “sleep of the non-being mind,” a state likened to hypnosis, where people operate under the influence of inherited thoughts, perceptions, and cultural narratives that distort reality. This trance-like state leads individuals to react from past patterns rather than respond with presence and awareness. Using the example of the “fake hand experiment,” Michael illustrates how perception can mislead, especially when individuals believe illusions as reality. He emphasizes that awakening requires breaking free from such projections by applying conscious forgiveness to heal distorted perceptions.

The episode further addresses the importance of identifying and transforming the thoughts underlying emotional reactions, using practical tools like mind shifters and the forgiveness worksheet. They discuss how unresolved thoughts project as perceptions, affecting both personal interactions and physiological states. Michael encourages listeners to shift from blame to personal accountability, using forgiveness to dismantle inherited patterns, clearing emotional residues that hinder growth. The episode serves as a guide for transforming reactions into intentional responses, with a focus on creating love-centered lives.

In the March 20, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Jeanie and Michael Ryce share the touching story of Jeanie’s father’s passing, reflecting on the powerful experience of letting go and being present in his final moments. Jeanie describes her father’s journey through declining health, his resilience, and the support of family members, culminating in a soul-to-soul conversation during a still-point breathing session. This conversation offered peace and a sense of permission for her father to let go. They recount the peacefulness and presence they felt in his last moments, acknowledging the comfort of honoring his life and legacy with family support and mindful decision-making, such as choosing a barnwood coffin that resonated with his identity as a farmer.

2nd Hour is the workshop “Communication Did You Hear What I Think I Said?” Part 1

In the March 21, 2023 episode of MindShifters Radio, Jeanie and Michael Ryce introduce the concept of responsibility communication, focusing on the difference between projection communication and responsibility in language. Michael explains how people often project their internal states onto others, assuming that the content of their minds reflects reality outside themselves. He uses an example involving a two-door igloo to illustrate how interpretation depends on personal experience and mental content, pointing out that words are tools that convey individual realities, not universal truths.

The episode also explores how projections and assumptions hinder effective communication, as individuals insist their perceptions are accurate about others. Through practical examples, Michael demonstrates how responsibility communication involves using language to own one’s feelings and perspectives rather than attributing them to others. This shift fosters clearer, conflict-free dialogue by acknowledging that perceptions are subjective and belong solely to the individual. The Ryces encourage listeners to apply responsibility communication techniques in their relationships, highlighting the transformative potential of moving from blame-based language to one rooted in self-awareness and accountability.

physiological and emotional impact of living in a fear-based mind. Michael explains how fear and hostility fuel a state called “sympathetic dominance,” where the body is perpetually in a fight-or-flight mode. In this state, blood flow and energy are diverted away from the brain’s higher centers, leading to impaired decision-making and chronic stress. Michael highlights how the constant fear response not only affects physical health by limiting circulation to essential organs but also reinforces negative mental patterns, ultimately leading to what he describes as “congestion,” the root of various diseases.

2nd Hour is the workshop “Communication Did You Hear What I Think I Said?” Part 2

In this radio show segment, the discussion focuses on enhancing communication through taking personal responsibility, particularly when handling conflicts and deep-seated emotions. The speaker delves into common communication pitfalls, especially the tendency to project emotions onto others. For example, when one feels anger or fear, they might blame another person for those feelings, creating a cycle of unresolved conflict. Instead, the speaker introduces the concept of “responsibility communication,” which encourages individuals to own their emotions without attributing them to someone else’s actions. This approach fosters healthier relationships by reducing blame and promoting personal accountability.

The host also explains how unresolved emotions, like anger or fear, can manifest physically within the body, potentially leading to health issues. By recognizing these feelings as one’s own and not as something imposed by others, individuals can begin the process of healing. The speaker emphasizes that projection hinders this healing process, while responsibility communication enables individuals to face and release suppressed emotions, transforming pain into personal growth.

A key part of this process involves setting clear intentions in communication. Instead of seeking to change others or control their behaviors, the focus shifts to healing one’s own emotional triggers. This shift is essential to break the cycle of blaming others, which often perpetuates conflict rather than resolves it. Through steps such as responsibility communication and exercises in self-awareness, individuals can uncover hidden aspects of their minds and break generational cycles of dysfunction.

Ultimately, the show encourages a profound self-examination, advocating for responsibility in emotions as a path toward better health, improved relationships, and personal freedom. 2nd Hour is the workshop “What is Holding Space 08042022”

In this radio show, the discussion centers around the concept of “holding space” and the power of creating a compassionate, loving presence, both for oneself and others. The host begins by exploring how various teachings—ranging from Ryce’s psychological approaches to ancient spiritual principles—contribute to understanding the depth of “holding space.” They emphasize that words alone hold no inherent meaning but are shaped by individual experience, which influences how people interpret phrases like “holding space” or “being the space of love.”

One prominent example highlights a situation in which someone attempts to hold space for a loved one in crisis. The host explains that maintaining a calm, loving energy can significantly impact one’s interaction with others, even if the immediate response isn’t what one desires. For instance, by focusing on the highest potential in others, one can project compassion instead of judgment, allowing people to feel seen and valued beyond their negative behavior. Through practices like conscious breathing, visualization, and recalling positive emotions, individuals can shift their mindset to foster a supportive presence.

The host recounts a story of a father struggling to manage his daughter’s anger. He learns that viewing her rage as an expression of inner pain rather than as a personal attack helps him respond with empathy, which ultimately contributes to a healthier dynamic. The show reiterates that the outcome may not always align with expectations, yet practicing love and compassion remains a powerful way to influence situations positively and promote personal growth.

Through numerous examples and practical advice, the episode encourages listeners to approach challenging relationships and conflicts with patience, viewing each instance as an opportunity to cultivate peace within themselves. This approach not only supports individual healing but also serves as a model for others, fostering a more compassionate and interconnected community.

Dr Tim offered it is a process not progress toward a goal.

michael and Jeanie live from NY!

In this radio show, the hosts, Ryce and Jeanie, engage in a thoughtful conversation around forgiveness, health, and personal responsibility. Ryce explains that the key to life and vitality lies in self-forgiveness and mental conditioning. By challenging the cultural conditioning that often leads us to look for solutions outside ourselves, Ryce encourages listeners to question societal beliefs, especially those around health. He criticizes the “disease care industry,” which often focuses on treating symptoms rather than promoting true health. According to Ryce, real wellness stems from understanding and taking responsibility for one’s health, including diet, mental well-being, and emotional self-management.

In addition to discussing physical health, the episode delves into the impact of unresolved emotions like anger and frustration, which can harm the body when not addressed properly. Ryce illustrates this by highlighting how projecting negative emotions affects one’s health. He also emphasizes the importance of true forgiveness—removing negativity within oneself rather than excusing others for causing inner pain. By facing and forgiving these internalized feelings, individuals can achieve greater well-being and peace.

A caller raises concerns about prominent public figures and their personal struggles, which leads to a discussion on compassion. Ryce points out that everyone has work to do on themselves, and even influential figures who advocate for positive change may have unresolved issues. He reminds listeners that the process of self-forgiveness and healing is continuous and requires patience and understanding.

The conversation also touches on the importance of living from a place of love and choosing compassion over judgment. Ryce and Jeanie encourage the audience to apply these principles in all aspects of life, reinforcing that healing begins with one’s inner state and that choosing love and forgiveness is a pathway to a more peaceful existence.

2nd hour pre-recorded “Getting the Stress You Need Part 1”

In this radio workshop, titled “Getting the Stress You Need,” Ryce and Jeanie discuss the fundamental role stress plays in our lives and how it can be both beneficial and destructive, depending on how it is managed. Ryce explains that some stress is essential for survival, as it drives us to take action, such as drinking water when thirsty or moving away from harmful stimuli. The workshop highlights two types of stress: constructive stress, which drives positive behaviors and life-sustaining actions, and destructive stress, which causes harm when mismanaged or when excessive negative emotions like anger and fear are involved.

Ryce challenges listeners to recognize that stress is often a self-created experience driven by thoughts and perceptions, which are molecular and affect the body on a cellular level. Through a guided exercise, participants explore how their emotions, such as sadness or anger, can increase stress levels, demonstrating that our thoughts create biochemical responses in the body. Ryce references ancient teachings, including those from Aramaic texts and figures like Jesus, to emphasize that maintaining a mindset of “rachma” (a specific form of love) helps individuals to manage stress effectively. This approach involves taking responsibility for one’s thoughts and focusing on love rather than hostility or fear.

The workshop also explores how intentions and goals shape behavior. Using examples, Ryce illustrates that setting goals aligned with positive intentions can reduce stress, while conflicting intentions lead to internal tension and hindered actions. A key takeaway is that love-based intentions drive constructive behaviors, whereas fear or hostility produces negative and reactive responses. Ryce emphasizes the importance of cultivating love over fear to maintain mental clarity and make intelligent decisions, particularly in challenging situations.

The session ends with a powerful reminder that by mastering our inner thoughts and reactions, we hold the key to reducing stress and achieving greater peace and resilience in life.

In this episode of MindShifters Radio, Ryce and Jeanie discuss health, healing, and the body’s natural mechanisms for detoxification, particularly through the skin and digestive system. They begin by addressing a caller’s issue with lingering skin rashes after COVID-19, suggesting this could be the body’s way of expelling toxins. Ryce explains that such physical symptoms may be part of a “healing crisis” where the body, having reached a higher level of vitality, begins to eliminate old toxins. He advises listeners to support this process through natural elimination channels like the skin, colon, and lungs, while avoiding symptom suppression, which only blocks the body’s detox pathways.

Ryce underscores the importance of taking responsibility for one’s health and emphasizes natural methods of detox, such as colon cleanses and nutrient-rich foods like apples. He and Jeanie recommend resources, including Bernard Jensen’s book “Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management,” which describes various levels of colon detoxification. They discuss how dietary choices, particularly avoiding processed foods and congestive substances like sugar and white flour, can help reduce the body’s toxin load and promote healing.

The conversation shifts to the body’s resilience and the value of listening to inner signals over reliance on quick fixes or symptom suppression. Ryce highlights that effective healing often requires patience, willingness, and awareness of the body’s needs. He discusses the dangers of suppressing symptoms and instead advocates embracing the body’s natural elimination processes, even when they are uncomfortable, as a route to long-term wellness.

Wasting energy on “I hope it is perceived this way or that…” but look at your intent. You cannot control how others perceive something, let go of that focus. You can only control your own thoughts and behaviors.

In this episode of MindShifters Radio, Ryce and Jeanie discuss the nuances of personal responsibility and forgiveness in relationships, emphasizing how early life conditioning can impact adult behavior. Jeanie shares personal challenges around managing family affairs after her father’s passing, describing the pressures of pleasing others and dealing with residual resentment toward those who failed to support her father during his life. She reflects on this internal struggle, noting how her desire for perfectionism and approval has been both a strength and a source of stress.

The hosts explore how childhood experiences, especially with authority figures, shape one’s self-image and reactions. Ryce explains that unresolved emotional patterns from childhood often resurface in adulthood, driving individuals to seek validation or control in relationships. He discusses the importance of canceling specific goals to access deeper layers of unconscious beliefs that cause distress. By canceling goals that arise from these childhood patterns, individuals can dismantle behaviors rooted in fear, anger, or unmet needs from past relationships.

Ryce further elaborates on forgiveness as a tool to break generational patterns, allowing individuals to operate from a place of love rather than fear. This approach, he suggests, can release old habits of self-criticism or perfectionism, fostering personal growth and peace. They conclude with a reminder that healing requires acknowledging one’s internalized judgments and expectations, thereby creating space for self-acceptance and resilience.

2nd hour pre-recorded “Getting the Stress You Need Part 2”

In this radio show, titled “Getting the Stress You Need, Part 2,” Ryce and Jeanie explore the distinction between intentions and goals, illustrating how setting goals from conscious, love-based intentions helps manage stress constructively. Ryce explains that while intentions represent ideas or desires, a goal elevates an intention into actionable commitment. By understanding the difference, people can consciously choose behaviors that align with their highest values rather than reactively adopting others’ expectations.

Ryce shares an example of a woman who transformed a life-threatening situation by shifting her mental filter to compassion. This shift illustrates the mind’s capacity to change reality through intentional choice, highlighting the power of managing goals based on love instead of fear. Ryce elaborates on how unresolved, unconscious goals can create destructive stress. He recommends a daily practice of goal management, including setting, canceling, or framing goals based on a 24-hour perspective, to prevent chronic stress and fatigue. Through exercises like connected breathing and nightly goal cancellations, individuals can release stress and experience greater clarity and inner peace.

The hosts conclude by emphasizing the importance of taking responsibility for one’s mind, guarding it against external influences, and actively choosing goals that resonate with love. This approach enables individuals to break free from automatic responses, make empowering choices, and achieve alignment in their lives.
