This Spiritual work belongs to the Creator. We offer FREE travel workshops (99% of our travel workshops each year are free!), as well as offering FREE book downloads,
FREE APPs, an hour of FREE support on our radio show Monday through Friday and multiple FREE offerings of audios and videos on this website.
*To support our continued work, we ask a minimal exchange for Intensives, tapes and other products and services.
Our mission is the healing of ourselves, each other and the planet. Everything we offer is dedicated as our contribution toward that purpose. Join in empowering us through your Love, service projects, DVD, CD or book purchases, by attending workshops, intensives or by love donations.
- All information, descriptions, and images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as they may vary from time to time and via editing.
- We accept credit / debit cards, PayPal, Postal Money Orders (one you purchase at the US Post Office.
- When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
- Shipping and Delivery: when you purchase goods from our site, the physical goods will be delivered via Media Mail by USPS (delivery takes 2 – 8 business days). Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and do not include weekends or statutory holidays. Delivery of virtual links or digital goods will be delivered via email as soon as reasonably possible.
- If you purchase goods from us for delivery outside the United States, your purchase may be subject to import duty and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying the duty and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making the purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of duty or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
- We are not liable for delivery of your goods to an incorrect delivery address or incorrect person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary, ie out of stock or no longer carried product. If we cancel and payment has been processed, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. It is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of refund.
- We accept refund requests for goods sold on our site if the good is broken or defective or if we shipped an item different from what you ordered. Request must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods. To return an item: pack goods well, address to Returns, PO Box 1901, Bristol, TN 37621 and send by USPS Media Mail. You are responsible for return postage. Refund will be made upon our receipt of the returned item(s).
- Services: One-on-One Support Services, Spiritual Direction, Still Point Breathing, Energy Field Work, Guidance In Self-Healing and Support in using the tools. Payment is Due, in Full, in Advance of Setting Appointment. Schedule a convenient appointment /session time between HeartLand Practitioner and you. Time will be specifically reserved to work with you. Cancellation or No Show Policy is Effective Once Appointment is Confirmed: Payment is Non-refundable. Full credit will be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if given 24 hour notice. No credit will be given for failure to show up for a scheduled appointment, or less than 24 hour notification is given. There is no exception to this policy.
