Support Team 2018 Update!

We toured through Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina before we returned to the beach in Oak Island, NC for on-the-road intensives. Beginning March 1 – 9, 2018 we ran simultaneously a 9-day Why (facilitated by michael) and a 9-day Women Healing Women (facilitated by Jeanie), followed by March 11 – 19, 2018: 9-day CoDependence to InterDependence.

April 2018 our HeartLand Aramaic Forgiveness App went LIVE on both the Android and the iPhone with two wake-up sheet options: 7-step and an abbreviated form.

michael keynoted at the 3-day Southern Coptic Conference in TN then he and Jeanie participated in a 5 day SyNapse Retreat (where they were students not teachers) then travelled up to Ohio for workshops before returning to HeartLand.

HeartLand intensive season began with a new program June 8 – 23, 2018 of Pay-it-Forward (designed by Julie Haverstick and Tracey Gibson) and 16-day Food, Fun, Forgiveness & Work.  It was an astounding success with 17 people coming out and transforming HeartLand.  It is the best the property has looked in years.

We were originally set to follow up with another 5 modules: 16-day Laws of Living, 3-day Personal Code Evaluation Training, 9-day Why, 9-day Teachers’ Training, 9-day CoDependence to InterDependence but they were all cancelled.  We have a grandchild due in August and plan to return to VA/TN for the birth. (Arya Reign Shaw arrived August 21st). It seems the intensives on the road have drawn more interest so we restructured out plans for the year. We stayed at HeartLand until August to get projects done and to settle a little from the journeys, michael’s son Michael Jay came to visit one weekend and play at the lake. Then going to St Louis to visit daughter Christa and grand-daughter Addie before heading back south.

An Egypt Tour was planned with John Davis of the Coptics for November 8 – 20 but it was cancelled due to lack of registration to make the trip viable.

We scheduled two 8-day intensives in The Outer Banks of Kitty Hawk, NC for October 27 – November 10, 2018 but have cancelled due to hurricane season and Florence hitting the east coast of North Carolina.  We will focus on building attendance at HeartLand for the summer of 2019 (has been set, look at schedules).

The two wake-up sheets (the 7-step and an abbreviated form) from the App are now available online as well as mobile – they are developed on Jeanie’s site for easier control with the developers (http://healingthewholewoman.whyagain.org/worksheets/).

michael and Jeanie will take this winter to assist her father in Virginia and get baby-time in Tennessee and write and do other projects.  Note: one of those projects is the Drag-on Cling-on Game – now available (September 2018) on the HeartLand Aramaic Forgiveness App on both Android and iPhone.  michael is working on a whiteboard project to go online explaining the forgiveness process (like the powerpoint presentation).

NEWS: Beginning in October we have Ken & Linda Russell joining the Support Team at HeartLand.  It has been several years since we have had a team on the property besides our faithful Julie Haverstick.  Both Ken and Linda were part of the 16-days FFF&W so they already have a handle on the buildings and projects and are both doing the forgiveness work with Julie.

The tragedy of our step granddaughter (Ashlynn Poole) taking her own life (October 10) required michael to travel up to St Louis to support Christa and Arron and Addie.  They were in the process of moving when this happened so michael stayed over 9 days to help them pack and move then a few days to Kansas City to visit Michael Jay and then on down to HeartLand to connect with Ken and Linda.

Thanks to the financial support of Julie Matthews in Oregon, the Drag-on Cling-on Game is being developed for the website for those who don’t have a smart phone or they have a windows phone or they would just prefer playing on the computer. Hope this will be live by November.
