ARAMAIC FRIDAY with special guest: Dale Allen Hoffman

February 7, 2014 episode of MindShifters Radio, Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce were joined by Dale Allen Hoffman for another powerful Aramaic Friday discussion. Dale began by emphasizing the importance of silence in healing and awakening, suggesting that it is in the silence beyond words where true transformation takes place. He spoke about how spiritual teachers throughout history, including Yeshua, used words as a bridge to guide others into the silence of direct experience. He shared that most people stay trapped in intellectual understanding, mistaking it for actual spiritual awakening, when in truth, it is presence and breath that open the door to true healing. Dale explained that sacred Aramaic words are not merely tools for conveying ideas but are energetic technologies that open space in the mind and nervous system for a shift in consciousness.

Dr. Ryce built on this by discussing how forgiveness, in the Aramaic sense, is a technology for removing the blocks to love. He explained that when we are triggered emotionally, what surfaces is not caused by the external event but is an opportunity to process internal unresolved energies. The Wake-Up Sheet process was again recommended as a practical tool for identifying and dissolving these energetic distortions. Dale added that Aramaic words such as shbagh (forgive) and rukha (spirit/breath) carry a frequency that, when toned or spoken with conscious breath, can clear emotional residue and reconnect a person with their true essence. The conversation repeatedly returned to the theme that Aramaic teachings are designed for experiential use, not theological debate. Both speakers agreed that forgiveness is not about rationalizing or excusing behavior but about dissolving internal energies that hinder love.

Dale and Dr. Ryce discussed how resistance and judgment keep individuals locked in pain, while surrender and openness lead to healing. Dale shared that the ego thrives on self-protection, which can manifest as defensiveness or avoidance of feeling pain. He emphasized the importance of being vulnerable with one’s emotions, noting that feelings are not problems to be fixed but energies to be felt and integrated. Dr. Ryce reinforced this by explaining how denial is the mind’s way of escaping responsibility and how real healing begins when a person takes ownership of their internal state. They both pointed to the breath as the gateway to presence and to divine awareness, suggesting that each breath is an invitation to return to the now, where healing is possible.

The conversation included a reflection on the word “Avuhn,” commonly translated as “Our Father,” and how in Aramaic it reflects a state of connectedness with the Source rather than a patriarchal deity. Dale noted that in Aramaic cosmology, there is no separation between the Divine and the human—it is all one continuum of being. This contrasts sharply with many Western interpretations that position God as external and judgmental. He encouraged listeners to practice toning sacred words not just as sounds but as vehicles for embodiment, suggesting that the body itself can become a temple of healing through vibrational awareness. The show concluded with an invitation for each listener to trust the intelligence of their breath, body, and soul in guiding them home to love and presence.

ARAMAIC FRIDAY with special guest: Dale Allen Hoffman

February 14, 2014 episode of MindShifters Radio, Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce welcomed Dale Allen Hoffman for another installment of Aramaic Friday. Given that the show aired on Valentine’s Day, the discussion was rooted in the topic of love—but not in the romanticized or commercialized version of love that dominates modern culture. Instead, Dale and Dr. Ryce explored the Aramaic understanding of love as a force of presence, breath, and being that cannot be fabricated or lost but only obscured by internal blocks and false perceptions. They challenged the notion of love as a mere emotion or possession, emphasizing that in Aramaic teachings, love is a state of being that one either embodies or resists, depending on their level of internal coherence and awareness.

Dale shared that most people think they fall in and out of love because they confuse love with infatuation, neediness, or chemical attraction. He explained that true love, from the Aramaic perspective, is not something that comes from another person but arises from within when one is connected to their breath and presence. Dr. Ryce added that the core of love is not about having needs met but about the ability to function as a space of presence where healing and resonance can occur. They discussed how most conflicts in relationships arise not from lack of love but from internal pain being projected onto others, and how true healing begins with taking responsibility for one’s emotional energy rather than blaming the other person.

The conversation also touched on the deeper meanings behind the Aramaic word for love, rakhma, which is related to the word for womb, pointing to love as a nurturing, generative force rather than a conditional transaction. Dale emphasized that love is the core frequency of the universe and that forgiveness is the process by which we remove the blocks that prevent us from feeling and expressing it. They highlighted the essential role of forgiveness in any authentic spiritual practice, not as a moral requirement but as an energetic necessity for sustaining real love and presence. Forgiveness, as they described it, is not letting someone off the hook, but freeing oneself from the internal tension that blocks love from flowing.

Dale also spoke about how the Aramaic language itself carries vibrational codes that resonate directly with the nervous system and the heart. He reiterated that the words of Yeshua, when spoken in Aramaic, are not simply teachings but energetic transmissions meant to awaken latent potential within the listener. Dr. Ryce added that people often ask why they can’t “feel the love,” and he explained that the process of forgiveness is the key to restoring that felt connection. Together, they guided listeners back to the breath, back to the present, and into the space of awareness where love naturally arises when the inner terrain is clear.

The show concluded with an invitation for listeners to spend Valentine’s Day not only celebrating romantic partners but practicing inner forgiveness and offering presence to themselves and those around them. Dr. Ryce and Dale reminded the audience that love is not a feeling to chase but a truth to be remembered and lived through conscious breath, emotional responsibility, and heartfelt intention.

ARAMAIC FRIDAY with special guest: Dale Allen Hoffman

February 21, 2014 episode of MindShifters Radio, Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce hosted Dale Allen Hoffman for another Aramaic Friday exploration. This show delved into the deeper layers of emotional healing through Aramaic spirituality, beginning with a candid discussion about the importance of taking personal responsibility for internal emotional states. Dale described how most people live under the illusion that their suffering is caused by others, rather than recognizing it as a signal from within that something is ready to be healed. He explained that every emotional upset is a mirror reflecting unresolved content in the unconscious mind, and that true healing only occurs when individuals stop projecting blame and begin owning their reactions.

Dr. Ryce expanded on this by connecting it to the Aramaic concept of forgiveness, which is not about pardoning someone else but about releasing the blocked energy within one’s own system. He emphasized that the wake-up sheet process is a vital tool for identifying internal stressors and transforming reactive patterns. The discussion highlighted the linguistic precision of the Aramaic language in capturing nuances of consciousness that are often lost in English translation. Dale brought up the example of the word satan, explaining that in Aramaic, it means “one who resists” rather than a supernatural evil being. This reframing places the responsibility for one’s suffering not in external forces but in internal resistance to truth and love.

The conversation turned to the role of presence and breath as foundational to healing. Dale emphasized that presence cannot be intellectually achieved but must be experienced through breath and silence. He described how many spiritual seekers become trapped in thought loops and language, which only distance them from the direct experience of truth. Dr. Ryce agreed and stressed the importance of integrating tools like toning and breath awareness to bypass the analytical mind and access the core of one’s being. They spoke about how Aramaic, as a vibrational language, is designed to bring one back to the felt sense of divine presence rather than reinforcing intellectual understanding.

Dale also reflected on the importance of authenticity and emotional transparency. He shared personal stories of moments when he allowed himself to feel raw emotional pain rather than suppress it, noting how that vulnerability opened the door to profound healing. He explained that many people wear emotional masks out of fear, but that the Aramaic path encourages radical honesty with oneself. Dr. Ryce added that healing often involves discomfort and that leaning into this discomfort with compassion is a sign of spiritual maturity. They both acknowledged that deep healing requires courage, but that the reward is a restored connection to love, peace, and clarity.

As the show concluded, Dr. Ryce and Dale encouraged listeners to stop looking outside themselves for healing and instead turn inward, using forgiveness, breath, and presence as daily practices. They reminded the audience that the power to heal is already within, and that through consistent application of Aramaic tools, anyone can clear the blocks that obscure their innate connection to love.

ARAMAIC FRIDAY with special guest: Dale Allen Hoffman

February 28, 2014 episode of MindShifters Radio, Dr. Michael Ryce and Jeanie Ryce welcomed Dale Allen Hoffman for another session of Aramaic Friday, continuing their exploration into the energetic, linguistic, and spiritual power of the Aramaic language. The show opened with reflections on the current cultural obsession with knowledge and intellectual understanding, which both Dr. Ryce and Dale agreed often gets in the way of true healing. They emphasized that transformation happens not in the intellect but in presence—through the breath, through vibration, and through surrendering to the process of forgiveness.

Dale spoke about the difference between conceptual knowledge and experiential wisdom. He explained that the ancient Aramaic teachings of Yeshua were not intended to be dogmatic statements or theological beliefs, but invitations into direct experience with the divine. Words like “Avuhn” (Our Father) and “shbagh” (forgive) were not just vocabulary but energetic transmissions, designed to initiate healing and resonance in the nervous system. Dale highlighted that Aramaic words often activate parts of the body and consciousness that have long been dormant due to cultural conditioning and language distortions. He urged listeners to approach these sacred words not with their minds, but with their breath, their voices, and their willingness to feel.

Dr. Ryce expanded on this by sharing how modern translations of scripture often carry layers of misinterpretation that lead people away from the core message of love, presence, and responsibility. He explained that true forgiveness is the key to removing the internal blocks that keep people from experiencing love. It is not about changing or excusing the other person, but about clearing one’s own physiological and energetic system. He reaffirmed the value of tools like the Reality Management Wake-Up Sheet, which helps individuals identify triggered emotional responses and process them consciously rather than reactively.

A significant portion of the discussion was devoted to the energetic nature of language itself. Dale described how the Aramaic alphabet is constructed of sounds that mimic and invoke aspects of the breath and spirit, making it fundamentally different from Greek or English. He also discussed the power of silence and toning as healing modalities, referencing his own practice of toning words like “rakhma” (love) and “rukha” (spirit/breath) as ways to bypass the analytical mind and access deeper spiritual awareness. Jeanie Ryce contributed with insights from her own journey, highlighting how real healing can only take place when one stops resisting and starts participating with full emotional and spiritual presence.

The show closed with an invitation for listeners to return to the breath, to practice forgiveness as a living process, and to remember that love is not something to be achieved but something to be uncovered by removing what obstructs it. Dr. Ryce and Dale reminded the audience that Aramaic is not just a language, but a vibrational tool for reconnecting with the essence of life, and that through consistent use of these tools, individuals can awaken to their true nature.
