She spent 10 days at Vipassana Retreat. “The moment you change your perception, is the moment you rewrite the chemistry of your body.” Dr Bruce Lipton Caller Susan asked for prayers. Colonoscopy. MindShifter: “It is easy for me to take on the anger of all my generations dissolving that ball of energy and pooping it out,” And soften and loose and let it go. Continue worksheet (explained in details) with caller Michael, step 5 Genesis 34 story of Shechem son of Hamor the Hivite the prince of the region, saw Dinah, the daughter Leah had borne to Jacob (his name was later changed to Israel), he took her and lay with her by force but then wanted her as wife. The whole tribe of Shechem became circumcised in order to merge their people. Three days later, while they were still in pain, two of Jacob’s sons (Dinah’s brothers Simeon and Levi) took their swords, went into the unsuspecting city, and slaughtered every male. They killed Hamor and his son Shechem with their swords, took Dinah out of Shechem’s house, and went away. Jacob’s other sons came upon the slaughter and looted the city, because their sister had been defiled. They took their flocks and herds and donkeys, and everything else in the city or in the field. They carried off all their possessions and women and children, and they plundered everything in their houses. Question from App. ” I am doing the worksheet and as I was doing it I remember a lot of times when my anger was out of control and the work sheet was on my fear of myself when upset do I do a work sheet on each memory.” Anger is a drug used to cover the underlying pain or fear. Yes, it is a different worksheet for each emotion, feeling, thought and/or event. And the key is to cancel the goal and collapse the perception. michael explains the Power Person dynamic (see this https://whyagain.org/power-person-dynamics/) Caller Susan, can dig through and forgive the narcissistic behavior and have a whole person, not stuck in their situation. There are some people who can’t even see they have a problem. Denial redefines their behavior – the PP was abusive in their perception but doing the same behavior they say this is survival. They have to build the brain cells to be able to see it. Diagnosis – diad is two, agnostic is one who doesn’t know – so now you have two who don’t know. Watch what you buy into. Make choices for healing like sprouts, fresh and raw, juicing, organics, but you will be pressured for chemo and radiation. |

Jeanie read an email from a man in Netherlands who questions the book and process and believes people are bad and can’t see he is involved in his why again moments. Stop blaming and denying and forgive. Giving attention without resolution it strengthens the energy of dis-ease. Events can show us the pain we carry but they are not cause. Your mind has a meaning for everything you experience (from the past). Incorrect understanding of forgiveness generates a painful construct and denial to see the truth. Medical doctors do not get but just a few hours of training on nutrition. Susan shared how easy it was to take the Personal Code Evaluation online.
