Caller Ann, talk about the addiction she has of TV, same issues with alcohol and drugs. How does energy play into it? It is not in her body like alcohol and drugs but it is still energy.
It takes away from spiritual work and other things she needs to do. michael said it is distraction – addiction is the use of any person place substance or activity to keep from following your highest guidance or to keep from dealing with what is up for you. Our culture is entertainment oriented for distraction to not think or feel. MindShifter:” It is safe and healing for me to release all distraction and spend time alone in my own mind.” ALL distractions. She has seen that she can stay out of condemnation when she ‘falls off’. Ask to be shown.
As a child TV was her go to when her parents were not there, then she used her husband as an excuse. Right now she is alone and cannot ‘blame’ it on anyone.

Jeanie added nothing ‘wrong’ with TV but ask yourself why you watch television? Is it a distraction or just watching for a recreation?
michael said is it just out of habit or are you inquiring inside is there something I am avoiding.

Caller Magda asks how can anger come forward if you are in a state of Love? If I have cultivated my Being, I can maintain the state of Love and can stay present when anger or fear is resonated then I can bring the root energy of the anger or fear (through forgiveness) and bring it forward to the presence of Love then it transmutes. “Bring the world you do not want to the one you do.” Until the time we are in a state of constant Love we will have ‘interference’ from anything less than (maybe generational).
