· Intro by Jeanie as she shares the forgiveness process and how it can change your life. Also mentioned was the Women Healing Women Intensive this November in FL. Also there is a 4 day workshop this upcoming weekend in Branson, MO.
· Dr. Tim talks about the availability of drugs in our culture to numb us out. Drugs can be prescription, over the counter, sugar, caffeine, nicotine, fear and hostility. Consider stepping back and breathing.
· Perfectionism is a topic shared by a caller, why do we continue this cycle? How to change the perfectionism cycle.
· Caller asked about the Word Link tool and how to refine the use of the sheet as well as the offer of several new word links.

· Introduction by Michael, who shares with the audience that Michele from Michigan will be Co-hosting with Dr Tim while Jeanie and Michael are traveling in Europe. Michele will be training on the switchboard and chat room this week.
· Dr Tim shares about sensitivity and how if it is nurtured it can be very helpful. Michael’s input talks about how once can use sensitivity to divert attention from yourself, defense mechanism.
· Kinesiology muscle testing.
· A caller in the chat room had a question about “what do you do when a spouse is using damaging words toward them and the children?”
· Michael offered a long time caller a Mind Shifter for adrenal support: “It is safe and healing for me to take time to rest & recover as I rebuild my adrenals.”

September 10

· Intro by Michael who shared a reading of the Laws of Living Essay #2 about perception.
· Caller shares about how it is NOT a good idea to “Storm the Gates of Heaven.” He shared an intriguing story about his process with this work and that a gradual unfolding is necessary.
· Michael shares about what a healing crisis looks like. How reaching a new level of vitality will often lead now a new layer surfacing to be healed.
· Caller inquired about not having support i.e.…a group to process forgiveness work with, Michael shared that when “2 or more are gathered you have support.”
Long time caller shared about a support group on Laws of Living for a prison system, opened with all sorts of challenges that in turn were the perfect start to the 16 week series.

· Dr Tim opens the show sharing the breakthroughs he see happening weekly at the Tuesday night support group he leads and how it is the highlight of his week.
The “Storm the Gates of Heaven” caller from yesterday has some follow up insight from yesterday’s call. Michael shares with caller an analogy about how “rewiring our brains” with the forgiveness work is process that takes year. He likens it to reprograming a computer with a multi-generational data base.·
New caller asks about how one can Honor their parents when dad has been gone since a very early age and relationship with mom is difficult?

· Dr Tim shares how a client felt justified in their anger. It was pointed out that if you justify anger you will get more ANGER.
· Jeanie shared about a caller from Portugal that was helping her with accommodations and wanted to know about the process of forgiveness.
· Regulatory speed will show what work you need to do.
· Laws of Living Intensive participant called to share enthusiasm for the process that was learned over the course of 16 days at Heartland and how they are interested in taking this work on a worldwide support group basis.
· The participant also looked of a clarification/definition of the Word Link Process.
· Caller from Florida shared a movie titled “The Green Beautiful” that can be accessed thru YouTube that ties into the forgiveness work.
· Michael shared the Jante law from the Scandinavian region and how it has permeated the culture to control the population.
· Michael closed with the “Crabs in a Bucket” analogy/story.
